That's how it works in the real world @1250.

Your Libs ARE real cowards.
"A Democratic congressman from Kentucky backed down Tuesday from his threat to run against Mitch McConnell – and admitted he was just joking -- after the Senate majority leader called his bluff and agreed to his demand for five debates.

On Monday, Rep. John Yarmuth, D-Ky., was asked by a local news reporter from WHAS-TV if he planned on running against the Republican leader in 2020. Yarmuth initially said he had “no desire” to do so, but then smiled and said: “I will say this: If Mitch McConnell would agree to debate me five times in public, I’d do it.” "

And ran for the hills when,,,,,

“Accepted. When is the announcement? - MM,” McConnell said Tuesday morning through his campaign’s Team Mitch Twitter account. The post retweeted a local news article that included Yarmuth’s suggestion.

Just like jiggers and Doughy here.. Won't answer any questions and runs away when the heat is on.

ESPN sim predicts 49ers winning NFC West, smoking Falcons in playoffs
Dalton Johnson,NBC Sports BayArea 2 hours 55 minutes ago

The 49ers enter the 2019 NFL regular season with Super Bowl aspirations. Going into Year 3 of coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch running the show, expectations are sky high.
Debating if those goals are warranted are for a different discussion. Let's take out the human element for now, and see what the computers have to say.

ESPN simulated all 267 games for the upcoming NFL season using its Football Power Index. Out of the 20,000 simulation FPI made, ESPN landed on No. 1,721, and 49ers fans will like what they see.
While the simulation has the 49ers losing 37-14 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this Sunday in Week 1, that's small potatoes in the bigger picture of the season. When it's all said and done, the 49ers will go 11-5 and win the NFC West for the first time since 2012.

At that's not even the biggest news.

In this case, the 49ers would be back in the playoffs for the first time since 2013, and the first time in the post-Jim Harbaugh era. Now it's really time for 49ers fans to smile. ESPN's simulation has the No. 3 seed 49ers crushing the No. 6 seed Falcons 37-0.

The golden state for who? -

“Earnings for California’s workers at the low end and middle of the wage scale have generally declined or stagnated for decades,” says the report, titled “California’s Workers Are Increasingly Locked Out of the State’s Prosperity.” The report continued:

In 2018, the median hourly earnings for workers ages 25 to 64 was $21.79, just 1% higher than in 1979, after adjusting for inflation ($21.50, in 2018 dollars) (Figure 1). Inflation-adjusted hourly earnings for low-wage workers, those at the 10th percentile, increased only slightly more, by 4%, from $10.71 in 1979 to $11.12 in 2018.

The report admits that the state’s progressive economy is delivering more to investors and less to wage-earners. “Since 2001, the share of state private-sector [annual new income] that has gone to worker compensation has fallen by 5.6 percentage points — from 52.9% to 47.3%.”

In 2016, California’s Gross Domestic Product was $2.6 trillion, so the 5.6 percent drop shifted $146 billion away from wages. That is roughly $3,625 per person in 2016.

Bobbi 156pm

"according to greggy whose daddy bought him an expensive education at a renown school for spoiled neurotic children Mitch is a cocaine freak"

Oh, My (said in my best Mr. Sulu faux basso profondo)!

My Dad was a public school teacher who earned a BA (Whittier College) on the GI Bill and bought a 2 bedroom house in Monterey Park in the mid 1950's for $5k with a VA loan.

I was fortunate to attend before the massive inflation of college education hit, but even so, it was a pinch. I worked at a factory every summer, and took out student loans ... I paid them back, too.

The funny thing is that Harvey Mudd College didn't have a reputation at all at the time. I hadn't heard of it (although it was within cycling distance from our house) but my high school physics teacher told me that it was difficult to get into my first choice school (CalTech) but I'd have a good chance get into either Mudd or CIT. Rounded out those two with UCLA and Cal State LA (wasn't a CSU yet) as an absolute safety school if the bottom fell out of my world.

I got rejected by CalTech but offered early admittance into both Mudd and UCLA to study Physics. The first inkling I had as to the reputation Mudd was building for itself was an early '70's list of the top ten colleges in the country from the Feds (the Dept of Health, Education and Welfare) that was released after I was there and Mudd was the only school on the list that was less than a century old and it's first degrees were conferred about eight years earlier.

Four years of tuition was about $17k at the time. A bargain.

