Well hell, just look at what he's done. Got rid of the mandate for health insurance (I disagree with that, but it doesn't break my heart), is trying to spend some money on the border (similar amounts have been spent in the past), pushed back on Chinese trade issues, trying to get us out of Syria, appears somewhat unconcerned with global warmcooling (or at least the smallish US percentage of the total hit).

Good Lord man! The dude is crazy!! Some bigcity psychologists said so!!! Time to break out them pink hats and signs!!!!

Worth a repost considering the topic introduced in this new Sandbox.

The last sentence speaks volumes.

George Rebane

Re PaulE’s 944am from last Sandbox – Did McCabe et al commit treason? To the extent that the allegations against them – say, as most recently outlined by VDH – are true, I would then conclude that their efforts went well beyond ‘politics as usual’, and do constitute the Constitution’s requirement.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

By definition, instigating a coup against a lawfully seated government is to be a de juris enemy of the country, especially since the purpose of the attempted coup is to install a successor government that, by all accounts, seeks to fundamentally transform America into a nation neither bequeathed by our Founders nor desired by a major segment of its current population. Most certainly there is evidence enough to indict a number of the 'players' for having committed a number of different felonies.

,,,looks like we have the MAGA echo chambers trying some preemptive damage control proceeding the release of McCabe's book
,,,sweatin' bullets are we boys???

Todd Juvinall

Also, McCabe and his pals could be Russian agents along the lines of a Manchurian candidate. That might be the next investigation. They used a phony dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton. And perhaps she may be the Manchurian Candidate.

George Rebane

re BillT 955am - I am proudly guilty of my early and enduring assessment that a large share of reporters are profoundly ignorant if not also stupid. And as the news industry has recently both shrunk and transformed (cable and internet), the money to pay for the former numbers of the educated, bright, and ethical have dwindled. That doesn't mean that there aren't still a small number of good journalists remaining, but it does mean that it is not unreasonable (in a Bayesian sense) for one to assume that a newly introduced reported has a significant intellectual deficit until more evidence arrives to counter the first take. In short, Mollie Hemingway's recent tweet confirms my assessment.

Todd Swallows

Oh my, Todd has become a regular gumshoe.

"Hey Bullwinkle, maybe those are Russian spies!" "Could be Rocky, let's keep our eyes peeled."

Who has the authority under the 25th Amendment fish? Show me where they were out of line. I don't see it.

Of course you don't!

Yes Punch….who has the authority under the 25th amendment? Not McCabe and cabal! I know that when you are LARPing Matlock you think a bold statement like, "McCabe and the others were simply raising the question and rightfully so." will carry the argument but Trump hadn't even been in office long enough for them to raise the issue, if it were even legal for them to do so! Which according to legal minds with more credibility than the eminent Paul Emery it wasn't"…...there were no grounds whatsoever for attempting to remove the president on 25th amendment grounds!" (Alan Dershowitz)

Paul Emery is hopeless. And boring.

,,,am i sensing the the hair being lit on fire and the sweating of bullets preceding McCabe's book signing party???

Let that book come out. It can be used in a court of law against him.

Robert Cross

When people can't refute the facts they try and discredit the source. Probably the impetus for all the " disgruntled former employee, socialist , commie, proggy, significant intellectual deficit, liberalism is a disease, gov't employees are bad except soldiers and police, education is broken, Paul Emery is hopeless, trolls, etc. etc. that graces these pages. The far right really doesn't have much of a leg left to stand on policy wise (making more money for the wealthy excepted), and with trump in office no moral authority, so they have to resort to character assassination to try and mitigate the discrepancies in their brains. Otherwise their entire system of beliefs and values would come under question and you can't teach an old white dog new tricks...apparently.

