Trump 10, cemoncrats 0. Think about all the lies told by the left and even here by Paul Emery and his ilk. Vicious and mean spirited lies about Trump and his family. Hell not even little Baron was exempt from the slime the democrats spewed. And all this time those lovelies told us what would be in the Mueller Report and how it would be their ticket to impeach. And look what we get. A BIG FAT NOTHING BURGER. So Emery, do the nation and this blog a favor and shut you stupid pie hole unless you have something nice to say.. You were so wrong about it all and we deserve a heartfelt apology from you and your ilk. Of course we will never get one.

But Lindsey Graham alerted the country that he will seek hearings on where all these lies came from and it looks like Hillary and her gang may get some scrutiny.

Paul Emery

George, your "lightly read" reference must apply to Trump who is well known for not reading, even official reports and gets his information from TV which he watches for hours a day.

Paul... gives it a rest.

Todd Juvinall

Paul Emery is so predictably loony. TDS. Seek help.

From the crack news desk and local braintrust for The Resistance, the hits just keep on comin':

"Shortly before Trump’s inauguration, a dossier was published alleging, among other things, that the Russian government is aware of Trump hiring prostitutes to defile a bed once slept in by former President Barack Obama."

"This is far worse than I even imagined (FAR WORSE). this is after Trump repeatedly said there were no contacts with the Russians by anyone in his campaign. "

"Trump is the Russian puppet, here's why."

"Payback time for Trump to the Russians to keep their mouth shut."

Sorry Emery your dementia is showing... That was the last President,, you know,, Obama. You voted for him.
I would give you the link,, but you would not know how to use it.

Paul Emery

Any references to prostitution should be deferred to Todd for comment since that is his current occupation by his own admission, since he can't hold a job.

But Paul-
Lightly read though Trump might be, he got into the top universities because he was so frigging smart, and like Dr. Dre's kid, had nothing to do with dear old dad. Nothing. He ddn't need to do homework (bragged about it), didn't read books and played hooky and dodged the draft, but still apparently got "great grades" (They were so great he will sue anyone who shows his off transcripts).

Where is/was "O" Ozzhole? Still sealed.

Trump didn't make it to where he is by being stupid.

Yet here YOU are cowering behind a filthy sock puppet.

It is interesting to note that both the NYT and the Wa Compost received (and proudly displayed) the highest award in journalism, aka, the coveted Pulitzer Prize.....for their excellent in-depth reporting on the Russsian Collusion with tthe Trump Campaign.....which in fact never happened, ROFLMAO.

I don’t expect either Industrial Democrat Party CIA -Media publication to give the awards back.

I liked the punch line from this article.

“Spin it anyway you like, but for the amount of breathless coverage these last two years about every little development in this case, what we are left with is Geraldo Rivera opening Al Capone’s vault.”

But, I like this article much better. It trashes My Gal, Shifflips and the bitter clingers....which are our bettors.

“Still, it is a free country and the Dems are welcome to pursue the pipe dreams that RussiaGate isn’t over. Their denial recalls those Japanese soldiers who hid out in island caves for 30 and 40 years after World War II, determined never to surrender.

The pledge by Schiff and others to try to destroy Trump with investigations sets them up to be a suicide caucus of their own.”

In all fairness, we knew all this for two years. But each time I ((we) tried to inform them, Robert Cross, Drunk Dougski and Co. raced over here to chide us with Fact Checker in hand telling us not to read such sites. Do not go ther, MUST NOT POST those links.

Can’t argue with stupid. Just give them a long rope and nine miles of pavement I reckon.

“There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments, and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance—that principle is contempt prior to investigation."

"The long list of 2020 candidates are suddenly facing the fact that Mueller cannot help them. In fact, Trump is stronger and will be emboldened for having survived the gauntlet.

Sadly, the first indication is that the party’s loudest huffers and puffers — Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Maxine Waters and assorted other odd ducks — will not accept that the world has changed.

They vow to contest the Mueller conclusion on collusion and cast doubt on the limited release of underlying documents. They also are already seizing on the fact that Mueller left it to Attorney General William Barr and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein to rule that there was no provable case for obstruction of justice as a reason to continue their jihad.

In fairness, that decision by Mueller is curious, and serves as an unfortunate invitation for mischief. But Barr and Rosenstein are on solid ground because, as they explain, in normal circumstances, there can be no obstruction of justice if there was no underlying crime.

Still, it is a free country and the Dems are welcome to pursue the pipe dreams that RussiaGate isn’t over. Their denial recalls those Japanese soldiers who hid out in island caves for 30 and 40 years after World War II, determined never to surrender.

