George Rebane
[This is the addended transcript of my regular KVMR commentary broadcast on 6 July 2016.]
Today millions of Americans believe that yesterday morning we saw justice publicly executed at the hand of a corrupt federal government. And the executioner was none other than FBI Director James Comey, who was not supposed to wield the ax, yet he did it anyway.
Even he must have known that history would be made by his unprecedented public statement (transcript here), one not called for by his job description nor delivered by any of his predecessors. Comey spent the first 14 minutes detailing the federal penal codes Ms Clinton had violated, and then summarily stated there was not enough evidence to indict her, after which he peremptorily walked out of the room. Americans were both astounded and distressed. (more here)
The many remarkable events over the past eighteen months, along with coincidences during the last two weeks, have given rise to a number of conspiracy theories on what really happened behind the scenes that led to yesterday. So now allow me to entertain you by spinning one more such conspiracy theory that you might not have heard yet.
But here the whole affair to exonerate Hillary and assure her election was choreographed over a year in advance. In the intervening months, Comey’s rap sheet as a straight-shooting Republican was paraded multiple times in the media, to reassure us that the director, already in the tank with Lynch, was conducting a diligent investigation letting the evidence lead where it would. To insulate Obama, his West Wing gang, and Hillary, the AG had to finalize the deal and get the details and timing of Comey’s ‘findings’ to them without piercing the vail of plausible deniability. So a coincidental meeting with Bill Clinton as go-between was arranged aboard Lynch’s just arrived executive jet in Phoenix in order to exchange pleasantries about grandchildren and golf.
The meeting was duly ‘discovered’ by a tipped-off reporter, causing the expected dust up. Lynch then went on the air and said, ‘Shucks, we didn’t talk about the investigation, and we promise never to do it again. And just to keep things on the up and up, I’m going to go along with whatever Director Comey recommends.’ With such a noble pseudo-recusal she defused the meeting on the tarmac and, more importantly, gave Comey the needed invite to make his unprecedented announcement. With even some raised-eyebrow Democrats demurring, Hillary’s constituency then predictably would swallow the FBI’s finding hook, line, and sinker.
Few noticed that Hillary’s bags were already packed to fly to North Carolina aboard AF One to launch the next round of her campaign with the President. There neither spoke a word of Comey’s anticipated and perfectly timed announcement. All’s well that ends well.
So much for the conspiracy theory, but the real bomb dropped by the FBI director was his announcement that our justice system is indeed rigged and tiered. With unabashed candor Director Comey told the country that people, less important but equally guilty of the exact same crimes committed by Hillary, should not expect a pass. Such people have been prosecuted in the past, and they should expect the same in the future. Or in Comey’s words, “This is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions.”
My name is Rebane, and I also expand on this and related themes on Rebane’s Ruminations where the addended transcript of this commentary is posted with relevant links, and where such issues are debated extensively. However my views are not necessarily shared by KVMR. Thank you for listening.
Addendum – The Comey Vote has handed Donald Trump and the Republicans a political plum if they are wise enough to use it between now and November. Only the most naïve believe that the fix has not been in to let Hillary slide on her Benghazi and email scandals, let alone gloss over her general ineptitude and lack of accomplishments in political office. Her history of pervasive lying is now officially documented by the federal government, and revealed for all to see in several side-by-side videos (here and here) with Director Comey.
Another area of lying not mentioned but open for future investigation and potential prosecution is the tranche of Benghazi emails that for some mysterious reason are nowhere to be found in the collection that she was forced to turn over to State and the FBI. It would stagger the imagination that the entire Benghazi episode starting with pre-attack security issues, through the attack, to the after action cover-up resulted in no work related emails sent or received by Hillary. The obvious answer is that she included them with the ‘personal emails’ about wedding plans and yoga that were deleted so thoroughly (servers were scrubbed) that even advanced forensics could not recover them. This gap in her otherwise complete State Dept work repository reminds people of the 17 minute gap that Dick Nixon had in his archive of audio tapes recorded in the Oval Office.
(Famed Hollywood audio engineer and sound director Loren L. Ryder – winner of multiple industry awards and five Oscars - owned several audio related businesses after his stint with Paramount. The most prominent of them was Ryder Sound Services which for decades was Hollywood’s leading facility for doing the post-production sound for films and TV shows. Loren also owned the distribution and sales company for the Kudelski Swiss made Nagra tape recorders which were the premier audio recorders of their day in the 1970s. It was Loren who sold the Nixon administration the tape recorders that were surreptitiously used to record the goings on in the White House.
Loren Ryder was my uncle-in-law (Jo Ann’s uncle), and as a young engineer I had the opportunity to sit at his knee and learn about the technology, history, and business of audio. After Nixon's missing audio became public, Loren assured me personally that ‘his Nagras’ did not introduce the 17 minute gap in the tape. The renowned reliability of the Nagras gave lie to the claim that the missing audio was due to equipment failure. I am equally sure that Hillary’s servers faithfully recorded and stored every one of the damning Benghazi emails that she decided should never see the light of day.)
The Crooked Hillary story is not over, but just beginning if only The Donald will work with his assembled brain trust, and control his mouth so as not to shift focus from defeating arguably the most corrupt and incompetent candidate for President we have experienced in modern times. To be continued.
[8jul16 update] Apparently the Capitulating Comey's story is also not over. A deeper look into the lead up to Comey’s notorious duck-and-cover performances reveal a man nowhere near the carefully structured stature that has been presented to us over the past year. First, I draw your attention to WSJ’s ‘The Legend of Jim Comey’ which begins –
Three days after James Comey’s soliloquy absolving Hillary Clinton of criminal misuse of classified information, the big winner is—James Comey. Washington’s elite are hailing the FBI director as a modern King Solomon for avoiding a political crisis while telling the truth.
Forgive us if we don’t join the beatification. Now that we’ve had more time to digest Mr. Comey’s legal reasoning, and after his appearance on Capitol Hill Thursday, his actions are all the more troubling and set a dangerous precedent. He often poses as the deliverer of “hard truths,” and the hard truth is that he has helped himself politically but not the cause of equal treatment under the law.
And then for some extended research into Director Comey’s not so pristine past as a selfless, tough, and courageous purveyor of truth, we read Kimberely Strassel’s revealing piece ‘Comey Ran True to Form’ that introduces us to a new side of James Comey as the consummate politician. After supplying us with considerable history, Ms Strassel concludes with –
Mr. Comey wasn’t ready to go it alone and impose accountability on Mrs. Clinton. That would have been tough. That would have been brave. He instead listed her transgressions in detail and left it to the public to pass judgment at the ballot box in November.

