Whoo, we had to pay the salaries of all Obama's Czars, including an avowed Communist and let's not forget Valarie Jarrett who seem to be whispering in Obama's ear, everywhere he went, except on his latest trip to a male only retreat in Fiji. I guess she would have stood out.

Some thought from the Diplomad 2.0, who has extensive experience in dealing with Mexico and Mexican Diplomats.
. . . I also have long considered Mexico a major threat to America. I have dealt with Mexican diplomats at the UN, the OAS, and in Central and South America. They are first rate. They are patriotic, well-trained, dedicated, and hard working. They, almost to a man and a woman, are also possessed with a deep, deep animus towards the United States. At the UN and the OAS, for example, Mexico, in my experience, played the role of opponent to whatever we sought to do. They not only consistently voted against us, they collaborated with our opponents on resolutions and projects antithetical to our interests, and, for example, refused to oppose Cuban and Venezuelan human rights violations. They rarely passed on an opportunity to stick it in our eye.
There are same Mexican Diplomats that called for illegals to register and vote for Hillary Clinton.

or perhaps the new job for Jared is a feeble attempt to provide some kind of immunity or the curtain of national security to hide behind for Jared's up and coming testimony on whether or not the Russians and Trump's colluded to try and swing the election.
Russ: do you know what nepotism is? Hiring political allies is common, but family members? come on.. that reeks.
So Todd, if huffpost is such a propaganda outlet what is Breitbart, the Washington Examiner, New York Post,

Posted by: Robert Cross | 27 March 2017 at 06:37 PM
BTW: if you read the link Jared is not getting paid Russ so your Obama Czar quip does not apply. Besides, Obama isn't president any more, Kushner is. He's just going to run the gov't for his lazy father-in-law because trump trusts no one except family and Bannon. like I said, how may people voted for Jared Kushner?
Posted by: Robert Croww | 27 March 2017 at 06:51 PM
So BC shows he does know why the salary or in this case the lack of salary matters to things like nepotism charges.
As in the case of Bobby Kennedy, bringing on highly talented family is a free benefit to the Country. Its not like hiring Chelsey at the Clinton family shakedown so called Clinton 'charity'. Nor is it like the dem member of congress who has maxed out the legal federal salary for his girlfriend for years.
Sounds like BC is just objecting to Kushner because he is a rich Jew. Bad liberal. ;-)

The demos, Clinton and Podesta for sure and probably others, have taken all kinds of cash from the Russians. The demos think that since they are selling out chunks of America, i.e. 20% of our Uranium supply and regulations that clamp down on our domestic energy supply, to the Russians that they are best friends forever. And since BFF's would never turn on one another that the Trumpers obviously must have been involved from the beginning to screw them over. This whole "the Russians ate my homework" blame game is is just a big CYA.

BillT, if that is a true statement by Churchill then that explains a lot for me. The left tosses around the term and yet they are the practitioners.
Trump won the popular vote if California is disregarded. And of course the democrats in our state want to be separate so logically they are. The people who claim to know all about the Constitution and how the government was set up are the dumbest rockheads. But that is the left, illogical and anti truth.

Come on all you lefty's. Trump won, What is it that you don't understand about winning? Oh that's right, you all did not get your trophy for showing up. We on the right showed up, worked hard and turned ut the vote, enough to win. Take the 4.3 million Hillary Clinton California votes out of the equation and Trump won the popular vote as well. Of course we know that is as logical as you liberals/democrats crying that she won the popular vote so he really did not win in your illogical understanding of the system. The Electoral College is how we do it. And it is so as the Founders did not want the more populous states to dominate the smaller ones. We see that here in Calfornia as the democrats steam roll the Republicans. Nothing a R wants in this state ever sees the light of day. The left, when they get control always become fascist. You cannot do anything without their permission and charge you for it as well. And you all know it. So did the Founders.
Now we see a setback in the first attempt to repeal and replace ObamaCare. Nothing worth making better is ever easy. There will be more attempts and at some point we will see a "fix". I have said from day one they should repeal the mess and then use a voucher system for those on Ocare until there is a permanent fix. And the fix is STAY OUT OF HEALTH INSURANCE. The governemtn is telling private companies they must cover things they may not want to cover. And guess why the costs skyrocket? There can be help for the poor and keep Medicare going for the older folks. But all the rest should be left alone. We can setup a high risk pool for those that have pre-existing conditions and other issues. This would leave the 300 million of us that want to be left alone left alone.
And Trump is patient. If you have had to deal with the government to build anything you really need patience. So expect another round. The Freedom Caucus will negotiate and there will be a solution at some point. But we all know most political decision are required to have a majority and Ryan will get one.
Paul has TDS. Same as he did with Bush.