Here's the meme that Bobbi missed:

"I'm here to traffic cocaine and confirm Supreme Court justices,
and I'm all out of cocaine".

The Michael Flynn saga continues

“How this issue plays out will likely also set the tone on Powell’s requests for access to information concerning potential misconduct by FBI and DOJ agents related to Ohr and Steele. Federal prosecutors will pooh-pooh this request, arguing it is irrelevant to Flynn’s sentencing. But Powell has a solid argument that that evidence bears on the credibility of government witnesses.

“So why does Powell want this evidence? Does she intend to pull Flynn’s guilty plea? “That is not what I want to see happen here,” Powell said during an interview on Friday on Lou Dobbs Tonight. “I expect frankly that we find evidence that warrants dismissal of the case for egregious government misconduct.”

“But first Powell needs access to that evidence, and whether she will get it will have to await Judge Sullivan’s decision, which will be some time coming. However, when the parties appear at the hastily scheduled status conference on September 10, 2019, we may get an inkling of Judge Sullivan’s perspective.”

The Bobbi Saga also continues.

"Robert Cross", whoever you are, owes me and my father an apology.

"STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) — Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang wants to give cash to every American each month.

Susie Garza has never heard of Yang. But since February, she’s been getting $500 a month from a nonprofit in Stockton, California, as part of an experiment that offers something unusual in presidential politics: a trial run of a campaign promise, highlighting the benefits and challenges in real time."

That's all well and good. And watch the complaints roll in when that OPM runs dry. Rioting in the streets will soon follow.

Campus life and it’s costs

“What went wrong? The former students of the 1970s came into power and gradually began to reject the very code of conduct and training of those who taught them. And in turn they taught a new generation who for the first time had little first-hand knowledge of the great campus scholars and icons of the past.

Politics increasingly infected courses as competence eroded—logical for faculty and students since the former required far less of the latter. Across the curriculum, race, class, and gender studies found their way into art, music, literature, philosophy and history classes. Deduction now replaced the old empiricism. Grades inflated; the therapeutic triumphed over the tragic as how students felt was almost as important as what they learned and knew.

When old rules and norms could not be met, they were eroded on the principle that such discriminatory constructs should never have been established. More cynically, standards got in the way of more student bodies and more profits for the academic class.

There were many false and overly clever rationalizations for the abandonment of the old inductive method. Dressed-up French postmodern nihilism dictated that there were no facts, only social constructions and narratives based on power, supposedly appropriated by white toxic Western males, past and present.

Standards, then, were also discredited as artifices to suppress the marginalized. To object to such hucksterism was proof of one’s own racism.”

Goat wrestling

“But back to my own “if true” breaking news. O’Donnell, according to my source, frequently has helium canisters and several styles of extra-large ladies lingerie delivered to his house in order to accommodate his extremely bizarre Saturday-night ritual of Jello-wrestling with goats followed by a cross-dressing karaoke session. Yes, Lawrence O’Donnell dresses in lady’s underwear while belting out Wagner operas in soprano with the assistance of helium huffing.

“Update: I have been unable to find a second source to corroborate the reports of O’Donnell’s behavior. Therefore, I apologize to my readers and, while I am embarrassed to admit that I cannot indeed prove that Lawrence O’Donnell does Jello-wrestle goats or sing Wagner in an extra-large teddy from Victoria’s Secret, I’m not saying the story isn’t true. I’m simply conceding that the story wasn’t yet ready for publication.....

“This leads me back to O’Donnell. Obviously, I have no evidence that he wears immodest ladies’ undergarments while wrestling poor goats in vats of Jello (again, please wipe those images from your mind!). On the other hand, I can’t prove he doesn’t do these things.”

Then there is this that creepy grampa joe is going to have to deal with -

But Mattis, in his book, did open up about his tenure as head of U.S. Central Command from 2010 to 2013, and zeroed in on the Obama administration's desire to wind down the U.S. troop presence in Iraq, no matter the cost.

Mattis wrote that Obama's tenure "was to be a time when I would witness duty and deceit, courage and cowardice, and, ultimately, strategic frustration."

“In Washington, the debate swirled throughout 2011 about how many, if any, U.S. troops should remain in Iraq,” Mattis recounted. “Central Command, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the new defense secretary, Leon Panetta, who had replaced Bob Gates, continued to recommend to the White House retaining a residual force, as did Secretary of State Hillary Clinton."

