it just me, or has anyone else noticed the Iran War hype seems to be the Leftinista Media and the globalists’ push to savage Obama’s appeasement policy with the largest exporter of state terrorism on the planet?

That did not last long.

“Iran's decision to remove missiles from two of its boats indicated the rogue nation was de-escalating tensions surrounding its nuclear program, former CIA Chief of Station Daniel Hoffman said on Saturday. Hoffman told "America's News HQ" that the removal was "an encouraging sign." "I think Iran is trying to de-escalate.”

Bill Tozer

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the Dems here and nationally have no interest in discussing The Dossier? Pretty serious stuff when you consider that the Dossier is proof the Dems and Obama Administration official’s colluded with Russian disinformation experts to interfere and effect the 2016 election.

Pretty serious stuff when you consider the Dossier was used as the pretext to open up a spying campaign on a Presidential candidate, a President-elect, and then a sitting President for 6-7 months. VDH:

“Here’s what you need to know: In rushing out their assessment of Russia’s interference in the 2016 election, Obama-administration officials chose not to include the risible Steele-dossier allegations that they had put in their “VERIFIED APPLICATION” for warrants from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) because . . . wait for it . . . the allegations weren’t verified.....

“Behold how radioactive the dossier has become: Former officials now fight over which of them deserves credit for failing to further inflate its importance.....

Meanwhile, the Daily Caller’s Chuck Ross reports that Steele identified two of his sources for Kavalec: Russia’s former spy chief Vyacheslav Trubnikov and top Kremlin adviser Vladislav Surkov. This underscores the possibility that Steele was duped, and that the dossier is a Russian disinformation operation that U.S. intelligence agencies fell for. And there’s more: Trubnikov has intriguing ties to Stefan Halper, whom the FBI used as a confidential informant to approach Trump campaign figures Page, George Papadopoulos, and Sam Clovis.

“Oh, and did I mention that Steele himself did private-eye work for Oleg Deripaska, the aluminum oligarch known to be a close Putin confidant? And wouldn’t you know it: Steele was also pushing his U.S. government contacts — such as Justice Department official Bruce Ohr — to accommodate Deripaska’s desire to travel to the U.S. The idea was that Deripaska could be a valuable informant. Evidently, the FBI lost interest when Deripaska told agents that Steele’s Trump-Russia conspiracy theory was preposterous.

What a laugh they must be having in the Kremlin.“

“Hoffman has been a leading proponent of one theory about the dossier that has gained traction in the wake of the special counsel’s report. The former CIA officer has argued Steele likely fell victim to a Russian disinformation campaign.

“A growing number of experts in Russian intelligence operations have embraced the theory, and Attorney General William Barr testified to Congress on May 1 that he is concerned about the prospect and is looking into it.

“Hoffman has written that if the Russian government hacked Democrats’ computer systems, they could have figured out that Steele was trying to gather information on any connections between the Kremlin and Trump. Steele is also likely known to Russian intelligence given his covert work in Moscow, making it easier for Russian operatives to uncover his intelligence-gathering operation.

“Hoffman said it’s difficult to determine whether Trubnikov and Surkov were involved in a disinformation campaign — saying “it’s a hall of mirrors” — but that it can’t be ruled out. He said he could envision a scenario in which Trubnikov could sniff out Steele’s operation and spin the dossier author’s collector with false leads........

“Halper and Dearlove publicly raised concerns about possible Russian infiltration of the Cambridge Intelligence Seminar. In December 2016, Halper was quoted in a Financial Times article saying he was resigning from the seminar due to “unacceptable Russian influence on the group.”

The mothers milk of elections is flowing in the right direction -

The RNC has seen several record hauls this year. Before the big April numbers, the RNC also pulled in a record $45.8 million in the first quarter of the year. It all adds to the $61.8 million raised for the 2019-2020 campaign, Fox News reported.

The RNC noted that it is debt-free. On the other hand, the Democrat Party claimed that it is $6.6 million in debt, Fox said. Last year the party noted it was a whopping $18 million in debt after winning the House of Representatives in 2018.

