UUmmmm,,,, Paul,, care to point to where ANY of your "predictions". have even come close? By my count, your are batting zero, right along with the disgraced "jon" and his/her " MARK THE TAPE" world enders.

Punchy, it’s KVMR’s birthday today and I am holding down the fort. No worries. Got ya covered. Nice and cool in the studio, got the AC cranked up for ya. Also, say happy B-day to your boss lady, the GM. Gotta know which side your bread is buttered on, if you catch me drift.
Boy, your DJs are higher than a kite today. Good thing some guy started playing musac on some stage. All in all, the DJ dudes were entertaining. “Did you know that we performers are from all over the world? It’s kinda cool. Like, maybe that’s why they call it World Fest. Which came first, the chicken or the egg?”

from P Emery - "Justice department idiicts 12 Russians just before TRump meets with Putin."
or - Justice indicts 12 ham sandwiches just before Trump meets with Putin.
They've had the evidence for months - why announce the indictments now?
This has nothing to do with justice and everything to do with trying to undermine Trump.
Oh - that's right "our democracy is under attack!!!!"
I'm surprised Paul can muster the courage to leave his house with this terrible Rooskie 'attack'.
What a friggin joke. The Dems are exposed as a bunch of crooks and Mueller can only indict a dozen people he knows he will never be able to get his hands on. How much is this costing the taxpayers?

Bill Tozer

Gun owners sue CA....

We're suing because California DOJ’s Firearms Application Reporting System (CFARS) broke down during the deadline week for people to register their firearms in accordance with new state laws," Alan Gottlieb, Second Amendment Foundation founder, said. "For a whole week the system was largely inaccessible. People who wanted to comply with the law simply couldn’t and now they face becoming criminals because they couldn’t do what the law requires."

"It’s like a bad version of Catch-22," Gottlieb said. "The government required registration by the deadline, but the online registration failed, and people couldn’t register. They’re required to obey the law, but the system broke down, making it impossible to obey the law. Now these people face the possibility of being prosecuted. We simply cannot abide that kind of incompetence.

Attorney General Xavier Becerra seems to care about everything but the Constitution, the rule of law, and law-abiding California gun owners," Brandon Combs, Firearms Policy Coalition president, said. "If Becerra spent as much time doing his job as he does talking about his pet crusades against the federal government, hundreds of thousands of Californians would not be in legal jeopardy right now."

"Once again, the DOJ and Attorney General Becerra unlawfully and unconstitutionally moved the goal posts on peaceful, law-abiding gun owners," said Jonathan Jensen, vice president of the Firearms Policy Foundation. "Their failures should not result in people going to prison and losing their property."

Your hero Muller and the "grand jury",, can't keep their Russian bad guys straight.
"A Russian tech executive suing BuzzFeed News over the Steele dossier says he is vindicated by special counsel Robert Mueller’s indictment of 12 Russian nationals allegedly involved in cyber attacks against Democrats.

Aleksej Gubarev, the executive, says Mueller’s indictment shows he was not involved in hacks of Democratic National Committee emails, as the dossier alleges. "

Forget the first Russians Muller accused? Muller never counted on them calling his bluff. What happened to those indictments Paul?

The question under discussion Punch is: “In your opinion does Uncle Punchy ask too many pointless questions?”

Paul Emery

So You have no opinion as to whether the Russians should be indicted Fish

Bill Tozer

“The fact that the media responded to the nomination of a Supreme Court justice by obsessively covering Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Russia and NATO proves that Trump has checkmated them with Brett Kavanaugh.

Liberals know they can’t stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation, so they’d just as soon not hear any news about it at all. Please cheer us up with stories about Paul Manafort’s solitary confinement!

But there was one very peculiar reaction to the nomination. The nut wing of the Democratic Party instantly denounced Kavanaugh by claiming that his elevation to the High Court would threaten all sorts of “rights.”——Ann Coulter

So You have no opinion as to whether the Russians think does Uncle Punchy ask too many pointless questions Punch?

