Yippee fresh kitty litter! Anyone surprised -

On Thursday, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report stating thousands of text messages exchanged between Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page could not be recovered after Mueller’s team wiped clean the phones it had issued them.

....and in todays "Good Riddance" section!

ICEBERG HIT: Weekly Standard, RIP.

This should leave Eddie Haskell....err......um I mean.....Bill Kristol plenty of time to threaten to run for president!

Don Bessee

Time to run to your safe spaces and break out the playdough -

A Los Angeles college student who sued his school for allegedly curbing his right to free speech after it prevented him from passing out copies of the U.S. Constitution was vindicated in court this week.
The Los Angeles Community College District agreed on Wednesday to settle a lawsuit filed against them last year by student Kevin Shaw after he was barred from passing out copies of the document because he wasn’t in the school’s designated “free speech zone,” which measured 616 square feet or about the size of three parking spaces.

As a part of the settlement, the tiny area marked for students to exercise their first amendment rights will be abandoned altogether, revoking a district-wide policy that declared all property on the district’s nine campuses to be “non-public forums” with speech restrictions. As part of the settlement, LACCD will pay Shaw’s $225,000 in attorney fees.

Nothings going to come out of any of this nonsense! Hell it's going to take twenty years to unravel all the malfeasance on both sides! Not counting any actual legal actions taken!

Oh well......if we can "retire" 4500 Baby Boomers (specifically factoring in Yablonskys 400,000 hippy/counterculture cohort....you know, specifically "The Pony Tail of Ignorance" types) a day while they sort through it I suppose it's time well spent!

Paul Emery

This I agree with 100 %

"Former U.S. ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul said Thursday that Vladimir Putin’s multi-pronged attack on the U.S. presidential election won him just what he wanted: the “chaos” created by Donald Trump."

Paul, what are you trying to say?

Tough day for Don and the antipots:

"Nevada City is the first municipality in Nevada County to allow adult-use cannabis businesses to operate within its city limits, approving an amendment to its cannabis ordinance at a city council meeting Wednesday.

That means Elevation 2477', which opened as a medical cannabis dispensary in August on Searls Avenue, could potentially be selling to customers without a medical recommendation by the beginning of the new year."

In today's Union

Grass Valley will soon follow then the County.

Quotes came early today.

Insight: “The most potent weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed.” —Steve Biko (1946-1977)

I blind squirrel finds a nut: “I wish that the press would spend a lot more time on what we need to do here to meet the needs of the American people instead of morning, noon, and night allegations against the president. … I think you’d have more viewers and readers if you address concerns that people have rather than just this ongoing … coverage of what’s current with the president from one day to the next.” —House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)

Braying Jackass: “The weakness of the Republican Party has let the Democratic Party … get further out than I think the majority of people want.” —California Gov. Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown on Demos going off the rails

Non Compos Mentis: “We’re at this moment in time right now where we have enough information to sit and wonder: Might this be the greatest crime in American history? The subversion of an American election by a foreign power; colluding with and conspiracy with the president’s campaign. It’s extraordinary to consider it.” —MSNBC’s Steve Schmidt

Identity politics: “If you want to win in the Midwest, there may not be a better man than [Sen. Sherrod Brown]. So if Democrats want to play, this is an interesting guy for them. I will point out though, another white male. I am very suspect of that this year going into a Democratic primary with women doing well and the African-American face of the Democratic Party. I am not sure it’s the time to nominate a white man.” —CNN’s Harry Enten

And last… “Disgraced FBI Deputy Director Andy McCabe alongside biased agent Peter Strzok lured Flynn into a casual sit-down, encouraged him not to bring attorneys & never warned of false statement penalties. But Hillary gets to bring 9 attorneys & claim ignorance of classification levels?!” —Kayleigh McEnany
In other news, Dr. Blassey Ford was selected to introduce the Sports Illustrated’s #MeToo Athlete of the Year.

Thanks for finding this quote from our Governor
“The weakness of the Republican Party has let the Democratic Party … get further out than I think the majority of people want.”

Time to get to work Pubbers. Even Nevada County is no longer a Red County.