In quasi-related news, Blame Jill Stein! Or not.I always disagree with that man-boy Maddow anyway. Glad I am not alone.
[MSNBC's Rachel Maddow—who when Reason's Nick Gillespie's asserted on Real Time with Bill Maher that she was a Democratic partisan replied, "Dude, I'm not even a Democrat"—said of third party voters last night, "If you vote for somebody who can't win for president, it means that you don't care who wins for president." In Maddow's world, this isn't "punching down" at the tiny percentage of voters who rejected the two least popular presidential candidates of all time, it's that serious-minded independents should only ever vote for the two major parties they refuse to join.
This thinking is in line with the conventional wisdom that Ralph Nader cost Al Gore the presidency in 2000 because of the razor-thin margin between the two major party candidates in Florida. Of course, such logic falls apart when you consider that almost 13 times as many registered Florida Democrats voted for George W. Bush as they did for Nader, and that liberals-for-Bush exceeded Nader's total vote by a factor of more than three.]

The attachment of popular support of a President has a huge impact on elections and support of the policies of an unpopular president can be fatal to an incumbent such as those running for the House in '18. If Trump is in the Dump next year at this time you can see even more distancing from him by Repubs running for re-election. This is politics 101 George. You should know that.

The democrats are making fools of themselves in their attacks on Trump today. On CSPAN the House Ways and Means Committee is discussing a democrat resolution to try and force Trump to make public his tax returns. And are they nasty bastards oh my. But it is not a law and Trump has already done the legal disclosures. But to me the democrats are simply on a witch hunt to find things they can make some fake news about. And their trusty media sycophants will spread the lies for them. So America is really being held hostage by these slimeballs we call democrats. The ploy is obviously about another thing as well. They want to delay, delay, delay the tax reform. So rather than help the American people on taxes and other important issues, these democrats slow it all down and deny American workers a break. Anyone thinking the democrats are for the little guy are sadly mistaken. They are about power for themselves and the little guy gets the democrat shaft. Sad.

Walt once again-Filth from liberal pie holes in Nevada city Walt Who ? When ?
Did you make that up?
Toss-Same question Who? When.
I have my example from the so called respectful Conservative Bill T. Now your turn.
Posted by: Paul Emery | 28 March 2017 at 08:06 PM
Todd
So Bill T is not one of your Republican Conservatives that have the "Grace and manners" you applaud. If you believe that to be so I won't make that confusion again.

You aren't seriously pursuing filth from liberal pie holes in NC like it never happened! What absolute dementia, denial or BS. Which of those 3 fits your situation po' ol' PE? ;-)
Posted by: Don Bessee | 28 March 2017 at 08:27 PM
Who when Where Don and what did they say....
Posted by: Paul Emery | 28 March 2017 at 08:32 PM
Dementia then, sorry to hear it ya po' ol' fakenewsman PE. ;-)
Posted by: Don Bessee | 28 March 2017 at 08:39 PM
Oh Paul Emery, you and your straw men. We have you figured out. And I have no idea what party BillT is in. You are a registered democrat and all your musings a leftwing yet you try a public face of "middle". Not working.
Posted by: Todd Juvinall | 28 March 2017 at 08:39 PM
Now Todd, I would submit that in the context of Nevada city politics po' ol' PE could be middlish. Which is funny in its own way too! ;-)
Posted by: Don Bessee | 28 March 2017 at 08:52 PM
Hey, was it something I said? PE is doing a poor job of bob and weave tonight. Dope on a rope. Yes, PE, I bet you never heard such language. Shocking, is it not? FOAD.
At least he ain't talking about the daily stock market swings...er...I meant the daily polls or growing pot. Always a silver lining. You boys should thank me.
In other news, It could be worse. We have it good.

