[Begrudgingly many are now acknowledging that Trump had a good trip to the Far East. More people now understand that America has its own interests topmost, and considers it a good thing if everyone recognizes and admits that they too have their countries' interest come first. It cuts out a lot of the bullshit when people meet to make deals on stuff like trade and national security. Maybe the new paradigm will be named the Trumpian Schools of Diplomacy. gjr]

Moore trails Jones by 12 in a new Republican poll.

Mppre up six in one poll and ten in another. Also, you accuse Moore without proof. I just saw his news conference. The woman who was with Gloria Allred said she never had contact with Moore after the so-called attack. Turns out he was the Judge who signed her divorce decree in 1999. And it appears the writing on her yearbook was forged. Amazing.

That is why I now consider Paul Emery a fascist. Guilty until proven innocent.
Posted by: Todd Juvinall | 15 November 2017 at 03:11 PM
Oh, and Moore is not my guy but the readers can see how Paul Emery works. He thinks by saying sy=uch a thing that it is true. My position on Moore has nothing to do with him as an accused man but one of innocent until proven guilty, Which Paul Emery, our no called resident fascist has tossed his trash bin.

Went looking for the actual poll supposedly done by the Senate Republicans. Can't find it. And why would the "release" news organization be Politico? Smells fishy to me.

Well, it certainly is interesting watching this Judge Roy drama unfold. Did he or didn’t he? Only his hair dresser knows for sure.
Trump came out swinging for Luther Strange. Ditch Mitch came out swinging for Luther Strange and 100% non stop throwing haymakers on Roy during the primary to replace Sen. Sessions. As of today, Ditch Mitch is still 100% against the very sight of Roy, all the RINO’s are a’gin him, the entire Industrial Liberal Media Complex is thrusting knives in his back 24/7 headliner news, everybody is screaming for him to drop out by hook or by crook, and he is as popular as the Black Plague. Nobody is defending the guy. Not one surrogate, not one commentator on the entire globe is standing up for the dude. That is what your call being left to dangle in the wind. Judge Roy against the world, the whole wide world.
Hmm. Sounds kinda familiar. Think I used the same words when I described Citizen Trump time and time again. Doesn’t have a prayer, right? One solitary man and a Twitter Machine.
By now everybody who has an opinion has voiced their opinion. Fish was right yesterday or the day before. It don’t look good for Roy. Even the anti-Swamp crowd and anti-Establishment crowd is doing the anti-Moore dance on his head. Media has spoken, Dems have spoken, Republicans have spoken, and the Non-Profit Industrial Complex has spoken. No much else to say. .
Bottomline, it’s now up to the voters of the Great State of Alabama, It’s the only voice that counts. Strike that. It’s now all up to the Deplorables. That is the only thing that counts. Whatever the Deplorables do about that Judge Roy Moore....well, what can I say except the fate of Roy Moore is in their hands. This is great stuff to watch.
Polls all over the place. Punchy’s poll has Moore DOA, toast, don’t bother to show up, Judge Royland. That college poll has Roy up 6 today, another with a double digit lead, another 2 points up, another 2 down. Oh, the drama. A proverbial wet dream for Crisis Junkies and adrenalin whores. It’s game on. One man with his back to the wall against the whole world. And we can only watch from here. That is a good thing. Ball is in your court, Alabama.

Yet this LIB is arrested, and all the heat is still on Moore.
http://dailycaller.com/2017/11/15/networks-ignore-dem-candidate-arrested-for-stalking/
"A Democrat running for Congress was arrested on a stalking charge last week, but the media has refused to give the story any coverage.
David Alcon, who is running for an open congressional seat in New Mexico, was arrested this past Friday on a felony stalking charge after a woman accused him of sending her frightening and lewd text messages and showing up at her home. Alcon was previously convicted of stalking his ex-girlfriend in 2007 and was described as “infatuated” and “clearly obsessed” by the judge in the case. "
There is more proof against this LIB than Moore. Yet look who's getting roasted by the press.
Once again LIBS protect their own.

