The socialist dems red guard at work! -

In exclusive footage captured by Breitbart News, protesters with Never Again Action, Miramar Circle of Protection Friends of Miami-Dade Detainees, Food Not Bombs Fort Lauderdale, Students Working for Equal Rights, and the Black Lives Matter Alliance of Broward County shouted threats at workers and former employees of the GEO Group, a private contractor used by ICE for facility and detention space.

One protester specifically threatened GEO Group’s former general counsel John Bulfin, shouting the locations and addresses of where his children live in the United States.

“We know where all your children live throughout the country … John Bulfin you have kids in [bleeped out], you have kids in [bleeped out],” the protester shouted. “We know everything about you and you won’t just be seeing us here.”

“We know where you sleep at night,” another protester shouted. “We know what kind of dog food you buy your dogs.”

“We’re not actually joking,” the protester said before shouting the location of where Bulfin lives. “John Bulfin you go to [bleeped out], you go to church on [bleeped out], you live on [bleeped out the] road. We are not joking.”

The threats came just a day before gunmen allegedly fired shots into local ICE offices and GEO Group offices in San Antonio, Texas in what the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is describing as a “targeted attack.”

Bill Tozer

Of course Chuckie the Clown would ask that. That’s what makes him a clown.

Why are all the Dem men such pansy ass dime store Cowboys? Well, at least one likes dogs, but he tricked his wife into eating baby poop...

“If we can’t trust him to work a grill, how are we supposed to trust him to be president?”

Hear the news? Your Proggy friends shot up the ICE office down at the border. Now how did that Progressive get a gun?

This threat should end well,,,,
"Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) filed an amicus brief (“friend of the court” legal brief) at the Supreme Court on Monday, joined by follow leftwing partisan Sens. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Mazie Hirono (D-HI), Richard Durbin (D-IL), and presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), demanding that the Supreme Court back out of a case over one of the most restrictive gun control laws in America.

"These leading Democrats also warned that if the justices proceed to issue a pro-Second Amendment ruling, and if Democrats win the White House and the Senate in 2020, then they will fundamentally remake the High Court."

Well we really don't have to worry about Proggys taking the W.H....... This time.

SCOTUS doesn't take threats very well. They tend to backfire.
"Oh really? well watch THIS!"

Bill Tozer

@6:09 pm

It’s called, “Do Something!” They sent a nasty-gram to a separate branch of government. They did something.

I love how this coal miner thinks.
A post from this story. This should piss off the Proggys but good.

Be gentle with Senator Schumer…..he suffers from Man Boobs….or Moobs! An unpleasant condition suffered by many progressive males.

Anyone we know?
4:42 p.m. — A woman from Highway 49 and Newtown Road reported she passed a man on a bicycle who screamed he was going to kill her for being a war criminal, because she drives a gasoline-fueled vehicle.
Can Dougy still get on a bike?

That's right, Try and blame the one who FOUND the gun.
Not the Chief O police that left it behind.
"The San Luis Obispo Police Department is asking the District Attorney’s Office to file felony charges against a Los Osos man who picked up the chief’s gun after it was left behind in an El Pollo Loco bathroom last month."

"District Attorney Dan Dow confirmed Tuesday that the Police Department completed its investigation into 30-year-old Skeeter Mangan’s taking of Chief Deanna Cantrell’s handgun July 10 and forwarded its findings to the DA’s Office.

Dow said the Police Department is requesting that his office file charges of grand theft of a firearm, possessing a loaded firearm in a public place, and burglary, each of which can be charged as felonies."

The chief should have lost her JOB!!!

She's the one who was negligent.

Bill Tozer

Well I’ll be a son of a gun.
Yo Todd, tell Senum her wishes are coming true. Trump don’t want to drop Epstein, Barr does not want to drop Epstein, and a whole bunch of people like me don’t want to drop Epstein. Game on.

“I know he was on his plane 27 times, and he said he was on the plane four times,” Trump said. “But when they checked the plane logs, Bill Clinton — who was a very good friend of Epstein — he was on the plane about 27 or 28 times. So why did he say four times?” Donald Trump, today to press.

The first one nabbed under the new Red Flag laws

“Would Chris Cuomo be given a Red Flag for his recent rant? Filthy language and a total loss of control. He shouldn’t be allowed to have any weapon. He’s nuts!” Trump said.
He later dismissed concerns raised by a reporter who asked whether his flippant endorsement of applying such a law — which is aimed at keeping guns out of dangerous hands — undermined its political fate.