Todd and his crew are too old to give a shit. they just cluster at the County fair and the annual Pubbites picnics and talk about the good ole days. Fhey even provide escorts for LaMalfa so he'll visit Nevada County.

Just helping George out with his readership fish. You're starting to catch on.

Robert Cross

"He (trump) and his family is daily indicted, convicted, and condemned without any evidence presented to the public"

The public does not need to know what is contained in the indictments at this time and to publicly expose such information could jeopardize further indictments. The truth will come out at trial and any comment at this point is speculation. That speculation seems to be mostly based on the notion of whether or not one believes the old adage that 'where there is smoke there is fire."

Well, now that we have all that settled, I'm wondering if anyone will respond to the material evidence of biased corruption at the FBI as again highlighted in Mr Tozer's 1203pm. Is no one on the Left worried even a little bit that one day they might come for them?

Of all the Identity Politics groups out in intersectionality land, I have observed the tranny babies are the most ruthless, intolerant, and reactive, IMHO. There is something about the group that makes them (and their supporters) the most unyielding and merciless of all the groups, incurring more wrath than the inadvertent racial or homophobic slips/tweets do. Joy Reed was forgiven and Mika was forgiven for referencing butt boy on MSNBC. But, there is something different with transgenders. Like most transgressions (or even objective scientific inquiry into the topic), the punishment rarely fits the crime............

“Setting aside the specifics of this case—including the rather on-the-nose symbolism of Vlaming trying to prevent a trans student wearing virtual reality goggles from running into a wall—what happened here should alarm every American, not just Christians or conservatives.

If there can be no dissent from transgender ideology, or even compromise with its adherents, then vast swaths of society are eventually going to be targeted by trans activists. It’s not just college professors and high school teachers who are at risk, but anyone who uses social media and dares express an opinion on whether a man can become a woman, or vice versa.

The trend of aggressive trans activism is of course most pronounced in academia, where social justice mobs are becoming more frequent, while reason and objectivity are in precipitous decline. Recently, the notion that biological sex, like gender, is merely a social construct has gained traction on the editorial boards of magazines like Scientific American and prestigious academic journals like Nature, which published an editorial in October arguing against classifying sex “on the basis of anatomy or genetics,” and asserting that, “The idea that science can make definitive conclusions about a person’s sex or gender is fundamentally flawed.”

Thankfully, there are still some academics willing to point out that sex does not exist on a spectrum, that it is in fact so binary in humans as to be among the most statistically verifiable phenomena in nature.

"Is no one on the Left worried even a little bit that one day they might come for them?"

Now that the crack KVMR news team has become best buddies with the 17 intelligence agencies, I don't see it changing anytime soon. The surveillance society's goals seem pretty well aligned with the social justice warriors. Perhaps all you are seeing is 30 years of dominance of post-secondary education.

I need to track down someone who currently works in that world rather than is retired. An interesting (to me) angle to this is the potential for hard political splits between military and the 17 intelligence agencies (even the defense-funded ones). Now that the CIA & friends has morphed into another independent branch of government, perhaps the gloves will come off a bit more.

Truth is that any candidate for higher office, especially the older/more wealthy variety, can be run via remote control by the 17. J Edgar Hoover on steroids when you add in modern telecommunications and data processing.

My money is on Paul/Pelline/M/RCross in the long run. Our one hope might be breakthroughs in AI, which might throw all the cards in the air. Tay and her offspring might do some bad things, but at least they won't be so irritating.

Paul Emery

Oh they have come for the Left before George. Look at Martin Luther King also the anti war movement. Remember COINTELPRO and Muhammad Ali?

That was 50 years ago.

50 years before it was Wobblies 'n Pinkertons.

I'd say that the FBI and company have always been on the side of the US elite. The thing is that the Blue Mob has signed up too. You never know when you'll need a street army.

So how does it feel to be an ally with the Black Site waterboarding crew? Feel good? Feel proud? If nothing else, it's gotta feel right to stomp on those evil rural white people a bit.

Breaking news-Going after the kids

Trump’s Inauguration Paid Trump’s Company — With Ivanka In The Middle
A top inaugural planner emailed Ivanka and others at the company to “express my concern” that the hotel was overcharging for its event spaces, worrying of what would happen “when this is audited.”

