[So Starbucks is going to sensitize all their employees in all their 8,000+ stores this coming Tuesday afternoon. Anyone have any idea what difference such newly sensitive employees will make when all the stores will be open to anyone wanting to get in out of the rain and cold, and take advantage of a pause that refreshes? gjr]
Heads finally roll -
The other man he’s referring to is former Police Chief Al Thomas, who city officials say retired in December, but Gathers believes otherwise. Both men were in power during the August 12 Unite the Right rally and many fault them for the violence that occurred. But, Gathers believes others need to be held accountable as well.
While two of the key local figures who played a role in the events surrounding the August 12 rally–City Manager Jones and former Police Chief Thomas–are now no longer affiliated with the city government or are soon to leave it, officials with the Commonwealth of Virginia who may have been more responsible for the planning and implementation of security on that day have, so far, not been subjected to similar scrutiny.

"You have to stand proudly for the National Anthem or you shouldn't be playing. You shouldn't be there. Maybe you shouldn't be in the country,"
Make America Great Again. Deport America's 8 million Jehovah's Witnesses and our 200,000 Amish because neither stand for the anthem or salute the flag. And all those POWs? On Memorial Day, remember that they aren't heroes because "they got caught."

Were folks in Nazi Germany required to stand for the national anthem? Because such a requirement is two steps down that road. I guess part of MAGA is restricting personal freedoms like FREE SPEECH, in the name of patriotism, because the trumpeters don't like uppity black men or anyone else who questions their actions. What's next, making us all show up and salute the trumpski and praise him at his rallies or risk being sent to a 're-education camp' where we will be taught how wonderful and truthful our dear leader Donald is?. As of Oct. 1, 2020 you will have to show either a passport or a TSA certified state driver's license TO BOARD A FUCKING PLANE THAT FLIES BETWEEN SACRAMENTO AND SAN FRANCISCO OR ANYWHERE ELSE WITHIN THESE United States. Now that is real freedom... How long will it be until all of the fruit and vegetable inspection stations require the same ID to move from state to state via automobile? All in the name of the war on terror.
George -- I fail to understand your position on Starbucks. Does "anyone wanting to get in out of the rain and cold" meant to imply that people seeking temporary shelter from the weather, who may not necessarily want or can afford a $5.00 glorified cup of coffee, will now flock into the stores further disrupting business thereby creating a greater disturbance than calling the cops on innocent people because they weren't white? Does "a pause that refreshes" mean an expensive coffee drink or just getting in out of the rain? I just don't seem to get your cryptic insinuations.

Tell those “uppity black men” that in the United States they are perfectly within their rights to kneel during the national anthem ......just not while they are at work!

"you guys didn’t utter a word when the federalized drivers licenses were proposed " Slight difference fishy between 'proposed' and 'law'. So rather than bring up some Clinton related BS smokescreen in a feeble attempt to discredit my position, what do you think about the new TSA law? Do you agree with it or not?
And just to correct your purposefully false and divisive assumption (as dictated by conservative political doctrine) that I "would be fine with the notion" {of federal drivers licenses].... I was not fine with that notion then or now. Unlike, some people, I don't take a political positions just because that is what my political party endorses, and you don't actually know what political actually party I endorse so any speculation as to what I may or may not 'utter a word' about is false and fallacious.

Oh Bobbie, don’t confuse free speech with speech on the clock. Free speech applies only to government and government prohibitions. Can a customer service representative for say, the phone company, who meets customers all day long say anything and do anything they want? What about some companies barring nose rings and tongue/lip piercings for their front line employees? Freedom of speech does not mean freedom of consequences.
What about “morality clauses” in many contracts, as well as in NFL and MLB contracts? What about ESPN talking heads who go home and write vulgar and vile things on their personal social media pages....then are promptly fired, demoted, warned sternly, or taken to the woodshed by management, advertisers, and viewers? Customers are reliable employers if you do not work for the employer of last resort, aka, the gobberment.
Are you saying Trump cannot say what he wants or cannot exercise his right to free speech?
Do you know why Colin and Obama identify exclusively with their black half? Cause there is no privilege in being white.

