Ahhhh fresh kitty litter -

Lieberman also weighed in on how the Iran decision will play out in the Trump administration’s negotiations with North Korea, as some critics are claiming that pulling out of the Iran deal will threaten these negotiations.
“I think it’s totally the opposite,” Lieberman said. “I think with what the president has said to Iran is also a message to North Korea, which is, ‘Unless you really denuclearize the Korean Peninsula — which is what we wanted the Iranians to do, or should have wanted them to do, what President Trump wants them to do — then there’s not going to be an agreement between the U.S., North Korea, and South Korea.’”
Lieberman said he thinks Trump’s decision could also turn out to cause a significant shift in geopolitics.
“I think we’re in a position to create some real stability and reduce the threat level both in Asia and in the Middle East, and that’s a tremendous achievement,” Lieberman said.

Good day for America

5 ISIS leaders captured. Well, it’s not as good as finding 5 dead Ragheads, but we take what we can get.

Quite the combo.

The nice part Bill @ 457 is that they now can not even trust the bosses burner phones any more!

Something tells me that this is not going to go in a direction that the po' ol' fakenewsman would like.

One more for Bill. Love movies with blooper endings.

Hard to get good help these days. Trump has been busy.

Keep it up team lefty and we will see a red wave not a blue one!

We have the worst immigration laws in the history of mankind. We’re slowly getting them changed, we want to make it quick, so give me some reinforcements, please.
Last week, as an example, the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee, Congressman Keith Ellison — you know him — marched in a parade wearing a t-shirt that read, he was very proud of it, ‘I do not believe in borders.’ [Emphasis added]

Its a po' po' pitiful time for the party of we are going to raise your taxes. I mean its bad enough when they have fallen to a statistical tie in the generic ballot poll and now this;

Tax Revenues Jump 13% To Record High In April — When Will Dems Admit They Were Wrong About Trump's Tax Cuts?

Bill Tozer

Ir1) Iran no deal. You just had to know last week that the Iranians would have to do something to appease the Mullahs for losing a good thang. Attack on Israel is a no brainer, which was just tossing the Mullahs a bone and the first fruits of what would have been the real harvest, nuke Israel.

Obama was giving Iran a straight path through Iraq and Syria to Israel. Look, every single Friday after the services in the mosques, they end the local worship with the burning of the American flag (and the usual “Death to the Great Satan” chants, every Friday evening across Iran. They even have a friggin national holiday once each year of chanting Death to America and burning American flags. Nov. 4, a frigid national holiday. Let that sink in. And let this also sink in. Persia’s name got changed to Iran. Iran translated means “Aryan”. Death to Israel.
And, yes Don, everything Trump, says about Iran he is talking to Russia. And everything Trump, says about lit-o-rocketman, he is looking in the eyes of both China and Iran.

2). Daily quotes....

For the record: “Donald Trump just blew up the deal Obama made that served Iran’s interest and, by extension, Russia’s interests. Trump’s blow was against Russia’s geopolitical goals in the Middle East. Yet the left continues to promote the delusion that Trump is ‘soft’ on Russia.” —Gary Bauer

Without double standards, leftists wouldn’t have any: “Following the 2016 election, President Obama rightly warned the Trump transition team ‘we only have one president at a time.’ It was a reminder that there can be just one person articulating American foreign policy so world leaders will have no doubt as to the United States’ intentions. Obama’s former secretary of state, John Kerry, ignored that warning and has been behaving as if he’s still in office.” —Cal Thomas

Among the manifold reasons you’re not president… “Pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal is a big mistake. It makes America less safe and less trusted. Iran is now more dangerous. … As Secretary of State, I helped negotiate the crippling international sanctions that brought Iran to the table. It would be much harder a second time, now that our credibility is shot.” —Hillary Clinton

Well, yeah, that’s the point: “Everything President Obama has done, this president wants to undo.” —Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA

And last… “If you believe that Gina Haspel should be barred from leading the CIA because she followed protocol in the early 2000s, please name the person who worked at the CIA at that time who shouldn’t be barred.” —Ben Shapiro

Don Bessee

I see your truth hand @ 719 and lay down a nice face in your card -

Iran surely hoped that European leaders, who want to save the deal, would blame Israel (and Trump) for Iran’s attack. Nope: Britain, France and Germany all backed Israel and condemned Iran’s strike. Even Russia, which sides with Tehran in defending Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, refrained from bashing Israel.

