Jig Wiggly

Sorry George. Your sense of "nuance" is a bit prickly.

There is ample evidence that the Russians attempted to interfere but no evidence that they did? Okay, that lets them off the hook. By your lights Mr. Cross is absolutely off his rocker for asserting that they interfered. Black and white. Again. Exhibit A.

"there is no evidence of Russia having interfered in the 2016 election (while there is ample evidence that they attempted interference in that and all previous elections)"

jiggs is going to the school of Emery? Bring up meaningless crap, since current events ain't working in Proggy favor either.

Another bottle of rancid Russian dressing jiggs? But keep wiggl'n.
But not a peep from you on Proggy interference in Israel's election.
The mark of a true Proggy.

George Rebane

Jig 246pm - "off the hook", "off his rocker", "Black and white" ... now that you've attempted to put words in my mouth that I never uttered, what is your point? (BTW, Jig's "2:15" refers to the time stamp of my comment in the 22jun19 Sandbox.)

George Rebane

Walt 259pm - The Left's entire vitriolic narrative against Trump would collapse if they ever acknowledged what everyone (save their compliant minions) knows - all nations with appropriate resources have always and still continue today to affect the elections and politics of other nations in ways that serve their national interests. To their double dummies, the Left's elites have successfully preached that only Russia attempted such "interference", and only with Trump's help. As we can all see, it worked.

Scott O

Jiggly - "There is ample evidence that the Russians attempted to interfere but no evidence that they did?"
An attempt is not the same as an accomplishment.
Without any action on the part of the Russian govt, Trump still wins. The documented actions of the Russians had no effect on our election of the Donald.
The left cannot wrap their pea brains around what is illegal and what is not.
Anyway, Obama was pres when all of this happened so it must be Obama that colluded with the Russians.
When will he be investigated?

Scott O

re Libra - Just what I want. A left wing private company that can monitor my spending and control it as well.
I'll pass, thank you.

Better late than never but its also time to close all the chi com propaganda offices so called institutes in our universities -

At first I was puzzled by this sudden rehashing of Trump colluding with the Russians out of the blue. Not just on this site. It’s like they all woke up and the popinjays started repeating the mantra that the only reason Trump won was directly due to Trump and Putin teaming up to steal the election from Hillary. It’s like the attack of the Zombies. Thus we find ourselves back to the ole Trump is a illegitimate President and the Russian Collusion Delusion Great Hoax.

Since such things do not happened in a vacuum and are always coordinated, I have to ask why now? It’s it Trump’s trip to the G-20? Is it a deflection from the horrible clown car Show &Tell Beauty Pageant we witnessed the last couple of evenings? Even Morning Joe hoped nobody watched the Dem Circus with the Beauty Contestants falling off the stage. Painful. It was a wish and prayer sent up by Morning Joe. One can always hope. Why now? It’s it the monthly cycle? Is it that wack job lady who accused Trump of rape among the lingerie boxes in the 90’s?

Ours is not to wonder why, ours is to do or die.

I would like to know the extent of the Russian influence on our elections, myself. A reasonable request. The Mueller Report said no American was involved. Ok. I cannot even tell you if the Russians hacked John Podesta’s computers. The HRC campaign refused the FBI access to their computers. Bummer. I suppose the FBI could have sought and obtained a warrant to access the server. But, noooo. Looks like that question will never be answered.

Yes, the Mueller Report was not complete, IMHO. The Report spent 8-9 pages on the Tower meeting with the Russian lawyer, leaving the impression the Russian lawyer was a no good rotten person. But, the Mueller Report omitted the fact that the no good horrible Russian lawyer was also a client of Fusion GPS and had previous friendly relations with the Clinton circle. Known to the Clintons, for sure.

Guess we will be rehashing the 2016 election again in the months to come. First the IG report. I do not expect a lot from Horowitz’s report because the IG has no prosecutorial powers, no subpoena powers, can only talk to current employees of the FBI/DOJ and cannot compel witnesses to testify. But, he can dig deep into the paper trail. Then, the John Durham Investigation into the Russian Hoax and it’s seed money and first green sprouts. The origins. Is Putin that smart to snooker our best and brightest? Or, is it something else? FB posts don’t seem to carry much sway, but what do I know.

