Lumping us into the same state as the Bay Area is a "nothing changes" move.

Indeed!

I'm surprised that all the major coastal population centers, SF and San Diego included, aren't lumped into "California". The lawsuits alone will take years to resolve!

Bill Tozer

CA-3? Screw that noise. We want nothing to do with the shithole City by the Bay or their ideas. This just gives the wet brains move control over us.

Coming to Nevada County sooner or later.....from the Shithole City by the Bay.

If you were of the Frisco Values mindset and lived in the Human Feces Strewn City AND you had a choice of taxing commercial landlords a 460% increase in gross receipts and a 1,000% increase, which one would you choose? You know, gross receipts not net. Decisions, decisions. Answer is: Progressives Values win!!

“Diego Aguilar-Canabal of the Bay City Beacon predicts a loss for Prop D given its supermajority requirement and its failure to attract the support of the business community. That leaves Prop C as the likely winner. Should that analysis prove correct, San Franciscians would be stuck with the worst of two bad options.”

George, (AKA a "lightly read local")
You seem to have little in common politically with the residents of Nevada City, the community where you reside. Does that mean you will secede from our community? LOL.

Hey jeffy....your constant signing off every single post with "LOL" is every bit as off putting as that which you accuse Besse!

To quote one of your octagenarian contributors.......EEewwwwwwww!

Singapore:

It’s who they are. Guess they forgot the million (yes, one million) folks who marched in DC in 83 against nuclulear proflification. That was when the Lefties loved the Rooskies.

George Rebane

re JeffP 1154am - And here we have an excellent example of a liberal with blinders who has no idea of what is the proportion of voters in the county, which is where I live. The other half of the county's population is simply invisible to him.

BTW, in reporting on Cal-3 I don't mean to imply that I'm automatically in favor of the drawn boundaries, only that segmenting the state is meant to provide a result that is more responsive to voter preferences. But retaining the collectivist cesspools of SF and Sac in NorCal will do little to give the more conservetarian Californians a robust choice on where to live.

Bill Tozer

Opps. It was NYC, not DC and 82 not 83. Me wrong.

On June 12, 1982, one million people demonstrated in New York City's Central Park against nuclear weapons and for an end to the cold war arms race. It was, and is, the largest anti-nuclear protest and the largest political demonstration in American history.[6][7] International Day of Nuclear Disarmament protests were held on June 20, 1983 at 50 sites across the United States.[8][9] In 1986, hundreds of people walked from Los Angeles to Washington DC in the Great Peace March for Global Nuclear Disarmament.[10] There were many Nevada Desert Experience protests and peace camps at the Nevada Test Site during the 1980s and 1990s.[11][12]

Jeff Pelline

George,
Your county representative is Heidi Hall, a Democrat!

Walt

I prefer THIS proposed map a LOT better.
https://steemit.com/news/@newcastle/could-california-break-up

Then we can kick the likes of a FUE to the curb, and even better, back to Frisco. A purging of Commies from the foothills is sorely needed.

Don Bessee

Hey Fish, Do you know why that salutation became a regular feature? ;-)

George Rebane

re JeffP 1229pm - And here we expand into liberal logic. Because my district's county supervisor is a Democrat, therefore I have little political commonality with other county residents, and ergo that counsels my 'secession' from the county (JeffP's 1154am). Astounding, but that's the way their thinking processes really work.

Ironic coming from a guy who is plagued by so many rhetorical tics of his own.

.....and as always LOL (I’m going back into the jeffy archives)!

George Boardman

Dr. R, you have a future as a White House spin meister; Trump just loves fanciful tales that make him look good.

After just one 5-hour meeting, Trump has declared peace for our time, stating that North Korea is no longer a nuclear threat based on...what, exactly? Trump was the only one who made any concessions, throwing South Korea overboard by pledging to end joint military exercises.

I thought John "Bombs Away" Bolton was brought onboard to prevent this kind of appeasement. Another appointment that didn't work out.

George Boardman

Walt, if you don't like the new Northern California, you can always move to the new Southern California--the same rednecks you know and love, but no San Francisco or Los Angeles!

Don Bessee

Didn't I just hear that same line on CNN @ 123?