JonD 907pm - I don't think the American people, who don't speak with one voice, had anything to do with proving that Hillary lied, and that our justice system is rigged and tiered. FBI Director Comey can be credited with all those revelations.

You lefties shouldn't read this as it will maybe cause you to think.
That could hurt your brain.
Just the usual selling favors for money from the left's fav gal.

FBI Director at least made it clear as day in his concluding remarks. Hillary will not be charged, but if any of you yahoos out there think you can pull the same capers and shenanigans, well....the consequences will be different. Read: we will give Hildabeast a pass, but not necessarily anybody else hatching the exact same plan. Thus his warning, which we all heard loud and clear.
"Yes Masta, we be good, we be good and we no do what that white lady did. Yes Masta, yes Masta."

Look at the bright side... defense attorneys who specialize in security violations are already working on getting their client's sentences eased using Comey's statements and Hillary's cozy deal.

"An average person does know not to do that. This is no average person," Gowdy said. "This is a former first lady, a former United States senator, and a former secretary of state that the president now contends is the most competent, qualified person to be president since Jefferson. He didn't say that in '08 but he says it now. She affirmatively rejected efforts to give her a state.gov account. She kept these private emails for almost two years and only turned them over to Congress because we found out she had a private email account."
He continued, "So you have a rogue email system set up before she took the oath of office. Thousands of what we now know to be classified emails, some of which were classified at the time. One of her more frequent email comrades was in fact hacked, and you don't know whether or not she was. And this scheme took place over a long period of time and resulted in the destruction of public records yet you say there is insufficient evidence of intent."
"You say careless but not intentionally. You and I both know intent is really difficult to prove," Gowdy continued. "Very rarely do defendants announce, 'On this date I intend to break this criminal code section. Just to put everyone on notice, I am going to break the law on this date.' It never happens that way. You have to do it with circumstantial evidence, or if you're Congress and you realize how difficult it is to prove specific intent, you will formulate a statute that allows for gross negligence."
Remarking that his time had expired, Gowdy said he still feared that there was no precedent for criminal prosecution for future cases similar to Clinton.
"And my real fear is this, this is what [Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah)] touched upon, this double tracked justice system rightly or wrong hey perceived this country, that if you are a private in the Army and you email yourself classified information, you will be kicked out but if you are Hillary Clinton and you seek a promotion to commander-in-chief, you will not be," Gowdy concluded. "So what I hope you can do today is help the average person, the reasonable person you made reference to, the reasonable person understand, why she appears to be treated differently than the rest of us would be."