George Rebane

And here I thought PaulE would instead lead his faction of our venerable 'Circle' to express some form of contrition for his gullibility over the last two years in repeating the lies of his leadership. Nah.

"Where is/was "O" Ozzhole? Still sealed."

Poor Walt, Todd's mastery of jabberwocky has rubbed off on him. Now, what did you say? In English this time.

Lifted from Reddit...his post history makes this look legit:

"You guys were right

As much as I would like to say that the President is a traitor and that he is holding an illegitimate office, I am ready to admit that the Conservatives, Fox News, and The_Donald were right. There was no collusion, no conspiracy, no treachery on the part of The President of The United States.

I am sorry. I am sorry that for two years, supporters of the President have had to endure ridicule and charges of unpatriotic behavior and rhetoric. I am sorry for the division that the Left (of which I am a part) has caused to this country. Most of all, however, I am sorry for my own rhetoric as an individual. I myself have said hateful things about the Conservatives in general, and supporters of the President in particular.

Our great country does best when our Commander-in-Chief is allowed to govern, in that, I believe that we can be in agreement. When the President succeeds, the country succeeds, and that is what ALL Americans must hope for.

From a Leftist,

Let’s Make America Great Again, together."

Poor "Ozz", Paul's mastery of journalism has rubbed off on him.

Mueller got your tongue?

Bill Tozer

@ 9:54 am sez:

“And here I thought PaulE would instead lead his faction of our venerable 'Circle' to express some form of contrition for his gullibility over the last two years in repeating the lies of his leadership. Nah.”

Contrition? With all due respect Dr. Rebane, you have lost it. Being a Leftinista means never having to say you are sorry. Never! In fact, each time they bomb out big time, they attack with even more intensity.....each and every damn time. It’s who they are. Which, not coincidentally, is why each time they are exposed for loooking like a squirrel trying to pass a pinecone, I call out, “Incoming”. Just imagine how they will react when the Climate Change Hoax is laid bare for all to see. “Incoming!”

Hate blinds a man and pride prisons a man. While the relentless barrages are sometimes abit irrating, it all works in our favor. :)

Meanwhile, the truth sets us free and binds them. Blind and imprisioned they shalll ever be.....until they leave the darkness and come to the sunnny side of the street.

Paul Emery

We don't have the whole story George until the whole Mueller report is released, something that the entire House and even the President have encouraged.

Bill Tozer

It’s is amazing that the primary reason the Russians mess with our elections (since the 60’s) is to sow discord among us...and now we clearly see the Lefties and their popinjays are carrying water for Putin to this very hour. Amazing, yet not surprising. Listen to the children.

PaulE 1039am - Everyone is overlooking a basic reality here - the DoJ has regulations releasing reports of investigations that do not result in producing indictable evidence. These regulations are put in place to protect numerous innocent people whose interviews gathered information the release of which would prove harmful to them. And your continuing to back the congressional Democrat sleazebags who intend to duplicate every investigation (non-productive witch hunt) until they find something to nail on Trump, is IMHO reprehensible. You are now going to the next level and accusing the new AG, who is no one's patsy, of withholding critical elements of Mueller's report, or even falsifying its contents.

Your side will seek every opportunity to enlarge the country's polarization in the lead-up to 2020, and that for the simple reason that the Dems have no real platform of palatable policies to run on - e.g. GND, Medicare for All, ... . All they have going for them, to divert voters' attention from their idiot wing, is to keep lying and attacking Trump through their lamestream echo chambers.

Paul Emery

It has been determined that a sitting President cannot be indicted for an alleged crime and that the proper course of action is impeachment by the House. That opens the door for the necessity of the House to conduct a thorough investigation before deciding whether to impeach. That is established law and has been quoted by both sides in this matter and opens the books on the Mueller investigation for the House to examine in order to come to a conclusion. You can't have it both ways. If the DOJ cannot indict a sitting President then it's up to the House and they need access to any and all information to arrive at their decision.

PaulE, this is getting ridiculous. The AG reported that there was no indictable evidence from Mueller's investigation. Therefore indicting Trump is not an issue here. Is that so hard to understand?

Don Bessee

Dr R.@ 1131 "is that so hard to understand?" YES for those who ooze rancid Russian dressing from every pore who also like wallowing in their past prognostications that all went down in flames. Now we get 2 years to stuff it down their throats. Anyone see the new collusion ad from Trump 2020?

Are you saying that the House does not have the right to read the Mueller report as part of an inquiry into possible impeachment of the President? Do they not have the Constitutional responsibility to do so since it has been determined a sitting President cannot be indicted for a crime.

Don Bessee

Ah yes the scholarly pony tail of ignorance @1157 pretends there are no rules on what can legally be released. NO they have no legal authority to trump the DOJ Special Counsel rules they voted for in the past. Cant have it both ways lefties!

