Walt @ 6:10 pm

Just another perfect reason to never leave your cave without your club. Too many crazies out there. That pound and a half is good extra weight to carry around.

Scott O

The Wiggly Pig is back again to demonstrate his stupidity.
"Trump-inspired white supremest shooters are becoming a dime a dozen, yet EVERY FUCKING TIME you have an excuse that "He's not one of us." Bullshit."
"Trump Inspired"?
When has Trump ever encouraged or urged anyone to violence?
Oh, that's right - never.
Look folks - it appears (we have yet to make sure) that this guy is upset about what is happening to our country. You're going to tell me that any Dem running for POTUS will make it better?
No - it will make it worse and they'll be more violence. If the Dems control the country, people like this nut case really will be "dime a dozen".
For real fun, cruise on over to DK - the comments there verge on hysteria.
I know - why don't we all make funny pictures of Trump with his bloody head cut off - that will certainly improve our nation!

Bill Tozer

Fry ‘em like bacon.

Just as I thought we were finally done with Baltimore, you pull me right in. It’s not my fault. Nice pics.

Mystery solved. Now we know where all those fleeing Baltimore are heading.

Here you go Jiggly! A little Marianne Williamson to soothe your tortured progressive soul!

Kind of cold there Todd. I think I am on record here multiple times saying no violence, and particularly no politically motivated violence, is ever warranted.

You on the other hand are on record here supporting drawing guns on federal law enforcement engaged in the lawful exercise of their duties.

Bill Tozer

@ 6;52 pm

Aha! ‘Tis true, tis true. Marianne is a Russian plant. They got to Tulsi as well, Their master plan is unfolding before our eyes. Putin is trying to disarm the populace before the Rooskies come marching in. Saul Alinsky would be so proud. He was quite impressed with how the mob operated. Is Alinsky still alive? Opps, I believe so. Ok, Saul Alinsky is thrilled. It’s been a long wait. Putin is smiling too. They have waited longer.

That many are gunned down in Chicago and Detroit every weekend.
It hardly makes the news.
And what's the first thing out of a Proggy's mouth? "BAN GUNS!!!"

Cowards like this go to places they know damned well they will get little resistance.

Not one Proggy has had the balls to answer my simple question.
"How did the N.Z. gun buyback go?" Since the spineless sent in the crickets,,, they didn't get the HUGE pile they expected. Funny how that works.

You clowns go right ahead with the "ban guns" crap. Every background check you can dream up will not stop nuts like this.

Joe make up shit again.
"Former Vice President Joe Biden (D) vowed to take on the National Rifle Association (NRA) following the deadly shooting in El Paso Saturday, telling a crowd of supporters that he has beaten it before and intends to do so again."

And the NRA just got more new members.

Scott O

What a laugh - "I think I am on record here multiple times saying no violence, and particularly no politically motivated violence, is ever warranted."
Yet he only shows up here to huff and puff about it when it might score him some political points.
No one here is for murdering innocent people, Stevie.
You have some really fine-tuned highly selective outrage going there. Let's all make a big checkmark next to Steve's name in the virtue-signaling box.

That many are gunned down in Chicago and Detroit every weekend.
It hardly makes the news.

Progressives seem to have real difficulties with rate vs total. Today’s El Paso total....two slightly above average weekends in Chicongo.

And it is as you say.....barely a peep. Of course it could be reticence in discussing high kill counts in progressive controlled area with unusually strict gun control. Might make people think that merely scribbling words on paper might not always work as advertised.

Scott O

I love that standard brain-dead leftist line about vowing to 'take on' the National Rifle Association.
Just what is Joe actually proposing to do?
What do any of them propose to do?
It's like Jiggly and his 'gun control' baloney.
Just what, exactly, do these idiots propose?
All I hear is spittle-blowing, F bombs and lies.
Get back to me when there's some oxygen back in your brain and you can construct logical, coherent sentences.

Fish was right yesterday. Jiggler has been rather cranky lately. And going off on Senum last night? Was was that all about? And previously going off on that self “lamenting lesbian” Hillary Hodgepodge, not to mention Miss Bonnie. They all are cis-gender and not one of them will date him. Guess they ain’t into non-binaries. Come to think of it, Jiggles has not been the same since Ms. Campbell was going through that mess divorce. Oh well. Some things are best left up to Providence.

Some people don’t take kindly to their imaginary friends getting the boot.

