Good job fearless leader. Fresh sand to muck up.
Proof that Walt's kin are racists.
"The long stream of posts mentioned almost every ethnic group, including blacks, Muslims, Jews and American Indians, blaming them for an effort on campus to debate changing the university's mascot, a Viking. The threats came days after several student leaders suggested that the mascot is racist."
BillT 429pm - I too descend from Vikings - both Swedish and Estonian - and have no idea what the problem is for someone with a beard to run around a football field in furs, leggings, and an ice bucket with horns sticking out of it. Nothing will take away the fact that we sure could build some fast boats that handled both rough seas and shallow rivers. The part we had most trouble with was the 'Rape, pillage, THEN burn!' Too often we got the last two turned around and there was little to take home.
Stories about global warming must not be selling. If the readers recognize the dishonesty of global warming stories, they may question the validity of the other stories and just not buying the magazine. Decline details in the Washington Examiner:
A decade-long implosion of magazine sales, led by weekly news mags, appears to be speeding up, with major name brands like Time suffering double-digit declines in just the last three months, according to the group that has charted the death of print.
MagNet Data reports that newsstand and other retail sales fell 10.3 percent in the third quarter of 2015, from 128.8 million to 115.5 million.
Some examples of the decline in the third quarter:
• Time Inc. sales down 13.1 percent, revenue off $11.3 percent.
• Hearst sales down 21.9 percent, revenue off 20.3 percent.
• Wenner Media, publisher of Rolling Stone, down 15.9 percent, revenue off 15.1 percent.
• Conde Nast sales down 9.3 percent, revenue off 7.2 percent.
Wel, well. The cat is out of the bag now. The only reason you Vikings did not kill my people at Wounded Knee was because you did not hear about the shinding or were too busy doing the rape and pillage thing. Just because the good doc got stranded when he did the burn thang in the wrong order is no excuse. We all know he would have been smashing babies' heads against trees if given the chance. You snooze, you lose. BTW, anybody need free lunch buffet coupons at the rez Casino?
Mr. Steele. Not Rolling Stone! I haven't made the cover yet. Well, they do say that mag subscriptions are the first to go when money gets tight. They also say the cyberspace gadgets changes the way we hurl insults and also expose lack of proper grammar correctness. They say a lot of things, but I digress. Anybody up for a Pillage Party!
Since I hear you have the sward, (yet need a little practice as I recall) I will sport a battle axe at the next "ethnic" gathering. If the report puts me in Ragnar's clan,, let the games begin! If it's Erickson's I claim New England.
Walt, that was predictable. Yeah, the Viking would have ruled the world with their strong economic ties to the subdued peoples except for 3 unfortunate events. First, they landed too close up on shore and inavertly set some of their boats on fire when torching peasant huts.
Secondly, (which leads to the third unfortunate event), when the Russians asked them to rule over them, they got hooked on that vodka which made them not think straight and distracted them from taking care of business.
Thirdly, they got too drunk to tie up and secure their longboats and a freak storm blew their unmanned vessels out to sea. Bummer.
I dunno doc. Walt looks more like an Oslo guy than a Swede. You kinda look like a Finn and them Finns don't get no respect. And nobody has told either one of you cod eaters that you are racists. Ignorance is bliss I suppose.
Has anyone noticed that the rich PC crew who spend lavishly on cause celebs, such as global warming ads are just like the sinful rich people who bought sin dispensations from the old time Popes? Donate to this lets me off for stealing middle class tax payer money by way of subsides and tax write offs for the failed businesses and NGO's that towed the party line on global warming, but had no financial hopes whatsoever. ;-)