Book peddlers? Hair on fire? ROFLMAO. Like Omrsa teasing folks with her posessing secret tape of Trump using the N word years ago during the production of an Apprentice episode?? How absolutely tantalizing. McCabe’s agent must be tickled pink, his lawyers not so much. Now he is backpeddling (pun intended) at a high rate of speed.
Oh, they all put forth some teasers to peddle books...until the bark is worse than the bite when one actually cracks the cover and realizes they have been snookered again. Click bait.
“McCabe spent the bulk of the interview painting himself as a dedicate, apolitical leader interested only in the truth and portraying the president as a volatile bully who was potentially a traitor. But the real bottom line from Sunday’s interview? Pelley pulled his punches and gifted McCabe nearly a half-an-hour of free network air time to slam the president, implicate Rosenstein in a soft-coup conspiracy, and plea his own innocence in any wrongdoing.

While McCabe probably enjoyed his 15 minutes of revenge, more importantly, the former deputy director needed to get out in front of any potential criminal charges that might be forthcoming under recently-confirmed Attorney General William Barr.

After all, nothing has yet come of the Office of Inspector General’s scathing report on McCabe’s conduct and the findings that on three separate occasions McCabe “lacked candor” when questioned under oath.

But McCabe told “60 Minutes” that “he was confused by the investigators’ questions and distracted by the Comey crisis.”

“There’s absolutely no reason for anyone and certainly not for me to misrepresent what happened,” McCabe said, “So no. Did I ever intentionally mislead the people I spoke to? I did not. I had no reason to. And I did not.”

Whether the DOJ will indict McCabe under the new leadership of Barr is yet to be seen. But if McCabe is indicted, he had better prepare for tougher questions than the ones “60 Minutes” lobbed his way on Sunday night.“

Hmmm. Now we al know that if your notes do not EXACTY align with your texts or your texts are not in 100% alignment with your emails or oral recollections, then that is perjury, lying to the FBI and thereby obstructing an investigation. Liar! Flynn is a liar! George the Geeky Greek is a LIAR!!....which means Trump has something to hide!!

In FACT, according to Politifact, 60% of statements on Fox are rated "mostly false, false, or pants on fire."

"Fox News is the far away leader in news/commentary."
That is the funniest damn thing I have ever heard.

Limiting your input to the offerings and interpretations of Breitbart, Daily Caller, Washington Examiner, New York Post, Fox news, and WSJ … leaves a pretty big hole in a person’s understanding of what’s happening now.

Sorry! Breitbart is fake news with zero credibility in the real world.

Why not just come out of the closet and use perfume?

Hmmm. Come to think of it, Noxzema was before John Wayne Bobbit got shaved by his lovely, yet quite angry, bride. Some folks just can’t take a joke. Changed everything.

Man, PC culture ruint so many good thangs

My Daddy once tried to toss some Vilatis in my hair. My, times have changed.

The good thing with Vitalis was it had no smell. I was once locked up in rehab ward, many moons ago, higher than a kite. Ole Nurse Rachet was circling around me, sniffing the air, searching my pockets, looking under my bunk, in the waste bins, everywhere.... even checking in the toilet bowl tank. She knew I was getting sideways but could not find my stash.
Finally with the alcohol loosening my lips and lowering my guard, I fessed up. I grabbed a nearby empty water glass and holding it up for her to see and using my thumb and forefinger as a visual aid, I told Nurse Rachet, “This much Vitalis and this much water gets ya where you want to be!”

Oh, she got all upset, said I was making a mockery of the ward and gave me the boot. What got in to her? Some people have no sense of humor..

White dogs? How come you racists always see everything through the prism of race? No exceptions. Everything is seen through your racist bigoted intolerant lenses. Your anti-white colors are showing. What makes you so fearful of white Christian males? What is it about white Christian males that makes you are Bernie so afraid? What? Tell me? Heck, not all of us here are white dogs and not all of us here are Christians, practicing or otherwise. We be the tolerant ones. I even have a couple of white friends.