Still, it’s odd that one day, for not particular reason, the recycled “Trump is an illegitimate President” coupled with the Orange Man Penis News is making the rounds again. Strike that. There is always a reason. I suppose it’s that time of the month when Aunt Flo is visiting.

The President has our military's backs in thought and deed -

An Iraq war veteran who was awarded the Medal of Honor by President Trump said Friday the experience was "unbelievable" and thanked the president for allowing him to include his team in the emotional ceremony.

Former U.S. Army Staff Sgt. David Bellavia is the first living Iraq war veteran to be given the prestigious honor after he saved his platoon during the Second Battle of Fallujah in 2004, considered the bloodiest conflict for United States troops since the Vietnam War.

During an appearance on "Fox & Friends" on Friday, Bellavia said it was "unbelievable" that he was given the Medal of Honor for his service.

"You feel awkward and uncomfortable," he said, in regard to having the spotlight on him for his military valor. "But my commander-in-chief allowed me to bring my soldiers on that stage and that meant so much to them.

"That has never happened before in the Medal of Honor Ceremony, it's about one person, and he allowed it to make it about the entire team," Bellavia continued.

Scott O @ 4:20 pm

The esteemed Roberta has the backup. Yes, Trump won, but it was due to the antiquated Electoral College....something that has been used since George Washington was elected. :). Maybe we should take another look at the antiquated First Amendment. Our Founding Father’s thought the press was pen and quill and pamphleteers.

Jig’s accusations are reminiscent of a post he shared from Vox yesterday.
The theory behind the post was Obama voters went for Trump because of racism, not kitchen table issues. I only skimmed the link, but the word “plausible” jumped off the page like 10 foot letters. PLAUSIBLE. Then, I read the concluding paragraph and the word PLAUSIBLE appeared again. Proof that Trump won because of racism! It’s plausible. I suppose if it is plausible, then we it’s definitive we are all racists. No other explanation needed. That means I am a racist. That means Trump is a racist. It’s all back and white.
Of course, it was framed as Trump hating on “Mexican immigrants, not illegal immigrants, not MS -13 gang members, but Mexican immigrants. Talk about a broadbrush. It’s plausible.

@ 5:08 pm. Medal of Honor

Bellavia's Silver Star citation, for heroism on Nov. 10, 2004, in Fallujah, Iraq, reads like the script of an action movie. An infantryman with Company A, Task Force 2-2, 1st Infantry Division, Bellavia was ordered with his platoon to clear a 12-building block in which "jihadists" were taking shelter in order to fire on American troops, according to the citation.

After clearing the first nine buildings and finding only weapons caches, Bellavia and four other soldiers entered the tenth and found themselves under fire from insurgents. As more soldiers rushed in to reinforce the five, the close-quarters combat became hot and intense, and troops began to go down with injuries due to small-arms fire and debris.

"At this point, Sergeant Bellavia, armed with an M249 SAW gun, entered the room where the insurgents were located and sprayed the room with gunfire, forcing the Jihadists to take cover and allowing the squad to move out into the street," the citation reads.

In the street, the soldiers came under fire from enemy fighters shooting from the building's roof. As they took cover in an adjacent building, Bellavia went back into the street to call in a Bradley fighting vehicle to shell the structures. He then went back into the first building to see whether any insurgents remained alive, according to the citation.

He would find himself one man pitted against a house full of armed enemy fighters.

"I wanted that revenge. I wanted to be that leader that I promised I would be," Bellavia later said about the fight, according to a 2016 Army release. "A light switch went off."

He first encountered an insurgent with a rocket-propelled grenade launcher and gunned him down.

"A second Jihadist began firing as the soldier ran toward the kitchen, and Bellavia fired back, wounding him in the shoulder," the citation reads. "A third Jihadist began yelling from the second floor. Sergeant Bellavia then entered the uncleared master bedroom and emptied gunfire into all the corners, at which point the wounded insurgent entered the room, yelling and firing his weapon. Sergeant Bellavia fired back, killing the man."