“I think Chris Cuomo was so out of control that I would not have wanted to see a weapon in his hands,” Trump responded. “I guess his fist is not a weapon or he would have done something. You know, he talked about it, but he didn't do anything.”

Not gonna get played that way! -

A D.C. federal judge on Wednesday shot down an attempt by House Judiciary Committee Democrats to link their subpoena for former White House counsel Don McGahn to a separate request for secret grand jury information from the Russia investigation after the Justice Department accused them of trying to "game the system."

Normally cases are assigned to judges randomly, which the DOJ said is meant to keep parties from “attempting to game the system” by “shopping” for a judge they like. But in a Tuesday court filing, the department alleged the Democrat-controlled committee was trying to do exactly that by exploiting an exception that allows “related” cases to be heard by the same judge. In this case, the DOJ said the panel improperly sought to connect the McGahn case to the grand jury case simply because they're both part of their investigation of President Trump.

You tell em General -

After praising the bravery of officers, Barr went on to say public figures in the media and elsewhere should "underscore the need to 'comply first, and, if warranted, complain later.'"

"And those who resist must be prosecuted for that crime," Barr added. "We must have zero tolerance for resisting police. This will save lives."

During his speech Monday, Barr singled out local prosecutors for being soft on crime and accused them of making police officers' jobs more difficult.

"There is another development that is demoralizing to law enforcement and dangerous to public safety," he said. "That is the emergence in some of our large cities of district attorneys that style themselves as 'social justice' reformers, who spend their time undercutting the police, letting criminals off the hook, and refusing to enforce the law."

Barr went on to praise the law-enforcement efforts made under the administrations of former Presidents Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush, but criticized Barack Obama, before going on to lavish praise on Trump.

Well it looks like more confirmation of the conspiracy to overturn an election -

Cambridge professor and reported FBI informant Stefan Halper, who is being sued by a Russian-born academic for allegedly smearing her and former national security adviser Michael Flynn as part of a government conspiracy to bring down the Trump administration, declared in a recent court filing that he is entitled to legal immunity ordinarily afforded to federal agents – even if the lawsuit's allegations are true.

According to Lokhova, Halper worked to spread false stories that she had an affair with Flynn on the orders of Russian intelligence services.

Halper's filing noted that he was alleged to have been paid "in amounts exceeding $500,000" for his counterintelligence efforts.

Speaking of rancid Russian dressing the net widens -

Victoria Nuland, a former Hillary Clinton associate who served as a senior official in John Kerry’s State Department, was in communication with Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson, according to a newly released FBI document.

The controversial Fusion GPS opposition research firm infamously produced the Christopher Steele dossier alleging now debunked Russian collision charges and was paid for its anti-Trump work by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee.
Any connection between Nuland and Fusion GPS would raise further questions about the role of the Obama-era State Department in fueling the Russia collision conspiracy, especially with regard to facilitating Steele’s unsubstantiated claims.

Bill Tozer

The Rot at the NYT continued. More on the “f—king headline mess.”

“Facts can take you to scary places, so better to make it clear that the agenda mandates Trump hate, from first page to last. No exceptions tolerated.”

“But this was not enough for many left-wingers, some of them inside the Times. A Twitter storm erupted, complete with calls for subscription cancellations, and presto — the headline was rewritten for the next edition.

“The replacement, “Assailing Hate but not Guns,” at least had the virtue of criticizing Trump on one of the paper’s “mission” issues.

“The episode continues to reverberate a week later largely because so many of the paper’s readers and employees continue to complain. This strikes me as bizarre and reveals that Baquet created a monster when he unleashed the paper’s partisans during the 2016 election.

“Trump’s election infuriated the Times, and the paper’s coverage shows it is determined he won’t get a second term. Every article is an opinion — and negative.

“Moreover, the drama over a single headline is a reminder that the only political diversity at the paper is between the left and the far left. Joe Pompeo, in Vanity Fair, reports something I’ve heard, too — that young reporters and editors think Baquet is too much of a traditionalist and are chafing at even the minimal limitations on what they can write about Trump.

“They apparently want to call the president and his supporters racists virtually every day, based only on their personal opinions. At the Monday meeting, Baquet promised to set ground rules for when the “R” word could be used.