Might I add that Barr's letter states specifically that Trump is not exonerated from the question as to whether he obstructed justice.

“While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him,” the report states."

Paul Emery the lawyer sagely opines: "If the DOJ cannot indict a sitting President then it's up to the House and they need access to any and all information to arrive at their decision."

So they get to look at wiretaps? Anything that the NSA has on file at Bluffdale? Trump's bank records? More DNC financed made-up pee memos? Trump's golf scores over the last 20 years? Internal emails from the 17 intelligence agencies?

What do you see as to the Responsibility of the House as to determining whether the President should be impeached?

Paul Emery

Also Scenes are you saying specifically that the House should not have access to Muellers report?

Don Bessee

Those were Mullers words, words that push the boundaries of the special prosecutor law, he was not supposed to opine if he did not recommend a incitement because of evidence. He left the decision to Rosenstein (who was in it from day 1 as supervisor) and Barr who made the call. Prosecutors are not in the business of exoneration. The whole point for the special prosecutor is to determine if there was a crime? NO is the answer. Live with it.

So does this feel the same for your team as election day 2016? Enquiring minds want to know.

The law is the law on Special Prosecutors no mater your teams lamentations, wails, tooth gnashing or foot stomping and breath holding, its the law. But hey if you want to keep help ensure the reelection of the President be my guest. You tell em girl!

White House adviser Kellyanne Conway said Monday that House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff “ought to resign” in recognition that his oft-repeated claim of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia was not born out by special counsel Robert Mueller’s nearly two-year investigation.

“You have Adam Schiff, talk about an oxymoron, this man heads the Intelligence Committee in the House,” Conway said, adding that Schiff once suggested that “that the scandal is of a size and a scope probably bigger than Watergate and that there is plenty of evidence of collusion.”
“He ought to resign today,” she asserted. “He has been on every TV show 50 times a day for practically the last two years promising Americans that the president would be impeached or indicted.”

Poor Paul... Barr spells it out in words even you can understand.

Attorney and celebrity Trump foe Michael Avenatti was arrested Monday and faces federal indictments for a range of financial crimes in California and New York.

O stop. It’s beginning to hurt. The Special Counsel (or any Federal prosecutor) does not exonerate anybody. He can only charge or not charge. The DOJ Office of Legal Counsel, Rosenstein, and AG Burr have all agreed there is not enough to bring criminal charges for Obstruction of Justice. How can you charge someone for obstruction of a non crime? The non crime in this case is the underlining crime of ‘colluding’ with the Reds. No, not the Leftinista Reds, but rather the Russian Reds. The House (legislative branch) should have access to any DoJ (executive branch) report that it can lawfully have, or that the Executive, at its pleasure, sees fit to deliver.

Paul Emery

Thanks George for clarifying that the House can have access to the Muller Report.

Paul Emery

Looks like Trump also agrees to releasing the Mueller report

President Donald Trump’s campaign spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany was enthusiastic about the Department of Justice releasing the full report from special counsel Robert Mueller.

In an interview with Fox News on Monday, McEnany agreed with the president that he has nothing to hide, and is “on board” with the report’s release.

“Yeah, let’s see it all because there’s nothing there,” she said.

In a new Fox News poll, 80 percent of Americans want to see the full Mueller report and determine for themselves what did and did not happen.

And now for something completely different.

A major Greenland glacier has gone from shrinking fast to growing fast.

The paper is at

AS for Russia,,,,
Mueller concluded that Russia had in fact conducted a concerted effort to influence the 2016 presidential election, though there is no evidence that they were successful. Barr’s letter described two distinct efforts to influence the election. The first was an effort by a Russian entity called the “Internet Research Agency” tasked with spreading propaganda on social media. The second was a Russia government effort to hack into computer systems belonging to persons who were then working for Hillary Clinton’s Campaign for President or the Democratic National Committee to obtain damaging emails which were then disseminated to organizations such as “Wikileaks.”
These efforts by the Russian government took place during the 2016 election while the Obama administration was in office. We know from public statements issued by a number of former Obama administration officials that they were aware of the Russian efforts and did little to nothing to stop them.

In fact, the most serious response the administration took was to have President Obama tell Russian President Vladimir Putin to “cut it out” on the sidelines of an international event. When asked by the Washington Post about the administration’s failure to stop Russia, a former senior official said “I feel like we sort of choked.”

Will our Proggys or any LIB want THAT investigated and prosecuted?
HELL no.....