Boy, Jigger, you really blew your top today. I could feel the fire coming right through my internet machine. I think you owe this whole group an apology. Now, now, don’t be like Oberlin College. Just say “sorry, I will try to keep it in check.” Short and sweet. The first step is the hardest, but with practice, it comes naturally.

Scott O

Here's a good sampling -
Check out the 'solutions'.
Just table pounding and virtue signaling.
Well - there is Marianne -
"We must outlaw all assault style weapons for civilian use. Even then, there will still be millions of them on the street. Next we need to outlaw the manufacture and sale of the bullets that they carry."
Because murder is only bad when you use scary guns!

Jiggles has not been the same since Ms. Campbell was going through that mess divorce. Oh well. Some things are best left up to Providence......

Pish posh.......inquiring minds want to know about Jig and Rocks mandate at Jigs Tahoe place!!

How’d everything go lads?

Bill Tozer

Hmmm. When Rock Hunter was talking about bobbing back across the imaginary line was he referring to bromancing with Jeffry at the Lake and was he also referring to the state line?
I think Marianne should lead a march on the NRA and form a human chain around the building and blast the HQ of the Forces of Evi with the higher power of love. Way better than Thunderdome.

Too bad Omar, Nancy, that crazy lady in the cowboy hat, and a bunch of others are currently in Italy. Messes with speaking from the House steps in this National Political Emergency, lol.
Opened the internet machine this morning and the first thing I saw a nice pic of a bunch of them standing in front of some non-descript old building in Italy. The crazy lady was wearing a purple cowboy hat and appeared to be feeling no pain. They be on some kind fact finding mission. Race back home.....nah, party one.

You totally missed the point. You don't condemn lefty manifesto killers and you know it. That says to me and others that you condone violence against conservatives. Run but you can't hide. You support killers and you have been exposed.

And your assertion about Bundy? Another loser for your limited memory. Never said I supported killing anyone. I do support the right as written in the Second Amendment which you don't. And the Second ws created just for that Bundy scenario.

Hmmm. When Rock Hunter was talking about bobbing back across the imaginary line was he referring to bromancing with Jeffry at the Lake .....

Rock also said that “Jiggly” paid as much in taxes as any three of us! This might be true....but I doubt that publishing a vanity bird cage liner magazine throws off that much in taxes.

Wonder if Jiggly is Steve’s patron?

“The power of ‘A People’s History of the United States’ to inspire violent action should not be underestimated after the ICE attack of Antifa supporter Willem Van Spronsen.”

Bill Tozer

The last background gun bill signed by Congress in March had Gaaby prominently displayed front and center in front of all the mics and cameras and was tickled pink with all the hard work to get it through. The tragedy left unspoken was that most recent historic landmark bill would not have prevented her own shooting and the death of those around her.

Remember how beyond pissed AOC was when the R’s snuck one bye her on some Homeland Security Bill with the provision that it was a crime for illegals who failed to pass a background check to get a gun, roflmao She was hotter than a goats butt in a pepper patch. No one is illegal and R’s hate brown people. Welcome to Washington. Gotta keep ‘em in check.

Stevey speaking ill of the Bundy standoff?
The 2ND Amenedment worked as planned there Steve. Tyranny was held at bay that week by today's "minute men".(and women)
Or do you care to rewrite the story on that as well?
Harry Reid's storm troopers had to back down, and even lost in court. An ILLEGAL action by the FED gov. And dead FEDS would have been justified. And the blood would have been on LIB hands.

Methinks there's plenty going on to hyperventilate about various public policies of the Left and Right. Some of you are starting to get off the straight and narrow again.

A Lefty that sides with Trump?
Her days are now numbered.
"Rep. Debbie Dingle, D-Mich., expressed her disappointment with the way 2020 Democrats handled major economic and urban issues at the second round of Democratic primary debates.

"I was very disappointed when they left Detroit," the Michigan congresswoman said while appearing on "Cavuto Live" on Saturday. She said that the debate focused too much on "one-line practiced jabs" rather than issues that affected cities and the heartland.

Trade, in particular, was missing from the debates, Dingel argued. Dingel, who predicted President Trump had a shot at winning in 2016, said she backed his tough talk on China and thought the trade issue helped him win the White House.

"Some of the things he's doing are tools in the box to try to help American workers play on a level playing field," she said."

The game of "I can go farther Left than you" is all that matters.