Damn Bill,,, that's a tad on the harsh side. We even converted to Christianity. Got baptized even. Then we mellowed out, Look how nice our cousins are today. ( and our Blond blue eyed pin up girls give GREAT massages.) What's not to love?
At least we can handle the fire water.
Ouch, Walt, cut deep with that one, paleface. Tis true, tis true. Must say there is a world of difference between Swedish gals on holiday and those Swiss "wound up tighter than a Swiss watch" gals. That I grant you, with loving fond memories.
Now, of course we mustn't use that broad brush of generalization. For example, not all of the Irish are drunks. I can't think of one that's not off the top of my head, but I'm sure there might be a few Irish Catholic nuns in some distant convent that aren't drunks. That is the white devil side of me speaking.
Now, not all savages live on the rez drinking firewater, smashing up their new shiny pickup trucks and showing each other their new bar scars on a weekly basis. Some do not even collect Injun money. I can think of one...me.
Yep, must be that part Irish drunk in me that makes me put on the war paint after a few pulls on the jug. Add firewater and its 3 meals and a cot until I stand before the Honorable Discharger in the morning , sometimes with double vision. You know that Drunk Irish Firewater combo really painted the town the previous night or week when the judges keep asking ya if you are ok. :). I don't blame the drunk Irish part cause that part can hold his liquor. It's the other savage part I have to keep an eye on.
Expect more record gun sales, Jon. People are smart enough to know that our LE cannot be in all places at all times on every street corner and front door in America. The "victims" are always the first responders. Milliseconds count. Be it gang bangers, idiots wack out on drugs, or terrorists, the idea is to always be the first responder. The time it takes to dial 9/11 may be time one doesn't have to protect one's little children donning worried faces looking up to you for protection.
And obliviously, people do not trust our vetting.
Now, throw this wrench in the gears and it get more interesting: http://cnsnews.com/news/article/susan-jones/ice-director-bunch-countries-refuse-us-efforts-deport-criminal-aliens
Copy and paste:
By more than 2 to 1, more Americans believe mass shootings in the United States are more a reflection of problems identifying and treating people with mental illness than inadequate gun control laws, according to a Washington Post-ABC News poll taken in October. That poll also found the public split on whether to prioritize new laws aimed at reducing gun violence (46 percent) or protecting the right to own guns (47 percent).
"Jon" 9:30 represents one Aussie as "the world", but the AU response to such a killing was the confiscation of about a third of the country's guns. If that's what DEMs want, perhaps Pantsuits will oblige.
Hey CNN is now reporting a direct connection to ISIL with these Islamic killers. And the media is trying to soft-shoe the babe because she birthed a little jihadist. Also, she Facebooked as she was killing. What a gal! Maybe if she was still breathing "jon" could finally get a date.
Rights, not fights... darned on screen keyboard meets fat fingers.
The Frisch/Pelline lauding a low "gun death rate" in Japan ignores the inconvenient truth that their full homicide rate, including suicides, is higher than ours by a wide margin despite "gun deaths" being virtually zero.
Not to pick nits but isn't it a mistake to lump suicides into the homicide number.
And since progressives are so much more style over substance (see - Steves faithful belief that California cutting greenhouse gas emissions is going to save the planet), dead from gun violence is so much more déclassé than having a pencil rammed into your temple or being the victim of a "necklacing".
Even “fish” is smart enough to see through Gregory Goodknight’s B.S.:
“The Frisch/Pelline lauding a low ‘gun death rate’ in Japan ignores the inconvenient truth that their full homicide rate, including suicides, is higher than ours by a wide margin despite ‘gun deaths’ being virtually zero.
Dead is not less dead if a gun isn’t involved.

