CABPRO’s 25feb14 letter to members (updated 14mar14)

Ms Melinda Monaghan, member of CABPRO’s board of directors, sent me a copy of the 25feb14 letter the board mailed to its membership.  As most readers are aware, CABPRO has been going through some serious internal struggles for control between its Board of Directors and Mr Chuck Shea, its recent Executive Director.  Both the Board – consisting of directors Kirk Pharis (chairman), Kim Janousek, Melinda Monoghan – and Mr Shea claim to have legitimate control of CABPRO.  Mr Shea has filed suit to promote his claim.

Ms Monaghan has requested that I post the 25feb14 letter on RR.  You may download a pdf copy of it - Download CABPRO Letter-25feb14.  I have been a member of CABPRO and some years ago served on its board.  At a later time I will have more to say about the current goings on.

[14mar14 update]  Mr Chuck Shea has composed a response that presents an opposing view of the salient events that bear on this controversy - 'CABPRO Controversy Continued'.