Contrary to the media’s drumbeat that everyone despises President Donald Trump, the RNC attributed its cash-rich situation to its support of the president.
“Our record-breaking April fundraising haul is yet another example of the outstanding leadership of Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel along with the overwhelming grassroots support for President Trump, and the winning results of a Republican-led agenda,” the organization said in a press release.

Yes Mr Tozer, you nailed it. It indeed has been the lamestream that started beating the war drums, and then told eveyone that the thumping was coming from the WH where Team Bolton had built a large bon fire in the middle of the Rose Garden, and, in full warpaint and feathers, were wailing and dancing around it deep into the night. Is it just me or does anyone think our current “Constitutional Crisis” fainting couch drama is just a bunch of Kavanaughesque grandstanding and blowing smoke up the public’s arse?

Scott O

BT - The Constitutional Crisis nonsense is just the latest spittle blowing by the left. All they have to do is utter the phrase over and over and the press just blasts it out as gospel. Notice there is never any attempt to explain just exactly what the point of order is with this so-called 'crises'.
The left is now in full blown 'big lie' mode. If you say it enough times, it becomes reality. When pressed, all adherents cave to the fact that they really have no idea of what the hell they're on to. They just point to the fact that a lot of others say the same thing, so it must be true.

The Sandbox started with “AG Barr has hired experienced and highly reputed special investigator John Durham to unscramble the shady doings of and subsequent BS spewing from former FBI director James Comey, and former CIA head John Brennan (you can throw in Clapper for good measure). The Dems are scared and furious, and desperately looking for ways to sink Durham.”

The NYT does not like William P. Barr. He’s a conspiracy theorist spreading his conspiracies.

“The story came with a picture of Trump and Barr side by side in front of the Capitol, to underline the alleged...collusion? The loaded photo caption: “William P. Barr, attorney general, has given the president’s allies ammunition to attack law enforcement and intelligence agencies.” Yes, all those anti-cop Trumpers...

Savage’s hit accused the attorney general of possibly “fueling conspiracy theories” right in the lead sentence.

Washington (CNN)Chinese-made drones may be sending sensitive flight data to their manufacturers in China, where it can be accessed by the government there, the US Department of Homeland Security warned in an alert issued Monday obtained by CNN.

The drones are a "potential risk to an organization's information," the alert from DHS's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency states. The products "contain components that can compromise your data and share your information on a server accessed beyond the company itself."

The report does not name any specific manufacturers, but nearly 80% of the drones used in the US and Canada come from DJI, which is headquartered in Shenzhen, China, according to one industry analysis. US local law enforcement organizations and infrastructure operators have grown to rely on drones in recent years.

"The United States government has strong concerns about any technology product that takes American data into the territory of an authoritarian state that permits its intelligence services to have unfettered access to that data or otherwise abuses that access," the alert says.

U.S. intelligence collected over the past month had indicated that Iran has been installing missiles on small vessels in the Gulf region. Tehran is relying on a large network of terror proxies and allies to attack not only commercial vessels in the region, but also U.S. military assets stationed there.

Iran has a long history of conducting terror attacks in this manner, fueling worry in the Trump administration that Tehran could carry out a large-scale attack via its terror networks. In just the past two years, Iran has been identified as being responsible for at least 143 attacks against shipping vessels in the Gulf, according to expert analyses of the ongoing tensions in the region.

Bill Tozer

Ah, just ban everything. We demand, we demand, we demand.

“Omar’s comment, calling the terrorist attack on 9/11 “when some people did something,” was called out as disrespectful and outrageously dismissive. But the Women’s March, and other liberal figures like Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, labelled those who criticized Omar as “dangerous.”

What kind of tweets do the Women’s March find offensive? Trump’s tweet to Iran, threatening retaliation, was determined by the experts at the Women’s March to be “threatening violence against an entire country.” The context, where an Iranian missile landed less than a mile away from the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, was, of course, completely ignored. (As was the whole, “Crush the Great Satan” thing Iran’s been repeating for decades.)