Hard to believe that Gregory is a Harvey Mudd grad. LOL.
Hard to believe that your professors couldn't ram the simple notion that leaving out the meat of the quote is poor journalism.
Of course you're a poor journalist so it really isn't their fault.
Deportees don't wanna go home and home doesn't want them? No problem, that's what bombers were invented for. Parachutes would depend upon the individual involved.
This solution was originally proposed for the Gitmo gang, only there the LZ would be the mid-Atlantic.
No mistake... homicide is literally the killing of a human.
homicide
n. the killing of a human being due to the act or omission of another. Included among homicides are murder and manslaughter, but not all homicides are a crime, particularly when there is a lack of criminal intent. Non-criminal homicides include killing in self-defense, a misadventure like a hunting accident or automobile wreck without a violation of law like reckless driving, or legal (government) execution. Suicide is a homicide, but in most cases there is no one to prosecute if the suicide is successful. Assisting or attempting suicide can be a crime.

posting by phone.... appypollyloggies for the 913/914 doublet.
Another common misconception... murder as a synonym for homicide and vice versa (vee-kay ver-saw is, I think, the Latin pronunciation)... I recall Keachie being completely ignorant of the concept of a justifiable homicide a few years ago. Yes, dear friends, it is legal to kill somebody in certain circumstances, in defence of self and of others.
I've also a pet peeve over the mushing of the meaning of decimate, Latin for killing 10%... every tenth man, a practice used by the Roman army to discipline their soldiers for slacking off in battle.
Yeah, suicide is against the law. Japan has a huge Islamic community, duh.
After news of the San Burdo began to unfold, I said within myself that Trump's numbers would climb. Noticed this morning that, indeed, that has happened. Just glancing at the news I can see multiple stories about Trump numbers being at all time high, albeit I no longer waste time following daily polls.
I always liked Pat Bucannon. Not really for what he says, but what he did. He was a young aide/adviser when he walked into Nixon's office and said "Mr President, you have lied to us and the American people. You must resign." In this day of butt kissing and "yes men" surrounding our Presidents, Pat Bucannon is a breath of fresh air. Principles above politics. Here is an editorial he wrote. Kind of hard to follow at first, but he makes a great point: Pushback against the media is what is driving Trump's numbers.
Hmmm.
This recent poll shows that around 43% of Republicans believe Obama is a Muslim. In your view is this a example of the duming down of America?
Misperceptions about Obama's religious beliefs are more common than those about his birth, particularly among Republicans. Overall, 29% of Americans say they think the President is a Muslim, including 43% of Republicans.
Of course, Gregory (a self-professed math and science hound) doesn’t even understand the math curriculum at UC Berkeley for engineers compared with liberal arts students.
I think I lost consciousness at this point!
....I did however regain it at the end for one of jeffys patented lack of self awareness moments.
"Gregory is a shining example of the “big fish, small pond” syndrome in small towns."
Oh jeff....so many neuroses swimming around in that big pumpkin head of yours......one wonders how you cope?
PaulE 1046am - In citing that stat you have to remember that 100% Repubs think that Obama is 1) the worst president the country has had, and 2) a demonstrated anti-American globalist promoting the objectives outlined in UN's Agenda21. Starting from that base, we look at how the duck walks and quacks, and there he clearly evinces a painfully pro-Islamic outlook in both his foreign and domestic policies. Moreover, his conduct of the Presidency overflows with examples of disrespecting and minimizing the Christian influence in America. At best, there he displays the secular expression of Christian traditions - e.g. Santa Claus vs Christ's birth, Easter bunny vs the risen Christ. So yes, when the message from the WH continues about the 'religion of peace' and that 'Islamic' cannot be conjoined with 'terrorist', then we can understand why 43% of Repubs may conclude that Obama is a Muslim. BTW, where did that number come from?
Emery, those numbers might have something to do with 0's doing more for the muslum brotherhood than Israel since he has been in office. Things like appointing a hamaas supporter as the state dept. isis czar seems to reinforce those impressions.
Paul.. See what Rev. Write said about "O". Then there is the admission of "guilt" in his own ("O"'s) book. Born and raised in a Muslim house. So was his daddy.
His inactions against our enemy is further proof.
Once again Terrorists strike the U.S.,, yet "O" and Co. refuse to call it for what it is and by whom.
The attackers sure were't Swedes!
re PaulE's 1046am stat. The recent Gallup poll divides political America into R = 29%, I = 40%, D = 31%. If that is true, then a little algebra shows that, if 29% of Americans think Obama is a Muslim, then about 23% of the I+D population shares that belief with the cited 43% of Rs.
If I copyrighted my posts I could make a fortune off of “fish” (AKA David Larsen of Carmichael). All he does is cut and paste them all day. Of course, I don’t think he has any money. Just a big mouth hiding behind a name like “fish.” This pretty much sums up a troll like fish.....
Well you should......it would keep you ass deep in Mallomars!
Jeff's lone defense is a link to a WaPo chart that conflates murder with homicide and treats gun homicides separately from homicides as a whole... meaning OJ's little spree wouldn't count but his ex and her friend were as dead as f-ing fried chicken.
At high noon, Jeffie wrote "Even “fish” (no rocket scientist or mental giant) questioned the truthfulness of lumping in suicides with mass killings."
First, "fish" just asked if it was a "mistake", and gave me the point when I cited an authoritative source that plainly stated suicides truly were instances of homicide. Some, even most, definitions of homicide choose to omit killing by the dear deceased; use whichever you want just be clear about it.