Hmmmm sound like anybody who hangs out here?
Many Trump opponents are the same type of zealots who, in the late 1700s, proudly labeled themselves “Friends of Government.” In their eyes, Trump’s greatest sin is tarnishing the majesty of the presidency and the federal government. Trump is exposing the sham of a Leviathan Democracy which pretends that presidents will be philosopher kings — instead of merely talented vote catchers. However, Trump cannot be blamed for destroying Americans’ trust in Washington. This was already achieved by presidents such as George W. Bush and Obama who the media occasionally exalted to the skies.
Trump’s critics are correct that the president has too much arbitrary power. But many people happy to believe the worst about Trump will heave all their skepticism overboard when the next political savior is anointed. Such naivete is being encouraged at the highest levels of the Democratic Party. Recall that Hillary Clinton’s recent book declared that the lesson of George Orwell’s “1984” is that people should trust their leaders and the media.
Hysteria remains the 2017 political badge of honor. Last Wednesday, thousands of people gathered across the nation to shout at the sky to protest the anniversary of Trump’s victory. But righteous rage is no substitute for focusing on the real perils that Trump and any other president poses to our rights. The Friends of Freedom need to keep their intellectual ammo dry."
…with only minor liberties taken with the above text.

From the Hill
Moore’s polling lead and favorability have declined since the two NRSC polls conducted prior to the allegations. Surveys from early October and early November had the former state Supreme Court chief justice leading by 16 points and 9 points, respectively.
The release of the poll comes days after the NRSC removed its name from a joint fundraising committee that would help fundraise for Moore with other GOP groups ahead of the Dec. 12 special election.

Walt, wait a minute. I see the connection. I can connect the dots. The Lib stalker is from New Mexico. Gary’s Johnson was governor of New (not old) Mexico. Both from New Mexico. Starting to see a direct connection. Punchy voted for Gary’s Johnson, thus Punchy supports the Lib stalker. See, it was that easy. Signed, sealed, and delivered. If you want more proof, why did the Russians not cheer when Gov. Johnson lost? Why, why, why, hmmm. We know the reason why. The Russian colluded with Jill Stein to steal the election from Johnson and the Russians hacked Trump’s e-mails so the Lib stalker will win. I got a link to a comment of a Huff-n-Puff blog that proves it...from very high placed unnamed government officials. Now, where did I put that comment? It was down around comment 287....

This is wrong I tell ya, just plain wrong on so many levels. The dude wears socks depicting cops as pigs, dons a pro-Castro shirt at a presser in Miami, kneels in protest at the National Anthem, all the while JJ Watts organized and raised 26 million greenback-a-dollars for Hurricane Harvey victims (the natural disaster, not other Hurricane Harvey). Now they make pig socks Citizen of the Year. Somebody better fix that, like now.
There. All better now. Nevermind.

Swift-boaters were honorable men. I watched the one guy debate and destroy Keery way back. And when Kerry threw his medals over the White House fence he sealed his fate. Of course, he became a hero by trashing his fellow soldiers in Teddy Kennedy kangaroo court. So maybe payback ain't so bad?

Thanks news of the day 5:17 pm. That's pretty obvious despite all of the distractions. Money, money, money. All the baloney, lives and money we've spent allegedly to protect us from the evil enemy who might use atomic weaonry on us while some of our wonderful elite made sure the alleged enemy got what it wanted...for their benefit. The lesson warns us to look closer at why some people are persecuted. I'm reminded of the Obama/Clinton Uranium One deal with Russia, and why people like the Bundy's who lived near these mineral deposits were made out to be criminals...

I sorta', kinda' thought that folks that managed pensions had a fiduciary duty to safe guard the funds and obtain the best return for the fund with prudent investments.
Not in California. CalPERS management has already cost the fund billions by not investing in legal, but politically naughty businesses. Anywhere else this would be an open and shut class action lawsuit slam dunk. Where is the vaunted union SEIU concerning this mess?
Looking out for the employees? NOT!