A warning to LIBS with ANTIFA snot nosed brats. Better keep them on a leash.
"“I was looking at a story recently in the last couple days where Antifa is posting they want to come to El Paso and do a 10-day siege. Clear message to Antifa: Stay out of El Paso. Stay out of Texas, basically. We don’t need them coming in on Sept. 1,” Patrick, a Republican, told Fox News.

“We didn’t need them to begin with before this happened,” he said. “I would say to Antifa, scratch Texas off the map and don’t come in. It’s not the time and place for them to come at any time, particularly in aftermath of what happened in El Paso.” "

The Wal-Mart Manifesto. Interesting read once you get past the first part. AI, mass unemployment, destruction of the environment, recycling capacity a joke, corporations owning our government, college indebtedness, importing millions of D voters, turning the USA into a permanent one party state, curses on R’s and D’s, Government won’t be able to handle all the social programs and ensuring civil unrest after Al with Universal Basic Income, too many skilled immigrants will be competing for good jobs exasperating the problem. Reads like the Christchurch shooter’s manifesto and inspiration (catalyst?).

Bill Tozer

Sorry Doc. I will try to keep it in check.

Manifest con’t.
Did I mention not enough resources, using up too many resources from Mother Earth, sustainability, US imperialistic wars...corporations are working in self interest to the detriment of our future and Q of L.

Boy, he has something for everybody. Well, I always said it is impossible for socialism (or sustainability) to work with open borders and the Agenda 21 folks always said that we have to reduce the number of people for it to work. Yes, reminds me a lot of the Christchurch manifesto, except instead of being for written for Europe, this one is for America.

Sure jigger.. Outlaw Proggys from owning guns.
How many dead in gun free LIBtown this weekend?

Todd Juvinall

Who cares what color the murderer is? It is evil and should be treated as such. But now we see people trying to claim that the President's tweets are setting these people off. But we who actually have a brain know that is totally bogus. There were mass shootings during the eight years of Obama and the press never once said his rhetoric or skin color was a reason. The media is corrupt as their articles are opinion pieces filled with words and intentions they create. We who voted for Trump and Trump himself are not racists. Ben Carson, a black man said that this week yet you never published that did you SacBee? There is evil in the world and it is color blind. Chicago loses more people to murder in a weekend yet you lovelies never cover that or call their Mayor a racist. Why is that? America deserves better than your reporting of your opinions as news. Until you do you leave one half of the country disbelieving all you write and you force us to seek the truth elsewhere. If everything is racist then nothing is racist. NOW we see you trashing Reagan as a racist. Did you see the chain of custody for your tapes? Did you question why after all these years these "tapes" were released? Did you challenge their authenticity? Could they be fake and you got fooled? Please stop with the racial divide you are perpetrating and help create hope and togetherness. But you can't apparently. You all are liars and charlatans and we don't have any use for you.

George Rebane

Who would deny that the increase in mass shootings have nothing to do with the evolving political climate? Of course they do; everything in the national conversation revolves around its politics du jour in one way or another. And there are at least as many political/politicized interpretations of any given issue as there are interpreters. According to an old Jewish aphorism, there may even be more - 'Two Jews, three opinions.'

- 'Two Jews, three opinions.' - Dr. Rebane

I like that better than “if you put 10 economists in a room, you'll get 11 opinions.”

Once again, the duration of these shootings is the length of time until the 2nd gun arrives. Don’t leave your cave without your club.

Did anyone notice that the Wal-Mart manifesto sounded so much like something Bernie, Ralph Nader, or Robert Cross would say. No matter the question or topic, it all gets back to corporations.

All in all, the Manifesto did not say anything that think tanks, studies, pundits, and numerous others from of all political persuasions have previously released on a whole range of topics from crony capitalism to Al to culture to the environment.
When reading it, I constantly would say within myself “that is something the Green Party would say, that is something this or that historian would say, that is something would say, that is something Code Pink would say, that is something so and so would say. That is something so and so would say about beyond the tipping point. Picking soft targets is something Islamic cells or would advocate and security gurus have warned about...on and on it goes. Just an observation.
The guy who shot up the pizza place in D.C.: Do we think of him as a right-wing activist, or insane?” Garrow asked.

“Garrow was similarly critical of the FBI’s use of the term “black identity extremists” and related attempts to ascribe incidents like the 2016 shooting of six police officers in Baton Rouge, La., to black radicalism. He said the shooter, Gavin Long, had a history of mental health problems. “The bureau’s presumption — the mindset — is to see ideological motives where most of the rest of us see individual nuttiness,” he said.