George Rebane

PaulE 135pm - your super simple response indicates that you did not understand my 131pm. There is no law on the books that mandates the DoJ turning over the Mueller report to Congress - most certainly one that involved no findings of criminality by the executive. But there are laws on the books which outline the prerogatives of the DoJ in coming up with and following its own established protocols for such handovers.

And the polls of people wanting to see the report are legally moot and only politically operative - we have a democratic republic in which elected representatives make such decisions, and not a mob-ruled 'democracy' by the opinion poll. We do live in different countries.

Don Bessee

They will release everything they can legally but that is different than in its entirety. Keep that in mind oh great pony tail of ignorance. You talking points for lefties are so predictable and droll.

So how does that egg on your face smell with all that rancid Russian dressing?

Remind me please. Didn't Paul Emery think this Avenatti guy was so wonderful? Seems to me Paul Emery is quite a poor judge of character. I think the truth is Avenatti and Stormie extorted Trump and the Prez never did bang her. Paul Emery, you are supporting a guy looking at 100 years and are yu proud of your support? Looks like you are.

Don Bessee

Dr.R, it should be noted that the special counsel statute was written by the dems. post slick willey.

Congress can read the same report we all will be able to. Redactions and all. I doubt they are entitled to some underacted version.

Paul Emery

Don't recall specifically supporting Avenatti Todd show me where I did. You are the only person on earth that believes Trump did not bang the porn star. You were bragging about Trump and women like her falling at his feet because he was a stud and rich.

Don Bessee

Someone actually is doing the honorable thing, no expectation we would see it from the local 'media' hell the union still is pretending it didn't happen. Not even on their facebook.

Whatever his supposed flaws, the rampant accusations and speculation that shrouded Trump’s presidency, even before it began, ultimately have proven unfounded. Just as Trump said all along.
Yet, each time Trump said so, some of us in the media lampooned him. We treated any words he spoke in his own defense as if they were automatically to be disbelieved because he had uttered them. Some even declared his words to be “lies,” although they had no evidence to back up their claims.

We in the media allowed unproven charges and false accusations to dominate the news landscape for more than two years, in a way that was wildly unbalanced and disproportionate to the evidence.
We did a poor job of tracking down leaks of false information. We failed to reasonably weigh the motives of anonymous sources and those claiming to have secret, special evidence of Trump’s “treason.”

As such, we reported a tremendous amount of false information, always to Trump’s detriment.
And when we corrected our mistakes, we often doubled down more than we apologized. We may have been technically wrong on that tiny point, we would acknowledge. But, in the same breath, we would insist that Trump was so obviously guilty of being Russian President Vladimir Putin’s puppet that the technical details hardly mattered.

So, a round of apologies seem in order.

Apologies to Trump on behalf of those in the U.S. intelligence community, including the Department of Justice and the FBI, which allowed the weaponization of sensitive, intrusive intelligence tools against innocent citizens such as Carter Page, an adviser to Trump’s presidential campaign.

Apologies also to Page himself, to Jerome Corsi, Donald Trump Jr., and other citizens whose rights were violated or who were unfairly caught up in surveillance or the heated pursuit of charges based on little more than false, unproven opposition research paid for by Democrats and the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Apologies for the stress on their jobs and to their families, the damage to their reputations, the money they had to spend to hire legal representation and defend themselves from charges for crimes they did not commit.

Apologies on behalf of those in the intelligence community who leaked true information out of context to make Trump look guilty, and who sometimes leaked false information to try to implicate or frame him.

Apologies from those in the chain of command at the FBI and the Department of Justice who were supposed to make sure all information presented to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) is verified but did not do so.

Apologies from the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act (FISA) court judges who are supposed to serve as one of the few checks and balances to prevent the FBI from wiretapping innocent Americans. Whether because of blind trust in the FBI or out of ignorance or even malfeasance, they failed at this important job.
Apologies to the American people who did not receive the full attention of their government while political points were being scored; who were not told about some important world events because they were crowded out of the news by the persistent insistence that Trump was working for Russia.
Apologies all the way around.

And now, with those apologies handled — are more than apologies due?
Should we try to learn more about those supposed Russian sources who provided false “intel” contained in the “dossier” against Trump, Page and others? Should we learn how these sources came to the attention of ex-British spy Christopher Steele, who built the dossier and claimed that some of the sources were close to Putin?

When and where did Steele meet with these high-level Russian sources who provided the apparently false information?

Are these the people who actually took proven, concrete steps to interfere in the 2016 election and sabotage Trump’s presidency, beginning in its earliest days?
Just who conspired to put the “dossier” into the hands of the FBI? Who, within our intel community, dropped the ball on verifying the information and, instead, leaked it to the press and presented it to the FISC as if legitimate?

“Sorry” hardly seems to be enough.
Will anyone be held accountable?