Oh and deport them with all the illegal aliens.
Posted by: Todd Juvinall | 26 May 2018 at 07:59 PM
Oh my, here is a real kicker. Bobbie sez:
“......will now flock into the stores further disrupting business thereby creating a greater disturbance than calling the cops on innocent people because they weren't white”
Well, let’s look at the background of that particular Philly Starbucks and the facts of the horrible, terrible injustice to low lives, shall we?
1). The policy of that particular Starbucks was bathrooms for paying customers only and hanging out for paying customers only. This policy was backed by management at the regional level because the manager of that particular Starbucks (female) had been chased around the store by a crazies homeless man with a knife. Now, that’s a hostile work environment, no doubt.
2). The BLACK man was hanging out in Starbucks, waiting for a friend. He was told of the store’s no loitering policy, paying customers only. Like, buy a small cup of regulate coffee for under two bucks and hangout all day hoggi g up the tables like most free loaders do, but nooooo
3) The man was told several times by employees about that particular store’s “paying customers only” policy (backed by management a mentioned before) and he refused to go outside and wait. I. Fact, he told them to go pound sand.
4) The police were called to resolve the situation. The cops told the man the policy and asked him three times to leave. Three times. Not only did he refuse each time, he gave the cops lip! The cuffs came out and the Black Man was kicked out for “not being white”, ROFLMAO.
So, Bobbie, I have a friend who went to Knights Paint early. Nice guy. HH kicks out all their “clients” in the morning and releases the surge upon the innocent. So. my painter friend was sitting in his truck ready to go into Knights when this guy from HH walks up and starts yelling and demanding my friend “GIVE ME MONEY.” My friend on occasion gives a bum buck or two, but this guy was screaming and angry and not even asking. He was demanding. We all know the difference between a demand and a request. Thus, because of the angry hostile actions of the homeless white dude, my friend gave him zero.
So, guess you are saying that Knights Paints, Safeway, the Cig Store, and the Dollar Store should just open their doors to low life mental cases and let them hang out all day long and harass and scare customers because....they are just poor folks who through no fault of their own are seeking a spot of refugee from the rain? That is after they bust into cars in the parking lots and disturbe every single business that has the most unfortunate curse of being in close proximity of the Hospitality House? Ok, righttttt.
Maybe you can give take one in and let them loiter at your place. Loitering means to linger without a purpose.....but they have a purpose all right. And that purpose is bad for business. I know, Peter, Paul, and Mary sang, “This land is my land, this land is your land......what’s yours is mine and what’s mine is mine, right?
I don’t do Starbucks but infrequently and solely because I get those darn Starbucks gift cards at Christmas. Gee, thanks. It’s the thought that counts. I have not or would ever pay 5 bucks for a cup of mud, gift card or no gift card. I buy a regular small cup of coffee for under two bucks. Heard it’s now 2 bucks. Who in their right mind would ever pay 5 bucks for cup of mud? Its only Cavfefe.

Is John Brennan a man of impeccable integrity or is it conspiracy time?
Brennan was asked by NBC's Andrea Mitchell whether the CIA had illegally accessed Senate Intelligence Committee staff computers "to thwart an investigation by the committee into" the agency's past interrogation techniques. The accusation had been made earlier that day by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), who said the CIA had "violated the separation-of-powers principles embodied in the United States Constitution." Brennan answered:
As far as the allegations of, you know, CIA hacking into, you know, Senate computers, nothing could be further from the truth. I mean, we wouldn't do that. I mean, that's – that's just beyond the – you know, the scope of reason in terms of what we would do. ...
And, you know, when the facts come out on this, I think a lot of people who are claiming that there has been this tremendous sort of spying and monitoring and hacking will be proved wrong.
(You can see the video of Brennan's answer here.)
Now we know that the truth was far different. The Post's Greg Miller reports:
CIA Director John O. Brennan has apologized to leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee after an agency investigation determined that its emplo

Yo Don, remember that 30 year old dude that has been kicked out of his parent’s home by a State Supreme Court judge after living at Mommie and Daddy’s home rent free for eight years? He said he had until June 1st to movemout and he better buy some packing “boxes....but that could be a problem.”
Well, Alex Jones gave him a check for $3,000 to get him out. Things are looking up for the poor unemployed college educated man. The future looks rosy.
“The Syracuse native, who enjoys tinkering with computers, must be out of his parents' house by June 1. In addition to the check from Jones, Rotondo also received a job offer from adult entertainment company CamSoda. It’s unclear if he accepted.”
Now, if he plays his cards rights and goes off on a Trump rage, he could get himself a few dozen appearance on MSNBC in the next week or two. Maybe appear with another port star victim, Stormy. Maybe even a reality show on Netflix, showing him adjusting to his new digs while suffering through such a travesty of justice.
With 3k, he can buy a big cardboard box and park it outside of Starbucks....for the hours they are closed, of course.