“For Garrow, the historian, the FBI’s expansive definition has its roots in bureau paranoia that dates back decades. “I think it’s their starting point,” he said. “This goes all the way back to the Hoover era without question. They see ideology as a central motivating factor in human life, and they don’t see mental health issues as a major factor.”

“Yet trying to label a specific belief system as prone to violence is problematic, he said.

“I don’t think most of us would do a good job in predicting what sort of wacky information could lead someone to violence, or not lead anyone to violence,” Garrow said. “Pizzagate would be a great example of that.”

Being woke has its risks.

Gillette CEO: $8 billion loss is 'price worth paying' over #MeToo campaign

“In January, Gillette ran the short film "We Believe: The Best Men Can Be" which took on "toxic masculinity" and the #MeToo movement. Some criticized the ad for "virtue signaling" and making broad generalizations about male behavior. In May, Gillette also ran an ad depicting a man teaching his transgender son how to shave for the first time.

"It was pretty stark: we were losing share, we were losing awareness and penetration, and something had to be done," he said, adding they decided to "take a chance in an emotionally-charged way."

I’m not sure which statement is sillier....”Thoughts and prayers” again or Senator Brown calling for more “Sensible gun safety” laws.....

”We are also angry - angry that shooting after shooting, politicians in Washington and Columbus refuse to pass sensible gun-safety laws to protect our communities."We are still learning about the attack in Dayton and we don't know exactly what, if anything, could have prevented this specific tragedy."But we know thoughts and prayers are not enough, we have a responsility to act."

We don’t know what caused it but we have a responsibility to act and act boldly to make it look like we have matters in hand!

Thanks Sherrod.

22 mass shooting the US since January. About one a week. I've heard nothing but excuses here about why they've occurred and of course have absolutely nothing to do with Trump's hate stirring rhetoric or the NRA.

How about one of you experts make some suggestions how to stop these mass shootings. Bill seems fascinated with manifestos and Walt with anything long and hard that goes bang. Put you collective head together and come up with a plan. Anything better than "thoughts and prayers"?

I'll get some popcorn while the personal attacks fly for even asking such a question.

from the addled Wigged out Pig - "Bill seems fascinated with manifestos..."
Yeah - the very idea of looking into the facts and reasons as to why these killings occur...
You're the one who showed up here sputtering and fuming - why don't you provide an answer?
Been plenty of nut cases shooting up the place when Obama was pres.
If you want to blame Trump, you have to point to something he said or did to encourage folks to murder.
As for the NRA - When have they ever encouraged folks to murder?
But facts and reason are just 'ultra' right wing talking points.
As to what my 'solution' is to the problem...
Well, I've got bad news for you bunky. It's been going on for centuries and it ain't going to stop no matter what you do. All we can do is try to lessen the number of occurrences. Posturing, scape-goating people or organizations without a factual basis and virtue signaling do no good as has been proven for decades.
We've passed hundreds of 'common sense' guns laws that were predicted to do no good and all the left can do is demand more of the same.

The sad saga of C-lister Mario Lopez continues. He should have never apologized. Never. have blown over in a day. What kind of wack job thinks 3 year olds should make life decisions for themselves with an undeveloped brain?

“Sympathetic as I am to Lopez, who clearly came from a position of good faith, his apology is counterproductive. Children will benefit from a robust public debate in which both sides are adequately represented. They will not be helped by apologies that enable the machine to continue processing dissent into contrition.”

Matt Walsh puts says the same thing in a different way

Mario Lopez Proves Yet Again That It Never Pays To Apologize To The Left-Wing Mob

“This is the harsh reality Mario Lopez has discovered this week. Lopez caved almost immediately after suffering blowback for making the objectively correct claim that three-year-olds shouldn't be allowed to choose their own gender. He did specify three-year-olds, we should emphasize. It isn't like he claimed that transgenderism is, in principle, a self-contradicting pseudo-science (which it is); rather, he asserted that toddlers probably aren't in a good position to make these sorts of determinations about themselves. His statement was not only true, but was exceedingly modest, to boot. It was not an anti-transgenderism rant, despite how the media portrayed it. It was a polite and highly qualified observation about the psychological limitations of very young children.”

The US ‘Has the Most Mass Shootings’—and Other Bogus Gun Research

Let’s see what the Sage of South Central has to say, aka, ‘the self loathing black man’.