Bellavia continued fighting, killing the insurgent upstairs. Then, another insurgent jumped out of the wardrobe in the bedroom where he was hiding, and began "firing wildly around the room and knocking over the wardrobe."

The insurgent was shot and wounded by Bellavia, but got away. As Bellavia tried to pursue him into the second floor of the building, the soldier slipped on stairs slick with blood. Regaining his footing and climbing the stairs, he threw a fragmentary grenade into the upper room, flushing the insurgent onto the roof.

"Hearing two other insurgents screaming from the third story of the building, Sergeant Bellavia put a choke hold on the wounded insurgent to keep him from giving away their position," the citation reads. "The wounded Jihadist then bit Sergeant Bellavia on the arm and smacked him in the face with the butt of his AK-47. In the wild scuffle that followed, Sergeant Bellavia took out his knife and slit the Jihadist's throat."

He would continue to fight and fell insurgents until he was joined by five other members of the platoon, his citation states.

Bellavia left the Army in 2005 after six years of service and would go on to co-found the political advocacy organization Vets for Freedom. He documented his military experiences in "House to House: An Epic Memoir of War," co-written with......

Dragged into the Cashless Future

In a white paper released today, the IMF and the World Bank said that several central banks are also in the game — they are on the verge of launching digital currencies like Bitcoin. They include the central banks of Sweden, the Bahamas, and the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union. European Central Bank officials have also thrown their support behind the issuance of a digital currency.

"We are going through a digital transformation in banking. It is accelerating due to these new technologies," Tobias Adrian, director of the IMF's Monetary and Capital Markets Department, tells Axios.

The shift is potentially "transformative" if it brings people currently outside the banking system — women, the urban poor and migrants — into contact with payments and credit, the white paper said.
In terms of the central banks contemplating digital currencies, Adrian said, "Whether they are going ahead with them, we don't know. But many are exploring it."
The bottom line: "I think that developed economies are on track to move beyond cash and cards," said Itay Goldstein, a professor at UPenn. "But it will take more time than in many developing economies."

"The current established infrastructure in developed economies is so strongly rooted that it is an impediment to fundamental changes," Goldstein said. "But better technology will eventually win, I believe. It will just take more time."

If every transaction is digital someone can track it, good guys or bad guys, both in and out of Gov. It will become a government mandate if the Libs win the White House, think of all the instant tax collection that can be build in to the algos.

"You have to admire Google’s sheer brazenness before the Senate.
Just a day after more leaked documents — as well as undercover footage of a top company executive — exposed Google’s determination to never let an election result like 2016 happen again, Google’s representatives told a Senate hearing that the company considers itself a “neutral public forum.”

The company has said similar things before — one of its favorite lines is that it doesn’t let political bias affect its products."

NOPE!! No political bias what so ever.
Still counting lies there Emery?

George Rebane

Now we have been presented with the full weight of Mr Wiggly's substantial evidence (545pm) of Russian interference and Trump's illegitimacy. It is abundantly clear to at least half the country that Wiggly's ilk has no clue about what constitutes evidence or even a substantive rebuttal. And having no clue is what keeps them posting these kinds of comments and ripostes. Having a clue would have given rise to at least a smidgen of shame/embarrassment for such a public comment, even if it were done by a sackhead. And we have to understand that this man represents the best that the Left can offer in these dialogues - there are millions more like him. Do we all really belong within the same borders?

Re: There is no crisis at the border.

Ok, this is where Roberta & Co got the idea that there is no crisis at the border. It’s all a manufactured “crisis” by Trump to influence the 2018 election. Trump is a liar. It’s fakenews. Fact checkers say so! Don’t read conservative outlets. Trump made it up.

Guess I can cut Roberta & Co some slack. 90% of those who read what Roberta reads (the Enemy of the People) agree. Who can argue with that?
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called the situation “a fake crisis at the border.”

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer called it “a crisis that does not exist.”

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said, “There is no crisis at the border.”

House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries said, “There is no crisis at the border.”

House Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Eliot Engel called the situation “a fake crisis at the border.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler said, “There is no crisis at the border.”

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, former chair of the Democratic National Committee, said, “We don’t have a border crisis.”