All of them, Mattis asserted, were "talking to the wind," as Obama was singularly focused on living up to his public promises to end the war in Iraq. In late 2011, Obama said confidently in a speech to the nation that some 40,000 servicemen and women still in Iraq "will definitely be home for the holidays."
The administration's faith in Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, Mattis said, was also misplaced.
“Prime Minister Maliki is highly untrustworthy, Mr. Vice President,” Mattis said he warned Biden. “He’s devious when he talks to us. ... He looks at our ambassadors and military advisers as impediments to his anti-Sunni agenda. He wants to purge or marginalize Sunnis and Kurds from the government."
"He exuded the confidence of a man whose mind was made up."

— Former Defense Secretary James Mattis, on Joe Biden
Mattis wrote that “Vice President Biden and his assistants listened politely. But as we spoke, I sensed I was making no headway in convincing the administration officials not to support Maliki. It was like talking to people who lived in wooden houses but saw no need for a fire department. ... I found him an admirable and amiable man. But he was past the point where he was willing to entertain a ‘good idea.’ He didn’t want to hear more; he wanted our forces out of Iraq. Whatever path led there fastest, he favored.

"He exuded the confidence of a man whose mind was made up, perhaps even indifferent to considering the consequences were he judging the situation incorrectly," Mattis concluded.

According to Mattis, Biden countered that “Maliki wants us to stick around, because he does not see a future in Iraq otherwise. I’ll bet you my vice presidency.”

Afterward, Mattis said, "Iraq slipped back into escalating violence. It was like watching a car wreck in slow motion. ... All of this was predicted — and preventable.”

In 2016, faced with the rise of the Islamic State (ISIS) in the Iraq power vacuum that he had once dismissed as a "junior varsity" effort, Obama sent 5,000 troops back to Iraq. ISIS' major strongholds fell under the Trump administration, although experts warn that the group remains dangerous.
Nevertheless, Biden -- who was nominally in charge of overseeing troop withdrawals from Iraq under the Obama administration -- has touted his efforts in that capacity as he runs for president. “I made sure the president turned to me and said, ‘Joe, get our combat troops out of Iraq,'" Biden said in Miami in June. "I was responsible for getting 150,000 combat troops out of Iraq, and my son was one of them.”
In July, Biden claimed, “When I was vice president, the president gave me all the easy jobs, like ‘take care of getting all our troops out of Iraq,’ which we did.”

The Washington Post's fact-checker has noted that Biden has preferred not to mention on the campaign trail the troops' eventual return to Iraq under his watch.

In his book, Mattis also faulted Obama's failure to enforce his own self-imposed "red line" upon the use of chemical weapons in Syria had weakend the U.S. globally.

The Trump Administration has increased its work visas and B-1 visas every year. Deporting illegals is one thing. Issuing visas to qualified applicants is another, and well as cracking down on those who overstayed their Visas. Compliance thang. Rule breakers not welcomed. In Feb, 2019, there was a crackdown on B-1 visas. By March, that was loosened. Loosened again in August with an additional 30,000 temp work visas.

There are many considerations. Skills, education, chances of being a public charge, chances of the immigrant being successful, health problems, working age, etc. immigration is an agreement between two parties. The immigrant applies for entrance and the US agrees with certain stipulations which both parties agree to in advance. On the back of the visa (which is signed by the applicant) clearly states any violation of the terms (like overstaying the visa or not notifying change of address) ) results in immediate deportation. They agree. If a tech worker violates the terms they agreed to, good-bye. There are ten more ready to take their place in a heartbeat. The immigrant does not get to set the rules, period. Central America does not get to set our set our immigration policy. Brussels does not get to set our immigration policy, which is the most generous on Earth. No country on Earth has open borders.

I am puzzled. Did you read the last half of the article? Yes, follow the money.

“Universities emulated the ethos of loan sharks and shake-down businesses. The con was as simple as it was insidiously brilliant. Academic lobbyists pressed the government for billions in guaranteed student loans, on the rationale that half of all Americans would now be offered a chance for the common, empowering BA degree.

“The federal government-backed student loans. That guarantee greenlighted cash-flush universities to pay inter alia for diversity czars, assistant provosts of “inclusion,” and armies of woke aides and facilitators, to reduce teaching loads, and to open more race/class/gender “centers” on campus—by jacking up college costs higher than the rate of inflation.