Dear Black Trolls,‬
‪It's WAY more fun to cry "white nationalism"--and exaggerate white anti-black racism--than to deal with black-on-black murders--a problem FAR more serious. And, while you're at it, let's name call, like juveniles, those who try to enlighten.‬

Dear @CoryBooker,‬
‪70% of black kids have no father in the home; 50% in many urban HSchools drop out; 25% of young black men have criminal records; #1 cause of preventable death for young black men is murder vs. accidents for young white men.‬
‪And your focus is "white supremacy"?‬

“Young black men, compared to young white men, are 7x more likely to be homicide victims, almost always by other young black men. Top cause of preventable death for young whites: accidents. Top cause of preventable death for young blacks: homicide. But let talk white supremacy.‬”

I did come up with a good solution. You just don't like it Jigglenuts.
Need I repeat myself? (sure I do) Relieve Proggys and their constituents of their weapons. That includes any sharp weapons.(yup, even pointy sticks)

It makes perfect sense half/jigger. Most mass lunitic killers have turned out to be of YOUR political mind set.

So you want to blame Trump and the NRA. Good luck with that.
Were they there? Put the weapon in his hand? Gave him an I.M. to set him off? The NRA ship him the gun right from their storehouse?
Lets have it half/jigger.

How bout this "mass killer"? You bleeding heart LIBS will do everything to keep him from taking a well deserved dirt nap at the hands of the state.

What? Can't blame Trump or the NRA? I know,I know. He didn't know better, he could have done it without issue in his home country, so he believed he could do it here.
There. Wrote the excuse for you.

GREAT!!!! A law was passed!!!
"The Federal Communications Commission voted to approve laws that ban fraudulent text messages and international robocalls last week.

The new rules in effect neutralize loopholes in the Truth in Caller ID Act, which banned spoofing domestic calls but made it hard for the FCC to prosecute against perpetrators of scam text messages and international calls. Now, the FCC can monitor and penalize "bad actors" behind these types of schemes."

Any bets the calls keep coming?
Yup, a law will stop it all..... Good luck with that.

Maybe jiggers can get a law passed outlawing mass shootings.
It would do just as much good.

In the past 48hrs, the USA horrifically lost 34 people to mass shootings.

On average, across any 48hrs, we also lose…

500 to Medical errors
300 to the Flu

200 to Car Accidents
40 to Homicide via Handgun

Often our emotions respond more to spectacle than to data.

‪Elder: No, our problem is an anti-education attitude; out-of-wed lock births; a victicrat mentality that exaggerates racism; and an unwillingness to take advantage of available opportunities. In other words, people like you.‬
Now they are picking on a po Black Immigrant...solely because she is a POC Woman!!

“Omar could have responded that we shouldn't fear anyone based on race, ethnicity, or religion, and that each person should be judged according to his or her own merits — but instead, she took the opportunity to fear monger about the dreaded white man.

“According to the Department of Justice, white people (not just men) commit about 45% of the murders in the U.S. That seems high until you consider that white people are over 60% of the population. Whites are therefore underrepresented in the homicide department by about 15%. Blacks commit a little over 50% of the murders in America, despite accounting for only 13% of the total population. Those are the simple facts of the matter. Facts cannot be racist. Lies can be racist. Conclusions can also be racist. Ilhan Omar took a racist lie (that white men cause most of the deaths in America) and drew a racist conclusion (that we should therefore fear white men). It's a racism double whammy, of sorts....

“...of the 85 violent extremist incidents that resulted in death since September 12, 2001, far-right politics violent extremist groups were responsible for 62 (73%) while radical Islamist violent extremists were responsible for 23 (27%). The total number of fatalities is 106 for far right violent extremists and 119 for radical Islamist violent extremists over the approximately 15-year period. However, 52% of the deaths attributable to radical Islamist violent extremists occurred in a single event — an attack on the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida in 2016.

“In order to make "far-right violent extremists" the deadliest, one has to compile his aggregate numbers beginning on September 12, 2001. That seems an oddly specific date. Why not start on January 1, 2001? How about January 1, 2000? Isn't it easier and cleaner to look at the numbers over the past 20 years, since the beginning of the new century? Well, the reason for starting on September 12, 2001 is obvious — it excludes the deadliest terror attack in American history, which was carried out by Islamic extremists. In other words, if we arbitrarily ignore the 3,000 people radical Islamists killed in one day, then Muslim terrorists have recently killed fewer people than have right-wing extremists. This is a bit like tabulating the total number of people drowned in shipwrecks except for anyone who happened to drown on April 15, 1912.