“Other Trump tweets, such as the one where he called Senator Kirsten Gillibrand out, and the video with Ilhan Omar’s comments about 9/11, were also highlighted by the March. “Tweets like these … clearly violate the company’s policy on hateful conduct,” tweeted the March. Other accusations from the March include, “sharing hateful imagery,” “making violent threats,” and “spreading fearmongering stereotypes about people of color.”

So who committed perjury?

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch has flatly accused former FBI Director James Comey of mischaracterizing her statements by claiming that Lynch privately told him to call the Hillary Clinton email probe a "matter" instead of an "investigation" -- a suggestion that she testified left her "quite surprised."

Lynch made the dramatic remarks, which marked the latest public dispute to break out among high-level ex-Obama administration officials, before the House Oversight Committee last December. A transcript of her testimony was released on Monday by House Judiciary Committee ranking member Doug Collins, R-Ga.

In a June 17 interview under oath with the House Intelligence Committee, Comey said Lynch had pressed him to downplay the significance of the Clinton email review. He said the moment led him to question her independence and contributed to his decision to unilaterally hold a press conference in July 2016 announcing the conclusions of the probe.

“The attorney general had directed me not to call it an investigation, but instead to call it a matter, which confused me and concerned me," Comey testified. “That was one of the bricks in the load that led me to conclude, ‘I have to step away from the department if we’re to close this case credibly.’”

Separation of Powers -

Attorney General William Barr said that his handling of the Mueller report and its aftermath is rooted in a desire to defend the power of the executive branch rather than personal support for President Trump.

"I felt the rules were being changed to hurt Trump, and I thought it was damaging for the presidency over the long haul," Barr told The Wall Street Journal in El Salvador in an interview published Monday, where he traveled last week to boost support for Trump's policies toward the violent street gang MS-13.

"At every grave juncture the presidency has done what it is supposed to do, which is to provide leadership and direction," Barr added. "If you destroy the presidency and make it an errand boy for Congress, we’re going to be a much weaker and more divided nation."

They worked exclusively for two groups of “customers,” officials said. The first was Obama and fewer than 14 senior officials in government. The second was a team of operations specialists at the CIA, NSA and FBI who took direction from the task force on where to aim their subsequent efforts to collect more intelligence on Russia.

The number of Obama administration officials who were allowed access to the Russia intelligence was also highly limited, The Post reported. At first only four senior officials were involved: Brennan, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Attorney General Loretta Lynch and then-FBI Director James Comey. Their aides were all barred from attending the initial meetings, The Post stated.

The newspaper continued :
Gradually, the circle widened to include Vice President Biden and others. Agendas sent to Cabinet secretaries — including John F. Kerry at the State Department and Ashton B. Carter at the Pentagon — arrived in envelopes that subordinates were not supposed to open. Sometimes the agendas were withheld until participants had taken their seats in the Situation Room.
Adding another layer of secrecy, the newspaper reported that when the closed Cabinet sessions on Russia began in the White House Situation Room in August, the video feed from the main room was cut off during the meetings.

The feed, which allows only for video and not audio, is usually kept on so that senior aides can see when a meeting takes place.

The paper reported:
The blacked-out screens were seen as an ominous sign among lower-level White House officials who were largely kept in the dark about the Russia deliberations even as they were tasked with generating options for retaliation against Moscow.

Michael Avenatti, the attorney who rocketed to fame through his representation of porn star Stormy Daniels in her battles with President Donald Trump, was charged Wednesday with ripping her off.

Federal prosecutors in New York City say Avenatti used a doctored document to divert about $300,000 that Daniels was supposed to get from a book deal, then used the money for personal and business expenses. Only half of that money was paid back, prosecutors said.
Daniels isn't named in the court filing, but the details of the case, including the date her book was released, make it clear that she is the client involved.