jon smith, I reject the premise of your agrument.
First, the Amish are not illegals and have a right to be here. In fact, they are as a group exempted from Obamacare (lucky dogs) because they are fine folk who keep to their odd religious customs without applying for welfare or refugee status and get this....they do not engage in terrorism! Imagine that. Neither are they eco-nuts, zealots, or seek world domination. They take care of one another. Nor do the Jehovah Witnesses partake in terrorist activities, advocate for Santuary City protections for breaking our laws by being here illegally, nor to they join with groups that call LE murderous swine, nor wear Castro tee shirts in Miami or socks with pigs donning police hats at press conferences like Colin does. Nor are they paid millions of dollars a year to entertain us on TV as folks try to get a reprieve from life’s daily grind by turning on a game. Nope, the Amish don’t watch TV and it is doubtful that they would be in the spotlight chanting “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot”, which we all know how never happened. The Amish and the JWs would be adverse to repeating such humongous lies as “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” because that is against their morals, ethics, and convictions.
The NFL players can say whatever they want on their own time. Heck, after they refuse to stand for the National Anthem, they go out drinking or kick back at home after a hard day’s work like most people do. Guess after the game winding down period really cuts into their social justice time. Hey, it’s their free time....as long as they don’t beat up their wives. Then they lose their priveledged class and stage to protest on.
The big problem is some players chose the National Anthem to voice their grievance against police brutality, which is soooo tone deaf because the average Joe sees the National Anthem as being a symbol of all the patriots who fought and died for our exceptional country (military) and not as a de facto symbol of law enforcement. Perception is reality to many folks, so the protesting kneelers are perceived as anti-military and anti-American instead of anti-police. Those players live in a bubble, no doubt.
But then again, there was one kneeler who the Liberal Mainstream Press went full blown degranged over, spewing hate, vile, and ridicule at the young man. A quarterback to boot. His name became mud, a true lightening rod for the haters. He is no longer in the NFL. No, not Vick. A His name was Tebow, Tim Tebow. He took a knee on the field and that was the unforgivable sin.

BELLEAU, France (AP) — High-ranking military officials from the United States, France and Germany took part in Memorial Day ceremonies at an American cemetery in France on Sunday to mark the centennial of the battle of Belleau Wood, a turning point in World War I and a key moment in U.S. Marine Corps history.
The ceremony at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery in the village of Belleau featured speeches Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Robert Neller and other military officials, prayers, wreath laying, poem readings, and the national anthems of the three countries.
More than 5,000 people attended the event to commemorate the fierce, monthlong battle, which is considered the first major engagement of U.S. troops in the war. Belleau Wood, where Marines helped Allied Forces secure victory, also helped to establish the prestige and reputation for bravery of the Marine Corps overseas.
Rear Admiral Brent Scott, chaplain of the U.S. Marine Corps, said the battle was a "critical turning point" for the Corps.
"There are many great stories that have come out of this battle, that have inspired Marines for generations," Scott told The Associated Press.
Most of the 2,289 American soldiers, including 474 Marines, buried in the Belleau cemetery died in the French northern Aisne-Marne region in 1918. More than a thousand other servicemen are memorialized and honored by name on Walls of the Missing.
The June 1918 battle in and outside the Belleau Wood and the decisive engagement of the U.S. forces became a defining moment in WWI by containing a break by German troops through the Western Front and foiling their push toward Paris.