Exercises can snap back immediately and we got our MIA's back as well as destroying the rocket test facility. Pompeo is very clear there is no free ride. Sanctions in place and an enhancement package ready to go should they not produce concrete results.

Contrary to the fakenews ministry of propaganda;

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/06/13/trump-on-special-report-us-military-drawdown-in-south-korea-not-on-table-yet.html

;-)

George Rebane

GeorgeB 123pm - Is there a citation you can give us on that declaration? First, NK has no capability to deliver nukes anywhere. Second, even if they did, NK would be no more of a nuclear threat than China or Russia. And we most certainly are not telling the world that they are threats to world peace.

What might escape you (and yours) in this sequence of meetings is that Trump has to play the UFK so that he understands that his personal survival depends on achieving a feasible 'soft landing' from NK's precarious perch that he inherited from his dad and grandpappy. And that playing ball with the US under this president is his big chance. Now that shouldn't be too hard to grok if you just thought about it a bit.

Bill Tozer

“George,
Your county representative is Heidi Hall, a Democrat”

George Rebane, your Supervisor was sooo wasted that she could not even back out of the parking lot in a public park without smashing into another parked car...with children playing all around. Guess you really don’t have much in common with your fellow residents, unless you recently pleaded no contestant to physically endangering property, yourself, and lives of innocent others. And if you happened to live in GV, your Democrat Supervisor nominee works at the Nevada City Chamber of Comerence. Guess GV CofC is not her cup of tea.

Bill Tozer

Singapore? We are no longer on a Collusion course! “Let’s do the timewarp again” was a great line from the Rocky Horror Show..

Walt

No Boardman, us "rednecks" can fix the "old" Northern Calif. the same way Trump fixed the Nation. We will find another good Saint Patrick for Ca. that will run the Lefty snakes into the Pacific.
Tyrannicide is still on the books,

Walt

BTW Boardman, you better specify to your kids which last Sunset acres in which Calif. they send ya' to. Now which will be the more Communist one?

Paul Emery

George in reguard to

Well according to Trump, and I quote:

"Just landed - a long trip, but everybody can now feel much safer than the day I took office. There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea."

So he must have achieved what you stated was a "definitive world-shaking treaty that in one swell foop rid the Ugly Fat Kid of his nuclear capability and made him into a well-behaved leader enjoying a recent epiphany on human rights " in order to justify his proclamation.

Walt

And your problem is just what, Paul?
Fatboy has nothing to play. Now if fatboy tries to pull a fast one, he will feel Trump's wrath.

Now you can always hope to get the war started again,, that may help you get rid of Trump. (good luck)

Bill Tozer

https://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/randy-hall/2018/06/12/how-petty-cnn-panelists-whine-about-menu-north-korean-summit

Paul Emery

So it's a done deal right Walt. You believe that " There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea."

Todd Juvinall

Funny how the morons of the left will praise the JCPOA with Iran that Obama signed and gave Iran the right to go nuclear in ten years and then diss Trump for getting the Nork's to give up their nukes. You cannot fix stupid and the left is the gift that keeps on giving.

Regarding the Pelline snark's here. Your ilk has wrecked the state and now you are immigrating in large numbers into the Sierra Nevada counties to wreck them too. Now you see why we should have immigration reform within our borders with people moving around the place.

Todd Juvinall

And the maps would need to be redrawn to get "birds of a feather" done. And GeorgeB can move to SF to be with all those commies. Take Pelline with you please.

Paul Emery

George
In regards to "Cal-3 is going to be on the November ballot" shouldn't Nevada County be in with Sacramento and SF since it is now officially a blue County?

Walt

George Rebane

PaulE 232pm - Please reread my 151pm more carefully. Thanks.

Here are the numbers on voter registration in Nevada County that document the Blueing of Nevada County

2009 21,548 Dems 25,601 Repubs
12,124 Decline to state
A few Greens and AI

2018; 24,633 Dems 23,122 Repubs
15,000 decline so state
A few greens and AI's

Repubs have declined by around 3000
Dems have gained around 3000

Not much else to say

Paul Emery

George
So you take Trump for his word when he stated:
"There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea."

