And maybe my academics aren't as wonderful as some posting here but hey, I was smart enough to have a business for forty years, hired hundreds of your relatives and never stiffed a local supplier. Obee Wannabe.
You are an idiot. Nobody is trashing T Rex. You guys did plenty of that before he was even nominated. No. We are saying that Trump and Rex are on different wavelengths, particularly when it comes to a huge big honking deal like Iran and that unconstitutional treaty Zerobama threw in Trump’s lap going out the door. Needs 2/3 of the friggin Senate.
No, it is not ok for Iran to have nuclear misses pointing at us with the ability to hit any city or spot of dirt in the USA. Rex was ok with that, Trump sees things differently. Gotta fly in a tight formation on this one. All on the same page. It’s a very big deal. We already have enough missles pointed at us by the People’s Democratic Republic of Socialist Batshit Crazy Dictators for life.
It was the W’s guys of the mindset of a Condi Rice and a Colin Powel (not literally, same mindset)....McCain globalist types. And the doves on the Left and even totally delusional Progressives bent his ear. All heck, strike that noise.
———Bottomline: T Rex is a globalist at heart. Makes sense considering his vast experience dealing with foreign and sovereign governments as a routine matter of course.
Here’s your bone, you slobbing ankle gumming toothless dog: The optics were bad. There, all better now? T Rex was almost crying. He never been fired in his whole life and a man of his position never had to take orders from anybody for many moons. It would be preferable to fire the next Cabinet head with a little notification, ok. Next time give the guy a 2 hour head start, ok Mr. President, our President.
What we are witnessing, gentleman and scumdog, is a very decisive President taking charge. A man of action. Decisive action, no time to waste. As us red neck knuckle draggers would say, “Get ‘er done.”

Talk about delusional: "What we are witnessing, gentleman and scumdog, is a very decisive President taking charge."
Decisive? No tariffs, tariffs, some tariffs. Negotiations with North Korea are a waste of time, oh never mind, we must negotiate. Trump is so friggin' UNdecisive even his own family doesn't know what he'll do, or turn around and undo the next moment. Don't confuse shooting from the hip with being decisive.

Well, the Dems have shown how to win.
1) Lamb ran on the promise he would not vote for Peloski for Speaker of the House/House Minority Leader. Very wise move.
2).Lamb is pro-gun. Very wise and knows his district well.
3). Lamb avoided taking the bait about Trump, avoided talking about Trump. Went to great lengths to avoid mentioning Trump. Fantastic strategy.
4) Lamb ran on pro-manufacturing. US manufacturing that is.
5) Lamb is more moderate right than Lindsay Graham, Mc Cain, and Corker. Hard to find anything wrong with Lamb as the district was offered a choice of Right and Right.
Good strategy.
Doug Jones in Alabama ran on the promise to not impeach Trump. The Dems are coming up with a good strategy.....move to the Right, flee from the Far Laft. It may work.

Oh course Lamb won. He is pro-life, supports tariffs, and 100% agrees with Trump and moi that we don’t need more gun laws, we need to enforce the ones on the books. What is there not to like about the 33 year old Marine that proscueted law breakers before he tossed his hat into politics?
Trump not invited to the Party? Well, internal R polls, internal D polls, and other polls showed Lamb up 5-7 until Trump showed up on the last weekend before the PA election and the lead suddenly collapsed overnight. Tight race, no doubt.
As long as the Dems run more pro life, pro gun, pro law and order candidates who are trying to make America great again, it will bode well for the Democrat Party. Very well.
Of course Trump was not on the ballot and any hint of Hillary orThe Far Left was mssing. No where to be found. In fact, the entire Hillary- Peloski-Shummer stank was missing from the ballot as well. Looks like we do it all over again come November.
Speaking of Hillary, I noticed she is still blasting those backward Red States. Hmm. Albeit Pennsylvania is a blue state, she said look at the map where she lost and there are the folks who believe that blacks should not get ahead, women are put in their place, and xenophobia run amok. She was talking about Lamb voters, I reckon. Those clingers must be part of her Vast Russian Conspiracy.

Hillary
Read late last night that Hillary sprained her wrist when she tried to steady herself on the stairs during her slip. No biggie. But what grabbed my attention and concern is that because of her sprained wrist, she is taking several days off her schedule in India and canceling her appearances peddling her riveting best selling book.
This is what has me so deeply alarmed and worried sick. I have had a sprain or two in my time. I would say other readers have had sprained wrists or thumbs before. It would be apples and oranges to compare Hillary’s sprained wrist with a sprain on a big strapping hunk of toxic male masculinity such as this humble commentator.
I have seen, talked to, and been served by quite a few female waitresses, delivery gals, cashiers, or even hostesses with sprained wrists. Not uncommon. In fact, it’s a nice conversation piece.
So, if all these women (including my aged mother, God rest her soul) had sprained wrists and kept doing what they were doing, why is Hillary taking days off to recover from a sprained wrist?????? It’s not like she is scrubbing floors (like my dear mother) or digging ditches, or chopping wood. All she has to do is show up and speak....while sitting down.
I fear with much nervous anxiety that My Gal may have something seriously wrong with het. What a brave soul to keep it hidden and soldiering on as if it’s only a little “sprained wrist”. Opps, she isn’t soldiering on right now. Can’t. Oh my. Something is seriously wrong with My Gal. This disquiets me greatly. Get well soon, I’m with her. Alas.