“during the last administration, theirs was never "living in the past and trying to hijack the news cycle!!!"
Never. Never. Never. Never once.
Ok, news cycle. Former NYC mayor calls Comey a liar, Starbucks employees complaining about blood and needles in bathroom since April (one reported pricked by needle while cleaning restroom), South Korea and North Korea having talks (meet and greet) and low key US delegation present, IG report on FBI handling of Hillary e-mailgate wrapping up, White man (Shawn King) outspoken Black activist made to look like a fool again, white woman who identified as a black woman now identifies as an inmate convicted of welfare fraud, Clapper and Brennan’s habitual lying exposed, Peter was one of the two FBI agents who interviewed Flynn, big trial in London for Muslims raping 700 underage girls, Obama hits the big bucks, gets 400k for speech (topic: poor folks), NFL players and/or owners to be fined for kneeling during the Star Spankled Banner, FBI reports concealed carriers save lives/prevent more deaths......well. It looks like the news cycle is an continuation of the last administration’s news cycle focusing on the results and actions of former administration’s policies. Oh yeah, still haven’t found a motive for the Pulse Nightclub massacre of gays by a Muslim dude.
Oh yeah again. Another American released from captivity (without ransom paid) and Trump pardons former heavyweight champion of the world Jack Johnson, reversing Obama’s inaction. All the great economy news makes ones eyes glaze over....just crumbs I reckon.

More laughs:
“Donald Trump, trumpets all of these releases. It’s very unusual, of course, for someone to be released and go straight to the White House for a photo opportunity,” Raddatz opined. But that’s not entirely accurate. President Obama had his own press conference to “trumpet” the release of Bowe Bergdahl, the infamous Afghanistan deserter, which ultimately blew up in his face. Obama actually traded five Taliban commanders for Bergdahl while Trump gave nothing in return for Holt.
“So I would say it is pretty obvious it does give him a boost,” Raddatz continued to whine. “I'm not sure many Americans knew about Joshua Holt and he was held in Venezuela…” It’s interesting and tragic that she would surmise how many Americans knew about Holt because according to a Nexis search of ABC broadcasts from 2016, they never mentioned his capture.

Crabb's blog has some McCarthyism yapping away. The Frisch and Crabb rhetoric is so funny. These are the guys that force the "Little Sisters of the Poor" to give birth control against their beliefs. These guys are the one's that force anti-Planned Parenthood organizations to post abortion providers against their will. These are the guys that snitch on their neighbors who are having a few cocktails. You would think they were pure as the driven snow. One is a old druggie who can't remember the 60's and the other is a person that stole his employees taxes from the federal government to the tune of some estimates are $250,000. And they are upset that Trump and others might not like a NFL dude kneeling for the Anthem. You cannot make up this absurd comedy of these two idiots. Frisch says people hat are upset are nazis. Where have we heard that before?

That's hilarious scenes! Well they gave 0 one for nothing so there is still some hope.
ranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif, a key architect of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, was caught on camera chanting “Death to America,” “Death to Britain” and “Death to Israel,” Israeli outlet Ynetnews reported on Saturday.
Zarif participated in the violent chants on Thursday after Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei delivered a speech in Tehran, according to Ynetnews.
Zarif’s call for the destruction of America came less than two months after he secretly met with former Secretary of State John Kerry in mid-April to try and save the Iran nuclear deal.
Kerry’s “unusual shadow diplomacy” was ultimately unsuccessful, as President Donald Trump announced on May 8 the U.S. would be withdrawing from the deal. Iranian lawmakers responded that same day by setting an American flag on fire on the floor of parliament and chanting, “Death to America!”
Kerry and Zarif were considered to be among the frontrunners for 2017’s Nobel Peace Prize for their work on the Iran deal.

Wow - jonnie and Bobby must be way deep into the sauce this weekend.
The Fed ID law was passed (not proposed) back in '05. Look it up.
There have been waivers for the states due to concerns it would be impossible to process everyone in a timely manner, but it's been 13 years and time's up. It doesn't impinge on state's rights because the states don't have to issue a federally approved ID. You can keep your current DL or ID if you want. It's true you won't be able to board a plane to fly within a state without a fed approved ID but don't blame that on Trump. The TSA is in charge of all airline safety so that's the way it is. Been that way for a long time. I don't like it either but you can chase that sort of baloney back to FDR when his SCOTUS decided that a farmer couldn't grow wheat for his own family to eat without running afoul of federal regs.
As far as the NFL broo-ha-ha:
Here’s what the game operations manual says regarding the national anthem, according to an NFL spokesperson:
"The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem.
During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses."
Nothing about the Amish or anyone else. Unless you've been hyperventilating over your Bar B Q lined with MJ. The feds haven't arrested or threatened to arrest anyone for kneeling or laying down or what ever. It's not a 1stA issue in any way. When you're on the clock you do what the boss man say. If you don't like it - there's the door.
You can always collect garbage or work at Burger King. Then try to carry out your 'protest'. You are out the door. Again. Trump won't go after you nor does he care.
Meanwhile Team Penske does it again.
Tomorrow we remember those who have sacrificed all even for those ungrateful morons like Bobby and jonnie who can't seem to understand what principles our country was founded on and the freedoms we enjoy to this day. Including the 1st and 2nd A's.