If I may be so bold, you really should look at all the unsightly hate and racism you harbor within your heart. Yes, it takes courage to look into that darkness cohabiting with the bigger better Bobbie. All men of faith have courage. I have faith in you. Look within, then extract that root of ugliness growing larger by the day in your soul. Free yourself of the burden and walk on the sunny side of the street. It ain’t going to go away by itself. Scenes 12:57 -- good job.. of stringing together out of context quotes. That must have taken a long time to track down. A good argument except for one aspect.. You are comparing apples to horseshoes. Your examples refer to the factual accuracy of media outlets as determined by fact checkers that I was passing on to the readers. I was referring to personal attacks by labeling people with names and phrases with negative connotations in an effort to impute them as a person. People can dispute facts all they want, that is what an open discussion is all about.. but name calling is another thing without any merit.

Robert Cross

Clarification -- the facts are that border crossings are currently at significantly lower levels than previously. People can rationally discuss the need or not of building a wall based on facts. They can't discuss whether those who disagree are nazi assholes or commies.

U mad Bro?

Denigrating the source is your go to tactic Roberta……no sense whining when somebody calls you on it.

Scott O

So, Bobby LaCross - what's the difference between impugning a news source instead of directly challenging their actual news and impugning a person instead of directly challenging their statements?
Answer - nothing.
What you are doing is called 'projecting'.
If someone links a news item to Fox or Breitbart or whatever you need to accept the news or provide facts to back up your challenge to the item, not the source.
Got it?

Scott O

Hey Bobby - here's a good example.
Breitbart! OMG!
Now read the article and refute it with facts.
Or just dismiss it out of hand because - Breitbart!
Your call.

Air Force Space Command is a far, far cry from the independent military branch that was to be known as Trump's "Space Force". But you probably don't know that. You're welcome.

"President Donald Trump first suggested a Space Force during a speech in March 2018: "We're doing a tremendous amount of work in space – I said, maybe we need a new force. We'll call it the Space Force."

Can Babs tell us if CNN covered that? If they did, I can't find it.

Bobbie Sue.
Come on, no big lower lip or licking wounds cause you got called mean nasty names like Socialist or Commie Bastard,. Very unbecoming. Nobody is disputing the fact that the current numbers of illegals swimming acrossing the Rio Grande or crossing the hostile desert have been much higher in the past, pinko.

To use your sound reasonings, lets do an analogy. Say, there were 2,000 murders in the year 1999 or 2000 in NYC. Then the murder rate drops to 300 for the calendar year 2017. But, it jumped from 300 to 600 murders in 2018.
Would you say, “No worries, it’s been a lot higher in the past. Just a jump in 300 murders last year. Ain’t even close to 2,000. Only 300, nothing to see. Extra cops not needed.” Of course not. Only a soulless person would utter such a thing.

We have seen a substantial year (2017) over year increase (2018) and now month over year for 2019 is really shooting up, like a 18% spike in 1/19 over1/18, Feb (this month) projected to be 25% bump over 2/2018 and we just came off the 2nd biggest November of folks with families on record.

Think of it like looking at your hockey stick. See that arrow pointing up, up, up and away? It will be just like Mann’s hockey stick.

If it makes you feel better, we currently don’t have an illegal alien problem, we have an asylum crisis. Can’t handle the requests, don’t have the resources. And we know that a large majority of the asylum requests will be not quality. Rejected.
And if it makes you feel much better, the “non-concrete” barriers are only one piece of the puzzle to try to get a handle on it.

Looks like someone @636 is giving the pony tail of ignorance a run for their money. Its going to be independent like the Marines are independent in the Navy. The unit assets that are morphing are now an AF command and the secret antsat programs. The idea has been around for a long time and the prez bought into it braniac.

In an interview with Space.com, Michael Dodge, an assistant professor in the Department of Space Studies at the University of North Dakota, likened the creation of a Space Force with the birth of the Air Force in the 20th century.