“Student debt soared. Almost anyone could be admitted to college on the assurance that loans and “assistance packages” would allow 18-year-olds soon to become university graduates—and not worry about paying for their new noncompetitive majors until later.”

and more.

The jig is up for team 0 -

As Breitbart News reported, the IG report relates that prior to the briefing, FBI members on Comey’s team discussed the need to memorialize the exchanges between Comey and Trump during the private January 6, 2017 briefing in Trump Tower just in case Trump made statements relevant to the agency’s controversial Russia probe. In other words, they plotted to stealthily use statements Trump said to Comey in a private briefing to inform their Russia collusion investigation.

The IG further relates that Comey went on to do just that. He had a laptop waiting for him in the car, where he immediately began memorializing his private talk with Trump. He also immediately provided a “quick download” of the Trump briefing to members of “Crossfire Hurricane” – the FBI’s compartmentalized Russia collusion team — via a secured video conference.

The revelation that Comey immediately fed the details of his private meeting with Trump to the FBI team investigation unsubstantiated Russia collusion raises questions about what Obama, Biden, Rice and other Obama-era officials knew about the intent to use the planned briefing to fuel the questionable Russia investigation and surreptitiously pass the contents of the private talk to the FBI.
In his book, A Higher Loyalty, Comey writes that he told Obama, Biden and Rice about his plans to have the private briefing with Trump. He did this on January 5, 2017 in a White House briefing with Obama one day before he met Trump and underhandedly sent the details of their one-on-one to the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” team handling the Russia collusion claims.

Biden and Rice were reportedly involved in the Russia probe since the early inception of the investigation. Attorney General William Barr made a series of public comments that the U.S. administration’s early handling of the Russia investigation may itself raise questions. He noted that it was first handled at a “very senior level” and then by a “small group.” Barr recently appointed a U.S. attorney to investigate the origins of the Russia collusion claims.

Neal also said he expects the pace of negotiations to increase this month, the aide said.
U.S. Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Thomas Donohue told CNBC earlier on Tuesday that Congress has enough votes to pass the agreement.

Donohue said passage of the USMCA would help boost the U.S. economy and reassure financial markets, which have been roiled by tit-for-tat tariffs imposed by China and the United States.

"If we came up with a good strong vote on that (USMCA), it would give us a great step forward," Donohue said, adding his belief that Congress had "enough votes to do it right now."

Oh Jiggles....laughable indeed.

Lower the standards for LE and you get more police shootings. Lower the standards in education and you get what we have now. Lower the standards for teacher colleges. Lower the standards!

Ironically, in NYC the Asians are the poorest racial group in entire city. Yes, “Asians” is a term that encompasses a wide range of folks from many countries and cultures. But now Asians are being discriminated against in NYC as there are too many of them in the top 3% of the testing. Change the standards! Make everybody gifted students....unless they are the poorest ones. Ah, just hold the gifted ones back and call it diversity and inclusion.

No worries. My gut said to copy and paste the last parts only, but noooo. VDH had to do a history lesson first. I spent a year at a private college that was $1,200 a year tuition, now is 24k a year. Paid 400 bucks a semester for a room and all the food I could eat. Then I transferred to a private University which was $1,800 a year with two plus girls for every guy. Lived off campus for about 75 buck a month rent (my share) with 4 other guys. Worked on the grounds on work study every weekend and Christmas and Easter break to pay off the loan and cleaned the gym & weight room every Tuesday night. Think the wage was $1.85/hour or $2.20/hour with half going to my education. The bitch was Tuesday night during basketball season when I was the guy who had to mop up the sweat at halftime and my buddies would throw pennies on the gym floor that the mop would not pick up, lol. Good times. At night I would hand load box cars stacking washers and dryers when the union guys left. :). Nowadays there are some colleges that have one “administrator” for every student, roflmao.

“Looking at textbooks across the Middle East we have seen improvements," IMPACT-se’s CEO Marcus Sheff told Fox News Tuesday. "That is certainly true to the Jordanian curriculum, the Tunisian curriculum is of a good standard and we are seeing improvements in Egypt."

“Unfortunately the opposite is true of the Palestinian curriculum," Sheff said. "A new, reformed curriculum was put in place between 2016 and 2019 and it is more radical than the curriculum that came before.”

He added that the current curriculum “encourages school children to sacrifice themselves" and claimed, "content relating to peace with Israel has been purposefully taken out of the curriculum."