As the inaugural committee planned the landmark celebration, internal concerns were raised about whether Trump’s Washington hotel was overcharging for event space. The spending could be a violation of the law.

Also going after Trumps Taxes-Pelosi is on it...

Bill Tozer

Scenes @ 3:08 pm. Good post

The 5th Branch Of Government does not care if it’s a Hillary or Mitt or Biden or Jeb or Marco for Prez. They can bring them all under their control, even Obama. But Trump is a true outsider, can’t be bought, and owes them nothing. Not a Washington type.

Alas, I was hoping to see Comey indicted and convicted for Obstruction of Justice. Setting aside Hillary, the e-mails, and all other issues, there are 20 of violations of criminal statues of Federal Law just in how he handled the case to put Comey away. But, its not to be.

For two (almost three) generations since WW2, the neocons loved to poke the Soviet Union with a sharp stick. Obsessed by it. It was the preeminent US foreign policy It was mainly the R’s at first and now over time the neo-cons are mostly the D’s, with a lot of R’s tossed in. All playing ball with our 17 agencies. The Post War Order.

Then along came Trump. First canidate since WW2 to even announce thawing the ice with the former Soviet Union as a canidate. Not buddies, not allies, not friends. Just changing the dynamics. That was a big no-no. Like Chuckie said, you mess with the Dept State and they have six ways to Sunday to get at you.

Imagine the absurdity of Brennan and Clapper, Ashley Carter and Holder, and John Kerry and the entire administrative mob shouting at the top of their lungs in univson, “Treason! Treason!” for Trump merely standing on a stage with Putin doing the photo ops for the world press. You don’t have to imagine such a silly scenario. It happened in Helsinki. Merely being there was too much....too much of a threat to them.

In Argentina last week, we could not even discuss one thing with Russia for fear of the optics and Hillary and gang (Clapper, Comey, Brennan, Yates, Rice) shouting “Treason!” In univson along with all the popinjays. Bad optics to be avoided.

Now, imagine if you will, we have another Cuban Missle Crisis next week. Since the relations between the US and Russia (and the over half century of normal communications and channels between the two countries has been severely choked off because of the generated Russian Hoax) , what are we to do? How can our Prez respond in this climate? How much damage has been done just to maintain the 5th Branch of Government?

Yet, I have hope, but out of space and time. Russia, Russia, Russia!

Paul thinks he has something.. Uh,,, NOT
Pelosi says she expects a House committee will ‘take the first steps’ toward obtaining Trump’s tax returns

First they would have to pass a LAW. Get it through the Sen.,, and the Trump sign that LAW. THEN it would have to be retroactive. Good bloody LUCK!

Show us O pony tailed one where that will happen.

You took your dose of Viagra for nothing.

Speaking of old gezzers that are batshit crazy,
Moonbeam thinks HE represents America. NOT Trump.
"California Gov. Jerry Brown excoriated the Trump administration’s “behavior” at the United Nations climate summit in Poland, arguing it did “not represent the people of the United States.”

And how will the self imposed guilt trip be paid for?

"However, the U.N. report Brown refers to estimates $122 trillion would be needed to fund the new green energy infrastructure needed to keep global warming below 1.5 degrees Celsius. The report, released in October, also says a carbon tax needed to meet that temperature goal would be as high as $27,000 per ton, or a $240 tax on a gallon of gasoline."

He says he is done lying. I believe him. :)
When Cohen went to the dark side, was that before or after his Medalion Taxi scandal, tax invasion, filing false financial statements, brand fraud....and then he went to the darkside?

They don’t even care about prosecuting these cases against Trump. The point is to squeeze everyone around Trump, isolate the man, and what they can’t use leak to the press to embarrass Trump and pass the rest on to Congress.

Bunch a lyin' sacks of S&*( -

The 302 also notes that Flynn “did not give any indicators of deception,” and that Strzok and the other agent — whose name was redacted, “both had the impression at the time that Flynn was not lying or did not think he was lying.”