Dr. Rebane and Scenes:
I have been stuck on labels since your brief exchange on March 13, 12:20 pm. It’s haunted me. “Something deeper, it’s deeper”
Ok, here is the only explanation my pea brain has come up with: “Burn it down.” Yep, Burn it down. The Democratic Socialists don’t want our history and hate our “content of character” culture. Individualism and Liberty is what stands in the way...two things that must not be chipped away at like a slab of marble in the sculptor’s studio, but destroyed. No remnants to remain. Burn it down and you stand in the way. It all has to go.
Burn it down and the brave new social order will arise out of chaos. Yep, it’s deeper. Much deeper than hurling labels of racists and White Priveledge. We are the enemy and the only thing standing in their way. To eliminate the blockage, we must be dehumanized. Then it’s easier to destroy us and ship our sorry asses off to the Gulag. .
“My own rough approximation is that what we are seeing is a battle between Western Civilization and some other force of chaos, best defined as being anti-Western. I wouldn't bother about getting wrapped up in gun rights, abortion, tax law, free speech, etc. It's something deeper.

Boy, Trump has a huge grin going today. Very happy man. He just watched the footage of Lamb leading a group of supporters through the streets chanting, “Lock her up, lock her up”.

With all the saber rattling going on, and so many of our taxes being diverted from health, science, and education and redirected toward military expenditures, I find it perplexing that aerospace and defense stocks would be tanking.

Wow
From one of the big time Republican fundraisers, Tim Davis
A Republican former congressman who used to lead the House committee to elect more GOP members to Congress said Wednesday that the party has expected wins like Conor Lamb’s in Pennsylvania for months.
“They’ve seen this coming,” Tim Davis, a Virginia Republican who led the National Republican Congressional Committee, told MSNBC’s Chuck Todd.
“It’s a different kind of year,” the former congressman said of Lamb’s win in a district that voted for President Donald Trump by nearly 20 points more than Hillary Clinton in 2016.

So the po' ol' putin party parrot says running as a centrist or a conservative is a winning formula @919, that's blasphemy in Nevada City! God, guns and pro-business, well that's a refreshing change from the doldrums of team 0! I will take some blue dogs but somehow I think that they won't get any money from team Farrakhan, Ellison, Pelosi, Sousour et al going forward.
Just sayin' ;-)

Lamb is a pro 2nd Amendment, anti-abortion Democrat who doesn't like Pelosi. Paul and friends in California would run him out of town on a rail were his doppelganger to move into town and try to run as a DEM.

Lamb is almost a Deplorable. Probably a White Supremacist Bible thumping Gun toting clinger.
At a rally Sunday night, United Mine Workers of America President Cecil Roberts came out hard for Lamb, calling him "a God-fearing, union-supporting, gun-owning, job-protecting, pension-defending, Social Security-believing, health care-creating and sending-drug-dealers-to-jail Democrat."

re: Gregory - "Paul and friends in California would run him out of town on a rail" referring to Lamb
This I don't doubt. I guess what you are seeing is a hard right swing by parts of the Democratic party rather than the typical midterm swing of the electorate generally.
The California story is different. Since these groups always fission over time, I would expect for there to be a coastal white liberal (D) party and a Latino one as the years progress. Since the Democratic dominance is near-total in this state (which accounts for the utopia we find ourselves in), it's probably about time for the party itself to split into it's major interest groups.
It could be that part two of that is for the coastal white liberals (CWLs?) to break camp and move to Idaho, but the attraction to the beach and good weather is a strong pull. Hopefully they can keep their good deeds restricted to sunny CA and not spread the magic elsewhere by the millions.
Anyone listen to CoastToCoast last night? That was some funny stuff. A 'debate' between a somewhat pro-Trump John Curtis and Green Libertarian Howard Bloom. The first guy answered questions, the second guy always responded with incredibly long riffs about the 17 intelligence agencies and Trumps son in law and Russia and and and. It's all starting to sound like a crazy conspiracy theory, which is ironically 99% based on Russians leaking HRCs evil doings. Somehow her sketchiness is always lost in the mix.

Lamb suppports a woman’s right to choose, universal background checks, wouldn’t vote for Pelosi, thinks the tax cuts were a give away to the rich. He does not really sound like a RINO.