Rep. Lloyd Doggett called the situation “a phony border crisis.”

Rep. Earl Blumenauer called it “a fake crisis at the border.”

Rep. Sanford Bishop called it “a crisis that does not exist.”

Reps. Jesus Garcia, Jose Serrano, Suzanne Bonamici, Donald Beyer, Pramila Jayapal and Adriano Espaillat called it a “nonexistent border crisis.”

Former congressman and current California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said, “There is no border crisis.”

All are in public office and all have a say in determining policy. In the media, NeverTrump Republicans, former Republicans and other commentators have joined in.

Former Rep. Joe Scarborough, now with MSNBC, called the situation “an imaginary border crisis.”

Former Bush White House official Nicolle Wallace, also with MSNBC, said, “There’s not a crisis.”

Former Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol called the situation “a fake crisis.”

GOP strategist Rick Wilson said, “There is no crisis on the border.”

Former conservative talk radio host Charlie Sykes said, “There is no crisis at the border.”

The Washington Post’s Max Boot called the situation a “faux crisis.”

The Post’s Jennifer Rubin said, “There is no crisis at the southern border.”

The Post’s editorial board called it a “make-believe crisis.”

And finally, lest anyone ignore the late-night Resistance, comedian Jimmy Kimmel called the situation “a fake border crisis.”

There is plenty more where that came from. Meanwhile, us Deplorables think there is a crisis at the border. We be dummies.

"Eat it" and choke on it.
The musical stylings of Weird Al Yankovic rarely offer clarity about the state of legislation in Congress.

But Weird Al’s 1984 hit “Eat it” (a parody on Michael Jackson’s “Beat It”) was inadvertently invoked this past week to crystallize the conundrum facing House Democrats after the Senate approved a crucial border spending bill 84-8.

House liberals were either going to hold out against the Senate measure in favor of their own – or accept the Senate bill.

Amid these deliberations, former Senate Republican Leader Trent Lott, a veteran of such impasses, ambled by the Speaker’s Office late Wednesday afternoon as a coterie of reporters stood watch in the hallway. Lott advised that if he were still running the Senate – where the overwhelming 84-8 vote spoke volumes – there would be only one clear path.

“I’d say ‘Eat it, House,’” Lott said with a laugh.

It’s exactly what they did.

But not without a fiery fight first within the House Democratic Caucus – and one that threatens to keep burning for weeks and months to come.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi faced a huge challenge as she sought to both assuage the concerns from her left flank and engineer a bill that could actually pass.

Border Patrol gives tour of Texas detention facility holding over 100 childrenVideo
The House had approved its own version of the border legislation Tuesday night, 230-195. But the Senate devised a different, more bipartisan piece of legislation. Not as many controls and consequences for those charged with caring for children. Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Richard Shelby, R-Ala., wrote the measure alongside Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., the top Democrat on the panel. The committee approved the bill 30-1. The Senate then followed suit with a staggering roll call tally of 84-8.

Circling the barn, again. One mo’ time on on schools, crime, and skewing the data.

“According to the mayor and school officials, police have historically issued too many citations to Hispanic and black children for crimes they’ve committed.”

-Hmm, too many citations issued for crimes they have committed. Let that sink in. Let’s continue, shall we?

I have mixed feelings — my first reaction is obviously it’s great, because it reduces the school-to-prison pipeline,” a Progress High School employee in Brooklyn told the New York Post.” On the other side, I feel like it’s a way of manipulating data.”

“If you look at the infraction, the things [students] would get suspended for in the past are now being issued warning cards — and so it skews your data,” the educator explained.

“If I’m a new principal and you leave it up to my judgement, am I going to be inclined to give that student a suspension and raise my numbers — or am I going to be inclined to make it a mandatory guidance conference?” the employee asked. “You now give me, an administrator, the ability of continuing to low-ball my numbers by leaving it up to me.”

On a related topic,Walter E. Williams looks at the elephant in the living room and asks what has changed in Black Culture?