George Rebane

Wasn't the problem for Mueller with such indictments that one of the defendants may choose to actually plead 'not guilty' and go to court demanding that prosecution share with defense all the available evidence required to convict?

Bill Tozer

Fish @ 10:37am

Maybe the Russians do indeed care what Punchy thinks. The numerous Russian backed RT reporters that have appeared during KVMR’s New Hour on Democracy Now! has a very strong Russian direct connection. Almost as direct as Jill Stein’s connection to Putin, RT, and Russian nationals seeking to sow discord in our community and nation. No wonder RT featured Stein and hosted her debates. No wonder she dined with Putin, along side with Flynn. Now, who is the little alternative radio station’s news director??? Who, who, who? Who?

If you must ask as to whether the Russians think Punchy Pablo, the Russian Popinjay, asks too many pointless questions, you are asking the right guy, our own Russian enabler, aka Uncle Punchy. Or ask the Russians themselves. Uncle Punchy can arrange and facilitate you questions, Fish.

Paul Emery, yes thanks for admitting you were wrong and I straightened you out. Also it looks bad for you pal Peter Strzok.

Paul emery

Paul Emery

Todd

You mean the Peter that made a fool of the Republicans last week?

"The House Oversight and Judiciary Committees’ interrogation/filleting of FBI agent and favored Donald Trump punching bag Peter Strzok was more than just a dispiriting national embarrassment. One thing is for sure, Paul has no opinion of his own. Nothing but "?", from the ol' geezer.

Todd Juvinall

No I am talking about the lawless partisan Trump hater you have now elevated to lefty hero status. And Trey Goudy made Strozk look like the fifth columnist he is. I would suggest Strzock is a Russian agent. There, now run with that.

Paul Emery

Walt

I believe the indictments were legitimate. Do you?

Walt

No Paul, Pete did't make a fool out of the Repubs. Pete made a fool out of himself, and so did the LIBS. If you had actually watched the show, you would have known that.
But protect your Lefty pals at all costs.

How come Meuller can't seem to indict any Americans and Trump acolytes for "collusion" Paul Emery. And all the indictments are for activities long before the election season began? Why is that Paul Emery. I mean would you not expect your hero Meuller to have ONE from the campaigb season?

Paul Emery

So Todd do you believe Trump should not enforce the indictments as the chief law-enforcement officer of the country?

Walt

Your getting taken for a ride Paul,, Indictments... BFD. Worthless..

Walt

LOL!! Paul can't tell us just how to "enforce" those indictments.
Tell ya' what. Send Muller and as many Proggys as you can to Russia, and demand Putin hand them over. Think that will work Punchy?
What? can't hear you... The crickets are way toooo loud.

Paul Emery

so the Federal Grand Jury is part of gtr "Deep State" Walt.

Todd Juvinall

Dear Readers, as you can see Paul Emery is consistent here and has been from day one. He never answers any questions we ask of him. Therefore I will no longer interact with him here. I will spend my limited typing abilities to those with a brain.

George Rebane

PaulE 1102am - I'm referring to the normal course of a trial under US jurisprudence in which both prosecution and defense share the evidence they have to support their respective cases. I thought you were aware of that.

The release of those 12 indictments was definitely a political act that smell of high heaven. Who authorized the timing of this release just before Trump meets Putin? Given that there will be no enforced extradition of the 12, the indictment could have been postponed a few days, or, if the damning evidence was at hand months ago, why was the indictment delayed?

As far as should they have been indicted. The question needs to be answered in the context of the Russians having meddled in our elections since Stalin's days during the Great Depression when much of our leftwing press took its cues from the Kremlin. Why lie to Americans as if Moscow's meddling just started in 2016? Most of us know the obvvious answer to that; Paul, do you?

Paul Emery

Todd is suc a wimp. Can,t even defend his own position.

Todd Juvinall

GeorgeR 1224

The "indictments are all for show. They were made to try and embarrass Trump in Helsinki. Since I think that is the case, I have to say Wray and Sessions need to go. I am sad to say that.