“The Democrats have painted themselves into a corner. They must put up or shut up, impeach or back down. The president has called their bluff and the game is about to end, either an embarrassing defeat for the Democrats or political annihilation. Pelosi is no galvanizing leader, but she is a cagey veteran. She has tried to warn her more-furious caucus members of what they are getting into but is obviously having trouble controlling her partisans. I assume contemplation of what awaits will induce the House Democrats to opt for a trip to the woodshed over the political gallows, but it would be impetuous to bet a five-cent cigar on their collective judgment. Their attempt at regicide has failed completely; it’s still a bit of a long shot, but they might just manage suicide, not from justified conscientious shame, but out of witless antagonism. One way or the other, the papier-mâché Damoclean sword of impeachment will disintegrate just as the prominent Democrats who grievously abused their offices in trying to destroy Trump get ready for their own trials. Both sides come to bat in this legal game, and the Democrats have struck out.”

Socialist dems in bed with those mutha mullahs -

The effort to push this narrative to the media has gained steam following a war of words between Trump and Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif, who is said to have been in contact with top Democrats in Congress and their allies in the Obama administration, sources said.
Just days after Zarif labeled Bolton and other top Trump national security officials as the "B Team," former top Obama aides Ben Rhodes and Colin Kahl repeated this rhetoric online in a series of postings bashing Trump. Rhodes and Kahl are most well known as the creators of a pro-Iran "echo chamber" that was used to mislead Congress and the American public about the terms of the landmark nuclear deal, which Trump abandoned last year.

The direct line between Tehran and top Democrats spilled further into public view last week when photographs from the cellphone of Sen. Dianne Feinstein's (D., Calif.), a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, showed that she had been in contact with Zarif, a primary architect of the nuclear accord. Photographs of Feinstein's phone showed a contact page with Zarif's information, prompting her office to rebuff requests for explanation.

The case comes as Huawei finds itself at the center of controversy in the U.S. The company, which makes computer networking equipment, is now subject to a “blacklisting” ban by the Trump administration, and faces criminal actions, including a federal trade secrets case in the state of Washington and allegations of fraud against its CFO, who is currently awaiting an extradition hearing in Vancouver.

CNEX has alleged that a Huawei deputy chairman, Eric Xu, directed an employee to pose as a potential customer and submit a report on his findings in order to obtain trade secrets for the company’s chip research and development department.

CNEX also claims Huawei had ties with China’s Xiamen University, and misappropriated trade secrets through that relationship.

Just talking to themselves and the hardest core socialist dems, an echo chamber if you will -

Compared to this same week last year, the fake news network (that regularly spreads conspiracy theories and encourages political violence against Trump and his supporters) lost an astonishing 43 percent of its prime time demo viewership and an even more humiliating 47 percent of its total day demo viewers.

More of the same. More murderers released on our streets. Poor unaccompanied minors. They are just children.

AOC on keeping us safe:

Michelle Malkin defending Ben Carson for putting Americans first. Good read. You go girl.

Finally, something uplifting.

“The Ayatollah has offered to make peace by bringing about the end of the world, slaughtering all the infidels, installing the Mahdi as president of every country, and did I mention slaughtering all the infidels? President Trump has made a counteroffer of kiss my ass and how about I bomb you back into the stone age which for you knuckleheads is only about twenty minutes ago. So negotiations are going well.

“Democrats have expressed concern that in taking a hostile tone Trump has abandoned the carefully constructed Obama Doctrine of dropping billions of dollars into Iran in the dead of night, lying about it, then letting Iran build nuclear weapons, then lying about that, until Iran becomes civilized and joins the community of nations in the role of the nation that destroys all the other nations in the hope of bringing about the end of the world.“

UK has their own fake news.

Several UK newspapers carried claims appearing to originate in a regional news website Wednesday that Brexit leader Nigel Farage had been trapped by milkshake-wielding assailants, but spokesmen for the party denied the incident took place.

A spokesman for the party told Breitbart London: “Nigel Farage arrived at Rochester to be greeted by 50-60 local supporters. Three anti-Brexit party activists turned up with milkshakes, they were laughed at and spoken to by the police and put their drinks down. Farage conducted a few interviews on the open-topped bus then came down to speak to supporters and local campaigners.”