“It’s not hard to see those young journalists, most of them white, as slightly older versions of college snowflakes who cannot bear to hear a dissenting word and demand that the world conform to their prejudices. In their identity-driven madness, standards of fairness are relics and another form of white power.

“All of which must strike Baquet as especially strange, since he is the paper’s first black editor.

“As for readers sent over the edge by the benign headline, their sense of entitlement is breathtaking. As I wrote Sunday, their fury illustrates that they expect the paper to give them their daily dose of Trump hate. When they don’t get it, the Times becomes the target.

“Now that is a real f–king mess.”

Down 13 points during the dog days of summer? You don’t say. Oh my. That gives us only 440 something days to try to get back in the game.

I dunno. Elton Musk endorsed Yang. Warren is gaining ground. She might just keep on moving up. Slow and steady. She is more dangerous to the economy than Bernie and twice as self righteous. And thrice as intelligently dishonest and ten-fold as disgustingly unlikeable. It’s a real nail biter out there.

The Jew haters Omar and Tlaib denied entry.

Well, when you push for a single state (Palestine) to be the Final Solution to the ‘Jewish Problem’ , Israel might take offense to that. Besides, it’s against Israel law.

As a vibrant and free democracy, Israel is open to any visitor and to any criticism, with one exception: The law in Israel forbids the entry of people calling for and acting to placing a boycott on Israel, as is the norm in other democracies that prevent the entry of people whom they see as harming the country.”

Of course, Donald J. Trump offered his opinion.

“It would show great weakness if Israel allowed Rep. Omar and Rep. Tlaib to visit. They hate Israel & all Jewish people, & there is nothing that can be said or done to change their minds. Minnesota and Michigan will have a hard time putting them back in office. They are a disgrace!”

Speaking of Jew haters, the EU and UN does what they always do.

“The European Union may soon place labels on products made in Israel's disputed territories – a label that would not be added to any other products from around the world.

“We are not the Israeli government," Yaakov told the outlet. "Psagot winery is not responsible for Israeli government policy. But because we are Jewish owners of a winery in a beautiful and hotly contested land, we are being targeted and punished. And we are being punished precisely because we are Jews living in Judea where we have every right to be, as do the Palestinian Arabs and Druze and the Christians."

"No one should be discriminated against because of their religion," he continued. "If you support a Palestinian state, would you support a Judenrein state of Palestine? That seems to be what the EU is proposing when it says Jewish businesses are illegal in Palestine but Muslim businesses are not, in the same location! Such a de facto boycott of Jewish products, the likes of which we have not seen since Nazi Germany, would definitely run afoul of U.S. law."

“The Advocate General's opinion said that goods produced by Muslims are to be labeled from 'Palestine,' and goods produced by Jews labeled as coming from 'Israeli colonies,' she told the outlet. "Both people are living in the same geographic location, and yet Jewish goods are being treated differently."

Child rapists

“The facts of this case highlight the danger posed by the City of Philadelphia’s decision to disregard ICE detainers and release previously deported aliens from local custody,” said U.S. Attorney McSwain. “Those of us in the law enforcement business should be doing everything in our power to protect vulnerable children from predators like Vasquez. Instead, this defendant received a free pass from the City of Philadelphia and its Department of Prisons, headed straight back into our community, and committed a heinous crime he never would have had the chance to commit had the City of Philadelphia complied with the ICE detainer.”

“A 35-year-old White Center man who was recently released from the King County Jail after serving time for rape is now accused of tracking down the victim last weekend, pushing her out of her wheelchair and strangling and beating her in front of her young son, according to prosecutors.

Francisco Carranza-Ramirez was supposed to board a flight to California and return to his native Mexico on Monday after King County Superior Court Judge Nicole Gaines Phelps agreed not to impose community custody, or probation, following his release from jail last week, court records show. He is now wanted on a no-bail warrant for violating conditions of his release on the rape charge, according to court records and King County sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Ryan Abbott.”

A Mexican immigrant illegally in the United States faces new federal charges after he was released from a Kansas prison, where he had been held for about 13 years after a child (11 years old). rape conviction.

Simon Rochel-Cervantes, 46, a citizen of Mexico, is charged in federal court with unlawfully re-entering the U.S. after being deported, U.S. Attorney Stephen McAllister said Tuesday in a news release.

in the "who killed robbin' cock" category-- Jeffery Epstein's hyoid bone was found to be broken during his autopsy. While found in hanging suicides, it is more commonly found broken in strangulation homicides. Who stands to lose the most if Epstein's secrets become public, which would certainly provide motive? Who could have had the right connections and skill set to engineer and execute a murder under the circumstances (in a jail cell) and make it look like a suicide, would narrow the list of suspects even more. And if you see anybody from those those Jew haters Omar or Tliab’s staff in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere.