And the ill conceived comedy of errors beat goes on....
Here's why Allen West is delighted about the FBI verdict regarding Hillary:
"Of course, the news cycle is completely dominated by FBI Director James Comey’s announcement yesterday recommending no criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. And my response is GREAT! I can’t thank Director Comey enough for coming to this decision." Read why below...

Next Step: Massive Voter Fraud.
The following comment by a reader gives some interesting background on the FBI Director James Comey:
"THE FIX IS REAL !!! 20 years ago James Comey as an attorney on the Senate Whitewater Investigation was looking into the conduct of President Bill Clinton and first lady Hillary Clinton. The investigation was to determine whether Bill Clinton used his political position as governor of Arkansas (in the 1980s) to push through an illegal loan to benefit Bill and Hillary's business partner in Whitewater. Several people involved in Whitewater went to jail, but no criminal prosecution was in the cards for Bill and Hillary. Remember James Comey was the Deputy Special Counsel for the Whitewater investigation....In Christopher Anderson's book, American Evita: Hillary Clinton's Rise to Power, Anderson gives details of the New Square offenders pardon by Bill Clinton (who had been convicted of bilking the government of $30 million dollars). Christopher Anderson relates that at Hillary's urging Bill gave clemency to 16 Puerto Rican terrorists who took the lives of 16 Americans and wounded many others.Anderson tell us that Hillary admired the Marxist Carl Oglesby and Saul Alinsky. It is from her admiration for Saul Alinsky that she formed her belief that "the only way to make a real difference is to acquire power." The pardon of billionaire Marc Rich (who traded illegally with America's enemies including Iran) by President Bill Clinton was something that everyone knew reeked of impropriety after learning that Rich's wife donated $450,000 to the Clinton Library. Again James Comey oversaw investigations of the pardon matters as well. Unbelievably James Comey did not recommend charging the Clinton in any of these matters. Wouldn't it be fair and balanced to give news coverage to these facts?"
Doesn't all the drama remind ya of The Godfather?

Well, this wasn't the first time the Affluenza Defense worked like a charm.
All this time my ilk and I held on to the fact that the FBI was the last vertiage of trust in our government. They have integrity, I thought. The agents yes! The Government, our government, not so much. Sad day. Gives me no joy to see this nation's trust in our Great Father in Washington erode even further. Polls across the political spectrum showed the trust factor in Big Bro was already getting close to scrapping bottom....except for a group in Arlington, VA that call themselves federal employees. Go figure.

With the FBI Director refusing to talk about the Clinton foundation an article written by a retired FBI assistant Director seems to have seen this coming.
He said the email issue was not going to trip her up it was the corruption investigation with the pay for play while Sec State. He cited payments from players and odd decisions by state. To his mind the deal that changed policy and sold uranium deposits to a kremlin friend of vlad and the dates of donations was one of the smoking guns.
In an interesting coincidence there was only one mention of that deal in madam liar liar pantsuits on fire's turned over emails. One, but lots of phone calls and chatter about its unusual nature in the State Dept.

This guy Will Hurd from Texax is no Trump supporter, but beyond politics and all that stuff, I agreed with him today. Patriots put the truth ahead of political expediency. As Pontius Pilate said, "What is truth?" then washed his hands of the whole matter.
"Politically expedient means something you do to advance yourself politically. Use expedient when you want to hint that a particular solution or strategy has certain benefits and advantages but is not completely fair."