Sheff told Fox News that the institute’s research found that social studies, history and Arabic textbooks in the Palestinian Authority for grades 2 through 12 included “problematic content.” He added that the institute also found "problematic content in science, including teaching math by asking young people to do addition of [the number of] martyrs in the First Intifada and in the Second Intifada and asking them how many martyrs, instead of using counting apples as many students around the world are asked.”

Gregory can answer this column of BS better than I today. But here is my input.

Dear readers, what we have here is a total ropa-dope by a extremist liberal "progressive". He says a AR-15 is a "assault weapon". Not true. It is just a foil for the left's scare tactics. Stats are this. A AR-15 is responsible for less than 1% of deadly shootings. Most deaths by guns are suicides. Millions of Americans own AR-15's and are law abiding and sane. Mentally ill not allowed to own these weapons but as we now, criminals know how to get them. The Sewcond Amendment the author is talking about has been attacked relentlessly by the left. All one needs to remember is countries that have leaders that want to enslave you take your weapons through the acts of subterfuge. Then when they have them you become slaves. I don't think you want that. And "buyback" is a way they want you think is possible. The government dd not sell you the weapon so how can they buy it back? More liberal gobble-goop.

Climate change caused by man is also a hoax. The climate changes every minute and the types of storms around the planet are no different than they have ever been. Northern England used to grow grapes for wine but the "Little Ice Age" of the medieval times changed all that. Way before engines. Anyway, if we don't protect our use of fossil fuels we will certainly perish. CO2 is what we all exhale and what plants need to live. Don't let the authors lies fool you from using common sense. And "renewables"? What they heck is tha? Seems another phony term. The sun provides so much energy but it is the construction and the materials of the solar panels and windmills that still must be accounted for. Don't be fooled by the lies.

SF Board of Supervisors declare National Rifle Association a domestic terrorist organization

The SF Board of Supervisors…….as useless as jeffys penis! Why don't you guys fix that fecal landmine problem that's a much bigger threat to human health and safety first and then take on the higher profile problems!

Of course they do want to use local laws to disarm San Franciscans (a good thing!)…….so maybe its not all bad!

That's Frisco values for ya'. And membership grows on the news.
An illegal can kill with a gun, Frisco will find a way to set the prick free. It's not enough that he pulled the trigger, but just how long the gun was actually in his hand.

The wonders of that shithole never cease.

Todd Juvinall

Hey FISH I just sent a smackdown to the SF idiots. I am sure they don't care, but what a load of loons they are

Barry Pruett

Riddle me this. If scientist can’t tell me where, when, and how strong a hurricane will be, how can these same scientists predict accurately global warming which is vastly more complex? Freaking fools.

The next big thing will be that Trump won't spend enough billions to rebuild the Bahamas.
Just send your donations to the Clinton foundation.

Where is Emery and jiggerboob? You got splain'n to do.
"Eric Moffatt was booked late Tuesday into the Nevada County Jail on charges of kidnapping, assault with a firearm and being an ex-felon with a firearm, reports state."

Now where did he get the gun? Didn't he know he could not have one? We have LAWS in this state! No private party transactions are allowed!!! So how did he get it?

You better ask for more laws in this state.

Jig Wiggly

Todd 7:38
"And "renewables"? What they heck is tha? Seems another phony term."

And this is from someone who used lumber all his life. It shows how stupid Todd really is. If his IQ was above 60, he might still not know what renewables are but would be smart enough not to publish his ignorance. Full speed idiot.

Yaa,, jiggered boob. Like an electric car is ECO friendly.

So?? How bout that felon with a gun? Here in Ca. no less. With ALL these anti gun laws.... Imagine that. Now how did he get that AMMO?????

Seen elsewhere…..

"I considered selling my weapons “back” to the government, but after a background check and thorough investigation into the buyer, I determined the buyer has a history of violence and is mentally unstable. Big risk to everyone around it."
6:53 AM - 4 Sep 2019

Fun fact for our ECO nuts.. Yes jiggered boob, that means you too.
"Your average Tesla gets ten miles to a pound of coal."
Now there is ECO economy for ya'.
WOW!! 138KW to fill that battery.. And how fast can you piss that power away in one day?
You clowns sure got suckered.