So keep crying in your pink pussy hat for comfort.

Gregory@1:43PM "A major Greenland glacier has gone from shrinking fast to growing fast."

From article: “That was kind of a surprise."

Sounds like they need more money to study it. Everybody ante up.

Bill Tozer

For a real (however brief) change of pace, been meaning to post this since March 5th. A good look of how the respect of the rule of law, justice, and fairness is ingrained in our founding and hearts. And Paul Revere spread fake news, lol.
“It took seven months to arraign Preston and the other soldiers involved in the Boston Massacre and bring them to trial. Ironically, it was American colonist, lawyer and future President of the United States John Adams who defended them.

Adams was no fan of the British but wanted Preston and his men to receive a fair trial. After all, the death penalty was at stake and the colonists didn’t want the British to have an excuse to even the score. Certain that impartial jurors were nonexistent in Boston, Adams convinced the judge to seat a jury of non-Bostonians.

During Preston’s trial, Adams argued that confusion that night was rampant. Eyewitnesses presented contradictory evidence on whether Preston had ordered his men to fire on the colonists.

But after Richard Palmes testified that, “…After the Gun went off I heard the word ‘fire!’ The Captain and I stood in front about half between the breech and muzzle of the Guns. I don’t know who gave the word to fire,” Adams argued that reasonable doubt existed; Preston was found not guilty.

The remaining soldiers claimed self-defense and were all found not guilty of murder. Two of them – Hugh Montgomery and Matthew Kilroy – were found guilty of manslaughter and were branded on the thumbs as first offenders per English law.

To Adams’ and the jury’s credit, the British soldiers received a fair trial despite the vitriol felt towards them and their country.”

Hell, you know it's just a fishing expedition.

No evidence needed anyhow, Paul just *knows* that the man is guilty of something.

Of course, as Paul said once upon a time: "This will put a fork in the Trump campaign for sure...."

When all is said and done, The Trump Abides.

The report includes Grand Jury testimony. That will have to be taken out... by my understanding, by law... before the unwashed masses in the Congress can get it.

Don Bessee

OH BOY! CNN's legal analyst is in it with Avanti -

Celebrity attorney and CNN analyst Mark Geragos is the co-conspirator cited in a federal indictment handed down Monday against attorney Michael Avenatti, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Authorities indicted and arrested Avenatti Monday in New York on charges of wire fraud, bank fraud and attempting to extort $20 million from Nike Inc. Avenatti threatened to publicly disparage Nike if the company did not pay him millions of dollars, according to the indictment.

The indictment was announced less than an hour after Avenatti announced he was holding a press conference on Tuesday about Nike.

According to WSJ, Avenatti’s co-conspirator was Geragos, a lawyer famous for representing clients like Michael Jackson, Jussie Smollett and Colin Kaepernick.

Avenatti and the alleged co-conspirator met with lawyers from Nike’s lawyers at the firm Boies Schiller on March 19, according to the indictment. The duo said they would release information damaging to Nike unless the company paid them more than $20 million on top of $1.5 million to a client who Avenatti was representing. Since Punchy believes Trump is a LIAR!, why would he possibly believe that “Trump also agrees to releasing the Mueller report”? Pray tell. Hmmm. Did Trump say that or did a spokesperson? I dunno.

I have no proof that Trump engaged in sexual intercourse with Stormy Daniels. Do we have any evidence? Witnesses to collaborate the accusser’s story? Any DNA ? Hmm?

"Ex-CIA chief offers mea culpa on Trump: 'I don't know if I received bad information'"

,,,Where's Waldo??? Trumpski was quick to stop sanctions against lover Lil Kimmy...

But where is he now that the Rooskies are in Venezuela...Will Venezuela be the South American Syria??? He sent Pompeo to make a statement but why is he so quiet??? Is he all Twittered out??? Is he afraid to trash talk Putin???

I like them feeding him a line. "Bad Information" lol. Good name for a band.

Hopefully his tribunal is on live TV.

Don Bessee

Talk about wallowing in ignorance @ 231 - The sanctions were on Chinese companies folio!

But there were no new U.S. sanctions on North Korea announced on Friday, leading news organizations, lawmakers and experts to believe Trump was referring to the Treasury’s blacklisting on Thursday of two Chinese shipping companies that it said helped North Korea evade sanctions over its nuclear weapons programme.

You cant fix stupid for relying on the lamestream echo chamber!