I think BT is a registered laughatarian. ;-)
Posted by: Don Bessee | 28 March 2017 at 09:12 PM
All talk and no rock with you guys, You make statements about NC Liberals and canet even come up with one example. How does if feel bill to be booted out of Todds club of Conservatives that have "grace and manners."
By the way Don B calling me a Jew Hater was pretty trashy. Shows you know nothing about me or my family history and personal friends and relationships. Makes me want to bring up your history with your neighbors in the South County but I don't think I will.

Geeze Louise, I am a proud member of the Deplorable Party. They said I could join solely because I have graduated to become one of the few, the proud, the truly Irredeemable. Not all Deplorables are certified irredeemable. A special honor with much to live up to.

I keep waiting for the first person to win the NCAA Individual Championship in wrestling or Track and Field or swimming in both the men's and the women's events. It will happen sooner or later. After all, race and gender are but social constructs. Nothing to see here.

Come on, it's only been a couple of months. The Alt-Left is not only extremely impatient, they trigger easily.

Oh, BTW, after 8 years of waiting on Obama, Trump has greenbacks flowing to Flint in less than two months....but, we won't talk about that. When, when, when???
Posted by: Bill Tozer | 28 March 2017 at 09:29 PM
Ya po' ol' PE, we have spent a decade dealing with scum bags who said the most amazing things as cover before the security cameras. BS that get rehashed every election cycle by the usual suspects. I would just observe how long after those criminals lies fell apart and we took files to the two CA AG's, I have attained positions on significant commissions, committees and boards of directors. So don't pretend. ;-)
Did you ever deny hating Jarred or was it really the wife thing?
Posted by: Don Bessee | 28 March 2017 at 09:46 PM
Never made one comment on the subject Not Of any real importance to me

Boy, you guys sure know how to create a boring blog with all the personal attached and useless banter. Let's get back to the issues. Anyone read the Climate Change Executive Order. Was it enough or too much? Should Nunes resign or not? How can Chuck Schumer eat is such a high-end restaurant, on a Senator's salary? What did you think about the Sacramento Sheriff's Illegal Immigration Forum and the protest tonight? Stop boring the crap out of the read! THINK!
Posted by: Russ | 28 March 2017 at 10:02 PM
Ooops should be "Stop boring the crap out of the reader!"
Posted by: Russ | 28 March 2017 at 10:03 PM
Thank you Russ!

This is what I'm dealing with with this character Don Bessee He writes this about me
"Now there you go again ya po' ol' party parrot PE. Why? Why? Why? So do you hate Kushner for being a Jew or for being a Jew with a hot wife PE? ;-)
Posted by: Don Bessee | 27 March 2017 at 07:50 PM"
Then it's followed up by this from somebody named John probably was Bessee.
Nice accumulation of weirdos you've attracted to this blog George
"So Paul Emery, why is it that you hate Jews? Do all Jew haters hate Donald Trump? Have you seen the poll that says that Jew haters don't have much popular support? Do Jew haters hate all other Jew haters? Do you hate Robert Cross? Are you involved in a subversive movement to minimize the rights of Jews in our country? Why would you do this? If you don't deny hating Jews does that mean you do hate them Paul? Why Paul?
Posted by: John | 27 March 2017 at 08:50 PM"
Posted by: Paul Emery | 28 March 2017 at 10:11 PM

Don,
Is your bizarre behavior and inability to live in reality the effects of your impotence, or just simply being a mean drunk beginning around 5PM 'till you fall asleep? Or something more basic like manic depression? Many inquiring minds would love to know.

That's true, but it's interesting to watch PE play everybody like a fine fiddle. Even old dogs can learn the ways of the internet.

ScottM what is your real name?
Posted by: Todd Juvinall | 29 March 2017 at 07:16 AM
From Paul E - "Nice accumulation of weirdos you've attracted to this blog George"
This, from someone unable to engage in intelligent dialogue or answer questions or explain his remarks.
You are including yourself in that observation Paul?
Posted by: Account Deleted | 29 March 2017 at 07:38 AM
Paul Emery is a bit unhinged. Anyone that practices Druidism and dances naked on rocks at the Yuba cannot be given much thought. And since he never answers the questions asked of him it seems fruitless to engage him. So I don't.
Posted by: Todd Juvinall | 29 March 2017 at 08:27 AM
I am Scott. Anybody that would take the time to spend time has to ge a bit weird.
