[We just returned from a visit to the east coast upon which I will report shortly. Apologies for the sand getting a little putrid with all the internecine tete-a-tetes going after each other's morals, character, mental acumen, aboriginal ethnicities, and added divers factors too numerous to mention. In any event, here's something I'd like to see our liberal readers consolidate into their more comprehensive worldview - Trump's political flip-flops (aka progressives' "lies") compared to those of ALL other leaders of sovereign nation-states. Start here with Angela Merkel. gjr]

Trump is all red in the face,,,even more than ever,,,over footballers taking a knee! So today even more took a knee to show how much they think he sucks. You cannot make this stuff up!
Turns out the sportos have only even been on the field during the anthem since 2009. This place has got to be one of the most flag soaked countries ever,,, BFD!

Oh BB, who cares what a bunch of concussed idiot football players think anyway. And of course, they will do the opposite of what their daddy says. Childish morons. Personally, I am sick of the whiners. I say pick up and move to a country that makes you happy and leave the rest of us alone.
All the polls and interviews I have seen are against these spoiled concussed idiots. America, in general, is fed up with their whining.

Hi folks,, Been slapping a TROLL around on the Daily Caller.
You all know him. One TROLL,,, SO many names. I'll start with "jon".
He put up a good fight. Then made a mistake of dropping a link to the Scooper. (BAD move) Our own Doug K was behind all those fictitious names. Yup, I busted him bigtime.
Deleted that whole profile. Ahhhhh What an afternoon.
He is going by "Lavender" as of 10 minutes ago.. Then that changed to "The Ranch".
He sure is a coward when cornered.

Re BB 431pm - "This place has got to be one of the most flag soaked countries ... BFD". Note this leftwing reader's disdain for the Westphalian world order of sovereign nation-states. It is characteristic of their Cultural Marxist ideology that always promotes a global world order under one strong central government. More on this at 'Highjacking Religion ...'.

Todd. You would love his "lavender" tag. SO dougy.
He's a slippery bastard, I will give him that. He ran like a school girl when busted.
Be sure to rub it in. He earned it.

"this leftwing reader's disdain for the Westphalian world order",,,nope, way off base there. I know what country I am a citizen of and don't need to dress in red, white, and blue all the while saluting anything and everything in order to remind myself or other people where I live. It is effing stupid to even have the flag involved in local sporting events,,,a bunch of angry, beer bellied drunk yahoos, jeering and cheering. BFD!

Who should be legally responsible for this?
"Two toddlers were hospitalized in serious condition after a playmate accidentally shot them with a loaded gun at a daycare in the US state of Michigan.
Both of the children’s conditions were upgraded from critical a day earlier, police said Thursday, as they wrapped up their investigation and planned to meet with prosecutors to consider charges.
The accidental shooting took place Wednesday at a private home that functioned as a daycare in the Detroit suburb of Dearborn, when a child managed to get a hold of a loaded handgun.

Dearborn? Well that town is called the largest Arab/Sharia town in the USA. Maybe they were teaching those toddlers jihad?
Posted by: Todd Juvinall | 28 September 2017 at 04:15 PM
Here's another one.
Who should be legally responsible? The registered gun owner
perhaps?
Guns kill nearly 1,300 US children each year, study says
Rambunctious third-graders filled a classroom in Seattle on a crisp autumn day. One of the students dropped his backpack, and horror ensued.
That student had brought a parent's gun to school and was carrying it in his backpack. When the bag fell to the floor, the impact caused the gun to fire, sending a bullet straight into another student's abdomen, said Dr. Thomas Weiser, a trauma surgeon at Stanford University Medical Center.

Boy, we (every reader here and every legal voter in the USA) sure dodged a bullet by stomping Hillary into the ground and standing on her neck. Here she offers unsolicited advice, too little, too late. But, HRC thinks it is her idea. She sure is out of touch and confused, per normal.
https://www.facebook.com/RowdyConservatives/photos/a.217983685002343.55586.217926015008110/1174093166058052/?type=3&theater
Trouble with Hillary's banter and craving the fakenews spotlight are many.
First, last weekend the generals and Trump already were developing a plan based on the cries for pleas from the Governor of Puerto Rico. They had a confab well before Hillary offered up her ideas, addressing all the issues.
Second, the docks in Puerto Rico are trashed. Can't get big Naval and cargo ships in port. The PR Gov says he does not need cargo ships. He needs the existing hospitals repaired and resupplied ASAP. On land, where they stand! Time is of the essence.
Third, the transportation network is in ruins. The Puetro Rican truck drivers, gov't workers, and blue collar working stiffs are all busy attending to their families and destroyed homes. The Gov. needs worker bees to get aid around. ASAP. We already have 5,000 US troops on the ground before Hillary opened her mouth and sucked down another bottle of Chardonnay.
The docks/ports will not be repaired in 10 days. We need to get the infrastructure up and running quickly, duh, but the Gov of Puerto Rico knows what he needs right now. Food, medicine, supplies on the ground, not on some naval ship anchored off shore. The Governor knows what he needs now. 10,000 homeless, thankfully a small number. The Gov wants the supplies at the source of the stink, not taking Hillary's boneheaded idea of moving the stink closer the the supply ships and waiting.
Michelle agrees with Hillary. If you are a woman and voted for Trump, then you disrespected yourself, hate women, and have a screw loose. Hillary lost mainly because of sexism. Guess America can't stand to have a woman as President, right? That's what they hurled at us in early 2008. No Hillary and Michelle Zero. We have no problem with a strong woman in office. But Hillary is not a strong woman. Barry Obama "straight jacketed" her in the primaries because he, not Hillary, called the shots. Over 20 people/teams worked on her acceptance speech, and she still could not write her own speech nor liked what other wrote.
She can't make a decision without a consensus committee. Strike that. She, by herself, chose to use a private server to send and receive classified material and chose to repeat and proclaim the bold face lie that Benghazi's coordinated 13 hour attack on a Sept 11 was due to a home made internet video nobody heard of. She chose to say she was under sniper fire and had to run for her life at a quiet serene airport with school girls lined up to hand her flowers.
Hillary does have on talent. She has the uncanny ability to schlong herself over and over again.