That latter impression directly contradicts the statement of then-FBI Director James Comey. Last Friday, as the Wall Street Journal‘s Kimberley Strassel noted, Comey told a House investigative panel under oath that “the conclusion of the investigators was he was obviously lying.”

Comey also bragged last weekend, during a speech at the 92nd Street Y in Manhattan, that he had taken advantage of the disarray of the first few days of the Trump administration to target Flynn, adding that he would not have done the same to George W. Bush or Barack Obama’s administration:

DAMN your pathetic.

So some "believes" Muller has them.
Fake news out of FAKE wannabe new guy, Paul
"Former U.S. Attorney Chuck Rosenberg said Thursday that he “absolutely” believed special counsel Robert Mueller has President Trump’s tax returns."

That's a far cry from "proof".

Still.. NO CRIME has been put forward.

Back from Stockton where I got to view a homeless encampment. What a mess.

Now we see the new state Legislature that has super-powers wanting to spend that rainy day fund. Not a chirp about homeless people or housing. My what a wonderful group.

Trump's tax returns are not going to be exposed. Anyone that releases them has them illegally in the first place and can do some heavy jail time. And a person releasing them too. Trump has not committed any crime yet the pathetically ignorant liberals and talking heads are screaming TREASON! You cannot expect such stupid people as they are to be reasonable on anything.

Todd Juvinall

I was told today that Judge Newsome was light in the heels. Anyone confirm that?

Where is Paul??? Still looking for a crime?
The question too hard?
OK,, Narrow it down to hush money.... Now.... Find the criminal statute that applies. Can you do that? Can you FIND it?,,, HUMMMM????

Meuller released a 302 in court today as ordered by Judge Sullivan in the Flynn case. Odd, it wasn’t THE 302, just a 302 that made reference to the 302 the judge ordered presented.

Seriously Fish my term was and is Circle of Stupid not Paul’s alternative. Frankly the image of 12 angry men here in such a circle is one I choose not to envision.

But even more humorous is George’s contention that because we have not seen all of the evidence that is an indication that the portions of the evidence we cannot see doesn’t exist. That unseen evidence is sitting in the hands of prosecutors, federal District Attorneys, Grand Juries and State Attorneys General, and yet to be publicly revealed, which is how our justice system works.

The evidence that crimes have been committed is inherent in the numerous guilty pleas, indictments and yet to be released testimony. We will see it as people are charged, tried and in some cases enter agreements. Already there has been ample public evidence of obstruction of justice, perjury, bribery, campaign finance violations, tax fraud, and wire fraud to show this is by far the most corrupt administration in modern American history.

The fact that sycophantic supporters here are still on board with Mr. MAGA is proof of your rejection of all of your previously stated values and really just shows you never possessed the values claimed to begin with.

Here’s how this will end: Trump will resign in late 2019 or early 2020 but before the South Carolina primary, in exchange for immunity for himself and his close family.

Stevey must have started drinking early.

steve Frisch

I don’t know about you Walt but I’ve never thought of 7:30 am as early for reading. I guess if your comprehendion level is Brietbart and the Daily Caller you might need to be sure you are firing on every cylinder.

Todd Juvinall

Walt I think Frisch can't help himself. Mental illness is not his fault. But if you read only left wing rags like he does you double down on the problem. His smarts level is about half of Georges.

Another “Mark the tape!” moment. Duly noted.

Well Stevey,, Adam Schiff for brains claimed to have "overwhelming" proof of Russian monkey business. He had EVERY opportunity to spill it. And just WTF is it?
Where is all this evidence? Accusations is not evidence.
HELL! You can't even prove an illegal act with the whore payoff.
Do Proggys really want to go there? Half the Proggys in SAC. will face criminal charges for paying hush money, and with our tax dollars no less.

"The fact that sycophantic supporters here are still on board with Mr. MAGA is proof of your rejection of all of your previously stated values "

I think that's a fair criticism to some extent. Trump is not particularly conservative in the Republican Chamber of Commerce or Religious Right sense.

OTOH, it's fun watching Team Blue stroke the Intelligence State/War Party's knee and ask for some lovin'.