Paul Emery

Just out...This Trump team is a real classy outfit, mocking a dying man.

"Cindy McCain, wife of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), hit back at reports that a White House official mocked her husband’s health status during a Thursday meeting about CIA director nominee Gina Haspel.

According to multiple news outlets, White House aide Kelly Sadler responded to McCain’s opposition to Haspel’s nomination with the comment, “He’s dying anyway.”

The “joke... fell flat,” a source told CNN’s Jim Acosta."

Bill Tozer

Keep it up Lefties. My Gal,is coming back!!!!!!

The Democrats’ hopes for a “blue wave” to sweep through the midterm elections in November appears to be fading. For one thing, those in Sen. Bernard Sanders’ corner vow that a “progressive tsunami” is on its way. Axios senior analyst Mike Allen, meanwhile, predicts that a new “Clinton wave” is about to surface, propelled by residual Democratic enthusiasm for Hillary Clinton. A red wave, however, is building. CNN has some significant numbers.

“The Democrats’ advantage in the generic ballot dipped from 16 points in February to six points in March to just three points now. The party’s advantage has waned among enthusiastic voters as Republican enthusiasm has grown,” reports Jennifer Agiesta, CNN’s polling director.

Yes, I constantly hear a bunch of polls about different issues about Trump, the economy, issues, Dems, etc. Don’t care what they say (the Right is always behind), but seems like across the board things have moved up about 6 points since February on a wide variety of political pollings. It’s the trend line I care about. Thus, when I told the Popinjay that 42% was grrrreat at the time, “that’s all we need”, he could not believe it and joyfully used my words as Exhibit #1 for unheard stark raving craziness. Go ahead and laugh. I would have been happy with 39-41% 3 weeks ago, all things considering. It’s all about the trend line....this far out.

When I used to bet on the ponies, I liked to throw some money on the horse that always was in the dust going down the back stretch always moved up to within striking distance coming down the home stretch, with her nose coming out of the pack. Always looking at momentum, seeing the trend line, not the snapshot of a place in time. :)

Poor Paul - he's crawled around the parking lot at Spring Street for weeks looking for a bumper sticker that he can quote here to try to hold up his end of the conversation. Failing that he gloms onto a lame joke by a minor staffer at the White House that conveys a truthful but un-PC fact about McCain. McCain BTW - used to be Adolf Hitler according to the left but has now trans-morgified into a saint by way of criticizing the new, new Hitler.
Because of what this person said, Paul tries to claim that it reflects on the entire 'Trump team'.
Will Paul use this principle when it might then reflect on some one he likes?
Of course not.
But we'll go easy on Paul - he's having a hard time right now with nothing in his fridge but dead crow to eat.
Hint for Paul: Old Crow makes the dead crow go down a lot easier.
Or so I've been told.

Trump tweets:

Fact check: Two of these hostages were taken on Trump's watch. "Everybody" who has long been aware Obama was negotiating the release must have included Todd and Don.

Let’s pull back the covers and see what’s underneath.

Seattle’s budget strains, however, are more than just the result of its growing economy and homeless problem. Left unsaid, but lurking in the fiscal background, is the city’s deep public-pension problem. Seattle has one of the worst-funded municipal pension systems of any major city, and its annual costs have been rising rapidly—from $40 million to $108 million over the last 10 years. Over the next decade, the city projects that it will have to dedicate about $850 million toward paying off the pension system’s debt—and that’s on top of nearly $600 million that it will cost the city over that same period to fund new pension credits that workers are currently earning.
It’s no accident that the proposed tax targeting Amazon would probably raise just about what Seattle will have to spend bailing out its pension system. Supporters should be honest and call it the “fixing-our-pension-mess” tax.

Did get a chuckle out of this line: “Last year, the city and county mulled a “homelessness” property tax that would have netted an additional $68 million annually.”
Imagine being taxed for not being homeless, lol.

Here, here. Sleeveless was in. It will be back. Summer is a’coming and June will be busting out all over. I think the worse thing someone ever said about Michelle was she has a big butt. President Obama was not happy with whoever said his wife has a “fat ass.” The record showed someone said “big butt”, not “fat ass”. Guess a man hears what he wants to hear.

Another trend...from before Apr, 17 to early May, 18. No, not the CNN trend from Feb that has viewship down 20%. They should have shown more 24/7 coverage of Michelle’s arms instead of All Stormy All the Time. Just a National trend, nothing to see here....except the trend line. But we won’t mention that. Fatigue has set in.

rlcrabb@10:47AM The death of the Republican party in CA.