The early version of the U.S. Air Force existed as the U.S. Army Air Corps, an aerial warfare sector of the U.S. Army. But as planes continued to advance technologically and find their way into mainstream travel, "Congress decided they needed to have a new branch of the military," Dodge said. The country needed a branch that could "address issues unique to this domain." The Air Force became the fifth branch of the U.S. armed forces in 1947.
The Space Force would essentially serve the same purpose, but for space. Dodge said it would "free up the Air Force to focus on what it does best," as the new branch addressed issues unique to space.

Dodge noted that this space-oriented, sixth military branch makes the most sense now. " [O]ur assets are so critical in outer space and everything that we do is so dependent on outer space that we need a new force capable of focusing on that domain by itself," he said."

Sydney Powell? Oh boy, the Patriots are coming out now. You go girl. I don’t care if you are Left, Right, Middle or Cofused. We seek the truth, not convictions. Justice, not gotchas. All those who believe in the truth seek the truth. Syndey is such a person and has seen the sick wicknessness up close and personal and has been sounding the alarm for well before Enron went down and Arthur Anderson with its 85,000 employees were erroneously wiped of the face of the earth. Opps, sorry. Looking for convictions, neither truth nor justice. Remember Livingston? Comey’s lawyer now. Small world.
The question is not whether truth is a left-wing value. The only question is whether leftists believe their lies. And, believe it or not, I still don’t know. So, conduct the following tests and decide for yourself:

Ask anyone you know who says global warming will destroy most life on Earth in 12 years why they don’t advocate nuclear power. If they tell you it’s too dangerous, you know they are hysterics, not followers of science.

Ask anyone you know who believes the global warming threat is an existential one and owns beachfront property why they aren’t selling their beachfront property.

Ask anyone who believes colleges have rape culture why they sent (or are sending) their daughter to college.

It is possible to love truth and be liberal, conservative, libertarian, an atheist, a believer, a Jew, a Christian, a Muslim or a Hindu. But you cannot be a leftist.

Interesting that the troll @908 has the same convenient short memory with topic shifting when cornered.

The new world order is looking good -

The liberal media have been quick to pan last week’s Warsaw conference on Middle East security as a failure. And their unanimity of opinion is proof of the conference’s success.

At Warsaw last week, the U.S. delegation, led by Vice President Mike Pence and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, met with representatives of 60 countries. Together they forged a broad diplomatic coalition to advance the goal of ending Iran’s illicit nuclear weapons program and other malign, destabilizing, and aggressive Iranian actions in the Middle East and around the world.

A video from the opening dinner, briefly posted by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, showed the foreign ministers of Sunni Arab states — including Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Saudi Arabia — discussing the threat Iran poses to their countries and to the Middle East more generally in language indistinguishable from Israeli rhetoric on the issue.

Sitting at the dinner with Netanyahu, Bahrain’s Foreign Minister blamed Iran for the absence of peace between Israel and the Palestinians. The UAE’s foreign minister supported Israel’s bombing of Iranian targets in Syria. Saudi Arabia’s representative gave similar statements.

Noting the remarkable unanimity between Israel and the Arab states on Iran, former U.S. Middle East peace envoy, Ambassador Dennis Ross, who hosted the discussions at the dinner, wrote on his Twitter account, “At the Warsaw Conference, I conducted back to back discussions first with three Arab ministers and then with Israeli PM Netanyahu. Same room, same views of Iran’s aggressive, threatening posture in the Middle East, and unmistakable convergence of what should be done to counter it.”

ussia maintains that the three ships were seized after they tried to force their way through the strait without following standard safety procedures.

“They were apprehended — even though some people have illusions about Crimea — they were apprehended at the place which was Russian territorial waters even before the referendum,” foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said, in reference to the vote that Moscow cites as the basis for its claim to sovereignty over the Crimean side of the strait, during a Saturday panel at the security conference, at which world leaders have gathered annually since the Cold War.
That statement is false, according to U.S. officials and representatives of other NATO member-states, who say that the ships were seized in the Black Sea on the international side of the Kerch Strait. Foggo wasn’t shy about condemning Russia’s imprisonment of the 24 Ukrainian sailors on charges of crossing a Russian border illegally.