Dr. Thomas Sowell provides some interesting statistics about Stuyvesant High School in his book "Wealth, Poverty and Politics." He reports that, "In 1938, the proportion of blacks attending Stuyvesant High School, a specialized school, was almost as high as the proportion of blacks in the population of New York City." Since then, it has spiraled downward. In 1979, blacks were 12.9% of students at Stuyvesant, falling to 4.8% in 1995. By 2012, The New York Times reported that blacks were 1.2% of the student body.

What explains the decline?

None of the usual explanations for racial disparities make sense. In other words, would one want to argue that there was less racial discrimination in 1938? Or, argue that in 1938 the "legacy of slavery" had not taken effect whereby now it is in full bloom?

Genetic or environmental arguments cannot explain why blacks of an earlier generation were able to meet the demanding mental test standards to get into an elite high school. Socioeconomic conditions for blacks have improved dramatically since 1938. The only other plausible reason for the decline in academic achievement is that there has been a change in black culture. It doesn't take much to reach this conclusion. Simply look at school behavior today versus yesteryear.

George Rebane

BillT 934am - The answer, of course, has been and is purposeful leftwing education to create and maintain the plantation culture. This survey from GLADD appears at first glance to be counterintuitive. With the young people embracing the notion of socialism (or socialistic ideas if you prefer) and with the emphasis on spending a whole month celebrating and learning about the LBGTQAA1 during Pride Month and not just Pride Month, but year round.....with all the education doing on in schools K-Advanced Degrees , with all the protections in the workplace, with all the Federal and State laws governing the private and public sector, with milestones of acceptance and normalization of the gay community in our society, with all the changing attitudes across the fruited plains......well, it just don’t make sense.

Aha! Maybe our young people are gravitating towards Che Communism. They do say Socialism is just a rest stop on the road to Communism.

“The only age group to post a decline this year was young Americans ages 18-34. The number of non-LGBTQ U.S. adults ages 18-34 who reported being ‘very’ or ‘somewhat’ comfortable across all seven situations dropped from 53% to 45%. This reflects a continued erosion in comfort among this age group over the past two years. This year, the significant erosion is being driven by females ages 18-34, where comfort levels fell from 64% last year to 52% this year

Sure, some of the gas money will go to roads and bridges....and the Brown Streak, and homes for the homeless, and to cover the Carbon Tax shortfall and, if needed, some greenies get put in the general fund to be siphoned off to pay salaries and unfunded liabilities like retirees’s health care and the State’s share of Cal-Pers.
The gas taxes at the pump always go to the roads, roflmao. They can’t even build a low carbon grid to power the Brown Streak, fix all the crumbling bridges, or expand freeways to six lanes where needed. Ain’t going to happen. Will gas up tomorrow.
Walt, the boys have returned in Oregon. Bad Republicans, bad. It’s horrible what they done, I tell ya. Now, if they can believe the Lefty Gov’s promises and actually trust her....let’s hope. Her name is Brown. Go figure. We will know soon enough. Trust issues are always a sticky thang....especially in politics. @ 501pm

Democrat infighting is the least of their problems. Waxing nostalgic for busing, my Democrat friends? How many genders are there, my Democrat friends? Let’s talk about reparations, open borders, free Medicaid for All, the Mean Green Econmy Chomping Machine and socialism, my dear Democrat friends. Defend it! I am all ear, lol.

“ I ought to explain what the “Freeport question” refers to, for people who have forgotten (or never properly learned) their 19th century U.S. history. This is the question Lincoln posed to Sen. Stephen Douglas in their debate at Freeport, Illinois, in 1858: “Can the people of a Territory in any lawful way, against the wishes of any citizen of the United States, exclude slavery from their limits prior to the formation of a State constitution?”

“Douglas answered “Yes,” and thereby split the Democratic Party in half in 1860, thus assuring Lincoln’s election. Southern Democrats were insisting on a federal “slave code” that would allow them to take their slaves into any territory as a matter of fundamental right. When Douglas, the front runner, refused to modify his position, the Democratic Convention in Charleston broke up, and Democrats ended up with two candidates for president that year, like the Republicans in 1912.

“Hence, the idea that two “Freeport questions” could shatter Democrats next year, and run as follows: “How many genders are there?”, and “Sen. Harris—do you think we should bring back busing to achieve more racial integration?”