If this chart means anything.

I wonder if it's Republicans leaving the state or is it Republicans becoming independent. You can't tell, but it's interesting in any case.

I'm always amused at the inability of a single party state to do any better minus it's arch-enemy than with, it's not dissimilar to the results you see by enacting laws that neighboring states don't have but with very little to show for it. Maybe the state flag should be a bear with the phrase, 'Go Figure'.

The real story going forward, besides the meltdown of public pensions and the buildup of poop on the sidewalks, will be the schism of the Democratic party in California. There's a thing that Edward Luttwak calls the paradoxical logic of strategy at work here. I would guess that the success of the Democrats will result in their failure as a single bloc of voters will find reasons to differ.

So what are the new parties to be? One answer might be a Hispanic Democratic Party and an everyone else Democratic Party. That first group will tend to act in a self-interested (and pretty easy to predict) manner, the second as a form of self defense, at least in terms of fighting over all the money.

Any other guesses?

Blue tide meh -

“Every time [Democrats] deny the economy is starting to turn or get better for certain parts of the population, they also hurt themselves,” says party strategist Hank Sheinkopf. “They appear to be cheering on bad news.”
And Democrats could face a similar challenge on recent news about Trump’s plans to meet North Korean leader Kim Jung Un, seen as entirely separate issue but nevertheless one that relates to overall feelings of security. While success on that front is hypothetical at this point, opponents of the president are already trying to balance skepticism and applauding signs of progress. A CNN poll released this week, for example, found that 77 percent of Americans approve of the meeting.

That same survey found that 52 percent of voters approve of Trump's handling of the economy, up from 48 percent in March. And 57 percent of voters said things overall are going well, up from 49 percent registered in the last poll on that question in February. Notably, 84 percent cited the economy an either extremely or very important factor in how they will vote in November, up from 74 percent

NEWT GINGRICH: I share your sense of amazement! What a couple of days! The president tweeted out today they are going to meet in Singapore. Who could have predicted a year ago that we would come this far down the road this fast? As the president keeps saying, the deal is not done and his goal is the same s always, a denuclearized North Korea, and he’s going to stay focused on getting that done.
Between his courage in standing up against all of our allies on Iran, the support they gave Israel today when the Iranians fired 20 missiles at Israel and Israelis responded by bombing sites in Syria, the degree to which they are moving things. The classic moment this week is the New York Times wondering where Secretary of State Pompeo is and why is he missing when the president announced the Iran deal? He was missing because he was meeting with Kim Jong Un getting three Americans released and setting the stage for a historic meeting in Singapore, but even for the New York Times, there might be space here for an apology.

There are a lot of parallels here between Reagan’s pleasant firmness and the dismantling of the Soviet Empire. I think it is very telling and very smart, like you I saw the arrival. The president’s comments took the right tone, telling Korea if you do the right things, we’ll be nice to you…It also speaks very well of Secretary of State Pompeo that he could get this much done this quickly.

Don Bessee

Now its getting interesting -

Grassley notes in the letter that his committee requested in February 2017 a transcript of the intercepted telephone call between Flynn and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak that began the sequence of events that led to Flynn pleading guilty to making false statements to the FBI in December. Flynn was investigated on the theory that his communication with Kislyak prior to President Donald Trump formally taking office violated the Logan Act, which forbids outside interference with U.S. foreign policy.

The Logan Act subsequently returned to its traditional status as an archaic law that is never actually enforced, and as Grassley noted, the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn did not think he made false statements in any case. To complete the absurdity of the situation, Grassley pointed out that with Flynn’s plea “the investigation appears concluded,” but the Justice Department still refuses to provide the transcripts requested by Senate Judiciary, “citing an ongoing criminal investigation.”

Starbucks has amended its toilet policy to allow anyone to use the facilities - whether or not they purchase something - following a row over the treatment of black customers.
But the move by the US coffee chain could open the door to other problems including drugs, prostitution and homelessness.
Starbucks chairman Howard Schultz announced on Thursday that the company's toilets would be available to anyone who asked.
"We don't want to become a public bathroom, but we're going to make the right decision 100% of the time and give people the key," Mr Schultz told the Atlantic Council, a think tank in Washington DC.
"We don't want anyone at Starbucks to feel as if we are not giving access to you to the bathroom because you are 'less than'."