Walt

Paul. Good money says those 3000 LIBS are on the dole or growing dope. The 3000 Righties had to leave for better digs.
Never been a "draw bridger",, but it might be a good time to start.
A sign at the Bear River stating "Welcome to Nevada Co... Now go home." needs to go up, since the rats are leaving Frisco.
Here in PV, we keep the riff raff at bay with plenty of backyard target shooting. Kinda like having plenty of cats to keep the snakes away.

Don Bessee

Don't ya just love the po' ol' putin party parrots rounding errors!
No its not around 3000, its less than 2500 differential Republicans

Of course you omit the obvious with your not much else to say, DTS up 2875.

So what color are decline to state? ;-)

Paul Emery

Don

If you would have read my post Don you would have seen the increase in DTS clearly documented. What information do you have to quantify the DTS voters preference?

Differential in 2009 was +4053 Republicans over Democrats. In 2018 it was +1511 Democrats. That's actually a shift of 5564 to the Democrats. Sorry you have such a problem with math. Must be your education background. Blame the teachers union.

Bill Tozer

As far as splitting up CA into 3, none of us have a say in the matter. 70% of the population lives in those coastal cesspools of Democrat run cities. Heck, SF has cops that go around and check your trash cans to see if there are any recyclables in there. If they find one plastic water bottle, get out your checkbook. They love power. They are power mad. And that is a tiny very mild example of their power mad control freak ways, barely worth mentioning.
All that red on a CA map makes up only 30% of the population. So, none of us have a say. They can do as they please with us, which is exactly how the Progressives like it. And they like it bunches and bunches.
And, as has been recorded here, the crazy ones here like the Fat Ugly Enporium wants Dr. Rebane barred from KVMR during “his” newshour, stricken from the pages of the Union, and his like minded fellows driven from our parks. And telling a merchant to tear down a Gator Jerkey sign from the inside windows of the Bonanza Market. And that is what is considered middle of the road in the liberal California mindset, lol

None of us has a say. Our votes TRULY do not matter in the Land of Make Believe. Now, if they can only get rid of the Constitution, the playground would be complete.

Bill Tozer

This is not deflection. Little Rocket Man is not some kind of cartoon like Dr. Evil character from the Austin Power flicks. The UFK is a murderous bastard, murdering even his closest generals for snoozing in a meeting when the fat fuk is speaking. At least his saber rattling has stopped until the next time he throws a FUE hissy fit fit and starts having another temper tantrum.

With that above lead-in said, the bigger conversation is what can we actually do to affect the bad behavior of these rouge madmen states? I would submit that each cause is different, yet it all seems the same.. The policy of appeasement has historically failed.

https://www.nationalreview.com/2018/06/iran-nuclear-deal-disaster-from-the-start/

Don Bessee

A shift to democrats?? It does not work that way one went up the other went down but people did not move from r to d. Perhaps to DTS.

The po' ol' fakenewsman has one set of numbers @ 342 where he was round up to the extreme then @435 presents a whole different set of numbers that he likes better. Spin.

Still wondering what color decline to state are when you mix your palate of colors? So it can not be called blue if 60% are not blue. ;-)

Bill Tozer

I thought from last I looked years ago, our county was pushing 120,000. Now everybody says about 100,000 population.

Numbers, numbers. registered voters, voting age adults, those that voted for somebody with an D or R in front of their name even though they are independents. The pendulum swings both ways over time. Here is no hope for the Bay Area and the left coast. Write them off, they are gone. They just don’t believe in a Republic, at least our Constitutional Republic. Their vision is one of Bernie Sanders and not of a republican democracy, Small letter r. Goodness, they don’t even see they are but puppets for the ugly faces behind the curtains. And we all lose.
But, while I am here, might as make it my Alamo. :)

scenes

BillT: "The UFK is a murderous bastard, murdering even his closest generals for snoozing in a meeting when the fat fuk is speaking."

I expect there's more to it than that. Dictators ride the tiger and you have to kill a few people to make the others pay attention. Any dead folks were probably doomed for the high jump prior to the meeting. Heck, remember what happened to male heirs under the Ottomans (now called Our Good Friends the Turks).

R->D in NC: I believe it. Less working class jobs, more Pauls&Pellines. The folks that built the area will just be names on plaques affixed to buildings soon enough. Hopefully they'll serve decent macchiatos inside.