Of course, Jeff commits a clear lie by omission for repeating the original challenge without mentioning he'd recanted the challenge.
That's why Jeff throws mudballs from behind the Corpulent Curtain... he can't win without cheating and he doesn't realize his dwindling audience is a result.
Now Greg “working at my place” Goodknight is touting an NRA opinion as “truth.” He needs to get busier at work! I should hire him to drop some magazines in Chico. ROFLOL.
I'm sure if you ask nicely Greg will consider bombing Chico from the air with your glossy circular.....after all there are bird cages that need bird cage liners there too.
Why does “fish” never have anything substantive to say? Answer: Because he is not very bright.
Ahhh.....what is the sound of one jeffy whining? Trick question.....there's a multitude of jeffys.....there's Gloria, there's Annie, there's Bruiser........
Ah George.....you should have left Mr. Sheridans pithy bon mot as an example of proglodyte frustration.
PS: You guys might want to watch were you step today....there is so much lefty spinning going on about this weeks events that there's bound to be copious amounts of vomit around.
They will tolerate Todd’s posts when presented as an example of the ugly, hateful world that he lives in — and still exists among a small but declining group of our locals. It must be embarrassing to the long timers. Meawhile, “fish” (David Larsen of Carmichael) is up and at ’em on Rebane’s blog at 7 a.m. Fish needs to get his own blog — or a life. LOL.
Oh I was "up and at ’em" way before that jeffy.....some of us have things to do that don't involve planning armed robberies of the Cinnabon like your self. So why don't you doff your tent sized footy jammies and get out there and take on the day.
Fish, is he dissing me again? LOL! I live rent free in his diminished noggin. The fellow is cracking me up with his attacks on you. He has so many sock puppets even I have almost lost track. And his SP's are female names. What is that all about.
This is a hoot! “fish” is talking to himself on Rebane’s blog again in the wee hours of the morning. A long series of comments, including misreading one of them all together, are being ignored. “fish” is going to have to find some new friends on the internet — a pattern I suspect since he’s from Carmichael, not even here. Here’s a look at how “fish” “thinks.” http://www.ncc-1776.org/tle2011/tle603-20110116-02.html (Where’s Dr. Phil?).
Why the obsession with authority figures jeffy? Dr. Phil.....Pastor Ron....Todd??......and best of all the Clerk Recorder of all things?
Go ahead jeffy...... show us on the doll where the man touched you?
I just read the post from Keachie and the FUE. Nevada County Peeps was started by Keachie according to him. I did not know that. I suggest people read some of the posts as the left is now doing anti-gun and pro climate change crapola on it. What is fascinating to me about the libs posting there is they cannot take it when a contra point of view is voiced. They attack me as a evil doer for even discussing a different POV. It looks like our education system has coddled these minds full of mush to think a disagreement is namecalling. What a hoot.
What is fascinating to me about the libs posting there is they cannot take it when a contra point of view is voiced.
What was fascinating to me is how Keachies passionate.....dare I say almost sexual description of a new Beretta AR style rifle survived the Flabby Gatekeeper of the Sierras focused gaze? It was as much gun porn (and Keach seems to have a certain flair for it) as jeffys "from the gut" tales of food and wine is food porn. You might want to sneak over before jeffy can "memory hole" it...which he's certain to do now that I've brought it to your attention!
A regular couple of Mozarts in their selected areas of expertise.
fish quotes Pelline: "Greg “working at my place” Goodknight is touting an NRA opinion as “truth.”"
I never used the word "truth"; quotes are entirely inappropriate; once again we have Jeff making stuff up in order to throw slime. The man (is that too strong a word for him?) does not have the gravitas required for journalism... his first foray into pure advertising with his glossy pennysaver might be his ethical speed but it's much harder to produce a newspaper or magazine readers are willing to pay for.
Jeff also is accurately quoted as having written,
"Greg Goodknight is an [sic] LOL."
...and he claims I am the one who needs "bonehead English".
Oh Fish
"This is my weapon, this is my gun. One is for protection, one is for fun." Looks like Special K has combined the two.
Morning Jeffried. Ironic that you seem to relish in the fact that Mr. Fish is posting at 7:00am while you are doing exactly what? Posting about Fish posting? Maybe ironic is not the right word. See that mirror over there? Please, for goodness sakes, do not look into it, do not go there. Must not go there, must not go there. Must not look.
Seems to a dumbo like me that.....ah forget it.
Hey, anybody know when they are going take down that same picture of the Jihad Jenny down? I am getting tired at looking at her mug. Sure, we can still discuss her, but an ugly mug of a ugly hairy backed female Islamic is messing with my digestive system.
Great Holy Goat Porn Prophet, no wonder they are instructed to cover the their faces. No wonder the Goat Humpers are child molesters. Heck, at least the Great Pedophile allows them to take in slaves, looking for an more palatable alternative to what's in the goat pen. He has shown his people...er...his male followers.mercy.
I would like to see a pic of the Hot Pakanstani after LE blew her face off. It would be a much needed improvement and a catalyst for deeper discussions.
Congrats there fish. Now all three subscribers to the FUE's blog and the five who get the free copies of his food porn mag can see what a Great American you are. Great article. My guess is Bruce Levy will now quit the FUE's blog as he chants apostasy!
I think the FUE is desperate to attract readers and is bowing to the pressure of the common folks who want both sides. But that may have only been a dream I had last night. LOL!