“We will see him in court, we will see him in the street, we will see him wherever we can be,” AFGE president J. David Cox Sr. said in a Washington Examiner report.
He called the orders “a classic example of this administration’s attack and assault on women, attack and assault on minorities.”'
lol. The winning never stops.
Posted by: scenes | 27 May 2018 at 07:29 PM
And now I will venture into a word deemed dirty by our enlighten friends on the dark side of the street.
Haselby is correct that “mere military supremacy” is not enough to sustain American exceptionalism or American patriotism in the long run. His mistake is to believe American patriotism is primarily linked to power.
America’s creed of God and liberty was forged in rebellion. Its Founding Fathers wrote a constitution that spelled out all the things its new government could not do to them. Its marines carried flags bearing coiled rattlers and the motto “Don't Tread on Me.” It fought a bloody war over two decades against the most powerful empire in the world, a war incited by the cry of “Liberty or Death!”
The charge that American patriotism is a deadly form of identity politics overlooks a truth many intellectuals cocooned in academia and saturated in race, gender, and class ideology cannot understand: most patriots are not celebrating America’s “identity”; we are celebrating America’s ideals.
And as long as those ideals remain life, liberty, and the free pursuit of happiness, I say: God Bless America.

In the "art of the deal vs. the emoluments clause of the Us Constitution" this: China has approved 5 new Ivanka Trump trademarks for exclusive marketing rights in China. This on top of several similar deals. It's just a coincidence that five days later Trump announced he was working on a deal to lift U.S. business barriers against ZTE in order to save Chinese jobs. That on top of a potential $500,000 million investment by the Chinese in a theme park that just happens to be next to a planned trump resort that is in the works.
Does using the presidency to enrich your children fall under the emoluments clause?

I'd say that forming a shared idea of nation is larger than the US version of Roman Virtues.
To some extent you need a lot of ballyhoo to get everyone pulling on the same rope. George Washington's cherry tree, Honest Abe, Betsy Ross, Old Ironsides, folk songs, heroic deeds, Taming of the West, etc.
As a counter to this (h/t to the Black Pigeon Speaks vidya I've posted up), the Green Libertarians have invented new foundation myths based on slavery, the Holocaust done by German white people, peace loving Apaches being savagely murdered by the US cavalry, Custer getting what he deserved, smallpox blankets. I mean, really, how could you defend such an evil place?
It's interesting watching the G. Libertarians always back whatever is perceived as the opposite of the West, no matter how ridiculous.
I'm happy to admit that I back my own people, even if the situation is unclear as to morality. Who are they for? Humanity generally? The erotic feeling of self flagellation? A love of soy milk?
The thing is, in-group preference is real and it works. Shucking it off means giving all your gold and wimmen to the neighbors.

You are right that the Tommy Robinson silencing is a big story. Arrested for standing outside a trial, saying nothing. Not taking a side on Robinson’s views, , but there seems to be a pattern in the Western Developed Countries (Canada to the EU to Down Under) to not talk about who exactly and precisely are the perpetrators. Silence the Inconvenient Truths. Stumbled upon this this morning.

Beats me.
The peculiar thing is that Green Libertarians don't really have a nation, they have a sort of anti-nation. It's a shallow kind of bonding that would disappear with any pressure.
Lacking an enemy, they'd merely squabble among themselves.