Mr. Don @ 2:33pm. Yep, the fix was in before Corney's accouncement Tuesday. No recording of the FBI "interview" with Hildabeast. No records, no transcripts, no nothing. So, as far as we know they chatted about golf and Hillary's grandkids. Footnote: Lynch has no grandchildren, but I digress.
Did the FBI director even interview the "6 or 7" agents that questioned Hillary? No
Was Hildabeast put under oath? No.
Was the FBI Director present? No.
So, no transcrpts, no under oath, no asking his agents what went on before his announcement.
Was it not her job as top dog as Secretary of State of the USA to insure that all security procedures were followed in her department of thousands? Yes,
Does it matter? No
Weaker cases than this have been sent to a jury everyday of the week....far weaker. Too bad the jury will never get to hear this case.
To get to your point, Mr. Bessee, this is how I see this whole stink to high heaven mess. Not about State secrets really, nor National Security. That was just colleratal damage, but not the motive or target.
Hildabeast set up the private server to keep her correspondence with the Foundation off the books. Shielded from FOIA, so she could wheel and deal through the Foundation and do the public corruption thang and nobody would ever find out. Darn NYT and Benghazi Committe opened that secret server can of worms. It's the whole ball of wax, IMHO.
Sidebar: For months I have kept this filed under my hat, waiting for the right time to use it. Now it don't matter so here goes.. That tidbit occurred to me on day one, i.e., the irony that a young Hillary Rodman Clinton worked for a Watergate Committee, which as a direct by-product of those investigations resulted in the creation FOIA.
Final thought: it's not the FBI. It's the Justice Department. Comey knew he could never get a prosecution because of the rules set up by this Justice Department. Forget the FBI, keep your eye on the Mother Ship, aka, Obama's Justice Department, the most politicized Justice Department since.....Richard Milhouse Nixon. Chao...too hip, gotta go. :)

A rogue conspiracy theory thread started under 'Compliant Comey ...'. My response there to PaulE is cross-posted here.
PaulE 231pm - Conspiracy theories are not disqualified on the basis of their being "neat and tidy", it takes a bit more. And yes, the presented conspiracy theory definitely states that Comey and Lynch both were in the tank with Obama and Hillary for pro quid quo yet to be seen. Comey's reputation is now dead with most of the country, and on life support with the remaining hardened leftwingers who have to keep up a good front for Hillary.
Occam's Razor has served well in many other endeavors than just science, and it is doubly applicable in the present case for which many more convoluted conspiracy theories can be concocted.
Given what has passed since the FBI recommendation and DoJ ruling, Comey's belief that "he did the right thing" is no longer a material factor in this discussion. He's a smart man who sold his soul, and hopes that the agreed on payoff will assuage all regrets.