He must have been pretty worked up when he posted it.........the formatting was terribly amateurish! It's difficult to separate my brilliance from the bafflegab his buddy scribbled!
Oh, thanks Gregory. I am in some battles at Peeps with some liberals against guns, for AGW and terrorism. Liberals in our little county sure are nasty.
Now let this be an example that repeated interactions with jeffy can lead to good!
In re: This mornings entertainment
Editor,
Back in 2011 you were good enough to provide me a venue to vent my spleen at a nitwit who scribbles for the SFgate.com news site (Libertarian Enterprise issue - #603). My letter was discovered by a former colleague of the writer in question during a series of exchanges in which he and I have engaged. This finally culminating in his abandoning merely linking to your site and clipping the letter and posting it in its entirety at his blog.
The second individual mentioned seems to think that his repeated linking to the Libertarian Enterprise would somehow shame me or lead me to recant the opinions offered in my letter to you.
They won’t.
It dawns on me however that I never properly thanked you for the opportunity to continue infuriating the ignorant!
Mr. Fish got published under his pen name! Gee, Fish, couldn't you have come up with a better pen name than D. Laresn. No matter, I am proud of you. And to think all this time I have been posting in the shadow of a renowned Literature Conasuier. The arts rock! You have ventured off to bigger ponds while some are still in the wading pool peddling overpriced free glossy placemats. Remember "us" up in them thar hills. I hope you found some intelligent life on our purple people eater blog while doing research.
Opps, I forgot that part that Sid Vicious and Johnny Rotten discovered. Fame does not guarantee fortune. Look at this as an opportunity, not a challenge.
A quick note on Jeff's propagandizing... central are Alinsky #5
“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating.
... and Alinsky #13
“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.
Perhaps I should be flattered that onetime journalist has had to fabricate words and actions of mine to get that done.
Hey, I got published too over at some blog that still exists! Wow, with no one commenting on his blog, he is forced to scrap the bottom of the barrel and invite his reader...er...readers to bask in my wisdom. I just wish he would post the first and more important half of my 9:20 post. Oh well, Yeah, I am bored already.
Yo Jeffried, thank you, thank you, thank you. I will send your a gift of appreciation. How about a hand mirror to sit on so you can see your other poster.
U B DaMan.
Fish, you are having too much fun ( if there is such a beast). Hi Jeffried, no, I am not talking about you, you Dick Tracy you. I am speaking to Mr. Fish.
Poor “fish”: He’s so flabbergasted that I drew attention to his irrational/disturbing screed, he missed the link to the “Libertarian Enterprise.” Glad he’s not a proofreader! LOL.
Flabbergasted...?
Thanks to me more than you and your imaginary friends will see your ghost town of a blog today!
Todd 10:01 "Liberals in our little county sure are nasty."
Perhaps I should again mention that I remain a self identified liberal. This is complicated by the fact that Liberalism's modern adherents are champions of limitations on liberty and redistribution of property, the polar opposite of their origins. Culturally, I have much more in common with "Liberals" but where we disagree lay the biggest hot buttons that drive the DP party power in California.
I'd be happy to vote for a GOP ticket next November but so far, the top candidates are not ones I'd not throw my vote away for. Voting REP for Pres in CA will not result in any Electors in the winner take all contest so libertarians might as well vote their conscience and find someone else.
Yep, Walt, we invented Timothy McVay. Opps, that was before the Tea Party. Ok, we spit on Nancy's friends and yet we offered a $100,000 jackpot to anyone on Earth that could prove the hysterical allegation. The money still sits, collecting minimal interest.
On the other hand, we can easily prove (and have in no uncertain terms) that Islamics have killed and maimed thousands of innocent American citizens. I only bring up McVay to give credence and hope to our " egg on their face" friends.
No, John, the other jon is has been quite busy posting here. Sock puppets forget to log out and log back in under pseudonyms at times. A tiny fly in the ointment in the grand scheme of things.
But, jon has been eerily quiet since the Climate Change confab that will stop terrorism, rid the planet of wars that are, wars to come, and send billions to OPEC nations to help them transform from an oil dependent economy to a broke as Palenstine economy.
Still licking his wounds after regurgitating the usual left wing anti gun talking points up to the point it was obviously not another 'workplace violence' by a Christian in the SB radical Islamic terrorist attack.
Jon, what do you see here that amounts to racism, anger and hatred? The only thing I see that is related, is anger at unAmerican actions in the media and some politicians and citizens.
No way in hell will the Repub controlled House or Senate give gun grabbers the time of day.
It was that line of thinking that got LIBS kicked to the curb.
BTW The guns used in the latest attack we "calif. compliant"
The guns weren't Cal compliant. The S&W was modified to be fully automatic and the DPMS was modified to accept 30 round clips and the bullet button was bypassed. In the news pictures I only saw 10 round clips but BATF says high capacity clips were used on scene. http://www.thetrace.org/2015/12/san-bernardino-shooting-high-capacity-magazine-clips/
Just left Tater Pig's page shaking my head. He was on a rant regarding a 2011 text by fish, but I couldn't make hide nor hair what he was attempting to communicate. There are three replies to his post which, at first blush, indicated that someone was reading the grease stained screed . . . until I realized all three replies were the TP talking to himself between bites.
Enjoyed a Tater Pig a few days ago and am seriously thinking about giving Jeff a new nickname. I can't take a bite without seeing his profile in my mind and the vision ruins a very fine piece of true American vittle.
Good job fearless leader. Fresh sand to muck up.