Ah Emma Lazarus……confusing tired old proggies for years!

Anyway……from an earlier exchange……given that you think Trump is mentally ill and that this is disqualifying I'm sure you're happy to go on the record now and say that you think that "Gaffemaster Joe Biden is equally unqualified based on his obvious but different decline in mental faculties.

Exhibit A: Hiding crazy Grandpa Joe in the attic so he doesn't embarrass the campaign as much!

Biden allies float scaling back events to limit gaffes

We can have "Gramps" put down after he wins us the White House!

I guess Palestinian haters aren't haters.

“Give me your tired and your poor who can stand on their own two feet“
YES, yes, yes, give us those who can stand on their own two feet.

Oh course. When that poem was placed in bronze at the foot of the Statue of Liberty in 1903, here was no unemployment insurance, no subsidized housing, no food stamps, no welfare, no disability insurance, and NO social security. If you could not make it and stand then you died in the streets. No slackers allowed. No sick weak people. No beggars. No one with epilepsy. No importers of prostitutes. And no friggin America haters.

“The Immigration Act of 1903, also called the Anarchist Exclusion Act, was a law of the United States regulating immigration. It codified previous immigration law, and added four inadmissible classes: anarchists, people with epilepsy, beggars, and importers of prostitutes. It had little impact and its provisions related to anarchists were expanded in the Immigration Act of 1918..

Anarchism came to public attention in the United States with the Haymarket Affair of 1886. On May 4, a policeman was killed and several others were wounded, of which six later died, after a bomb exploded in Chicago's Haymarket Square. Eight members of the recently formed International Working People's Association (IWPA) were found guilty of the bombing. The IWPA's 1883 manifesto called for the "destruction of the existing class rule, by all means, i.e., by energetic, relentless, revolutionary and international action".
[American hating commie bastards and socialists.]

The idea of excluding anarchists from immigrating was first mentioned at a Congressional hearing in 1889. A bill introduced on July 20, 1894 sought to restrict the entry of anarchists by requiring potential immigrants to visit an U. S. consulate for a political review before immigrating. A substitute bill proposed a system within the United States to detect, question, and deport immigrants accused of anarchism. Both died in committee.”

Theodore Roosevelt urged the exclusion and deportation of anarchist immigrants in his first address to Congress on December 3, 1901:

“I earnestly recommend to the congress that in the exercise of its wise discretion it should take into consideration the coming to this country of anarchists or persons professing principles hostile to all government. ... They and those like them should be kept out of this country; and if found here they should be promptly deported to the country whence they came.”

Roosevelt signed the law on the last day of Congress in 1903. “It also allowed for the deportation within two years of anyone unlawfully in the country and raised the head tax on immigrants to the United States to two dollars ($2.00). It further allowed the deportation of immigrants who became a public charge within their first two years in the country.”

Yes, those who can stand on their own two feet. Right on. Hmmm.

“...should take into consideration the coming to this country of persons professing principles hostile to all government. ... They and those like them should be kept out of this country; and if found here they should be promptly deported to the country whence they came.”
Hey, that’s is EXACTLY what Bebe told those Jew Haters Omar and Tliab who advocate the destruction of Israel.

No lefty revisionist history -

Cuccinelli tweeted a link to a history of the U.S. public charge law, which began long before the poem was written or the United States even existed

Liberals in the media are breathlessly accusing the Trump administration of violating the spirit of “The New Colossus,” a poem written by Emma Lazarus in 1883 and placed on a plaque in the Statue of Liberty 20 years later. In their minds, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free” means “yearning to get on welfare.”

The media is making fun of Ken Cuccinelli tweaking the poem by saying, “Give me your tired and your poor who can stand on their own two feet. And who will not become a public charge.” But that is actually the application of the poem. The poem meant that America on its own, an America without welfare, offers the liberty that allows poor people to become prosperous.

“Public charge” has been part of US immigration law for more than 100 years as a ground of inadmissibility and deportation but has never been defined in the statute …
The Trump administration recognizes that while the United States is the most generous country in the world, American taxpayers already work very hard to provide for the needs of their own families. The resources needed to fund those coming into the country must not overburden Americans unnecessarily.