“Let me tell you, that irritates me to no end,” Foggo told reporters last week. “They are uniformed Ukrainian sailors and officers and chiefs. They’re not criminals, and they are being charged under a criminal code. They should be protected under the Geneva Convention, which is why the United States and other NATO allies have come to the table and said ‘Release them immediately,’ and they still continue to hold them. That is just absolutely wrong, and it is not the kind of behavior that you would expect from a major power — which Russia wants to be.”

The U.S.-Ukraine joint exercises were planned in conjunction with European Union negotiations over new sanctions on Russian individuals involved in the Kerch Strait incident. Russian naval forces track U.S. warships in the Black Sea as a general matter, but their surface ships can’t stack up to Western fleets.

“Let's face it, the Russian carrier Kuznetsov doesn't even come close to the Ford-class carrier or the Nimitz-class carrier, and the surface navy is not an equivalent match for either the United States Navy or [other] NATO navies in the world,” Foggo said.

The confrontation is most dramatic example of a series of Russian actions, including the construction of a low bridge over the strait that has hampered Ukrainian access to the Sea of Azov, home to the major Ukrainian port city of Mariupol.

"Federal officials had been meeting with the California Air Resources Board to hash out a compromise on fuel economy standards. However, those talks eventually broke down and no compromise was made, according to two sources familiar with the process who wished to remain anonymous.

In 2012, Obama administration mandated that cars average about 50 miles per gallon in 2025 as part of President Barack Obama’s climate agenda. Supporters said high fuel economy rules would save Americans at the pump and cut greenhouse gas emissions.

In August, the Trump administration proposed freezing fuel economy standards at 37 miles per gallon in 2020 on grounds Obama-era standard raised car prices, forcing people to drive older, less safe vehicles.

The freeze would prevent about 1,000 traffic fatalities a year and save $500 billion in societal costs, according to EPA and DOT estimates. That proposal also laid the groundwork for EPA to revoke California’s ability to set its own tailpipe standards for carbon dioxide emissions.

Federal officials also found the Obama-era standards would have a negligible effect on projected global warming, about 0.003 degrees Celsius by 2100."

Todd "Pelline" Swallows is quite the morin.

Hear the news swallower? Trump takes back choo choo money.
Damned near 1 billion.. Your "what Calif. wants, Calif. gets" ain't working so well. Gavin's ass is baboon red from all the "gett'n" from Trump.

Todd Swallows

Get some Aqua Velva in your eyes this morning? Stings don't it? For someone who promised not to engage with the man known as Todd Swallows you sure do engage with him a lot.

Nor sure what your C&P has to do about anything. "Feds propose", California (and 9 other states) refuse.

Well swallowed,, then you better read it all.
If it's above your comprehension skills, that's your problem.

Our LIBBYS are going to be SO puffed up today. The VARY pretty Gavin is coming to town today! Maybe he will tell them how he's going to get all that money back, and still have the ability to tell the rest of the nation what kind of cars to drive.
Maybe how he's going to clean up all the illegal dope grows with armed troops.

The Proggys must be SO excited.

Oh my. The 70 year old virgin willl not like this one bit. Some bikers might hang their pistolas on them.

“According to a three-judge panel of one of the country’s highest courts, there shouldn’t be any difference between women’s breasts and men’s. And suggesting otherwise is, in their opinion, discrimination.

“A breast is a breast, is it not?” Judge Mary Beck Briscoe fired back at the city’s attorney, Andrew Ringel, who dared to argue that men’s and women’s bodies are different—and must be regulated accordingly.

In an exchange that sounded like something on a pay-per-view parody, Ringel answered, “A female breast is a female breast, your honor.” Breastfeeding is allowed in public, Briscoe insisted.