Posted by: Walt | 03 December 2015 at 07:30 PM

Now, throw this wrench in the gears and it get more interesting:

Without a 2nd, Aussie gun owners were defenceless... parliamentary government makes it easier for even a temporary majority to run roughshod over the fights of a minority. Here's one account: http://thefederalist.com/2015/06/25/the-australia-gun-control-fallacy/
Trying that in the USA would not end well.

Moral signaling über alles.

Deportees don't wanna go home and home doesn't want them? No problem, that's what bombers were invented for. Parachutes would depend upon the individual involved.
This solution was originally proposed for the Gitmo gang, only there the LZ would be the mid-Atlantic.

We tend to forget the actual meaning of the word homicide because the natural legal distinction is a killing by another vs killing of one's self.
Wikipedia creates a third term, intentional killing, that has other problems but here is the list with Japan intentionally killing its people at a higher rate than the US:

posting by phone.... appypollyloggies for the 913/914 doublet.

Posted by: George Rebane | 04 December 2015 at 11:07 AM
Emery, those numbers might have something to do with 0's doing more for the muslum brotherhood than Israel since he has been in office. Things like appointing a hamaas supporter as the state dept. isis czar seems to reinforce those impressions.
Posted by: Don Bessee | 04 December 2015 at 11:10 AM
Posted by: Walt | 04 December 2015 at 11:15 AM
re PaulE's 1046am stat. The recent Gallup poll divides political America into R = 29%, I = 40%, D = 31%. If that is true, then a little algebra shows that, if 29% of Americans think Obama is a Muslim, then about 23% of the I+D population shares that belief with the cited 43% of Rs.

Jeff's lone defense is a link to a WaPo chart that conflates murder with homicide and treats gun homicides separately from homicides as a whole... meaning OJ's little spree wouldn't count but his ex and her friend were as dead as f-ing fried chicken.
Again, a chart of "intentional killing" by country:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_intentional_death_rate
More people are killed in Japan than in the US. Spin that a'gin, Jeff.

What a hoot.

fish quotes Pelline: "Greg “working at my place” Goodknight is touting an NRA opinion as “truth.”"

Oh, thanks Gregory. I am in some battles at Peeps with some liberals against guns, for AGW and terrorism. Liberals in our little county sure are nasty.