5 Pinocchio's to the troll.

Cooking tip of the week. Pork loin this time.
A bottle of Angry Orchard cider,
the fluid contents of a can of peaches,(save the peaches) a cup of apple vinegar,
three OZ. of sweet BBQ souse, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.
Mix all together.
Inject the loin with as much as it will hold.
Let the loin sit in the bowl as you go light the BBQ.
(Kingsford cherry wood charcoal )
Wrap loin in stretched bacon and place in a shallow aluminum tray
Make one if you need to.
Place on the grill, then take the peaches from before and place on top of the bacon wrapped loin. Close the lid. Give it an hour before checking. I let the temp hit 150 or so.

The cooking temp was above 300 for this one..
Not bad... Not bad at all.

1) The Empire Strikes Back. Best to keep the amor on. The guy who posted the close up of Rachel Maddcw’s eyes holding back tears has been banned from Twitter. The Inquisition continues. Stay vigilant.

Image being so upset you are upset and crying on air because your President is NOT a traitor. Never forget that is their true colors. They would slit our throats while we are asleep if they could. TDS has not gone anywhere.

2) Rumor mill. If these festivities are not enough, “big story” breaking in two days concerning Ukraine and Hillary. Or not. :).

3) This is the first time my odds for draining the swamp rises above 3%. Not because of one little man and his Twitter machine, but because I see a group effort. forming. A little help from his fair weather friends.
What’s that sucking sound I here? Don’t matter how ‘contrite’ Brennan claims to be on CIA-TV. If he an’t be hung cause of the “noose’ visuals, then give him an eight pound hammer and have him make little ones out of big ones. Treason, abuse of power, traitor. Commie.

Paul Emery choice of heroes is quite telling. Avenatti, Shiff, Maxine, Stormie and Pelosi. And now OOZE, the prison restroom monitor. Go clutch you comfort goats you need them.

Don Bessee

What is amusing here is that with the crushing emotional rantings of team lefty after the inauguration its worse now. You could call this whole thing the psychotherapist full employment act!

But the real question for all those antifa pink pussy hat wokesters is will they FINNALLY move to Canada as promised?

Paul Emery

Here's a new one involving Trumps pal and the Trump Tower in Moscow . The beat goes on. There are over a dozen legal cases swarming Trump and his sleazy friends boiling away.

"New York developer Felix Sater was accused of ‘international criminal conspiracy’ after he allegedly stole money in an effort to help build Trump Tower in Moscow.

The lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court claims that Sater and his partner Ilyas Khrapunov stole $4 billion “a decade ago” from BTA, chaired by Khrapunov’s father-in-law, ex-BTA Chairman Mukhtar Ablyazov. reported the Wall Street Journal.

“Sater helped Ablyazov, Khrapunov, and others launder tens of millions of dollars in those stolen funds into the United States,” according to the complaint. “Sater also tried to help them stash some of the stolen money overseas, including in real estate in Moscow.”

“Sater not only met with Ilyas Khrapunov in Trump Tower to discuss laundering the stolen funds but he also personally arranged meetings between Ilyas and Donald J. Trump to discuss possible investments,” according to the bank.

Sater’s hearing before the House Intelligence Committee set for Wednesday has been postponed."

Gregory @2:09 pm

It is my understanding that besides Grand Jury transcipts, per DOJ standards and practices no names can be mentioned of subjects of criminal probes who were not charged......to protect the innocent. Innocent until proven guilty,. With that said, the AG can wave his hand and override any DOJ standards and practices. However, Richard Barr has an a long reputation of doing things by ‘The Book.’

The violations of Comey and Loretta Lynch not going by the book are long.

Don Bessee

How pathetic @324 so a friend of Trump had a meeting in his rented offices in Trump tower SFW? Have you stopped beating your dog?

This is where the real action is now -

Following the revelation that Special Counsel Robert Mueller unearthed no evidence that President Trump or his campaign colluded with Russia to sway the 2016 election, Trump allies are now awaiting the results of two long-running internal probes that could expose the backstory behind the Russia probe's beginnings -- and provide more detail on already-documented misconduct among top FBI and DOJ officials.

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz confirmed at a panel discussion last week that his office is continuing to review potential surveillance abuses by the FBI, a review that began last March and that Fox News is told is nearing completion. Horowitz has previously found that senior FBI officials routinely leaked information without authorization to the media, and also received "improper gifts" from reporters, including meals and sporting event tickets. Most notably, Horowitz found that FBI officials' anti-Trump communications raised doubts as to the integrity of their work.

Republicans are increasingly looking for answers from U.S. Attorney for Utah John Huber, who was appointed a year ago by former Attorney General Jeff Sessions to review not only surveillance abuses by the FBI and DOJ, but also authorities' handling of the probe into the Clinton Foundation.

From the article DonB@2:54

“It is the worst journalistic debacle of my lifetime and I’ve been in this business about 50 years,” Hume said. “I’ve never seen anything quite this bad last this long. It was a terrible thing. There needs to be a lot of soul-searching among many leading members of the media today and going forward.”