And what OUR media thinks of the milkshake attacks.
"The journalists at CBS This Morning on Tuesday laughed at a new trend by militant leftists: Dumping milkshakes on politicians they don’t like. Co-host Tony Dokoupil began with a whimsical recounting: “In the latest of a series of attacks on right-wing politicians, Brexit Party Leader Nigel Farage was doused with a milkshake yesterday. That was actually salted caramel if anyone is wondering.” "

How fast the tune would change if it were Proggys getting douched with milkshakes... And a hate crime if Double chocolate were used.

IQ falling....within families.

“2018 study that came out of Norway showed that IQ is not just dropping across all of society uniformly or on average, it's dropping specifically within individual families. Over the course of generations within the same family, IQ is dropping. That takes out the possibility that it's just stupid people having more kids, and it takes out the possibility that you can blame immigrants from poor countries for the average intelligence going down.”

Other sources:
“Yet while such factors would have to be relevant, there’s more to it. After all, in the Norwegian study, “the researchers observed IQ drops occurring within actual families, between brothers and sons — meaning the effect likely isn’t due to shifting demographic factors as some have suggested, such as the dysgenic accumulation of disadvantageous genes across areas of society,” Science Alert also informs.

“Instead, it suggests changes in lifestyle could be what's behind these lower IQs, perhaps due to the way children are educated, the way they're brought up, and the things they spend time doing more and less (the types of play they engage in, whether they read books, and so on).”

“I As for the Norwegian study, its title states flatly, “Flynn effect and its reversal are both environmentally caused.” And Horowitz relates that one “leading explanation is that the rise of lower-skill service jobs has made work less intellectually demanding, leaving IQs to atrophy as people flex their brains less.”

He continues, “There are also other possibilities, largely untested, such as global warming making food less nutritious [sorry, but that’s dumb] or information-age devices sapping our ability to focus [that’s smart].”

Almost two-thirds of voters (64 percent) believe the FBI knew the Debunked Russia Dossier was fake prior to obtaining a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.

In worse news for the FBI, a plurality of voters (35 percent) believe “the FBI illegally spied on the Trump campaign,” while only 33 percent disagree. Thirty-two percent are not sure

Send them to Frisco to fit in nicely with the diseased streets. Conversely, it begs the question: if we do not let unvaccinated kids into our schools, why do we let them in our country?

“They’re one major incident away from a catastrophe — someone comes in with an active case of tuberculosis or something worse than that,” said Ronald Vitiello, who during the Trump administration served as acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and deputy commissioner of Customs and Border Protection.

“Some families and children arriving at the southern border after fleeing homes in El Salvador, Guatamala, Honduras, and elsewhere in hope of attaining asylum in the U.S. do not have legal documents showing who they are, much less vaccination or medical records. CBP has not shared what percentage of people have either types of documents.

“Many of those arriving in New Mexico in December were sick, including Jakelin Caal. The seven-year-old Guatemalan child died after passing through the station at the same time of the outbreak.”

Conversely, it begs the question: if we do not let unvaccinated kids into our schools, why do we let them in our country?

Seattle-based radio host Dori Monson provides more color

“Medina-Vasquez has been deported twice before, in 2007 and 2014. He was also arrested in 2017 for coming into the country illegally, but clearly he didn’t get sent back to Mexico. He was allowed back on the streets, where he was able to attempt a sexual assault against a 14-year-old girl. ...

“We have the most lax laws. We are attracting drug vagrants, and we are attracting illegal immigrants. We are seeing the ramifications of it on the streets with all of the women who are being sexually assaulted, from the woman at the Ballard car dealership to Kelly Herron at Golden Gardens, to this teenage girl in Burien.

“Washington is the best place to be if you’re an illegal immigrant. We’ve got sanctuary everything and a governor who tells you you’re a pillar of the community when you come into this country illegally and commit crimes. What a great place to come and abduct 14-year-old girls.”

Amidst our current ongoing crisis at the southern border, every town, it seems, is a border town.