Paul Emery

So you agree Bill with Trumps acting Director of the Citizenship and Immigration Services, Kenneth T. Cuccinelli; who says that the ‘Huddled Masses’ in the Statue of Liberty Poem refers to people who are "coming from Europe".

Bill writes

"What shall we do with those anti-Semitics Omar and Tlaib? Those haters that have no place in our society? What can we do about them?"

Simple Bill, they will be up for re-election in a year. Just support their opponents and send them money.

Well since most of those who were entering the US when that stupid poem was made famous were from Europe, then probably yes.

Honestly Punch I've referred to you as having the judgement and thought processes of a thirteen year old girl…..this most recent "outrage of the week" has done nothing to change my opinion.

Switching hats, Bill grabs Punchy’s microphone and shoves it back in Punchy’s face.

“Now Paul, did your Greek grandmother sneak into this country like a criminal thief in the night or did she come in through a legal port of entry? Did she use the front door and entered lawfully? Yes or no?

Bill, puts the microphone back in Punchy's face to continue the interview.

“Now Paul, did your Scottish ancestors sneak illegally across our northern border and paused only to shit on US laws, or did they come here legally and were granted admission to enter by the US government? Did those Scots in your family tree break our country’s laws to enter into this great country or did they come in through the front door and were granted permission to touch Sacred US Soil?

“Now Paul, were the Scottish considered “European?” Was your grandmother considered “European?”

Bill gets ready for more of Thirty Questions and continues the interview.....

PaulE 228pm - Paul, since AOC has literally no or negligible financial support from her constituents, and so few people voted her into office, and that her overwhelming support has come from some outside organizations, therefore is it reasonable to think that she is a 'political machine' candidate funded and handled by like-minded ultra-left organizations??

Et tu biden?

Hunter Biden's business dealings in Ukraine have already become a liability for the elder Biden's frontrunning presidential campaign, and the new investigation could lead to further allegations of corruption. Joe Biden has bragged about pressuring Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor in 2016, and critics said the then-vice president wanted to head off the prosecutor's probe into a company that employed Hunter Biden as a board member.

Grassley, writing to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, noted that Rosemont Seneca Partners, which was established by Kerry stepson Christopher Heinz and Hunter Biden, among others, joined with the government-run Bank of China to create Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) in 2013. The fund openly advertised its “unique Sino-US shareholding structure," as well as its lucrative “global resources and network."

In 2015, BHR and the state-owned military contractor Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) jointly purchased Henniges, a U.S.-based automotive company that creates "dual-use" technologies with both military and civilian applications. including anti-vibration technology. AVIC purchased 51 percent of Henniges, while BHR took 49 percent.

The Obama administration’s Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), by law, had to approve the sale because of its national security implications. The CFIUS is an interagency body consisting of, among other agencies, the Energy Department, Defense Department, Treasury Department, and State Department -- which John Kerry led from 2013 to 2017.
"CFIUS approved the transaction despite reports that in 2007, years before BHR teamed up with AVIC’s subsidiary, AVIC was reportedly involved in stealing sensitive data regarding the Joint Strike Fighter program. AVIC later reportedly incorporated the stolen data into China’s J-20 and J‑31 aircraft," Grassley wrote to Mnuchin.

Grassley continued: "The direct involvement of Mr. Hunter Biden and Mr. Heinz in the acquisition of Henniges by the Chinese government creates a potential conflict of interest. Both are directly related to high-ranking Obama administration officials. The Department of State, then under Mr. Kerry’s leadership, is also a CFIUS member and played a direct role in the decision to approve the Henniges transaction."

"The appearance of potential conflicts in this case is particularly troubling given Mr. Biden’s and Mr. Heinz’s history of investing in and collaborating with Chinese companies, including at least one posing significant national security concerns," Grassley added. "As with the Uranium One transaction, there is cause for concern that potential conflicts of interest could have influenced CFIUS approval of the Henniges transaction."

The famous poem is interesting. Who wrote the poem? A: Emma Lazarus

“Lazarus was well-known for her work with Eastern European Jewish refugees, addressing racism and anti-Semitism.”

Oh my, Emma must be turning over in her grave seeing what today’s Democrat Party (and California’s public school proposed new curriculum) has a big big big anti-Semitism problem. Those are not our values. We must stop them. We must all join together to stop the ugly Democrat Party embrace of anti-Semitism....the largest component of hate crimes in the US and growing.