A 2013 study of New York City businesses found that 58% of store managers had seen drug use in their toilets.
Over the last year, US media have called public lavatories the new frontline of the opioid epidemic.
The city of Seattle spent $5m (£3.6m) on five self-cleaning toilets in 2004, only to close them four years later due to rampant drug use and prostitution.
One woman even told the New York Times that she used to smoke crack cocaine in the toilets but stopped because they were too "disgusting".

More Fake Science to Keep Us Fearful

The Claim:

EMP Commission warns ‘blackout’ of electricity, food, water to last ‘year or longer,’ huge death toll

Parts of the United States would be starved of electricity, water, food, internet service and transportation for a year or longer by the smallest electromagnetic pulse attack on the electric grid, according to a newly declassified report from a federal commission.

The so-called EMP Commission report said that the threat is real, jeopardizes “modern civilization,” and would set back living conditions to those last seen in the 1800s.

And as a result of the chaos, millions would likely die, according to the report titled “Assessing the Threat from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP),” from the recently re-established Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack.

The Reality Check: No Observed EMPs

The scare mongers say that a single electromagnetic pulse from a nuclear blast would induce a voltage spike that would knock out the “grid” and all electronic equipment across huge areas, like the entire continental United States. Something like this has never happened despite thousands of nuclear blasts and it does not fit with the established science of electromagnetic induction. Isn’t this really what matters? After thousands of detonations, an “EMP” has never swept through and wiped out electrical infrastructure, whether it was close to or far from a nuclear blast. Do we really need to say more? They used to say that your head would come off your body if you travelled at a speed of 60 miles per hour. They don’t say that anymore. We can stop saying that EMPs are the boogey man that will destroy all electrical infrastructure. It’s not a valid theory anymore. It never was. It has been tried and found wanting. There have been lots of nuclear blasts. It just doesn’t happen.

I started looking at links to EMPs observed during nuclear testing and very quickly becamed overhwelmed by the examples. I guess Wiki is as good a place as any to start https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_electromagnetic_pulse

jon@3:12 PM Well that is the problem Wiki regurgitates all the EMP myths, the book examines how the myths got started and who promoted the myths and why. Read the Sandia Report, written 27 years after the event, on evidence of EMP found. The Russian event was a generator fire, one of many.

Here is a link to a summary: https://www.lewrockwell.com/2018/02/david-hathaway/emp-hoax/

The pre-ordained EMP conclusion is completely false because A) Any electrical failures were statistically insignificant and do not indicate mass-damage, B) The study was completely flawed in that it reviewed no data, C) The shoddy street lighting circuitry in Honolulu at the time was prone to failures that had nothing to do with EMP, and D) The EMP theory itself is theoretically impossible.

The total number of worldwide nuclear detonations is 2,476. No mass EMP damage has ever occurred from any of them. Yet, we are still required to tremble at the thought of a nuclear EMP.

Proving widespread damage to civilian systems is key to obtaining funding for EMP research. Civilians pay the taxes, so they must be in fear.

This is global warming all over again, make up a problem out of thin air and then spend billions trying to fix the myth.

The Estonian Fox

Russ @ 11:35 AM-
In the late 1980s, I worked for a year with the U.S. Navy analyzing, designing & testing methods for reducing EMP effects on their ships. I was one of a veritable herd of engineers who were funded by the military to study EMP then.

A 1987 paper by Dr. Mario Rabinowitz (unlike Phil Daro, Mario actually got a PhD in Physics) was an interesting read at the time, and became a valuable reference for me. A quick check on the internet shows that he updated his report in 2003. And he was still working for EPRI, with HQ in Palo Alto. You can download a .pdf copy of his paper at arXiv:physics/0307127 [physics.soc-ph] - "Effect of the FAST NUCLEAR ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE on the Electric Power Grid Nationwide: A Different View". He is now retired from Stanford's SLAC lab.

His conclusion: "Based upon the analyses presented in this paper and in Refs. [7-8], it appears highly improbable if not impossible that the EMP from a single nuclear burst could blackout this nation's power grid....A single nuclear device exploded at high altitude will not render vital electrical services inoperable across the entire United States as has been suggested in many media references."

The paper is a little technical. Well, actually, it's a LOT technical. But I read his 1987 report (with the same conclusions) and I simply ignored any EMP hysteria since then, based on how he presented his math & results. Evidently, no one else reads his papers.