Daily Quotes, a meme, and a response to Rep. Tim Ryan:

Horrifying thought: “It turns out that promoting the bogus gang-rape against Kavanaugh, amplified by cable news and Democrats, was probably the most ethical thing [Michael] Avenatti was doing in this period.” —Rich Lowry

Demented: “People keep dying, sir. So this is obviously more than a question of resources. Congress has been more than willing to provide the resources and to work with you to address the security and humanitarian concerns. But at this point, with five kids that have died, 5,000 separated from their families, I feel like and the evidence is really clear that this is intentional. It’s intentional. It’s a policy choice being made on purpose by this administration, and it’s cruel and inhumane.” —Rep. Lauren Underwood to acting DHS Secretary Kevin McAleenan on migrant children dying while in custody

Grand delusions: “The notion of identity politics has been peddled for the last 10 years, and it’s been used as a dog whistle to say that we shouldn’t pay too much attention to the new voices coming into progress. I would argue that identity politics is exactly who we are, and it’s exactly how we won.” —Stacey Abrams, who still hasn’t won Georgia’s gubernatorial election

Non compos mentis: “Sen. Cory Booker says he would create a ‘White House Office of Reproductive Freedom’ if he were elected president and promised a series of executive actions he’d take to protect abortion rights.” —Politico

And last… “This is your daily reminder Hillary Clinton deleted over 33,000 emails from a private server, as Secretary of State AFTER a congressional subpoena. And Nancy Pelosi has the nerve to accuse the President of a massive coverup.” —Charlie Kirk

Rep. Ryan, with all due respect, this is what is going on and neither CNN or MSNBC or Amy Goodman are covering it. VDH.

“So, how can we tell that the former accusers are now terrified of becoming the accused? Because suddenly the usual band of former Obama officials and Trump accusers have largely given up on their allegations that Trump was or is a Russian asset.

“Instead, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, and Rod Rosenstein are now beginning to accuse one another of wrongdoing.

“Even their progressive media handlers are starting to sense the desperation in their new yarns — and the possibility that these hired-gun analysts or guests were themselves guilty of crimes and were using their media platforms to fashion their own defense.

1) From Don’s 5/22 @7:41 pm concerning CNN’s ratings death spiral

“Every single big story of the last five or six years, MSNBC and CNN have botched with a firehose of misinformation and fake news. It has been one hoax after another, and their viewers, at least for now, are probably sick and tired of being strung along.

Just look at this list of establishment media hoaxes:

George Zimmerman: White Racist Killer
Hands Up, Don’t Shoot
Trump Can’t Win
Brett Kavanaugh: Serial Rapist
The KKKids from KKKovington High School
Trump Colluded with Russia”

Guess I should add Trump is covering up, covering up, covering up something.....
2) Gavin shits blame for CA homeless problem (and housing crunch) as a National Disgrace. Hmmm. Nothing to do with the cost of building a home in CA or NIMBY.

3) Yes, this happened in America.

“Ms. Cojab, who filed the Title VI complaint, told The Daily Wire via email: "According to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, schools are required to take immediate and effective action against student-on-student harassment, eliminate its occurrence, and address its effect on the affected community. NYU has done none of those things — instead, they decided to award the very organization that promotes discrimination and supports physical harassment. Jewish students are increasingly hesitant to openly display their identity, and as a graduating senior, I could not be more ashamed of my university."

“Now, instead of backtracking and attempting to make amends with its Jewish students, NYU has seemingly doubled down in its anti-Semitism. As Mikhael Smits of The Washington Free Beacon reports, NYU's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences's recent graduation speaker, Steven William Thrasher, managed to call President Donald Trump a "fascist," risibly lambast the Jewish state of Israel as an "apartheid" state, praise the socialist "Occupy Wall Street" movement, and endorse the facially anti-Semitic "Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions" movement (BDS) against Israel all in the same speech!”

A small episode that happened on my trip through deep Celtic lands.
I'm SURE it was just a fluke.