Don Bessee

She is getting an education on the true nature of the socialist dems -

What happened to jiggered? His dogma bite him in the ass?
He was sure quick to bitch about Tex. Then an illegal gun goes of in upper LIB country, by a LIB constituant(felon)..
And the jiggered one has nothing to say....What a surprise.
And here were, waiting to hear how background checks work so well in Ca. ,, even for private sales. (turn that gun over to the gun shop, do the paperwork, pay the 50 bucks(or more) wait ten days)
I know,, he had that ammo from before the law went into effect... OK,, you can have that one.

You picked a fine hill to go MIA on jiggered boob.

Here you go Emery, you crowing about the anti Brexit and BOJO losing power? well,,, NOT so fast O ponytail of Libism.
The PM has some interesting powers over there.
"British Prime Minister Boris Johnson followed through on his threat to expel anti-Brexit rebels from the governing Conservative Party Tuesday night, exiling 21 predominantly ex-minister Members of Parliament for voting against the government.
Almost all of the Brexit rebels who had the whip withdrawn from the Conservative Party Tuesday night — Westminster jargon for being expelled from a party — were former government ministers, some of them of considerable vintage. Among those who voted against the government Tuesday night in a bid to wrest control of house business away to undermine Brexit was veteran Europhile and the House’s longest-serving member Ken Clarke."

So Jiggyhead, tell us how a photon is renewable. And a wind gust. Please, I am all ears. Funny though how you actually made a correct point about timber. We harvest it, plant some little ones and 100 years later they are ready to harvest. A true renewable. But since you must have been dropped on that ugly head when you were young you would not now that. BTW my IQ is a lot higher than yours. Of course, a mentally ill moron in the asylum is smarter than you.

,,,Bwahahahaha!!! NRA now the latest domestic terrorist organization!!!

Todd Juvinall

Merv | 04 September 2019 at 12:02 PM

Sorry bub, carries no weight in our legal system. And all terrorist groups must be named by the feds. Go play with your dolls now.

,,,Po Ol Tariff Boy,,,just can't catch a break!!!

Well well... jigger "jon" is testing a new TROLL name.

Worst sock ever!

Now that's not taking the higher road -

“This is really deplorable behavior. I hope that the Obamas realize that these actions are not consistent with the values they preach and that they instruct their attorneys to immediately dismiss the petition," attorney Larry Zerner told Fox News in a statement that was first given to The Hollywood Reporter.

Zerner told Fox News that the “Obamas have known for almost a year” that their Higher Ground Productions trademark application was rejected by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office because it was too similar to his client’s Higher Ground Enterprises.

“Instead of simply picking another name, the Obamas' lawyers have now filed a meritless petition to cancel my client's trademark so they can take it for themselves,” Zerner said.

Attack of the Sock People is underway.

10 Quatloos on Steven Frisch being Bobbi Cross, who is curiously silent.

Merv is an obvious Keachie sock... perhaps too obvious.

Yes Grasshopper, timber is renewable. I just taught you that. Thanks for repeating the lesson. It helps you to retain the information so I don't have to tell you a third time.

Jig Wiggly

Here is a new fact for you to try to remember: it doesn't take 100 years for a tree to be harvestable. Less than half that time around here.

And what's this about renewing the wind? Do think it gets used up?

Todd Juvinall

Jiggyboob, you did not understand my simple questions of you which says you are a moron. Go back and read the questions. What a moron.

re the most BS resolution ever.
Round the bend they go - even the lefty loons that post here won't defend the B of Supes on this one.
"She cited the shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival on July 28, referencing Stephen Romero, Keyla Salazar and Trevor Irby, who were killed by gunman Santino William Legan in what she called a "senseless act of gun violence that day."
And that has what to do with the NRA?
Oh wait - he used a gun.
So is the AAA a terrorist org?
They promote using automobiles and we all know how folks use cars to murder.
""The National Rifle Association musters its considerable wealth and organizational strength to promote gun ownership and incite gun owners to acts of violence," the resolution reads."
They promote gun ownership?
I could have sworn that was not only legal, but protected as a civil right under the Constitution.
Now 'acts of violence' is a loaded term. Technically speaking, so do high school, college and pro football not to mention the martial arts of all kinds.
Do they promote illegal acts of violence?
No - but you must remember the left has a problem with the word 'illegal'.
I'm sure the NRA is shaking in their shoes.
Now - it could be this is all a false flag deal engineered by the NRA to boost membership...