No doubt with a (D) majority in Nevada County, you can expect a solution to the homeless problem, free junior college, a county-wide health insurance plan, common sense gun bans, no chemtrails. I *believe* I tell ya.

Paul Emery

Don

Since you have no memory I am re posting these numbers that show the blue tilt in Nevada County goes beyond registration numbers and is actually reflected in votes. Here you go again:

Nevada County is a solid blue county as reflected in last weeks election. More votes will be counted but in most races the Dems have solid leads. In partisan races the Dems outpolled the Pubs in the following elections:

District 1 House
District 4 House
Governor
Sec of State
Treasurer
Attorney General
Board of Equalization
Senate
Controller

The only major race that the Pubs lead in is Brian Dahle Assembly

Here's the latest polls to verify my numbers

https://yubanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Election-Results-Updated-June-11-2018.pdf

George Rebane

BillT 608pm - Mr Tozer, Nevada County's population has never been above 100,000, and is now just below that number. For more, please google 'Nevada County population'.

PaulE 344pm - Trump is selling the UFK by putting NK into the same category as Russia and China for as long as NK proceeds toward denuclearization. (What did you want him to do upon return, start bad-mouthing the UFK and shut off all future talks by telling everyone that nothing has changed? Please get a grip.) Trump's pronouncement has instant reversibility should NK turn obviously belligerent again - this seems to be lost on liberals. Now China and Russia really are nuclear threats inhibited by MAD. Why do you think we tacitly believe that NK would not be equally deterred were they to get an equivalent nuclear capability.

And in the final analysis, note that NK has demonstrated no nuclear missile capability, let alone firing one that can reach the continental US. They have exploded non-weaponized nuclear devices underground, and they have fired some intermediate range missiles into the west Pacific. But that is a long way from developing a deployable nuclear warhead that is compact enough deliver and which will survive both launch and re-entry.

Don Bessee

AND FREE TIN FOIL HATS TOO! OH GOODIE! @ 632 ;-)

Bill Tozer

Thanks Doc.
Singapore. Well, Trump sure inherited a mess with this one. But, let’s step up to the plate and see if we can talk business. We can never undo the wrongs and violations of the past, but we can try to make the world a safer place. Maybe do it differently, say it differently. Trump is a Rocketman Lover, a fat kid cuddler! Punchy 643pm

Since you show no memory or shame, I'm reposting my reply to your earlier screed:

No, Paul, the county is clearly Purple... about half and half. About.

Gavin Newsom (D) was indeed the leader with a plurality of 34.8% in his race. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th place finishers for Governator were Cox (R) at 25.4%, Allen (R) at 18.3%, and Chiang (D) at 6.3%... do the arithmetic. But statewide, there will only be Newsom and Cox on the ballot.

Let's give a round of polite applause for Zoltan Istvan, who volunteered to be a known loser for the Libertarian Party's sacrificial lamb to the top-two ballot designed to insure 3rd parties will remain out of the picture, not to mention a 2nd party (the GOP for example) that doesn't force out folks the party elite don't want to muddy the Primary waters.

LaMalfa buried the competition within Nevada County, 45.0% to the distant 2nd, Denney, at 18.3%, the two who will be on the November ballot. Funny how you rate Newsom as a clear winner in the county with 10.2% less of the vote than LaMalfa got.

And that's BEFORE the Janus decision that is expected to decimate Democratic Party cash flow in California.

Todd Juvinall

Paul Emery never took stats in school. Abd it shows. Gregory has it right.

Bill Tozer

Are you all still brain dead? He will never say he is wrong. Ever. “Mistaken, can’t remember saying that”...that’s all you will get, and that is a seldom occurrence.

Besides, the day after Trump won and Hillary was sobering up, we had this conservation. Punchy says the county is blue, blue, blue. I win, everybody is wrong. I win!

Well, by all means, try it again expecting different results. Maybe it’s time the Logan Act cycles back around. ;). Or Trumps gloves. LBJ gave a better disaster speech! Obama got 1 million at his inauguration and only 7 missed work! Liar! Trump is a liar!

Shifting back to education and the great politically correct dumbeth downth.