Let’s look at busing, shall we? It a sure fire winning issue for Team Clown Car.

.But that isn’t what strikes me most forcibly about this story. A Democratic presidential contender lied about her background for political gain? The horror! Or, rather, take a number. At least Harris hasn’t claimed to be a member of an Indian tribe.

What I think is most remarkable about this story is that the Democrats are now nostalgic for busing! Joe Biden is a villain because he opposed it decades ago, while Harris is a heroine…or a martyr…or something, because she participated in it.

“But here’s the thing: in the 1970s, everyone opposed busing to achieve racial balance in public schools. Federal courts in urban areas around the country had ordered children to be bused from their homes to faraway schools to achieve a numerical, bean-counting ethnic balance in public schools. The result was a disaster: neighborhood schools were destroyed, student achievement declined, violence erupted, civil disobedience by parents of all races ensued. Finally, as I recall, the U.S. Supreme Court issued an order: No more busing!”

Yep, a little tift between Chuckie and Namcy is the least of their problems.

What's next euthanasia for the disabled and old to make room? -

In 2016, less than a year after the height of the migrant crisis, Swedish authorities attempted to ask wealthy homeowners to give up their country homes to help house new arrivals. In November of the same year, 16 disability associations were evicted to make way for migrants.

Oh Todd, it’s not socialism. It’s called socialistic ideas. Where have you been? :)
@ 6:18 pm
Yep, them logging trucks are the common man ‘s version of yellow vests. Can’t find it , but I saw a poster that had a pic with Governor Brown on it with her in the toilet with the caption, “If it’s Brown , flush it around and around and down.” Hey, they ripped off CA’s water conservation slogan. Also saw a petition to flush Brown down that gathered 35,000 signatures in a very short period of time. Got the Deplorables all riled up and I bet the phones were burning up in Salem.
Now they say they do not have the votes anyway, roflmao. Well, not now after that. And not a punch was thrown. We be the peaceful ones. Rumor has it that one renegade Republican was hiding out in the State of Jefferson. :)

And that means big money jobs for Americans in America and energy security for our allies! SWEET!

Bloomberg) -- U.S. crude output soared to new heights in April, highlighting OPEC’s dilemma just days before the producer group meets amid growing geopolitical threats.
A government report on Friday showed U.S. production grew 2.1% in April to 12.16 million barrels a day. Booming shale production from places like the Permian basin of West Texas have enabled U.S. oil output to overtake Saudi Arabia and Russia.

Looks like Justin has no friends. And the Leftinistas worry about the USA under Trump losing respect in the world? Try being a lib seated between Xi (whom you have issues with) and the new strongman of Brazil. Awkward. Can’t even hide behind Angie. Kinda cruel. Between a rock and a hard place is no fun.

There you shall find that which you seek.

Speaking of "rump denied" judging by your lame posts,, you have been getting denied plenty.

Todd Juvinall

Trump has the critics in a twitter with his trip to cross the DMZ. He is a salesman and a showman and is the best man to solve these issues in my view. He is trying to personalize with other leaders and that makes a difference in future decisions. I experienced that when I was first elected in 1984. The bureaucrats wanted to be my pal because they thought I would hesitate to fire them. Well I did not fall for it. But Trump knows how to make that technique work with ego-driven foreign leaders. The press doesn't get it at all.

Now we see some lesbian babe on the women's soccer team is trashing Trump while representing America overseas. She is a disgrace and should be booted off the team and sent packing. Of course, Trump fires ack at her. She is an ingrate and Kaepernick fan and should never have been on the in the first place.

And last, the media try to make Trump's quip about telling Putin to stop meddling into something it is not. Obama said the same thing and the media loved it because they kissed Obama's ass in love. Trump makes the media look so bad as they have no sense of humor and are all haters.

Yes the LIBS are pissed that Trump is dealing with the fat kid.
"From former Vice President Joe Biden to former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Julian Castro, the Democratic hopefuls derided Trump’s third meeting with North Korean strongman Kim Jong Un – accusing the president of everything from “coddling” dictators to posing for a photo opportunity.