We were visiting one of the many stone Neolithic structures that are there. One off the beaten path. I take a look at the compass on my phone to see just what the alignment might be, and it's locked up. Hummm,,, never happened before. OK,,Just a glitch. I dig out the new GPS I got for the trip. WTF? It's frozen in time as well.
It was working just fine a hour before.
It took an hour or so after we left for both to get back to working order.
The Cell phone I can understand having issues out in the middle of nowhere. Bad coverage and all.. But a high end GPS unit?
That was working inside our airplane. But not within a stone age
henge, on a clear day.

I won't even try and speculate why those electronics crapped out for no reasonable reason. And haven't since.

The socialist paradise of lala land -

"I live in the great state of California, the utopia that is California, which is a nightmare," Pinsky said.

"I want to give you a prediction here. There will be a major infectious disease epidemic this summer in Los Angeles."
Pinsky described to Kilmeade what he believes to be the almost medieval conditions in the City of Angels and compared local politicians to Nero, the infamous Roman Emperor who allegedly fiddled while his nation burned.
"We have tens and tens of thousands of people living in tents. Horrible conditions. Sanitation. Rats have taken over the city. We're the only city in the country, Los Angeles, without a rodent control program. We have multiple rodent-borne, flea-borne illnesses, plague, typhus. We're gonna have louse-borne illness. If measles breaks into that population, we have tuberculosis exploding. Literally, our politicians are like Nero. It's worse than Nero," Pinsky said.

Don @ 10:07 pm. CA charter Schools.

Bernie’s implementation of a national wide ban on charter schools is problematic in the sense that charter school certifications are mostly done at the state level. Sure, charter school results have been a mixed bag since they debuted, but even in the best public school districts the waiting lists grows for charter schools. What is interesting to moi is until recently charter schools was a bipartisan issue. About half of the white Democrats supported school choice, higher among non-white Democrats, and at least half the R’s. Since the Resistance, only 27% of the white Democrats now support charter schools, while the non-white Democrats overwhelming support charter schools. Orange Man Bad, charter schools bad. :).

The bottom line is still the bottom line. The public education system exists to maintain the status quo of teachers, unions, and administrators while putting students and parents lower on the priority list. The curse of charter schools is they are generally non union, which is a big no-no. It’s no surprise that charter schools have their best results against public schools in districts with the worse public schools, i.e., inner city shithole schools. So much for the Lefty mantra of choice and defenders of the down trodden.

,,,po ol Trumpski and his lemmings are forced to make fake news videos,,,

AVMan should read the whole article before he posts a link to it. Almost everything you see on TV or the Internet is edited, Sparky. Pelosi says she has 3 points to make and holds up 2 fingers. That's not fake. She does stutter and stumble and lose track of her train of thought all the time. Fake edited news is what the left does. Example:
Bad Orange Man is still POTUS, dude - deal with it.
I'm waiting for the leftys to champion their picks for the next election - or do they just want to throw rocks?

So Joe was in on the spying of Trump...

He should have fun talking his way out of that on the "vote for me" trail. Just like taking his way out about his kid taking millions from the vary same Russians.

Hey Dougy... Pelosi? LOL!!! Cover up???? Funny,, she can't even say what he supposedly has covered up.
Is she believing she is back in Nixon time?

The Trump release of the info on Obama and his lemming traitors will hopefully put to rest the lefts denials. Regarding the meeting when Trump left Pelosi and Schumer , all reports were he was calm and restrained. Pelosi is projecting her own mentally ill problems like all lefty's do.

Bill Tozer

Oh my. Can you say “Irony Alert!”? Good, I knew you could.

The new fakenews drumbeat is that Trump is covering up the cover up by declassifying classified information, ROFLMAO. Unbelievable. Trump is hiding things by....wait for it.. releasing information. Sweet. Saul Alinsky is alive and well. How dare Trump make public classified documents!!!! People could get killed! Trump is weaponizing the Justice Department to use against political enemies! We demand the Mueller Report be released unredacted, but Trump releasing unredacted intel will get people killed! FBI agent’s will die. Oh my. Silly season continues it’s march into Leftinista insanity.

Hmmm. Well, we do have the Peter Strzok texts that say the “WH is running this” and “potus wants to know everything we are doing.” Impeach him or impeach somebody, anybody!