You know, in the 1200s, not much was going on in Colorado. Florence in the 1300s is where civilization was being pushed forward. There not much data to study about the Mojave Desert tribes. No written language, no wheel discovered, basically just some hunter gatherers and some oral stories recorded around 1900. What they ate, what they shunned to eat, some beliefs. Same with many places around the globe. Heck, my people were hunter gathers when the Colonalists arrived. In history, we study where things were happening, where things were going on pushing civilization forward or in some direction, IMHO. Going where the action was. It’s not political, it’s not sensitive, it’s just the way it was and still is in some places.

It's phony. Don't split the state 3 ways. Split it 2 ways. Northern California minus San Francisco, the southern coast and Los Angeles. These people don't have any idea where everything they need comes from and could care less about those who produce what they need. That's why so many producers are leaving. Unfortunately the locusts are now swarming out of the big cities to the rural areas cuz they don't like what they've created. Unfortunately, how they think and vote is all they know unless they make the effort to learn and change their ways.

My numbers reflect on the total votes for all Repub and Dem candidates. Perhaps you misunderstood my methodology. Those numbers reflect my conclusions detailed in my 6:43. The ONLY race in Nevada County that has more Repubs than Dems is the Assembly race with Brian Dahle. Hope that clarifies my conclusion that combine with the larger registration of Dems Nevada County is indeed a Blue County with Dems leading in 9 out the 10 races I outlined. Not even close to being nearly 50-50.

Horray for you side, the Board of Equalization is leaning Repub. Congratulations. Make that 8 out of 10 going Dem

Rereading Dr. Rebane’s “Trump in Singapore”, the man is a genius. Nothing to add, says it all. The narrow minded and intelligently challenged cannot differentiate the tactics from the strategy. The MSM is incapable of seeing beyond their noses on their face and ironically project their cult mentality onto Trump. Their mansplaining has come up wanting and as per the rule, rather than the exemption. Punchy and Boardman’s dribble are excellent examples of disminished capacity in action. If Trump is successful, then we need to redefine the definition of what has been considered so called.success.

Regardless of what happens, there’s 25 million people in Seoul; 300,000 of those are Americans who are within range of thousands of rockets, missiles and artillery pieces along the border,” said Dunford.

“I don’t have any doubt in my mind if we go to war with North Korea that we will win the war. We will be successful in accomplishing our objectives,” Dunford continued.

“I’m equally confident in what Secretary Mattis said,” he added. “In that conflict, we will see casualties unlike anything we have seen in 60 or 70 years. And many of those casualties will be in the first three, five, seven days of the war, where all those people in the greater Seoul area [are] exposed to the North Korean threat that we will not be able to mitigate initially.”

Hate to admit it, but the FUE may be right. He calls this a purple county. Not that I agree with his “middle of the road majority” description, but more along the lines of a plurality with neither warring faction having a vast or solid majority. So, I reckon there is no true minority opinion here, all in all....unless you are into that idea that somebody is ordering cops to go out and kill blacks standing on the street corners or crazy stuff like that. The Police Blotter does expose some real doozies,, but I figure those types are on the wrong medications or taking more that they recommend doses. One offs. Yes, there are pockets of those tin foil fruitcakes around, mostly concentrated in one spot off Broad Street, but not taken seriously or an accurate description of this county’s general population.
. So, all in all, despite all evidence to the contrary, this ain’t Frisco or the Castro District or Berzeekly, where they voted 92% for Crooked Hillary and are still hunting down the 8% who voted wrong. That is a more apt description of a blue area than a plurality, give or take.

Eight out of ten State and Federal elections drew more Democrats than Republicans to the polls. Deal with it Todd. I feel bad for you. Good deals on land in Plumas County where your kind hold a solid majority. Hope you don't leave though. You're such a relic from the old days.

When you live long enough you experience, see and learn lotsa things. Ya gotta have a sense of humor regarding human nature reacting accordingly. Evidently it the same o live and learn for most of us. The guys that struggled with each other to come up with America's Constitution were very proficient regarding human nature and history. Hahaha...Today were thinking about dividing California into three states. Thomas Jefferson predicted that "When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe." This is a variant of an authentic quotation from Papers of Thomas Jefferson, 12:442; Context: 1787 December 20. (To James Madison). "I think our governments will remain virtuous for many centuries; as long as they are chiefly agricultural; and this will be as long as there shall be vacant lands in any part of America. When they get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, they will become corrupt as in Europe."
I can't help laughing because anyone watching the evolving unconstitutional corruption, and who even suggested dividing California was considered crazy. So darned unfunny...
Once upon a time (over 60 years ago) there was a place known as The Republic of North California located on Banner Mountain. It was a ten acre farm. The occupants wanted to protect their natural born, inalienable rights to survive and be let alone...because of the moral decay and corruption taking place on America's Judicial system that conflicted with the original intent of America's Constitution and Bill of Rights. They even predicted there would be hundreds of homeless people addicted to drugs living wherever they could survive.