Justice died with Obama. Hillary now gets the baton. Like to know who told those FBI agents who interviewed Our Gal just this past Saturday not to put Hillary under oath. They worked on this for over a year with a hundred or more agents to suddenly drop the ball, fold their arms, and not even go for the perjury trap at a minimum? No transcripts of the interview even?
Nay, that is just the symptoms, not the disease.
Justice in America died awhile back, the day Barrack Huesin Obama was sworn into office. Glen Beck laid it all out for us back in the Van Jones days. I reckon it's a sad day for him as well.
It's not about Hillary being Hillary. She is just a lying crook. A well enriched lying crook I might as well add.. The day Justice died was when Obama started being Obama.
The Director may have been late to the party, but Lynch or any one of a slew of division heads in the DOJ sold their souls long ago. Comney just played the cards he was dealt.
Conspiracy at the highest level? I will only speculate that Obama finally paid off his debt to Hillary. That Clinton Machine has spent years digging up dirt on everybody....and I mean everybody. Recall the time when Biden was going jump in the race? The Clinton Campaign told Uncle Joe to beware, they got the goods on him and starting leaking dirt 4 days before Uncle Joe, Hillary and Obama had a nice short chat at the WH.
After the pleasantries, Uncle Joe came out to the Rose Garden with Obama's arm across Joe's shoulder and gave a good speech on what he stands for and what he proposes to fix America, and his vision. Then, suddenly in the speech he veered left and said he ain't running. Hmmm. Sounded just like Comney last Tuesday when he laid out the case, then veered left off the page. Hmm. Sounds like the same Obama speech writer to me.
I do wonder what dirt she laid on Obama the same time Uncle Joe got a peek into his Clinton Campaign file. Whatever is in there, Obama balanced the books and everyone from Shotgun Joe to all the big actors are reading from the same script. In unison to boot.
Posted by: Bill Tozer | 07 July 2016 at 07:14 PM
Biggest lie Tuesay, before Justice Died: Comney said "nobody knows what I am going to say"... WTF, everybody knew what he was going to say. Are you kidding me? Hillary was busy scheduling her post interview travel plans with Obama to campaign in North Carolina (a tight swing state) AND there was Hillary dangling the carrot in front of Lynch about staying on in her Administration before Combey opened his mouth.... Everybody knew what he was going to say...er....the Obama Aministration knew. " Nobody knows what I am about to say?" Righttttttttt.
Just for curiosity I would kinda like to know who gave the Director of the FBI the order to stand down, right when he had her by the short curlys. I will have about the same chance as finding out who as I will finding out who gave the stand down order when Ambassor Stevens was stil breathing or who hired that barroom bouncer with no qualifications that mysteriously ended up in the White House basement pouring over FBI files on Republicans when Bubba was running the show. Hmmm. Didn't Hillary have an office or something down there as well?
Who am I kidding. If we can't find out even who hired the guy (White House Legal Department with no known name if I recall), then it's a waste of time chasing down who gave the stand down orders....which never happened......rightttttt.
Posted by: Bill Tozer | 07 July 2016 at 07:40 PM
Those Clinton's really know how to thread a needle. Concerning the aftermath of the Benghazi Report, the Clinton campaign repeatedly went out of their way to say she never interfered with the military...think they said repeatedly "did not block" the military from double timing it to save 4 American citizens.
Leon Pedatta said he was waiting for approval from State. The approval never came. So, Hildabeast did not overtly block the Pentagon is true....she just called Chelsea and then retired for the evening. No green light.. Trump would have been up all night burning up the phones by himself if necessary (ok, maybe a loyal aide) till 5 in the morning, but I digress.
Another day passes, another coffin nail in our nation of laws and truth, justice, and the American way.
Posted by: Bill Tozer | 07 July 2016 at 07:56 PM
PaulE 350pm - You didn't pay attention Paul. Comey already revealed the motive to Congress and the nation - Hillary wanted to control and hide her work related emails so as not to leave a paper trail for FOIA discovery. This itself was an illegal act which the FBI did not consider, but Congress will as it asks (and this is funny) the FBI to open another investigation into her hiding her emails and then lying about it - 'This was an email account used for personal and not work related communications.'
Posted by: George Rebane | 07 July 2016 at 08:26 PM
George
I get it. You mean like Carl Rove did when he was part of the the Bush Administration. Do you have a recollection if Carl Rove was charged with similar charges you recommended be applied to Hillary Clinton.
"The emails had been run through private accounts controlled by the Republican National Committee and were only supposed to be used for dealing with non-administration political campaign work to avoid violating ethics laws. Yet congressional investigators already had evidence private emails had been used for government business, including to discuss the firing of one of the U.S. attorneys. The RNC accounts were used by 22 White House staffers, including then-Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove, who reportedly used his RNC email for 95 percent of his communications.
As the Washington Post reported, “Under federal law, the White House is required to maintain records, including e-mails, involving presidential decision- making and deliberations.” But suddenly millions of the private RNC emails had gone missing; emails that were seen as potentially crucial evidence by Congressional investigators.
The White House email story broke on a Wednesday. Yet on that Sunday’s Meet The Press, Face The Nation, and Fox News Sunday, the topic of millions of missing White House emails did not come up. At all. (The story did get covered on ABC’s This Week.)"

He wasn't Funnelling classified info through an unsecured server so our enemies could scoop up data on undercover assets putting lives in danger.
Sure - Paul wants a trial for Rove but then he'll decide Hillary is 'old news' and go on to the next Bush Derangement deflection.

We can have plenty of trials - I'm all for it. The problem is, it'll mostly be Dems and lefties - and we can't have that!
Au contraire......we can have that! If Rove was involved in the same type (perhaps not the same degree as the presumptive democratic nominee) of e-mail/server shenanigans and we haven't passed any statue of limitations I call upon the Justice Department to charge and try Karl Rove.
I do find it interesting that Paul struggles to see motive where Ms. Clinton is involved but sees it just fine when it's somebody associated with the Bush administration.

While I find it disturbing that Dallas PD sent in a robot with a bomb to kill one of the shooters holed up somewhere, but the dear departed did apparently tell them he hated white people and wanted to kill cops.
Historically, when something bad involving the police happened, the President will call for calm and trust in the process to determine the truth and the legal system to mete out justice. In Ferguson, in contrast, rumors were allowed to swirl about and fester, with the Feds swooping in with an assumed guilt of the cop. This led to fabrications like "hands up, don't shoot" to take hold in what passes for public knowledge to the point where even the Dallas Black Lives Matter demonstrators chanting it, taunting the police. People ignored the fact that even Obama's Holder had to conclude the shooting was justified.
Now we have two more recent police shootings that, on their face, smell very badly, but we need calm and a trust in the process. We also need BLM to change so that a Dallas never happens again. Most killers of black men are other black men, and BLM needs to take that inconvenient truth seriously.
Or we can have more blood in the streets. Most of us don't want that.