Rules for Radicals #7:
"A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Oh, nevermind. Saul was wrong on #7.

Coverup! Cover up of the cover up! It’s not the crime, it’s the coverup. Barr and Trump conspiring to obstruct the obstruction. Oh my.

“She (Speaker Pelosi), not the president, is “obstructing” an impeachment inquiry in the literal sense of not letting one go forward, despite many of her members wanting one and despite the Trump DOJ handing her a potential road map in the form of the 448-page report.

If this is a cover-up, it is the worst executed cover-up of all time.”

Click bait: Love the header and a fun read: “Impeachment is For Democrats What Heroin is For Addicts”

“Democrats nationwide desperately want to impeach—preferably President Trump, but impeaching anyone would also be good, although not as cathartic. Impeaching Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh would be wonderful. Impeaching Justice Clarence Thomas and Attorney General Bill Barr would also work. Impeaching Trump and Mike Pence in a single package would send Democrats into orbit.

Serious talk of impeaching Trump began seven months before his election—no, that’s not a typo. According to a Politico about Trump in April 2016: “‘Impeachment’ is already on the lips of pundits, newspaper editorials, constitutional scholars, and even a few members of Congress. From the right, Washington attorney Bruce Fein puts the odds at 50/50 that a President Trump commits impeachable offenses as president.”

Silly me. I did not think you could impeach a Republican President for the things the Democrats did.

Todd Juvinall

BillT you are so right. Trump releases everything and the left calls that a cover-up. That is truly a mental illness on the left's part.

"Trump is giving Barr a new tool in his investigation, empowering his attorney general to unilaterally unseal documents that the Justice Department has historically regarded as among its most highly secret. Warrants obtained from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, for instance, are not made public — not even to the person on whom the surveillance was authorized.

Trump explicitly delegated Barr with declassification power — noting it would not automatically extend to another attorney general — and only for use in the review of the Russia investigation. Before using the new authority, Barr should consult with intelligence officials “to the extent he deems it practicable,” Trump wrote in a memo formalizing the matter."

Yep, that is proof positive that Trump is covering up the coverup and Barr is obstructing the obstruction. :).

Quotes from this rather noteworthy time in space. Or is that noteworthy space in time? Anyway, quotes and maybe a meme or some filler.

Insight: “The more that is given, the less people will work for themselves, and the less they work, the more their poverty will increase.” —Leo Nikolaevich Tolstoi (1828-1910)

For the record: “The Democrats are a one-note samba. They have no positive agenda — nothing constructive in their arsenal. They have staked their entire political fortune on destroying, discrediting and removing Trump, and, having failed at every turn, they are in denial. They will not give up the ghost.” —David Limbaugh

The BIG Lie: “While Trump stonewalls the public from learning the truth about his obstruction of justice, Trump and Barr conspire to weaponize law enforcement and classified information against their political enemies. The coverup has entered a new and dangerous phase. This is un-American.” —House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff

Can’t imagine why: “I think I can say at this point that [Robert Mueller] wants to testify in private.” —House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler

Friendly fire: “I think the only reason not to act [on impeachment] is because of politics. Patriotism says act.” —Rep. Steve Cohen in a not-so-subtle jab at Nancy Pelosi

Non compos mentis: “[Michael Avenatti] showed a Trump-like mastery of the media last year. I think there’s been a lot of introspection in newsrooms about the reasons for that mastery.” —CNN’s Brian Stelter

And last… “Democrats only want access to classified documents when they hurt the President. They only want transparency as long as it doesn’t expose their lies. They don’t want what’s best for America. They only want what’s worst for Donald Trump.” —Charlie Kirk

Bonus: Hirono to Barr: 'You Lied to Congress ... You Lied ... You Should Resign!'

Bonus #2: Laverne Cox Commencement Speech: “Abortion Isn't Just A Woman's Right, It's A Trans Man's Right”.....
"Language that is appropriate and fully inclusive is a matter of life and death..."

Meme: Two can play the word game.