If that hasn’t resulted in “societal turmoil,” why should toplessness? Outlawing women from showing off their bodies might have a negative effect on women, the judge suggested.

“Fundamentally, the difference is women have breasts that are considered private parts, and men have breasts that are not considered private parts,” Ringel argued, in what must have felt like an alternate universe.

Free the Nipple attorney Andrew McNulty insisted that wasn’t fair. Banning toplessness is like bringing back the Jim Crow laws of the South, he said, in one of the more jaw-dropping moments of an already absurd hearing.

Ah, the ole Jim Crow laws referenced again. The Ace in the hole.

Oh Yaaa.. I can agree! But if they sag to the point of being a safety hazard,, well,, keep'm in the harness.

Daily Quotes

Food for thought: “Any fair observer of his personality knows that Trump is arrogant, condescending, petulant, and harbors an intense hostility towards anyone who dislikes or disagrees with him. Any fair observer of our mainstream press knows that those attributes are also perfect descriptions of their institution as well. … Trump and the media that hates him are two peas in a pod.” —Peter Heck

Re: The Left: “It is worth remembering that almost 3,000 people were shot in the City of Chicago last year — women, small children — sometimes alone and sometimes in groups. Many hundreds of them died, and not a single one received anything like the attention the media has lavished on a relatively minor assault alleged by [Jussie] Smollett. On the other hand, none of Chicago’s 3,000 shootings were even half as useful as Smollett’s story.” —Tucker Carlson

Friendly fire: “I think the Green New Deal would be a loser. … There’s not a lot in there I disagree with… But there’s an argument that you don’t destabilize a society by doing too much change at once.” —former Rep. Barney Frank

The BIG Lie: “This lie that’s being put out, that somehow being green and responsible with the environment means you have to hurt the economy, [is] a lie.” —Cory Booker

The BIG Lie II: “I am not a Democratic socialist.” —Kamala Harris

Class warfare: “There is plenty of money in this world, plenty of money in this country. But it’s in the wrong hands.” —New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio

And last… “It makes little sense to argue that two presidents were justified in using emergency authority to reprogram funds to build and maintain U.S. facilities in foreign nations in order to protect their security, as they did 18 separate times between 2001 and 2014, but that the current president has no authority to use the same funds to secure actual American soil from foreign invasion.” —Sean Davis

Where does your notion come from when you claim [California} "still have the ability to tell the rest of the nation what kind of cars to drive."

California decides what kind of vehicles they want in California. Business will decide if it is profitable to build CA compliant vehicles or not. Of course you "bigger government is better government" rednecks want the feds to impose standards on California rather than let California devise its own. States rights and all that hollow blah blah blah you spew. Kind of like your "family values" Hypocrites to the core.

You can't read.. Can you?
Ca. LOSES that ability! Those days are now over. Ca. can't set it's own standard. ANYMORE.
CARB no longer sets the "standard" for the rest of the nation.

What part of that can't you understand?

CA. no longer has the auto industry at gunpoint.

Only in Calif. do they think is a great idea to mandate the use of salt water ( synthetic piss to be precise) in all diesel exhaust systems.

Robert Cross

The press is an enemy of the people.. so are the intelligence agencies, the FBI, and democrats...according to trump.. Do you think he would be saying the same things if he DIDN"T have high crimes and misdemeanors to hide? An intelligent person would think that if trump had nothing to hide he would be fully cooperating with all of the multiple investigations into his business dealings and campaign in order to clear his name... rather than trying to discredit national institutions and people, and try to get his goons to obstruct justice and lie on his behalf. It makes no sense unless where there is smoke there is fire...in this case...

An intelligent person would think …….

Yes, an intelligent person would……which isn't helping your argument Roberta.

Jeez……I understand that hormones push a gal up and down the mood swing during this time of her life but it's like you're not even trying any longer.