“President Trump’s coddling of dictators at the expense of American national security and interests is one of the most dangerous ways that he’s diminishing us on the world stage and subverting our values as a nation,” Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said."

Yes Proggys,, we know how you deal with them.
YOU pay them off to stay quiet and behave.

“....... and a coddler of murderers, dictators and tyrants.”
Well, you got to hand it to Steve for rising early, reading his sources, and gathering up his marching orders. The early bird that catches the worm. Coddler.

Bill Tozer

Aha. Mystery solved! I recently posted here that I could not figure why the Democrat Party hated Tulsi so much. She aligns with Bernie on social issues. I think I found out the reason why the Dems hate her and have been out to destroy her: she bucks the illiberal neo-cons and the Establishment. The War Mongers and haters really hate her. Another reason is she does not consider herself a victim and does not buy into the Politics of Grievances. She does not project TDS like she should...er...like the other unglued wackjobs. She be a coddler. Coddler!!

“It’s nothing new for NBC News, however, which on the day of her formal announcement speech in February published a pathetic hit piece claiming that Gabbard was supported by the nefarious Russian “botnet,” using analysis derived from the discredited “cybersecurity firm” New Knowledge. The article was confabulated nonsense and said more about the editors and reporters who produced it than Gabbard, who obviously bears no responsibility for what unknown foreign trolls may do online.

“If any individual Russians do in fact support Gabbard, it’s likely because she’s the only Democratic candidate who has challenged the prevailing Trump/Russia narrative, and does not favor launching into a dangerous Cold War posture over some Facebook memes. Unlike Bill de Blasio, who proclaimed last night that Russia constitutes the biggest threat to the United States, Gabbard views that threat instead to be the specter of nuclear war, which has increased as a result of the insane domestic political climate generated by years of Russia-related hysteria.

“This view puts her at odds with much of the establishment liberal media, which has repeatedly attempted to cast her as a Russian stooge, a dictator-loving sycophant, and a brainwashed cult member, among other groundless charges. (De Blasio told me last weekend that he “a hundred percent” believes Trump committed treason, which is exactly the kind of inflammatory rhetoric that has made nuclear confrontation between the United States and Russia more likely.)

“Another popular accusation is that Gabbard is some kind of stealth right-winger, owing to the favorable reception she often generates among conservatives on social media. She does attract some idiosyncratic right-wing supporters, but that’s not because she holds any recognizably “right-wing” views. It’s mostly because she is temperamentally the antithesis to “Resistance” left-liberalism, which tends to be overly screechy, performative, and fixated on superficial Trump-related grievances.”

Makes sense to me. Yeah, 15 years ago she was against same sex marriage, but dropped that stance....a full 7-9 years ahead of Obama. Guess that makes Obama a homophobe....a homophobe who picked a racist as VP to be at his side for 8 years. :)

She’s a Coddler!

RockH 108pm - Please explain why progressives consider such attacks heroic.

Good job rockhead, violence against the Right is just fine. Thanks for clarifying that. Don't expect any tears when some LIBshit ANTIFA winds up in the news dead in the street.

Speaking of PROGGY violence.

Just more proof of the LIB "tolerance" we keep hearing about.. Right Rocky?

Rock Hunter

Who said anything about progressives? When you are confronted by skin head neocons marching at you under the banner of a swastika, sometimes a proactive approach is required. The best defense is a strong offense.

Todd Juvinall

Rockheads comprehension is about a three-year-old.

Rock Hunter

Your writing ability is that of a three year old. And I'm being generous.

No sale Rock head. anything Fascist belongs to LIBs. Justk like trying to rebrand the Klan as a Repub group, when they were born and bred. Democrat. ANY "white supremacist" belongs in the Proggy camp.
You own'm bub.....

Here is another swift kick to the minuscule nuts of the LIBS.
When one of their own speaks the truth.

Rock Hunter

How many black Republicans are on the Congressional Black Congress? How many black Republican presidents have we had? How many blacks are on Trump's cabinet? And on and on. Tell me y'all are not white spremacists.