Walt

Uh,,,, Paul,,, Your one to talk about "defense". Just pure "deflect", marginalize, and ignore.
You have still to utter one word on just how you plan to prosecute
the Russians.
Will Trump turn over the CIA goons currently screwing with the Russian computers? Are you going to demand Trump hand them over?
(good luck with that.)
Your losing this argument as usual.

Walt

Oh.. And let me turn up the heat of Paul on this fine, cool July Sunday.
And Trump isn't implicated in ANYTHING.(nor ANY American for that matter)
DAMN those pesky facts!

Paul Emery

So Todd the deep state includes Sessions and Wray. They are everywhere

Paul Emery

CIA goons Walt? Who are they?!

Bill Tozer

Walt, what Punchy is saying that since Obama could not bring Snowden back to face justice, Trump can and will! Trump can do what others have tried and miserably failed to do.
Punchy is right to call for Daddy Trump to do his magic. Hear that deafening sound of silence? It’s the lack of saber rattling coming from N. Korea since November, 2017.

A nation turning over its officials to face trial in foreign courts is an interesting matter of diplomatic sensitivity. Should the US turn over Obama Administration officials meddling in Israel’s elections? Should we turn over members of Hillary’s State Department or our CIA for oblivious blantant interfering in the Ukrainian election, to the point of trying to overthrow the pro-Russian elected President? If memory serves me correctly, there existed so-called “warrants” for W’s arrest, along with Obama and Dick Cheney. Opps, make that seven members of the Bush Administration.

“The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission is also asking that the names of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gonzales, Yoo, Bybee, Addington and Haynes be entered and included in the Commission’s Register of War Criminals for public record.”

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1354211/George-W-Bush-cancels-Switzerland-visit-fears-arrest-torture-charges.html

“A state that did seek to prosecute Bush or Cheney would face both the practical difficulty of carrying it out as well as an expected diplomatic backlash from the United States. "No state has any interest in arresting a former U.S. president or vice president," Ratner said. "Say goodbye to good relations with the U.S.!" This reality, he said, makes the likelihood of a prosecution of Bush or Cheney "highly doubtful."

https://hwaairfan.wordpress.com/2013/07/08/icc-issues-warrant-for-the-arrest-of-bush-and-obama/

But, the latest indictments against 12 Russian military intelligence officials (equivalent to our CIA, not our military intelligence) may have merit. I say that not reading the full texts of the indictments. It is doubtful that we would turn over 12 CIA officials to Russia, just as it is unlikely Putin would turn over 12 Russian intell officials to the US or any nation for that matter. And, of course, everybody on Earth knows there is no extradition treaty between the USA and Russia, just like there was no extradition treaty between the US and the USSR.

Never hurts to try.

Snowden is an interesting case because Edward applied for asylum . Putin, that sly fox, quoted international law and accepted Snowden’s asylum request. Snowden’s current status is he has been granted temporary asylum in Russia per international law.

The Julian Assange case is similar. Britain has an extradition treaty with Sweden, but Sweden does not have one with Ecuador. The embassy Assange is holed up in London is Ecuadorian soil.

All Trump can do is drop the indictments on Putin’s lap and say “knock it off or else.” Heck, Obama called Putin in the 2016 election cycle and he too told Putin to knock it off.
Stop it you guys, I mean it. I really do. Stop it right now or else.

When the two men meet tomorrow it will be the meeting of the heads of the two most powerful militaries in the World. Russia, despite having the GDP of an Italy, still has the second most powerful military arsenal in the world. The future of the known world hangs in the balance. We are all going to die....or maybe not.

Meuller was smart to indict those who will not appear to defend themselves. He uncovered seemingly Russian meddling in a US election. Wonder if Putin will send lawyers to defend the indicted like that one previous Russian did to throw a big monkey wretch in the gears. It’s one thing for the wheels of justice to turn slowly. It’s quite another to refuse to wave your right to a speedy trial and demand full discovery now. That makes the wheels of justice come to a grinding stop. That’s why Meuller is turning over cases to the DOJ. And Meuller is asking for a more Justice Department personal to help a brother out.