So - is Bloomberg 7 or 6?
When Carter said he would "never lie", my father snorted right out - "that's the first lie".
Every POTUS in history has lied.
But it seems to only upset the left when a Republican lies. They get so red in the face it would be funny if not sad.

I don't think I can keep any of these actors straight, but I like the plot.

This Stefan Halper character appears to be the star of his own 4chan threads, so the web is grinding away at the problem.

Looks like the left across America and even here on this blog are starting to shut down and keep quiet. Nothing they have tried is working to bring down Trump and create a "blue wave". Their overreach and overreactions have in fact fueled a "red wave" scenario. I hope thes loudmouths keep it up. Maxine Waters on the floor of the House is a disgrace. She used the race card against a fellow Congressman who simply states "stop the discrimination and come together as a nation".

For some reason, I woke up at 5am today. Dang it!

A nice little story.

'H.J.Ansari Zarif’s senior advisor: “If Europeans stop trading with Iran and don’t put pressure on US then we will reveal which western politicians and how much money they had received during nuclear negotiations to make #IranDeal happen.”'

I rather liked this batch of Twitter posts

especially #7.

You know, you do have to wonder how organized this shadow government really is.

He didn't run off and do this by himself.

One last one....

I rather like this guy's idea. The short version goes:

Q: Why are the Green Libertarians acting so crazy about Trump, basically trying to run a coup with any means at hand?
A: 100% of Green Libertarian policy was based on catching and holding the executive branch of the US government. Without that, it all falls apart.

Hillary Hodges donors and expenses. Looks like a few rich people and some out of county deniro are trying to buy a seat.

Scenes @ 10:06 pm.

Thankyou. Keep up the good diggin. Many arrows pointed to the British, more specially GCHQ, just from scouring over media reporting in 3/17. To get Trump, MSM left bread crumbs and broken twigs along the trail.

“Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst, Judge Andrew Napolitano, who said GCHQ was involved in wiretapping Trump, has also vindicated. Fox News owes Napolitano an apology for yanking him off the air for a week for making that “controversial” and now-verified assertion.”

The director of GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, is to stand down early for personal reasons, mainly health issues involving his wife and other family members.

Hannigan only took over at the UK’s surveillance agency in November 2014 to oversee a more open approach after revelations by the National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden put GCHQ on the defensive in 2013.

His sudden resignation – he informed staff just hours before making this decision public – prompted speculation that it might be related to British concerns over shared intelligence with the US in the wake of Donald Trump becoming president.

Yep, the young 50 year old resignedafter only 2 years of being the head of “foreign service” and only 2 years on the job.....3 days after Trump was sworn in....

Bill Tozer

GCHQ merely declined to comment on the latest claims. A spokesman said: “It is long-standing policy that we do not comment on intelligence matters.”

According to The Guardian, the FBI and the CIA were slow to pick up on the extent of the contacts between Mr Trump’s team and the Russians in the run-up to last year’s presidential election – in part because US law bans them from monitoring the private communications of US citizens without a warrant.

Donald Trump last month alleged that Barack Obama had illegally "wiretapped" him
“It looks like the (US) agencies were asleep,” The Guardian quoted one source as saying. “They (the European agencies) were saying: ‘There are contacts going on between people close to Mr Trump and people we believe are Russian intelligence agents. You should be wary of this.’

“The message was: ‘Watch out. There’s something not right here.'”

GCHQ’s then head, Robert Hannigan, was said to have passed material directly to CIA chief John Brennan in the summer of 2016.

After what was said to be a slow start, Mr Brennan used the intelligence to launch a major inter-agency investigation.

A number of inquiries are now under way in Washington into Trump campaign officials and Moscow, including an FBI-led counter-espionage investigation and inquiries by both the House and Senate intelligence committees.

Until now, it was as if Republicans had resigned themselves to the inevitable expansion of the regulatory state and their powerlessness to curb it, much less reverse it. But refreshingly, Trump, with his newness to politics, has shown that he isn’t paralyzed by such assumptions. He is eradicating regulations at an unprecedented pace and has reversed some of the more egregious Obama power abuses, such as the Environmental Protection Agency’s draconian carbon emission standards that he crammed through.

I also reject that he’s damaging the Republican brand. For the most part, he has not promoted a so-called populist agenda as some feared but is gravitating more every day toward mainstream conservatism. Talking about conservatism doesn’t enhance the brand nearly so much as action, and we’re seeing a lot of action.