You've kept your DEM voter registration, correct, Paul? That's leaning Democratic Party, not Libertarian. Your claim of being a Green Libertarian is, on the face of it, a sham but I do salute your choice to at least pretend to turn your back on the DP.

Todd, Punchy’s OCD will not let him rest until you say, “If proven true, I cannot support Roy Moore because of my principles.” Until then, you are both a child rapist supporter and a Putin Cuddler. This is fun watching our Popinjay hit it from every angle day after day. He is certainly a persistent fellow until he gets what he wants. BDS really got stuck in his caw. He was tormented by it daily all through those long eight years of Barry’s Frosted O’s demanding someone, anyone here would join him in the song, “Bush lied, Bush lied!” Nope, he never got that which he sought. But then Citizen Trump came along and the fun starts all over again.
Lets see how many weeks and days he will wake up thinking about you snuggling with Roy Moore on satin sheets and go to bed thinking about you supporting the accused...and all those precious minutes in between. Todd, you can stop his torment at anytime....just say those magic words. But, one thing I have never had was too much fun. Keep up the good work.

Mitch McConnell's double standard.. Why am I not surprised?
Anything and everything to ruin Moore and to keep him from getting seated,(with nothing but an allegation to stand on)
yet McConnell pets diaper boy's behind.Just a review is called for.

My my my, 16 was of legal age though we don't like that here in Cali. But the woman was asleep and Al Franken groped her. Kind of like a Roofie attack Clue. You are a sick bastard.

Thanks for the support. It is hard to resist the Paul Emery "full court press" to not say what he wants. Gestaapo tactics of his are tough. Anyway, I do think he lost his noggin about Bush and it is still dictating his behavoir. But now we have Franken, A Paul Emery hero so using his logic he must be in support of groping sleeping women.

Yo,,, conspiracy nutters,,,Russia lovers,,,
''',,,Mueller’s team is investigating a series of deals Trump struck, including the Trump Organization’s failed SoHo development that involved Russian nationals, the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow, and the president’s sale of a Palm Beach estate in 2008. All three deals have drawn scrutiny for their ties to Russian interests; as Craig Unger outlined for the Hive, the 2014 Trump SoHo development is likely of interest to Mueller thanks to the involvement of Felix Sater—a Moscow-born, Russian-American businessman who did time for stabbing a man in the face with a margarita glass—and the now-defunct company he worked for, the Bayrock Group. Similarly, Russian developer Aras Agalarov, whose son Emin helped broker the controversial Trump Tower meeting last June between Donald Trump Jr. and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, paid $20 million to bring Miss Universe to Moscow. And Russian fertilizer magnate Dmitry Rybolovlev bought the Florida mansion for a staggering sum of $95 million in 2008—despite Trump having paid just $41 million for the property four years prior.'''

Oh my, what does the Russian collusion investigation have to do with any of that. Meuller will be getting the boot if he comes up with nothing but oldtime stuff. Fairness has to prevail.

RE: Sexual Accussations in general.
One thing that really sunk in during the OJ Simpson murder trial has a statement uttered by Alan Dershowitz. The prosecution had laid out a good case and now it was time to fry OJ. Slam dunk in my eyes. Defense hadn’t even stated their case yet. But then Dershowitz came on the boob tube and taliked about the engine of cross examination.
The engine of cross examination was the way to get truth, even though it looked like OJ’s case hadn’t a chance at the time. The engine of cross examination grinding and chewing until the truth appears, not the truth as one side sees it. Boy, Alan D.pissed me off me off that night, throwing water on my fire, but Alan was right and I was wrong. Guess he was saying, “wait and see;” something that if practiced here, opens one up to charges (wild accusations) of condoning bad behavior. Silence used to be golden, but I digress.
Dershowitz was right. With daily, nay almostly hourly, accusations of sexual harassment coming out of the woodwork everywhere one turns, I am concerned that the engine of cross examination may be lost as a tool to get to the truth....or at least closer to the truth.