The huge leap here is the notion that they have souls.

Pauly needs to look up the meaning of "statute of limitations".
Now how did Pauly like to put it? OH,ya... No conviction no crime."
Not even an arrest.
Funny how "Raw Story" is Paul's new "go to" place for (HA!) facts.

Paul Emery

New stuff every day Don. I can hardly keep up. I'll do the best I can.

More unadulterated bull shit from the biggest liar over the last 2 years with his TDS and team lefty bias.

So you are batting 0.00 since 2016 where the President is concerned. At least you are consistent, consistently wrong. LOL

Fell the burn has taken on a whole new political connotation and its an epidemic in team lefties minions in the fakenews biz.

Todd @ 2:55 pm
You forgot Cohen and Amarora and that slobbering hacking up loogies drunk, Bernstein.

Gregory @ 2:09 pm
Also, classified information and personell. Why? People can get killed. They come in and go overseas and can get whacked. Then there are the Constitutional issues of Executive privilege.
Grand Juries are sealed because they are solely an investigate tool. Those called in cannot bring an attorney with them or be represented by legal counsel. There is no cross examination, no defense, no judge ruling...just a prosecutor. To release those names would in essence tar a person’s reputation with no means to defend himself. Thus sealed on Constitutional grounds.

I don’t care how loudly Chucky the Clown or Nadler or Maddcow demand to see every syllable under the guise of the people’s right to know, it ain’t going to happen. A judge can unseal Grand Jury testimony, but if challenged, see ya at the Supreme Court.
The reasons Mueller did not attempt to charge Trump on obstruction is because 1) he could not meet the burden of proof (he met with the Office of Legal Counsel on the matter), and Mueller would have lost in court and would have been slammed by Supreme Court. His job is NOT to exonerate, his job is to charge or not charge. He did not even do a secret sealed indictment. There was no “there” there.....besides he cannot charge a sitting POTUS. He just threw it back to the Justice Department which cannot met the burden of proof either. A stink bomb. Nothing more.

Don Bessee

I wonder if the po' ol' fakenewsman knows that accusing someone of a crime falsely is a crime?

Todd Juvinall

Every post Paul Emery puts in this blog shows just how unhinged the old coot has become. Stop it and give it a rest. Trump is exonerated and crime free. You loons of the left are the problem, not Trump. And look at what your conspiracy theory and thousands of accusatory posts got you. NOTHING! What a hoot.

Don Bessee

Lock her up!!

Bu bu bu but that's different.

Paul Emery

Hoseman Bessee writes:

" I wonder if the po' ol' fakenewsman knows that accusing someone of a crime falsely is a crime"

Does that apply to Trump, Flynn and the cheering Repub Foamers who chanted about Hillary "Lock her up" ?

Yet Hillary DID commit crimes. Your boy "O" and Lynch let her slide.
Memory that short? Emery and OZZhole?

No reading necessary.
Just change Gross negligence to gross carlessness,, and the witch walks.

But this just in..

But of course Emery won't go there, and keep yapping like it wasn't posted.

A blast from the past

At the beach

LIBS on the DEFENSIVE!!!!!!
"Democrats are urging Graham to reconsider his plans for a new investigation.

"I hope Lindsey calms down, thinks this over, gets us back on track to do substantive things where we can serve this country, rather than political scorekeeping," said Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Meanwhile Feinstein was perplexed by the move.

"I don’t understand that," she said. "I don’t quite know what the purpose is. Or what he’s looking for. So, it’s a bit of a cypher for me.” "

As they say.. "Payback's a bitch, and best served COLD"

As Exhibit A of leftwing contrition, what do you make of AVman's 231pm? Are they even capable of embarrassing themselves?

Don Bessee

Aw shucks the po' ol' fakenwsman didn't make the list -

Nevertheless, the media will not change the way they do business because to do so would be to admit they had done something wrong.

The good news, though, is that this broken and corrupt institution has undermined all the power it once had to sway public opinion. And so, all the media can do now is hang on to what’s left of its audience — the crazies who want to be hoaxed, who cannot face reality. Those loons are the media’s customer base.

Other losers…
Hillary Clinton
You lost, cupcake, deal with it…

Fox News’s Judge Napolitano:
What a horse’s ass.

Meet the Press Moderator Chuck Todd:
Mueller’s got the receipts! Mueller’s got the receipts!
Lie to me James Clapper! Please, please, please lie to me. Tell baby what he wants to hear!

Barack Obama:
The Al Capone of the Russia Collusion Hoax.

FISA Court:
If this kangaroo court allows a bunch of Dirty Cops to hoodwink it into spying on a presidential campaign, imagine what’s being done to everyday Americans.