Simple translation: It's your own fault,, for just showing up."

"Liberals are trapped in a self-reinforcing cycle. When they use their positions in American culture to lecture, judge and disdain, they push more people into an opposing coalition that liberals are increasingly prone to think of as deplorable. That only validates their own worst prejudices about the other America.

Those prejudices will be validated even more if Mr. Trump wins re-election in 2020, especially if he wins a popular majority. That’s not impossible: The president’s current approval ratings are at 42 percent, up from just a few months ago.

Liberals are inadvertently making that outcome more likely. It’s not too late to stop."

Thanks and a hat tip to realclearpolitics.com for the link to that opinion piece from a polisci professor at UVirginny

Administrivia - Rescued some comments from the Spam Folder. Didn't hear any complaints about their unjust confinement.

The report:

There are some lovely bits of Newspeak in there, I live for this stuff.

Jeez, now I'm watching Evergreen College craziness on youtube. Gotta stop that, but it's just too funny.

It's nice to daydream about how you might break up these schools into highly rigorous STEM universities (plus some Classics, naturally) and Crazy U., but that ain't gonna happen. The latter group feeds off the former in terms of funding and prestige.

Russia gate: It s Congress’s Constitutional role and duty to conduct oversight of the DOJ and other Exexutive Branch officials. Otherwise, the DOJ, FBI, and Stae Department are a law unto themselves. Sure, there exists such things as Executive Priviledge and the priority of any President to dutifully caryy out his Consitutional mandates without being overtly and overwhelmingly distracted in his fulfillment of such duties. And, lest we forget, Trump can legally declassify any document he wishes, albeit the Leftists would be screaming bloodily murder and crying Obstruction of Justice, a charge in and of itself is a non indictable offense for a,sitting President, thus not prosecutable. Sitting President is the operative phrase. Once out of office, it’s a different story. Anyway....

Run for your lives Lefties! WE are next!!!
It's time to sell for what you can get tomorrow. You won't be safe till you pass Kansas. Start packing.

I really hope this is true.

By golly, Todd was correct earlier this morning. There is nary a degranged twerp to be heard. Not talking about Mother’s Day today, but the last several days. They usually only go silent only a a day then all come back at once pissed off to the max and quite contentious. Hey, when more and more comedians are saying this Trump bashing is getting old, time for some new material....well, who can argue with that?

It can’t just be the Ditchdigger being spot on again concerning the Big Island after being poohed-poohed by ms. j smith that would keep all of them away. You can’t shame psychopaths. Sure, Punchy is down at the river sacrificing a cucumber by putting it in his mouth, and Bobbie isn’t chiding us for reading only his approved newsfeeds. Hmmm. Silence is golden. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Or maybe they realize they are doing more harm than good, as Gregory pointed out @12:49 pm. Darn, I hope they never change.

Hey girl, don’t knock a good thing.

Silence is golden, duct tape is silver.

Yes Bill,, the "jon" bit the proverbial dick on that one.
(I've only been studying the goings on there for that past decade)
Now to see what comes next.
I just have to laugh at the news fear mongers about the Ca. volcanoes. All because Hawaii changed it's behavior.
My bet is on the Clear Lake hot spot going if anything. (then maybe Mammoth as a long shot).
Anything that can sell fear these days.

A family that slays together stays together, if the dudes get a passel of virgins what do the gals get?

Police identified the father as Dita Futrianto, saying he was the head of a local JAD cell.
He reportedly dropped off his wife, Puji Kuswati, and their two daughters at Diponegoro Indonesian Christian Church, where they blew themselves up. The girls - aged 9 and 12 - had bombs strapped to them, as did their mother.
Futrianto then drove off, launching his own bomb-laden car into the grounds of Surabaya Centre Pentecostal Church, police said.
The sons - aged 16 and 18 - rode motorcycles into Santa Maria Catholic Church, and detonated explosives they were carrying. It was their attack that came first, at around 07:30 local time (00:30 GMT). The other two attacks followed five minutes apart, police said.
A security guard told the Associated Press news agency that the woman had arrived at the Diponegoro church carrying two bags, and forced her way inside ignoring the guards.
"Suddenly, she hugged a civilian, then [the bomb] exploded," said the eyewitness, who identified himself as Antonius.

Walt. Happy Mother’s Day to your lovely bride. If Rainer blows, Seattle won’t have blue skies.