Now let this be an example that repeated interactions with jeffy can lead to good!
In re: This mornings entertainment
Back in 2011 you were good enough to provide me a venue to vent my spleen at a nitwit who scribbles for the SFgate.com news site (Libertarian Enterprise issue - #603). My letter was discovered by a former colleague of the writer in question during a series of exchanges in which he and I have engaged. This finally culminating in his abandoning merely linking to your site and clipping the letter and posting it in its entirety at his blog.
http://sierrafoothillsreport.com/2015/12/05/fish-on-guns/
The second individual mentioned seems to think that his repeated linking to the Libertarian Enterprise would somehow shame me or lead me to recant the opinions offered in my letter to you.
They won’t.
It dawns on me however that I never properly thanked you for the opportunity to continue infuriating the ignorant!
Thank you!
Most Humbly

A quick note on Jeff's propagandizing... central are Alinsky #5
... and Alinsky #13
Perhaps I should be flattered that onetime journalist has had to fabricate words and actions of mine to get that done.

It's not that he makes the attempt. It's that he's just so bad at it.
Alinsky weeps!

I should be on the payroll!

This news falls under the heading of "Progressive porn"
http://www.dailywire.com/news/1593/loretta-lynch-vows-prosecute-those-who-use-anti-james-barrett
Oh YES! Say bad things against the helpless Islamists, GO TO JAIL!!
Remember when us Tea Party folks were the "domestic terrorists"? We were worse than the ragheads.

One too many note snuck in the above; I generally don't not eschew double negatives.
Posted by: Gregory | 05 December 2015 at 10:55 AM
Yep, Walt, we invented Timothy McVay. Opps, that was before the Tea Party. Ok, we spit on Nancy's friends and yet we offered a $100,000 jackpot to anyone on Earth that could prove the hysterical allegation. The money still sits, collecting minimal interest.
On the other hand, we can easily prove (and have in no uncertain terms) that Islamics have killed and maimed thousands of innocent American citizens. I only bring up McVay to give credence and hope to our " egg on their face" friends.

Fish @ 10:44am.
Boy, it takes some thick elephant skin for someone in his position to use the word flabbergasted. Maybe it was a typo. Flabby gasser perhaps?

I wonder where "jon" has been the past 48 hours? His absence is unusual in this discussion. Too busy on another blog?
Posted by: John | 05 December 2015 at 11:20 AM
No, John, the other jon is has been quite busy posting here. Sock puppets forget to log out and log back in under pseudonyms at times. A tiny fly in the ointment in the grand scheme of things.
But, jon has been eerily quiet since the Climate Change confab that will stop terrorism, rid the planet of wars that are, wars to come, and send billions to OPEC nations to help them transform from an oil dependent economy to a broke as Palenstine economy.
Posted by: Bill Tozer | 05 December 2015 at 11:33 AM
Hey John, I've just been enjoying the Lather Brigade gathering their racism, anger and hatred here. Quite a phenomenon.
Posted by: Jon | 05 December 2015 at 12:14 PM
Still licking his wounds after regurgitating the usual left wing anti gun talking points up to the point it was obviously not another 'workplace violence' by a Christian in the SB radical Islamic terrorist attack.
Posted by: Don Bessee | 05 December 2015 at 12:29 PM
"jon" you are the omly racist bigot homophobe here. Projecting again I see.
Posted by: Todd Juvinall | 05 December 2015 at 12:30 PM
Jon, what do you see here that amounts to racism, anger and hatred? The only thing I see that is related, is anger at unAmerican actions in the media and some politicians and citizens.
Posted by: John | 05 December 2015 at 12:31 PM
LOL John.
Lather Brigade- have a great, angry weekend.
Posted by: Jon | 05 December 2015 at 01:02 PM
Jon, I take that to mean you don't understand the concept of unAmerican? "Jon", the only other person who has LOL as a part of "his" vocabulary.

Posted by: Jon | 05 December 2015 at 01:02 PM
Angry......as near as I can tell we're having a fabulous morning!
Rest assured that you will always accuse those here of harboring the same feelings that you are having at the moment you put fingers to keyboard.
Projection: It's what you leftys do!

"jon" is flying cover for "two of his own".

LIBS are a foolish bunch. They think they are still in control of things.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/12/05/democrats-talk-after-deadly-terror-shootings-echo-past-unfulfilled-promises-on.html?intcmp=hpbt2
No way in hell will the Repub controlled House or Senate give gun grabbers the time of day.
It was that line of thinking that got LIBS kicked to the curb.
BTW The guns used in the latest attack we "calif. compliant"
Posted by: Walt | 05 December 2015 at 02:30 PM
Walt 12/5/15 14:30