re BillT 452pm - Is everyone getting a load of the lamestream scumbags trashing Trump for the recovery problems in Puerto Rico?
re PaulE 423pm - "Guns kill nearly 1,300 US children each year" in the same way that penises rape about 80,000 women every year.
Posted by: George Rebane | 28 September 2017 at 05:03 PM
So George who should be held responsible if a child gains access to a firearm and kills or inures somebody?
Posted by: Paul Emery | 28 September 2017 at 05:09 PM
Paul Emery | 28 September 2017 at 05:09 PM
The adult who is in possession of the firearm should be held responsible if a child gains access to it and kills or injures somebody.
Posted by: Michael R. Kesti | 28 September 2017 at 05:56 PM
I agree with you Kesti. that's a good argument for registering firearms so the owners of guns who carelessly make them available to children can be held responsible if anyone is injured or killed.

Posted by: Don Bessee | 28 September 2017 at 07:24 PM
So 1300 deaths mean nothing to you Don and you have no interest in trying to solve that problem.
Posted by: Paul Emery | 28 September 2017 at 07:38 PM
You be so predictable its almost cute, almost. You don't care about keeping more kids alive they are just a rhetorical prop in your gun hate crusade. IF YOU CARED ABOUT KIDS you would work the real world mortality table issues you pathetic old fakenewsman. I hear home loading gear is going to the rage this Christmas in Cali. Viva Gun Owners of California and thanks to Sam Paredes for his visit to the NCRP Issues and Ideas this week! ;-)

Posted by: Paul Emery | 28 September 2017 at 08:04 PM
And your position on DDT Paul Emery? Since the left got it banned in Africa, a million children die of malaria and tsetse fly bites every year. What is your position on DDT? Or do you not care for our black brethren?
Posted by: Todd Juvinall | 28 September 2017 at 08:07 PM
So the po' ol' fakenewsman admits the poor lil' kids are just an embellishment of the party parrots lefty handbook. You cant fix stupid in people or po' ol' party parrots and they are going to continue to make mistakes.
So ya po' ol' fakenewsman what are the top causes of death for children since you are so informed and concerned? ;-)

Posted by: Don Bessee | 28 September 2017 at 09:29 PM
PaulE 656pm - I believe that you are ignorant of what kills the 1300 children you cite. And again, you didn't understand my 503pm. If a child kills someone with a gun, it is not the gun's fault; it is the fault of the gun's owner, unless the gun was stolen and its physical possession is no longer under the control of its lawful owner. It would be a relief for the whole country if the liberals could get a grip on the whole concept of their so-called "gun violence". NONE, absolutely NONE, of their gun control palliatives have worked, as demonstrated by the gun deaths stats in decades-long Democrat controlled cities.
Posted by: George Rebane | 28 September 2017 at 09:55 PM
Gee Paul Emery, it is so difficult to type in malaria and DDT. Your concern for 1300 so-called gun deaths of children and your total disregard for the millions dead from the banning of DDT is breathtaking.
Here is just one of hundreds,

ToddJ 1018pm - Good point; it's almost as if the gun deaths are not the real objective of the Left's relentless pursuit of ever more stringent gun controls. I wonder what else they have in mind.

More details on the tragedy of gun deaths for children in the U.S. Why is this such an American problem ?
The team at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.
“They are the second leading cause of injury-related death in this age group, surpassed only by motor vehicle injury deaths.”
Children are rarely hurt or killed by guns in other developed countries, the researchers pointed out.
More than 90 percent of all children aged up to 14 who are killed by guns in high-income countries are killed in the U.S., they noted. "
Why is this such an American problem ?

Paul is right.....those 1300 children won't be around to pay taxes to keep Punch-E neck deep in federal healthcare.....that's the real tragedy!
Posted by: fish | 29 September 2017 at 09:16 AM
Wow Fish That's a dark response and entirely insensitive to the tragedy of children's gun deaths. Do you have any ideas that might ease the problem?
Posted by: Paul Emery | 29 September 2017 at 09:31 AM
Posted by: Paul Emery | 29 September 2017 at 09:31 AM
Nope....as George has pointed out routinely, more legislation is demonstrably ineffective. Except for making proggie idiots "feel" like they're addressing the matter.
Personal responsibility is always good.....unfortunately that strikes at the heart of the democratic electoral base so I wouldn't expect to see a call for that any time soon. Perhaps people should exercise more care picking unlicensed daycare facilities?
Posted by: fish | 29 September 2017 at 09:38 AM
Unlicensed day care is not the problem Fish. The problem is very simple and that's children having access to to guns.
Posted by: Paul Emery | 29 September 2017 at 10:08 AM
Posted by: Paul Emery | 29 September 2017 at 10:08 AM
In general I'm on board with your assessment Punch....in this instance though it is far more likely that there would be an "uncontrolled" firearm in a private residence than a daycare operated as a business.
In any case gun control as a governmental initiative is dead. President O'Dummy (all praise be upon him) nailed the final nail in its coffin following his ascension! 130 million new firearms sold during his tenure......Gun Salesman of the Century.....the true Obama legacy!