Or maybe it was one of our resident experts confusing the 400 million legal payment to Iran with the 1.7 billion clamshells we stacked on pallets so Iran could buy the goods to make nuke juice and afford to send 100,000 missles to Hezbollah. If Iran ever attacked us, we can say we paid for the ride. Iran has had weekly demonstrations for months now over the price of eggs and high cost of other staples. You weren’t dumb enough to think the Mullahs are going to buy food for the people, did ya? Nah. Flooding Israel’s border leading with angry Palestinians with Hamas terrorists slipping in behind as the Wall is breached ain’t cheap. Takes a lot of greenbacks, the preferred currency of the black market.

Or maybe it was the Schneiderman schnitzel story appearing just when the Leftists were about to reach their Stormy Story climax. Hate that when that happens. My rumors tell me he knew it was coming for a couple of months, but not the exact day or time. That story was stricken from the annuals of our dear Media quicker than any story ever told. It’s like it never happened. Gone in sixty seconds.

Whatever. Maybe they just got bored with it all. Sooner or later they will have to do a big introspection and see exactly what they stand for as a party. Up to 2016, the DNC and Dems have stuck by their story that their message is spot on, but their messaging just doesn’t get out. I can buy that. Or, as Obama said after his party taking another shellacking in 2014 (or was that 2012?), that he represents those who did not vote. Ok, you da man! In the end he did not represent enough voters.

Or, do what Punchy does and look at the National election results and declare victory because Nevada County is a blue county in a blue state, lol. Always a silver lining. He is quite the local man from the valley below..

Don Bessee

just sayin'

Let's count the Janus money before t the SCOTUS decision is published... estimates are CA will lose nearly 200,000 public employee union members... meaning the 600# gorillas haunting Sac will lose about $200MM a year in walkin' 'round money.

The hemorrhaging will commence in a month or so.

Yes, you can indict a ham sandwich.

2) Oh my. FBI lost chain of custody of Hillary’s server. How odd, yet so predictable. So very very predictable.

Sometimes the God-Emperor really nails it.

An unsurprising story.

I believe M is in normal form this morning. Is Gina looking at raw land? Or is Trump looking to build a Tower on S. Ponderosa?

Mad Max, true to form

Thomas Perez? Why does that name sound so familiar?

“Judicial Watch investigated and after suing the DOJ, obtained explosive documents that show Obama political appointees were intimately involved in the decision to dismiss the voter intimidation case against the Black Panthers. The documents directly contradict sworn testimony by Obama’s Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, Thomas Perez, that no political leadership was involved in the decision.”

Putting Thomas Perez aside......

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro says 59-year-old Thurman George, a machine inspector at Poll 43-7, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to frauds by election officers. George, along with three other election workers, was accused of harassment and intimidation against voters who wanted to vote for candidates of their choice, but not the candidate being pushed by the city’s Democratic Party machine.

George has been sentenced to five years probation and is prohibited from voting for four years.

Its gonna be a fun ride -

Morris told host John Catsimatidis he believes “Democrats are overplaying their hand” by going after President Donald Trump for the Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels scandals, adding it will show in the 2018 elections.
“I think that [Democrats] see fool’s gold in these scandals,” Morris stated. “They’re putting everything behind the Stormy Daniels scandal and Michael Cohen … and the country doesn’t give a damn.”
He predicted, “There is no blue wave coming. There is a red wave. And what makes it red is the blood of the Democratic Party.”

,,,here ya go boys,,,some red meat for ya,,,is trumpski the chosen one???

'''Connections between the US president and Persian King Cyrus, recently strengthened by President Donald Trump’s landmark speech acknowledging Jerusalem as the eternal capital of Israel, have deep roots in Bible Codes and Biblical numerology which link both men to the coming of the Messiah.

President Trump is similar to Cyrus in a number of observable ways, rabbis and commentators have noted. Though separated by 2,500 years, both men rule the greatest nation of their respective eras. Cyrus, like Trump, was powerful and rich but not at all devout. And like Cyrus, Trump supports Jewish national aspirations. Now, a Messianic connection has come to light.

The mysterious ties between Trump, Cyrus, and the Messiah are revealed through two mystical methods of understanding the Torah. Hebrew numerology, known as Gematria, gives Hebrew letters and words numerical values which uncover hidden meanings, while Bible Codes search the Torah for secret patterns and connections.'''