Weekly Standard Employees:
Other than a few of their trolls, these staffers are all out work now because their useless bosses, Bill Kristol and Stephen Hayes, went the full-hoax.

Axios’ Mike Allen
“D.C.’s most wired reporter” is as much a conspiracy theorist as he is a moron.
Watch Forrest Gump connects the dots.

Fox News’s Shepard Smith:
Napolitano and Shep Smith. Put them together and you’ve got almost half a wit and not an ounce of integrity.

Jake Tapper:
Once one of America’s most respected journalists, he has since lost his audience and all of his credibility as a stooge for the intelligence community. So blinded by his own virtue, Tapper probably believes being a Deep State cuck is patriotism.
What a fall.

Brian Stelter:
Tater: The Walking Punchline.

Rachel Maddow:
For two years Maddow breathlessly — night after night after night — promised her audience Mueller had the goods. Most of her cult will probably stick with her, but she’s exposed now and exposed cult leaders never last long.

Robert Mueller:
This dirty cop leading a gang of dirty cops spent two years digging a dry hole while destroying the lives of who know how many innocent people bled white by unnecessary legal fees. Shame on him forever.

Morning Joe:
Joe Scarborough’s track record for getting everything exactly wrong marches on.

This fake news network deliberately deceived its audience for two years with an all-in gamble that the Mueller Report would vindicate all those lies. CNN’s ratings cannot get much worse than they already are, but who in their right mind would give these snake oil salesmen even a minute of their time?
No one will ever believe anything CNN reports again, and no one should.

CNN is now just infotainment for #Resistance stupes.

Jennifer Rubin:
Because she’s so shrill, not only do we all know she’s a joke, so does every dog within 60 miles of the Washington Post.
At least she didn’t try to hide her McCarthyism.

Max Boot:
I didn’t make this up.

The FBI:
A den of Dirty Partisan Cops meddling in our elections.
McCabe, Strzok, Comey, the lady homewrecker, arresting celebrities over college applications to kill a negative news cycle.
The FBI is a cancer on democracy.

Former CIA Director John Brennan:
Perjurer and liar.

Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper:
Perjurer and liar.

Such shameless liars Robert freakin’ Mueller called them out.

John McCain:
Because his legacy as a petty, grudge-holding, preening peacock who planned his funeral to satisfy his own smite was not already damaging enough, we now know he was peddling the phony Russia dossier to media outlets.

Washington Post:
Only CNN saves the far-left Post from taking the crown.

Never Trump:
Every fake news “bombshell” these simpering quislings swallowed and spread with unbridled glee.
What a bunch of mindless cows.

Fact Checkers
They told us Devin Nunes and Sean Hannity were wrong about everything and that conspiracy theorists like Jake Tapper and Chris Cuomo were right about everything.
Oh, and Washington Post fact checker Glenn Kessler is still claiming Trump colluded with the

The Left-Wing Media
From Talking Points Memo to the HuffPost, there was not a moment of sanity, just paranoia and lies and red-baiting.

Intelligence Community
From WMD to Russian Collusion to partisan leaks and lies… More goddamned Dirty Cops who should never be believed again.

CNN’s Drew Griffin
Griffin used to be seen as a pretty good investigative reporter. Now he will only be remembered as a bully who harasses old ladies based on conspiracy theories.

Hollywood Leftists
Every time Rob Reiner tweets a gay, black man registers as a Republican.

David Corn and Michael Isikoff
Mother Jones’ David Corn and Michael Isikoff, the hack who sat on the Monica Lewinsky scandal until Matt Drudge forced his hand, wrote a whole book about how Trump colluded with Russia.
Seriously, a whole book.
Can you retract a whole book?

CNN’s Carl Bernstein
While his Watergate partner Bob Woodward was smart enough to stay out of RussiaGate, Bernstein sold his soul and not only got caught lying, he invented a source that doesn’t exist.

2018 Midterm Voters
Millions voted under the false impression our president may have done something wrong. In other words, not only did the media and Deep State meddle in the 2016 presidential, they also meddled in the 2018 midterms.

The American People
We the people went to the polls in 2016 and chose Donald Trump to lead our country, which means that every injustice against our president, most especially at the hands of unelected Dirty Cops and their media minions, is an injustice against us and our God-given right to choose our own leaders.

For two years this hoax hamstrung his (our) agenda and weakened his (our) ability to do business overseas… This is unforgivable, un-American, and the wrongdoers must be held accountable.

This crime against Trump was also a crime against us, against America, and our Constitution…
The only way to compound this crime is to sweep it under the rug.
This cannot be allowed to happen.

Bill Tozer