Guess the last President to serve in the military was George H W Bush. Got shot down in his bomber during WW2. Got plucked out of the water by a sub, I believe. George W. Bush served in the Air Nat’l Guard, but the media at the time said he did that to get out of doing “real” military service and he joined the reserves solely to get out of active duty. I can see their point., albeit I don’t have to agree with it. I feel there are many ways to serve your country when called, and many ways to answer the call when not called, but that’s just me. Rosie the Riveter comes to mind.
Service in the reverses or National Guard was always considered weekend warrior stuff....until the Iraq wars. Then the AF reserves started doing 3 month stints, at bases scattered around the globe, not always in a war zone.
Reagan did not serve in the military, the POTUS before George H W Bush. Carter served in the Navy, the POTUS before Reagen. Nixon served in the Navy as well. We all know General Ike served, the last General to be elected President.
Whether one served or not, one can still be commander-in-Chief. Whether one served or not, anyone can pause to remember those who sacrificed all. You don’t need to be a first responder to honor fallen first responders, nor a domestic violence victim to attend a candlelight vigil for victims of domestic violence.

Wait, what, did hell freeze over?
A new editorial in the Harvard Crimson — the student publication of Harvard University — now calls for the campus to be more accepting of conservative students following an extensive 18-month “diversity and inclusion” study by the university’s administration which found that only a “startling” 1.5 percent of the faculty identified as conservative while 83.2 percent are liberal.
“These statistics do not reflect America: 35 percent of Americans identify as conservative, 23 times the fraction of the faculty survey’s respondents, This stark divide has harmful effects on the University’s ability to train our nation’s leaders, and it risks alienating current and potential conservative students. It has also likely contributed to the declining trust of Americans in higher education, which has deleterious effects. Much more work is needed to make this important element of diversity a priority. We believe the University must emphasize hiring professors with diverse beliefs and backgrounds who can challenge prevailing campus ideas through tough ideological conversations,” the editorial reads.
The students are interested in “expanding the diversity conversation” here.
“Increasing ideological diversity — and making students who may disagree with mainstream campus ideas more welcome — should be worked toward beyond merely hiring intellectually diverse faculty, however. Initiatives to promote campus conversations in which beliefs are questioned should be encouraged, as should giving students the resources they need to feel comfortable but not unchallenged in their identities. By doing so, we expand the diversity conversation to make as many students feel as welcome as we can,” the editorial recommends.

1)Welcome home, Gregory.
2) Concerning George Boardman’s last column in the Union, he referenced another Other Voices’s column, The Royal Box. The reference was to Martin Luther King’s most famous quote about judging others by the content of one’s character, not the color of one’s skin.
I am afraid that we may all live to see the day when MLK’s statues will be torn down, schools and parks named in his honor renamed, and who knows what else. There is nothing, absolutely nothing coming out of acamedia that gives me hope this will not happen eventually, contingent upon SJW’s continued push they are espousing at every turn.
Harvard is having commence ceremonies exclusively for black students in some departments and white students will have their separate ceremonies...per the University. Evergreen College is back at it, declared No White Day again. Whites are prohibited from campus on that day. The news about a bar in Oregon having Reparations Day once a month where whites are not allowed to attend, albeit donations from white people are encouraged and eagerly accepted.
The idea of taking any individual and grouping him/her into an entire broadbrush category based solely on the color of the indivual's skin color is the very definition of racism, be it in a bar in Oregon or from the ivy covered halls of Harvard University.
The color blind society is much ridiculed in today’s world and is the very antithesis of what SJWs and the humanities departments across America teaches, not to mention other forums. The politics of Identity is not everything, it’s the only thing.
On a more hopeful note, reading the comments about Reparations “Happy Hour” is that some Black Americans are upset that other POC are being grouped in with blacks Americans for the free drinks. Black Americans have the unique history (among all POC here) of being enslaved on distantant continents and brought forceably to this country. The slaves were not indigious to this continent, (or hemisphere) as Native Americans and Hispanics were. The point is the black experience is unique for the aforementioned reason, and some are not taking kindly to Reparations Day at the bar being hijacked by “others”....other POCs not intended to be in their group to receive reparations, akin to some complaints of those Born Woman objecting to transsexuals freeloading on their movement and organizations
The silver lining is the fractured nature of Identity Politics will afford me the opportunity to watch them eat their own, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly. Somebody has to be the most deserving of the victim class status. The bad news is Martin Luther King’s life’s work may have been in vain. Judging by the content of character instead of the color of one’s skin? The victimization group mentality laughs at the very notion. In fact, that is called racist thinking.