Generally, it's hard to feel drawn to a group made up of John Brennan, Paul Emery, the Clintons, Google, the upcoming gerontocracy that's going to be running the House.

My own take is that deeper loyalties and enemies are being exposed. The Right that is evolving will put up with a lot to simply save Western Civilization (which has had beaucoup forms of government policy) and the Left (the parts that aren't simply self-interested tribal groups) desires the opposite. All the usual arguments about guns, healthcare, right to life/choice, environment, are being recast to suit the bigger clash.

Like it or not, the current flash point is mass movement of people from the Third World. Given demographics trends, you either end up with countermeasures or surrender.

Whether the Blue Mob retains it's ability to tear down the old world remains to be seen. These things can go either way.

That didn't take much, squeeze the proggys for any proof of their allegations, and they scatter like roaches when the lights come on.
Not to be heard of till the subject changes.

Steve Frisch

Walt, Adam Schiff can’t reveal anything that is presented in closed testimony in the House Intelligence Committee without the consent of the committee which is controlled until January 3, 2019 by Devon Nunes. If he reveals anything from closed testimony it is a violation of House rules and he can be removed.

We will see what he has when he controls the agenda of the committee in the next session.

Re: the campaign finance violations, or what you referred to as ‘the whore payoff,’we now have two of the three people in the room on the McDougal payoff publically testifying through agreements that the payoff occurred, was intentional, and was done with knowledge that it was a probable campaign finance violation. You can go read the agreements if you want to they are public record. The third person in the room was the President of the United States of America.

Yep, I love America and the American system of justice and rule of law, which means an accusation is not proof of guilt, but a statement is evidence my friend. So fine, let’s indict the President and let him stand trial.

Steve Frisch

Seriously Scenes the crew tearing down the western world order, or the Westphalian Order as George has labeled it, is so clearly the ‘nationalist right’ that it isn’t even close.

The right has embraced so many authoritarian and ffascist values and tactics that, in reply to Fish, I will state you are not all Nazis, but your host is, and the rest of you are just generally so swayed by propaganda that you no longer recognize that you are antithetical to American values.

DAMN!!!!! Things keep getting better and better!
Paul was/is all in a hissy fit about a possible uprising from the Right.
But Paul!!!
"Patreon, a website which allows users to submit donations to independent creators and projects on a monthly or one-time basis, has attracted a reputation for banning right-wingers from the platform for dubious reasons. Meanwhile, it tolerates open calls for political violence from the extremist left.
Research by Far Left Watch, which monitors left-wing extremism, found numerous examples of pro-violence left wing groups and individuals that have active Patreon accounts."

Its founder according to Far Left Watch, Brett Anderson, was arrested in 2017 for disorderly conduct and obstructing police during a protest against a pro-Trump rally in Omaha.

"Antifa account on Patreon that used the platform to distribute a poster encouraging supporters to attack right-wingers with bike locks — a reference to a real incident in which a left-wing professor attacked multiple Trump supporters with just such a weapon."

Yup, This is Paul's "non violent" Left he speaks so lovingly about.
And he gives Trump backers crap?

Steve!! Name the statute that makes those payoffs a crime.
Smarter and better people than you still can't.

Steve "Adam Schiff can’t reveal anything that is presented in closed testimony in the House Intelligence Committee "
LOL!! "Memogate" Short memory? That was all declassified are released. Nice try.

S. Frisch: "is so clearly the ‘nationalist right’ that it isn’t even close."

It's only in the last couple of years that 'nationalism' has come to be equated with 'kill six million jews' by Team Blue.

In truth, there are a lot of ways that nationalism can be expressed. The US was chock-a-block full of it until just recently.

Truth is, nations (and by that I mean 'nations', not states) are such a successful concept that your choice appears to be to belong to one or to be dominated by one. They aren't just made up of a legal system and enforcement.

Sure Walt, here are the code references to the 7 counts being discussed…..you can look any of them up by doing a simple United States Code search….Yale has a good site; I’m not sure if Brietbart does.

The Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, Title 52, United States Code, Sections 30101, et seq. ("Election Act-)

18 U.S.C. S. 371 (conspiracy-l count)

52 U.S.C. $. 30109 (d) (1) (A) (i); S. 20116 (f) plus S. U.S.C. S. 2 (causing unlawful campaign contributions—2 counts)

52 U.S.C S. 30104 (a) (1); S. 30104 (b) (5) (A); S. 30109 (d)(1)(A)(i); S. 18 U.S.C. 2 (causing false campaign expenditure reporting—2 counts)

52 U.S.C S. 30109 (d) (1); S. 30116 (f); S. 30122; 18 U.S.C. S. 2 (making contributions in the name of another—2 counts)

If you will remember Walt the Adam Schiff House Intelligence Committee Memo had to be reviewed and approved by the majority before it was released.

To be fair, I misquoted Mr. Frisch here. He is making a point that the thing tearing down the nation is the nation, which is something of an odd concept.

The new temptation for Team Blue is to make nationalism itself an evil. That's in addition to ripping apart millennia (longer?) old concepts of gender, sense of history, in-group loyalty.

The economics arguments are besides the point. Heck, Bismarck was largely responsible for the German public health system. I'll happily trade you a border for single payer.

,,,Thanks Steve,,,but Walt aka Mensa Man willl not open links other than Brietbart and Daily Caller

So "influencing" and election is a crime? So smart guy, explain how NON OF US are NOT guilty of the same thing?
YOU gave money to "influence an election". I had a sign or two in my yard!

Trump used his own damned money "if" he paid them off.

Todd Juvinall

None of those statutes have a thing to do with Trump. Obfuscating here is exposed quite rapidly. There is no crime and there will be no punishment. The left is cracking up. Pencil neck Schiff is a true lefty partisan hack and he a Swawell deserve to be jailed. But they are the heroes for the Frsichs of the country. Our fathers that fought the NAZI's and saved the world would be so disgusted with the democrats .

You mean THIS Stevey? He still has nothing.

"So it is important that we set out the facts for the public... about what the Russians told Papadapolous, about what the Russians did in setting up that meeting in Trump Tower. Bear in mind, that meeting in Trump Tower took place after he is alerted that the Russians have these emails. Don Jr. is told, hey, at the highest levels ultrasensitive we have incriminating evidence about Hillary Clinton as part of the Russian government's effort to help Donald Trump.

That looks a lot like collusion to me. "

And this is "evidence" ? No wonder he's called "Schiff for brains"

Sorry Scenes but the current wave of American nationalism has some very troubling characteristics that make it look more like the rise of American fascism than just a quaint patriotic love of country.

There is a general disdain for human rights both home and abroad as evidenced by the growing divorce of American foreign policy from human rights values.

There is a general vilification of the 'opposition' though chants like 'lock her up' or George's identification of all liberals as collectivists and communists, or vilification of others as not part of the American culture.

Within a sub culture of Americans there is a resurgence of socially acceptable sexism as evidenced by the plea for mothers to be more concerned about the 1% of sexual assault cases where their sons may be falsely accused rather than the 99% of cases where their daughters may be forcibly raped.

There is a renewed attack on the American media as the 'enemy of the people' despite being the only industry specifically called out in the Constitution for protection.

There is the dramatic increase in military budgets and increase in border enforcement (even though illegal immigration has actually declines).

There is the wrapping of leadership in a mantle of religion even though they are clearly actual antithetical to core Christian values, including the President. More specifically the gradual re-introduction of religion into public education and the use of public funds for religious private education.

There is the clear support for corporate power in tax codes and regulatory policy at the expense of labor and the people.

There is the increase in MAGA freaks disdaining science, intellectualism, and the arts, making dumb a fucking virtue. (Which makes me wonder what 'western civilization' George seeks to protect...the civilization of imbeciles and brutes?)

There is the increase in rhetoric about crime and specifically crime associated with anyone who is not a Christian white male, even though crime rates have also declined over the past several decades.

Finally, there is the insanely high level of government corruption and self dealing going right into the White House (heard Zinke is resigning today)

Yes, I took this from a common internet theme of the 12 signs of fascism....but hell, if the fucking fascist shoe fits, I am making you guys wear it.

Here is my plea to you...grow a pair and return to American values and history becaue you are looking a lot like Stalin's crew.