To get it so wrong really does take a professional journalist. Jeff, it is you, isn't it?
This Rove episode retelling has been stretched beyond all recognition... during election night almost 4 years ago, FOX called a particular state for Obama, Rove (who was working the FOX election coverage) thought there hadn't been enough precincts reporting to make the call yet. That's it. There was no delusion that Romney was winning, by even one vote, let alone a landslide. Just that the call was premature. The anchor made a show of walking to the dungeon where the statisticians were examining the entrails of their chickens and they walked through their reasoning for the call.
What Rove had said was reasonable, but probably wrong. The statisticians did a reasonable job of justifying their early call.
Jeff, you need to control yourself.

What a golden opportunity for Obama to blame guns. Opps, he already has this morning. I was listening to Coast to Coast last night that featured a call in reporter stuck on the scene in Dallas (they closed off the entire area) who said the BLM protest was peaceful, with the demostraters even taking pictures of themselves with the police. All was going well....until shots rang out.
Wait and see for a few days to see what happened in Louisanna and Minnesota. Let the facts come out as there is always two sides of the story...always. The Minnesota passenger said it was a "Chinese" cop. Who knows at this early stage, but it does not look good on its face.....wait and see or else we will end up with another Fergerson. Thanks DOJ Holder for fanning the flames and keeping that one going....and Baltimore...and....
We cannot proceed until we engage the engine of cross examination. It's the American Way and it is who we are.

Gregory-
Why do you find it disturbing that the assassin was killed with a bomb? Dead is dead and the sooner the better. Would you rather he was killed in hand to hand combat to make it more fair?

PaulE 938pm - I'm not sure you do get it. While not recently updating myself on the Rove dust-up, I do recall that 1) he did not set up multiple unsecure servers but used a commercial account, 2) he neither generated nor retransmitted classified emails, 3) the US attorney hiring and firing was a political matter and not one for cause. Presidents have hired and fired hundreds of US attorneys who serve at their pleasure.
A more cogent criticism you missed would have been to propose that dual positions - government and private - cannot be held by anyone serving in a full time government position (which Rove did as W's campaign manager and chief of staff). That I would support.

Administrivia - Some of the above comments are going off topic and should be in the sandbox since there is yet no post on the Dallas sniper attacks. The old sandbox is nowhere near its usual capacity, however, much has happened in the interval and currency is important. Therefore a prematurely pristine sandbox has been opened to respond to your wide-ranging interests and opinions.

Hand grenades are a military grade weapon that civilian police departments have not embraced in the past, and there is really no difference between something akin to a hand grenade delivered by a robot on the ground and a grenade delivered by a flying drone. Or a missile fired from a drone.
The shooter was going nowhere... the police could have waited him out rather than having a grenade delivered by remote control.

Dr. Rebane: May I suggest that Paul wants us to feel the same outrage over Karl Rove as we have expressed of the Hillary Skate. We cannot proceed until we rehash the Bush years once again. To be more precise, Paul demands we feel the same outrage he felt and continues to feel up to this very day.
Oh yeah, Scotter Libby got caught in the ole Martha Steward perjury trap. Everybody knows that it was that reporter Novak that outed the woman who held a CIA desk job filing paperwork.....but I digress.
Hey, Lincoln did it too and George Washibgton never chopped down a cherry tree. Liars, the whole lot of them!
As far as I know, Rove was never Secretary of State while having his Rove for President campaign machine fully operating in the wings over at some non-profit. Nor was Rove the Republican nominee running for President of The Untided States of Ametica.
Take heart, Paul. We Trumpsters are cleaning up our side of street as well as removing the garage piles from across the aisle that is blocking the sidewalk. We been smoking out a bunch of sewer rats in the process. But, hey, we can't get them all. There are just too darn many of them. Progress, not perfection, in this imperfect world.
Oh Paul, if only you could feel as I do. No worries, I don't request or demand you to. That would be an unreasonable request and a ludicrous demand. Can't argue with feeling. If the little lady says "I feel apprehension about blah, blah, blah...", only a fool would say she shouldn't feel that way or tell her her feelings are wrong. I get it.
Bottom line, I am still in stark raving grief over the Death of Justice. I feel your pain, but maybe not the pain you feel for other dark chapters in this long book.

Here's one of the death by a thousand cuts of justice in the US:
The more things change, tbe more things don't. She's been getting away with baldfaced lies for years.