Rough&Ready had it right the first time when they seceded.
They get to do it twice.

Paul is getting a tad pissy in his old age. and his self taught math just ain't adding up. Some of that old "new math" Paul? Close is good nuff? You seem to have left out the "I ain't gonna bother. My guy ain't on the ticket no more" variant.( That's how you said you voted.)
Now Paul. Will the military vote count this time around?( it didn't the last time) Another variable your missing.

Will the FBI be putting it's thumb on the scale too?
Now that we know who is running, it's time the criminal investigations get going.

Forget SFB? Hillary started the birther story. Yup,, she was right on that account. "O" lived by the Muslim rule. "You don't kill other Muslims." Yup,, he followed that Mussy law pretty well.
I don't need a birth cert. for that, and don't forget Dung, His daddy was Muslim. His Brother still is too.
No matter. Trump has repaired 75% of "O"'s intentional destruction.
That's what really chaps your ass.

Looks like the end finally. Miller up by 180. Newell wins and Moon and Smethers in a runoff.

IG Report

This ain’t even getting to the meat. Just nibbling on the edges.

“The harm caused by leaks, fear of potential leaks, and a culture of unauthorized media contacts is illustrated in Chapters Ten and Eleven of our report, where we detail the fact that these issues influenced FBI officials who were advising Comey on consequential investigative decisions in October 2016,” the report states.

The IG is forceful in its opinion that the problem with leaking is not “with the FBI’s policy, which we found to be clear and unambiguous.” Instead, the leaking phenomenon “appears to be a cultural attitude among many in the organization.”

According to charts provided in the IG report, one reporter had contact with 12 FBI officials, including an FBI executive and unit chief.

Another reporter contacted an assistant director 21 times and a special agent 23 times, according to the IG. Some FBI employees were in contact with multiple reporters, with one special agent contacting various journalists 32 times.

http://dailycaller.com/2018/06/14/ig-report-fbi-agents-bribed-journalists/

Free handouts? We used to call that bribes. Funny, none of those leaks were pro-Trump or anti-Hillary. Boy, they were really ratching it up by October, 2016. Funny, Jan. 05, 2017 came up again....the date referred to by Susan Rice’s CYA e-mail....but the IG report did not touch on that or her or...the Fisca or the Dossier or working with former British spies and those with ties to the Russians or the mole or. Nope.

The punishment just dished out by our current FBI Director is to make thousands upon thousands of every single honest FBI agent (and the few bad apples) take some kind of Starbucks training...bias training I reckon.

The report mentioned bias multiple times, despite Chucky’s talking points. The term political bias was not used. So, bias against Jews, Muslims, Gays, Christians? What other bias should it be? Peter’s texts were biased, but not political bias, ROFLMAO.

Oh yeah, in the IG’s report, in the IG’s own words, Comey “USURPTED” the experienced prosecutors....no Grand Hury empaneled, no indictments, nothing to see here.....procecuters.
Oh course, that decision was made it the Spribg of 2016, months before the FBI interviewed My Gal for two hours. No transcript of that interview necessary, boys.

Just think. If Hillary had won, were would not have known anything about the press’s role in this. Not a beep. They, too, put ideology ahead of country. That’s why the media, the FBI, and the Clinton camp all sound the same. It’s cause they were and are.

The question no one asks or cares to look into is where was Obama during all this? Why didn’t he fire Comey? Where was Lynch during all this and Yates? All this was going under Obama’s watch. Why did Obama do nothing to stop the Russians from hacking? Why didn’t Obama do anything to confront the Russians?

No bias in the report Chucky said, lying through his teeth, but maybe this Administration weaponized the FBI. That’s where all the anti-Trump leaks were coming from. They (FBI) were the ones that knew and got some good event tickets from the NYT, Wa Compost, and CNN. Sweet.