I believe the top cop in the country is AG Jeff Sessions. But, he recused himself from anything to do with Russia’s feeble attempts to stir the pot. We still don’t know for sure if the Rooskies hacked the DNC or Clinton Campaign computers.

Todd Juvinall

Kind of interesting that the left's new hero Strozk did not recuse himself after calling Trump and his voters smelly and Fers. But the rules are different for the left. And I think BillT is right that Sessions in the top cop. Trump is the military top cop.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—After being summoned to a meeting with President Trump in a secret chamber twelve floors beneath the White House, Senator Ben Sasse optimistically assumed the president simply wanted to hear some of his concerns and see whether they could cooperate on common political goals.
“When you hear the Christian hymn ‘Make America Great Again,’ bow before the statue,” one of the Republican goons growled in Sasse’s ear. “Almost everyone else in the Party has bowed. What’s the harm? Everyone’s doing it. I would hate for that nice suit to get… extra crispy.”

https://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/features/2017/01/russia-endgame-libya-170116061913370.html

(remember when the crack KVMR news crew covered something besides Trump? me neither)

I'm thinking.....

. The US gets the 12 Russian military officers doing their duty.
. The Russians get a military base
. The Libyans get the Hillary Clinton state department officials who saw to it that the Libyan head of state was sodomized to death with a broom handle. God knows how many deaths resulted from that.

See? Everyone gets something. The Art of the Deal.

Punchy, we have no extradition treaties with Russia, countries that have extradition treaties with Russia can't use them to extradite Russian citizens and it's a good bet all 12 of the Russian military intelligence officers are Russian citizens with hefty security clearances.

Under international law, what can Trump do, Punch?

We'd better hope none of the 12 call our justice department's bluff and call for a speedy trial (in absentia?)... and the first thing we'd have to do is turn over all the evidence against them.

Good "meeting" between Trump and Putin. Since they have a lot of nukes it seems to me there should be good relations until none exist. The PRESS of course was as stupid as ever.Screw the nukes, was Russia hiding secrets of Trump boinking any gals? What dopers the American media exhibit.

Talk about throwing your DOJ, Intelligence and Security team under the bus.

The end is near. Fox is blasting Trumps press conference.

Well, certainly not to the same extent as the Mexican, Israeli, and Arab governments do. They just don't have the skin in the game to the same extent.

Given all the money both the Russian oligarchs and .gov shoved into that insatiable Clinton grifter maw, it's surprising that they would have tried to help Trump.

I guess if nothing else that avoiding a Clinton-led invasion of Syria (which is pretty much next door to the Russkies) might have been enough reason to dump a few 10's of thousands of bucks into Facebook and send a few marching order to RT/Sputnik.

The fact that we got to learn about awesome evil-doings by the DNC, etc. was just icing on the cake. For all I know, ending up with a President who isn't a war-monger might have saved the world.

Nancy Pablo Pelosi speaks! Yep, she knows exactly want went on during the private meeting, ROFLMAO. Where does she get those crazy ideas?? What planet does she live on? Too funny. A big conspiracy. What a brain Dead Sea hag, what a dipshat. Lost all touch with reality. I can’t believe she could be so dumb. Just when you think the Leftinistas can’t look and say anything more idiotic, they prove me wrong.

re: BillT@9:18AM

She sounds as addlepated as the crack KVMR news team.

Just imagine how much research has been done by The Resistance in the last three years. The amount of money spent on researchers, detectives, paying off friends, inventing stuff from whole cloth, just to get anything at all on Trump has to be breathtaking. It's probably a couple of orders of magnitude more than the Russians bother to spend.

I'm absolutely serious here. Trump is probably the most highly vetted politician in US history.

,,,poor SAD Todd at 911,,, by your high powered reasoning we will get along great with li'l Kim and Pakistan since they have nukes!!!