Todd Juvinall

Yes the press is the enemy at this time (90% democrats). Years of liberal/socialist brainwashing in our free enterprise country makes them the enemy. The FBI is letting McCabe travel around the land lying about everything and he is under indictment for lying to Congress. Why is he allowed to be out of jail? Roger Stone did the same thing and had 27 SWAT arresting him. Does that seem like equal justice to you? The swamp is alive and hard to corral. And when you so-called "progressives support the swamp you can see why Trump says they are the enemy.

Why do you support the swamp BoobiwC?

Ohh,, Bobby Jr. Everyone knows the press is just another branch of the DNC. Don't you ever notice they all use the same bullet point at the same time? Now how does that happen with so-called "independent thinking"?

The 9TH says so? LOL!!!! The most OVERTURNED court in the land.
And an OLD opinion at that. And that was when the state had the ability. Trump just cut off CARB's nuts.
Trying to play by Emery rules (years old "evidence")will get you cut off at the knees every time.

Old opinion? All of three weeks. It hasn't been overturned and the EPA has yet to neuter CARB. If you believe otherwise, provide the missing link.

I sense the smell of fear as it becomes even more clear that Humpty Trumpty is going to fall off the wall. The conspiracy theories just keep getting farther and farther out there, just like the Kardashians.. government by reality TV. If trump wasn't so tragic it would be funny.

Instagram users are allegedly being prevented from liking or following President Trump and his son, Donald Trump Jr., according to multiple reports received by Trump Jr., who exclusively shared those reports with Breitbart News.

The Instagram users have reported multiple issues on the platform. These include having their accounts automatically unfollow President Trump and Donald Trump Jr. without their knowledge or consent, and being prevented from liking posts from President Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and other conservative accounts.

Trump supporters on Instagram began contacting Don Jr. after the president’s son was temporarily blocked from posting about the Jussie Smollett hoax, an incident Instagram claimed was an error.

???? C'mon woman…..slap…….make sense!

Uh,, swallow,, three weeks? That trumps Yesterday?

You mean this?
"Late last week, the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit published an opinion (PDF) stating that California's regulation of fuel sales based on a lifecycle analysis of carbon emissions did not violate federal commerce rules.?"

That FUEL! Not tail pipe emissions, nor MPG mandates.

You missed reading this in your haste to post "something".
"The opinion upholds California's regulation of fuels sold in the state, but it doesn't have any effect on vehicle fuel economy".

Screwed over by your own "evidence".

A word of advice for my friends,, don't use automotive fuel for your small engines. Use air plane fuel. Yup, you can go up to the local air strip and fill up that 5 gal can. No worry of it ruining your carburetor for sitting months on end. And you will get plenty more power out of it.
It has non of that "on road" crap the overlords demand.

Paul Emery

So Todd should Ryan and McConnell also be tried and executed for Treason because they were in on the FBI investigation into Trump.

"McCabe told Congress 'Gang of 8' leaders about FBI probe into Trump. They had no objection.
The former acting director said on NBC's "Today" show that the president's "threats" against him have been "horrific" for him and his family.

The purpose of the briefing in 2017 was to let the congressional leadership, including Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, then-House Speaker Paul Ryan and their Democratic counterparts, know what the FBI was doing in the probe into Russian election interference and possible collusion by the Trump campaign, McCabe said."

McCabe is trying to cover his ass. Paul. He a proven liar.
Why do you keep believing proven liars? You always post the words from proven liars.
I guess that's what you need to do, when facts to support your beliefs are as elusive as Bigfoot.

No One In Particular

The Washington Post has had a big lawsuit filed against them by the Covington kid, and they're filing against a bunch of other businesses and individuals, too.

I wonder if Pelline's blog and associated "business", Sierra FoodWineArt "magazine", is on their radar?

If not,, soon will be. A quick screen shot, an email, and in no time a limo full of lawyers with briefcases stuffed with legal papers shows up at his door.