That's all you got? Try harder. Any Republican leaning man or woman of color is ridiculed by the LIBS. You guys don't let the people of color stray off your plantation.
Yup You guys sure gave Herman Cain the respect he deserves. Plenty of attacks calling him an "Uncle Tom". Same for Ben Carson.
And Diamond a Silk get banned from Youtube? Nope, you guys can't have none of that! (only enough outage got them back on)

As for your boy "O",, Yup the first affirmative action President.
He ONLY got there because of the color of his skin, and not his abilities(a lack there of) to actually do the job.
Yup,, Voting "present" all the time was a mark of Presidential material.

Bill Tozer

I see rock is off his rocker. He keeps throwing those road apples and missing by twenty feet. Wait, let me go measure. Ok, I stand corrected. He missed by 23 feet. I wonder how many Nazis were on the streets when Occupy Oakland went on the rampage destroying businesses, cars, and even a rehab meeting room at City Hall..not to mention hospitalizing innocent bystanders. Or, destroying a bakery shop during OWS (NY) because the sympathetic owner told the group she can not longer afford to daily give them free pastries.

We all know that self defense is justified when there is a threat to one’s person or property. Defense is the operative word. With that said.....the Leftinistas will always find an excuse to exercise violence against those who they disagree with...even if they unarmed women exercising their freedom of speech or assembly and posing no physical threat. But the kicker is they always say they do not condone violence before committing acts of violence, roflmao. Unbelievable. They can justify anything and rationalize it away.
“Stephanie Wilkinson penned an op-ed in The Washington Post Saturday claiming, at first, that “no one in the [restaurant[ industry condones the physical assault of a patron," but goes on to warn that Trump administration officials and others associated with President Donald Trump's policies should know that assault and battery is a definite possibility every time they choose to patronize an unfamiliar establishment.....

“Wilkinson, in her op-ed, said that while assault is never acceptable, the "rules are changing," and customers expect the institutions they patronize to ascribe to a code of "ethics": "

“That "culture of ethics" apparently includes giving employees free reign to express their political ideologies while clocked into their day jobs, even if that "expression" is actually "assault and battery."

George Rebane

RockH 208pm - Isn't that more than a bit of a cop out? First, skinheads have nothing to do with America's conservatives and/or libertarians, save the progressives' gratuitous assignment of them into that ideological segment for their own devious purposes. Second, fascists are first and foremost also collectivists who seek a big controlling government to impose their social order - again nothing to do with the governance desiderata of conservatives/libertarians.

Finally, the American Left has a long and ongoing history of launching egregious attacks against people of the Right who are in no way connected with the fascists. These attacks, verbal and physical, continue unceasingly in the media, in institutions, on the streets, in government, in retail establishments, ...; how are any of these actions "heroic" according to your lights?

George Rebane

BillT 307pm - Mr Tozer, should we then begin to label resturants and other retail outlets according to the political spectrum of the customers they will accept - perhaps some series of logos or color coding of entrances. If the Left considers physical assaults by their minions to be justified acts of conscience, should the so assaulted then be able to defend and counter in a similar manner? What kind of a society are these leftwing revolutionaries attempting to put in place through extra-legal force ("heroic acts") at the grassroots level?

Rock Hunter

Next we're going to learn on the Rebane Show that the ultraconservative, neo-nazi, white supremacist White Aryan Resistance, Blood and Honor and Hammerskins are actually progressives. And that Walt and Todd are actually Tibetan Buddhist monks.

Bill Tozer

It is a good time to remind everybody, including Mr. Crabb, that it takes zero courage to be against Hitler. It takes no courage to be against Nazis. Everybody is against Nazis, so much so we sent a million boys over to Europe to destroy Nazis and try to put a bullet in Hilter’s head.

Perhaps some boast they stand against Nazis or White Supremists as a way of virture signaling how righteous they are and to claim moral superiority. I find it odd that the same folks who pontificate their justifiable anger against racism are the same folks who remain silent against Black Supremists, Black Nationalists, La Raza, and anti-semites. For example, after attacking Joe Biden as a racist for working with Dixiecrats Democrats years ago, Senator Booker announced his desire to meet with Louis Farrakhan. See, that took no courage. Everybody is against Dixiecrats, but it would have taken courage to stand against Minister Farrakhan.