What Franked did was unacceptable but there are distinct differences.
Al deserves his consequence and has volunteered to appear at an ethics investigation and has apologized and accepted the wrongness of his deed. The woman he groped has accepted his apology as well. Moore is alleged to have molested children in his locked car and has not expressed remorse as did Franken.
Posted by: Paul Emery | 16 November 2017 at 11:37 AM
Sure Paul Emery. We know you will do all you can to under-report and make excuse.

Well he's still not admitting to it Punch so you probably shouldn't hold your breath for remorse just yet! You're right though, Al deserves his consequence…..resignation perhaps!
Any opinion on the yearbook forgery just now coming to light?

Seems to me that the difference is Roy Morre’s accusers were not passed out at the time of the “feeling her up.” The other difference is Franken admits he done it, while Moore is screaming he is innocent. The difference between the former state Supreme Court Justice and the former comedy writer turned Senator is photographic evidence, aka, the smoking gun. Kinda hard to not cop to that.

An alleged and denied (by accused) act = A documented and acknowledged (by accused) act.

Joked About DRUGGING, RAPING Lesley Stahl?
Praised 'Beautiful' Accuser on Senate Floor…
Hmmmm? What do you think Punch……based on your constant complaining about the "pussy grab" I have to reconsider! All these incidents make Al Franken seem almost presidential!
Except the part about homosexuals….Trump seems Ok with them!
I wonder how Minnesota could send such a homophobe to the senate though! Reliable progressive state and all!

All this talk of sexual “misconduct” and the chorus of demands that the accused step aside (Al Frankfurten, are you listening?) resign in disgrace, get the boot, be banned, barred, screwed, blued, and tattooed is coming full circle. Thus, it does not bode well for My Gal, a former two time failed Presidential candidate. With all of Hillary’s trashing and smashing of Bill’s accusers, the third time may not be the charm for her. Looks like Bubba’s actions with all those woooomen are back under the spotlight. Kinda hard not to be included and swept up in the house cleaning....and boy o’ boy, are the fairer gender ever in a cleaning out the closet mood. It’s about time.
Q: What happened? A: Hillary is getting schlonged again...by her husband. Wonder why she did not blame him in her last book? Maybe she will in her next book.

"Moore is alleged to have molested children in his locked car and has not expressed remorse as did Franken".
One woman (not children or plural) alleged she was groped in his car, and that he locked it at one point. She was at or past the age of consent in AlaBAMA which made her not a child in the eyes of the law. Moore denies it and, while I suspect the victim is being honest about her recollections, I also suspect Moore never saw his actions as she did then or now. No allegation of being raped was made.
I didn't catch that any of the Moore victims who have come forward said they had intercourse with Moore.
Years ago, a gay congressman diddled young men below the age of consent in California but above the age of consent in Washington DC, where the kids were employed as pages in the Congress. When Gerry Studds (what a name) died he was lionized as the first openly gay congresscritter.
Again, Paul... why the double standards? Is it better than to not have any standards at all?
I'm not voting in the Alabama race next month and care little about the outcome.

Give Punchy time to get the talking points. When the Yellow Shower/Golden Shower Dossier funding (and author) came under fire, the Liberal Media sites that Punchy laps up and carries water for came up with, “it’s not who wrote the dossier or who funded it that is important, it is what it contains that is important”
Three or four hours later Punchy defended the now discredited Russian Collusion Dossier by stating (paraphrase) it is not who wrote the dossier that is important, but the contents therein that is of importance. Smooth.
Give Punchy time to see if there is a follow up to the first trail ballon. Let’s see how the Twitter world accepts it first.
Little known fun fact: Christopher Steele uses the troll ha dale “I. P. Freely” on blogs. Or perhaps not.