What the NK's are saying to their people is extremely important because they are telling them what to think, you like the democrats.

The post-summit transformation of North Korea’s official version of Trump, who’s now being shown by state media looking serious and almost regal, underscores the carefully choreographed reality show the government has had to orchestrate. The goal: to keep its people, taught from childhood to hate and distrust the “American imperialists,” ideologically on board with seismic shifts in the relationship with Washington

Gentlemen - this Scattershots does not discuss our recent primary election which have and are being dissected in the last Sandbox. Keep all such pithy observations of numbers and fractions and county colors over there. Thank you.

Paul Emery

Glad you're sticking around Todd. Things wouldn't be right without you here. Gives people an idea of how things used to be and how far we've advanced in a short time. Thanks for being here Todd.

Don Bessee

I think they are just trying to ensure that the po' ol' fakenewsman knows what happened. ;-)

Chucky says no political bias in report. Again, what kind of other bias could it be? The job was to protect Hillary and more importantly, Barack Hussein Obama and still is. The story that Hillary lost the election and the Dems ideology was rejected by the voters is a story that must not ever see the light of day.

The only victim of Collusion and obstruction of justice here appears to be Donald Trump. Remember, Peter was not just any ole agent. He was the top agent investigating the e-mail probe and the top counterillenigence agent on Meuller’s team.

“In the course of its 18-month investigation, Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s staff also unearthed thousands of controversial text messages exchanged between Federal Bureau of Investigation personnel that disparaged Mr. Trump. The inspector general said his office was “deeply troubled” by the messages, which “potentially indicated or created the appearance that investigative decisions were impacted by bias or improper considerations.” ——Toes sez:[see, the Dems are right! Does not say political bias!!!]

However, he said the report was flawed “in its bizarre conclusion” that the inspector general couldn't rule out that bias may have affected his handling of the emails on the Weiner laptop. He noted that “Special Agent Strzok openly admitted that he believed that the Russia investigation was far more important to American national security than the Clinton email investigation, this conclusion is evidence of Special Agent Strzok’s lucidity, not his bias.”

from Dr. Rebane’s update.
https://www.wsj.com/articles/doj-report-on-clinton-email-probe-1528935441

See, no bias! Chucky is right. It’s not bias, it’s lucidity. Kinda like wiping it with a cloth, I reckon. Nothing to see here. Look, I see Russians over yonder...look over there!

Don Bessee

See madam liar liar pantsuits on fire just made the mistake of telling the lefty truth in public -

"All the people who were initially voting for her would not, and were not, swayed by any decision the FBI put out," the employee wrote. "Trump’s supporters are all poor to middle class, uneducated, lazy POS that think he will magically grant them jobs for doing nothing. They probably didn't watch the debates, aren't fully educated on his policies, and are stupidly wrapped up in his unmerited enthusiasm."

"all poor to middle class, uneducated, lazy POS that think he will magically grant them jobs for doing nothing."
That pretty much describes a LIB voter.

Don Bessee

Just a moment Walt, the left thinks they will magically be granted free stuff for doing nothing. Trump granted us tax reform and regulation vaporization to open jobs for people who want to work! ;-)

M, take it to the Sandbox. Bash Trump there til you get your jollies off or until Momma needs her nightly enema. This Scattershots has topics laid out above. To the Sandbox with the Trump Foundation Investigation. Toodles, run along.

Finally, we are getting past the headline grabbing Peter texts. Now, let’s see what else there is in the IG’s report. Hmm. This is not surprising. Even mentions Lynch.

IG Report: Ok, spin it that way. Let’s just agree to disagree. No wonder Trump called CNN not just fake news, but very fakenews

1) From CNN 6 takeaways from the IG Report:

“The inspector general's report Thursday solidified that Clinton had not intended to break the law with her handling of classified material on her private email, by exhaustively detailing the steps of the investigation.
Despite other issues with Comey, the IG signs off on his ultimate conclusion that Clinton should not be charged.”

2). From the IG report:

“Comey’s unilateral announcement was inconsistent with Department policy, usurped the authority of Attorney General, and did not accurately describe the legal position of the Department prosecutors,"

I report, you decide.