1. Powerful and continuing nationalism
2. Disdain for human rights
3. Identification of enemies as a unifying cause
4. Rampant sexism
5. Controlled mass media
6. Obsession with national security
7. Religion and government intertwined
8. Corporate power protected
9. Labor power suppressed
10. Disdain for intellectual and the arts
11. Obsession with crime and punishment
12. Rampant cronyism and corruption

"He is making a point that the thing tearing down the nation is the nation, which is something of an odd concept."

No scenes,I am making the point that the thing tearing down the nation is the perversion of American history, tradition and values being advanced by Trump and the American political 'right.' who follow and support him.

Seriously Todd, you simply did not have time to go read those statutes (whereas I have been looking at them for months as I have collected them from Lawfare and others) so nothing you say means shit.

I would encourage everyone here to look them up, read them and think about what they mean...and look at the case law. Yes, we need a trial, but the evidence that the President committed at least 7 campiagn felonies is pretty clear.

Todd Juvinall

Seriously Steve Frisch, I suggest you read the statutes before you embarrass yourself again as usual. None have a thing to do with Trump. Also since you are not a lawyer, maybe a failed restauranter, you are not qualified to even suggest a statute as you dont understand them.

"M" no that would be your gig.

Seriously Walt, I think at times your are just too dense to understand the difference between evidence that is the product of an investigation, like e-mails, text messages, and direct witness interviews, and a member of Congress answering a question on an interview show. Schiff was not saying anything about any specific evidence either the House or the Special Counsel have, he was talking about what is already in the public record.

And seriously, if you don't know the difference between having a sign in your yard and making an illegal campaign donation I can't help you. You just look silly big man.

Now we are fascists? What was the name on that cheap ass box of booze you drank? Was it distilled out a Chinese radiator?

Damn dude,, learn how to mow your own lawn, and sweep the drive.

An illegal "donation"... It was HIS money!
Take another pull of the jug.

In the "collusion is a crime" category -- former federal prosecutor for Clinton, Bush, and Obama, Seth Waxman says The federal bribery statute -- 18 U.S.C. § 201(b)(2)(B) -- makes it a federal crime for a public official to "collude" in a fraud on the United States. More specifically, the federal bribery statute expressly states that a crime is committed when a public official "directly or indirectly, corruptly demands, seeks, receives, accepts, or agrees to receive or accept anything of value ... in return for ... being influenced to ... collude in ... any fraud ... on the United States."

Trump has said "no collusion" hundreds of times. On September 13, trump passed the 5,000 lies or misleading statements mark. On September 7, trumpster the dumpster set a new single day record at 125 lies or misleading statement.

You know the story, if you tell a lie loud enough and long enough people will believe it. An assumption that has been proven time and time again on these pages with regard to numerous topics in the trumposphere.

Steven Frisch

Hey a friend told me today that over on "Trumpsingles.com" some of the gals are discussing Todd Juvinall being impotent...

You know stuff like this can cut both ways....:)

Re: 9:49 am
Well, it looks like Steve does not like us very much. Just a tastey menu, where to begin? (Closing eyes I will put finger on screen and pick one.)

3. Identification of enemies as a unifying cause. Ok, #3 is as good as any to start.

Deplorables, irredeemables, racists, sexist, homophobes, Dregs Of Society, bitter clingers, Islamophoes, A and that is only a start. We are all Nazis now so, Steve, what did you expect? Thank heavens we have not disappointed you. Gotta play the part. :)

Trump did not create the division. Because of the division, we have Trump. Trump did not create the hate and totalatarism of the Left. He exposed it.

Wait a minute. Someone here is supposed to keep his yap shut about politics. It's a violation of a non profit money... I DO recall reading that somewhere.

I always chuckle about how little you guys actually know about the law.

Todd Juvinall

Sure Steve Frisach. A failed restauranter liened for hundreds of thousands of illegally swiping employees money and now a failed non profiter is trying to tell us what a legal statute means. Sorry but you are just ignorant.

As far as "impotent"? Nope, and unlike you I can still see my own feet.

,,,Trumpsingles,,,right up Todd's alley