Scott O

Jigg-less "And what's this about renewing the wind? Do think it gets used up?"
Actually it can. Scientific research has shown the area behind windmill "shadows" have altered weather patterns.
Everything we humans do affects the rest of the world. If that bothers you, stop existing. If you aren't willing to cease your existence, then stop complaining about other peoples' existence.

Daily Quotes

Food for thought: “A potential silver lining to Washington’s polarized politics is that it may prevent lawmakers from getting things done.” —James Freeman

Upright: “A gun ‘buyback’ is not a thing. The govt can’t buy back something they never owned. The govt never owned my firearms. A gun buyback is a misnomer for forced gun confiscation by the govt.” —Liz Wheeler

Good advice: “The media should stop using absurdly lazy phrases like ‘mandatory gun buybacks.’ … What Democrats propose can be more accurately described as ‘the first American gun confiscation effort since Lexington and Concord.’” —David Harsanyi

Friendly fire: “How does it get better for Donald Trump? Well, you have Democrats getting worse. You have Democrats saying, ‘You know what we are going to do? We’re going to decriminalize crossing the border illegally. You know what we’re going to do? We’re going to take away health insurance from 160 million Americans. You know what we’re going to do? We’re going to give healthcare coverage to people who cross the border illegally.’ … Bernie said it this past week: ‘We’re going to forgive all medical debt.’ … I want Donald Trump to get beaten and I will vote for anybody that will beat Donald Trump, but the Democrats moving in that direction give Donald Trump his only chance.” —MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough

Political futures: “Um, I’m not sure, to be quite honest with you. I hadn’t planned on running again.” —Joe Biden on whether he’d be running for president if Trump hadn’t been elected

Intra-campaign dissent: “[Iowa is] the key to the kingdom. You can’t get out through Iowa, you can’t go any further.” —Joe Biden (“Do I think we have to win Iowa? No.” —an unidentified senior adviser*)

Braying Jenny: “Of course, we need universal background checks; we need to close all loopholes; we need to outlaw bump stocks; and we need to outlaw assault weapons and the bullets needed to shoot them.” —Marianne Williamson

Non compos mentis: “AR15 are [sic] the symptom of small penises.” —Fox News’s Geraldo Rivera (“I have several AR-15s, Geraldo. Is it because I have a small penis?” —Dana Loesch)

And last… “The AR-15 is the most popular rifle in America. I’m not sure why anyone would believe trying to confiscate them wouldn’t result in significant violence.” —The Washington Free Beacon’s Stephen Gutowski

Come on jigger boob,, tell us how well Ca. gun laws work here in Nev. County. A felon with a gun, who shoots a dude's hand off.
NOPE The jiggered one won't go there. Yup, your one loser somebitch.
Tell us.. You EVER get tired of being wrong?

Stop the terrorists roaming the streets of NYC. DO SOMETHING!

“But the mayor has ignored the growing threat to walkers.”
“Since 2011, bicyclists have injured more than 2,250 pedestrians — including at least seven who died — according to stats from the city Department of Transportation and published reports.

“Injuries are up 12 percent this year, rising to 127 through June 30 from 113 over the same period in 2018, the NYPD says.

Also killed was Donna Strum, 67, who was smashed into by a cyclist on April 24 while crossing West 57th Street near Sixth Avenue. She was in the crosswalk.

An unidentified 40-year-old cyclist ran a red light and struck her, fracturing her skull. She died on May 4. The biker told cops that his gears malfunctioned and his brakes failed. Cops issued him a summons and he was released.

“People are mad,” said Adrienne Rivetti Jensen, an Upper West Side resident whose 5-year-old daughter, Mabel, suffered a gash on her forehead when a speeding biker clipped the girl in Riverside Park on April 8.

“Mabel, now with an inch-long scar, was at first afraid to return to the park after the accident, said the mother.

“A woman whose jogger husband was killed by a bike rider in Central Park in 2014 told the site that the bicyclists need to see themselves both as victims and “predators.”

“One careless move on a bike and we can take down a runner, a walker, a child skipping along,” said Hindy Schachter, whose husband, Irving, 75, was training for the New York City Marathon when he was hit on the East Loop of the park near 72nd Street by a 17-year-old cyclist..”

,,,Keach, do you ever wonder how your troll id never makes it past the starting line? I told you why, right here, some time ago; how is it possible you haven't figured it out yet?

We must also assume your fellow night crawlers are similarly blind to the obvious since they haven't tipped you off. Amazing and amusing both.
