Bill Tozer

I am not up on all these new fangled electric devices. What does it all mean?

Oops.....political mask slip warning!

If anyone needs another confirmation that the European Union is fundamentally the most anti-democratic entity currently in existence, then the following statement by European Parliament Martin Schultz should put all confusion to rest.

Schulz: "The British have violated the rules. It is not the EU philosophy that the crowd can decide its fate".

George Rebane

fish 1103am - Good pick up Mr fish. Our central planners always know what's best for us and do all possible to insulate themselves from our wrongheaded desires. We read these sentiments right here as progressive neighbors tell to just grin and bear it with Sacramento, after all, anything else would just be lèse majesté.

Brexit got Talent! New reality show is a mass hit!

First, our contestants from the Leave camp.

Now fron the Stay camp:

BREAKING NEWS! The ripple effect has begun.. Donald J Trump, the American billionaire has just announced he bought Scotland. Said Mr. Trump "The best Scotish Whiskey can be found at my terrific new golf course"

Ok, it's a slow news day. Oh yeah, I made up the last part.

Russ Steele

Quote of the Day:

"Amid all the turmoil in global financial markets and political upheaval in the U.K. in the wake of Thursday’s "Brexit" vote to leave the European Union, at least one big lesson for the U.S. is already clear: There are a lot of people who have not enjoyed the fruits of globalization; whose incomes are stagnating; and who feel threatened by technology, trade, and immigration. They are angry. And they vote."

They will vote for Trump and the Poll Takers are clueless.

Bill Tozer

The only thing stopping Trump now is Trump himself. He has a clear path to take it to the house. He is on the right side of history. The right tool for the right job at the right time.
42 million ain't even a drop in the bucket needed to stop the ignorant unwashed masses chanting "USA, USA, USA, USA!" Hillary better shake down Wall Street again for more greenies.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Bill Tozer

The only thing stopping Trump now is Trump himself. He has a clear path to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
It's going to take a heck of a lot more than 41 million to stop Trump. Not even a drop in the bucket. Hillary and Spreading Bull better hop to it and shake down Wall St for many more millions....again. Time is of the essence.

Once again the elitist libs are on the wrong side of history. Never underestimate the knuckle dragging ignorant unwashed masses chanting "USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, USA, USA!!"
3 cheers for the Red, White, and Blue.

Bill Tozer

Opps, double posts. The jest of it all is: Pay no attention to the mangina behind the curtain. He needs to put down the fork and get some sun.

Bill Tozer

The ripple effect has shown a rather positive side to all the confusion. Finally, it has dawned on our best and brightest, our elitist rulers to be, that it is not beyond the realm of possibility that they live in a bubble...a gosh darn bubble, a very real liberal bubble at that.
Yep, I see some similarities between what is happening across the pond at Oxford and here at Harvard.

You mean the vote was to leave? Really? Really, really?

Bill Tozer

Nigel (my hero!) sez:

"they [the voters] rejected the multinationals, they rejected the merchant banks, they rejected big politics and they said, actually, we want our country back, we want our fishing waters back, we want our borders back, we want to be an independent self-governing, normal nation and that is what we have done and that is what must happen"

Imagine that. Wanting to be a normal nation. If we Ugly Americans can't be exceptional, I will gladly settle for being a normal nation. What a concept.
That sly ole rascal Nigel had been around for awhile. Now, he finally caught up with the times. Get down on your bad self, Nigel.

Not being a rapper lubber myself, I prefer Nigel's older stuff.

Nigel left a clear path for Trump to take it to the house, despite all the wailing and gnashing of teeth. On time, under budget.

Bill Tozer

My, my, look who is coming out of denial fog first. Besides the usual jabs at Nigel, he has changed his tune. At least Georgie Porgie cracked open that steel trap of a brain and let some realism sneak in. Reality, what a concept.

More ripples to come. Domino scenario and all that stuff.

It was dumb lib maneuver to think you could away the fishing waters from a nation known for Fish & Chips without any repercussions, was it not Gerogie Porige? You cut too close to the bone with that boneheaded stunt.

Bill Tozer

Nigel resigns!! . Said he left the business world to fight for Britain's sovereignty as 60% of the UK's laws were being written by unelected bureaucrats from Brussels and now it is time to go back to his business world. He believes the profession political class is not good for the country for which it stands, aka, George Washington, Daniel Boone, and a host of other rascals. Nothing to do with the link, lol.

Favorite quote:
He added: “What the British people voted for was freedom over economic arguments."

Bill Tozer

Wow. I don't know if this is part of Agenda 21, but the driving force behind Brexit was indeed to stop a Agenda 21 type goal. Britian has freed itself from the real enemy to democracy.

“Europe’s nations should be guided towards the Super-state without their people understanding what is happening. This can be accomplished by successive steps, each disguised as having an economic purpose, but which will eventually and irreversibly lead to federation."

"Under the radical proposals, EU countries will lose the right to have their own army, criminal law, taxation system or central bank, with all those powers being transferred to Brussels'

George Rebane

BillT 1009am - good catch Mr Tozer. Yes, being diverted by the 'economic argument' has been a reliable path toward the global super-state. Progressives have latched on to it as the placeholder for their ideological arguments for such a state which come across somewhere between naive and sinister with a good dose of stupid thrown in.

Brexit and other separatist movements indicate that people are beginning to pick up on being herded toward a future of global central planning and control.

Bill Tozer

Dr. Rebane, thank you sir.