If you want to know about shipwrecks, it seems the Titanic ought to be a prominent part of that analysis. Similarly, any analysis of terrorism in the United States must obviously include the most devastating terror attack this country has ever experienced. But here's the kicker: Even if you did begin your tabulation on September 12, 2001, deaths by Islamic terrorism still dwarf all other categories because over 1,000 people have died from illnesses tied to 9/11 in the intervening years. Or do they also not count?

Bestees 9:41-- the only problem with your, Neil deGrasse Tyson's, and other spurious comparisons, like Chicago, is that mass shootings occur in one place at the same time not spread across the country or a city over a day or two. It is a weak comparison that only attempts to deflect from the real issues into how and why hate crimes occur. They are on the rise you know and most are white men killing people of color or of a non-christian religion. Is it a coincidence that this rise in white nationalist attacks has increased with trumps rhetoric of hate and mistrust toward people non-white non-christian people and the failure of politicians to enact or enforce reasonable gun laws?

Here is Frisch's from FB today
" Hey, as a native Chicagoan I would like to see crime in that city decline, but you cannot compare dozens of separate incidents in the city over the weekend to a politically and racially motivated mass killing acting on the words of our white nationalist, racist, asshole of a President."

Scott O

Bobby's brain on drugs - "trumps rhetoric of hate and mistrust toward people non-white non-christian people and the failure of politicians to enact or enforce reasonable gun laws?
Nice to be able to just make up stuff, Bobby.
Maybe you could provide actual video or audio of Trump's 'rhetoric of hate and mistrust toward people non-white non-christian people...'?
'...Enact or enforce reasonable gun laws?'
And those would be?
Remember that in California, the Dems are loosening the laws as they pertain to gun crimes and stolen guns.
I would just love to hear about these 'reasonable' gun laws.
Unfortunately Bobby, like Jiggy and the other leftys can't seem to come up with anything beyond the latest talking points they are fed.
What 'reasonable' gun law would have prevented the El Paso shooter from killing and wounding all those poor people?

George Rebane

What again is the evidence please that Trump is a 'white nationalist', 'racist', or purveyor of 'hate rhetoric'? Is it still just the typical naked evidence-free leftwing assertions, or can someone cite some quotes that give support to these accusations?

Scott O

But George - there's a lot of people on the TV that say he is.
You can't expect folks like Jiggy and Bobby to plumb the depths of reality any further than that?
Of course, stomping their feet while they say it seems to help.
Ooooh, it MUST be true, it MUST!!!

Robert Cross

you all have become so politicized that you would not know the truth if it hit you in the face... which it does daily. Fake news, lies, deep state conspiracies, liberal talking points, right? If you would get some information from somewhere other than Brietbart you would find all of the quotes you want that directly point to trump's rhetoric and its relationship to the rise in hate crimes perpetrated by white nationalists.

Scott O

Here's part of the problem - "El Paso County Sheriff Richard Wiles says he is “outraged” after “this Anglo man came here to kill Hispanics.” His comment came in a Facebook post after a man from Allen, Texas, traveled nearly nine hours to El Paso where he is now accused of killing 20 people and wounding 26 more."
WTH!!?? Why is this turd still in uniform?
Folks - this is racism. Pure and simple.
How naive I was - I seem to remember a simpler time when we strove for a color blind society. Now we have to look at skin color and ethnicity and God knows what else before we drill down to 'human'.
Hey Sheriff - let me help you out. Innocent human beings were murdered. Got it? Could you stop running for office for just a sec and maybe get things under control in your city?

Scott O

Well, well, well - little Bobby responds to my challenge with NOTHING.
No facts or quotes or anything.
Just an empty headed rant that is demonstrably false.
Sorry Bobby - I get my news from a much wider variety of sources than you - and that includes the NYTs DK Mother Jones and a whole host of left, center and conservative sites.
I'm wondering what kind of person walks around believing things he has no proof of? How does that work for you, Bobby?

Scott O

And what about those 'reasonable' gun laws?
I notice Bobby won't even touch that one.

Bill Tozer

Well, it looks like we won’t be hearing much about the Dayton shooter in the coming days. Satan worshiipper, registered Dem, Warren supporter, anti guns, Antifa lubber. Friggin’ socialist, open borders....go figure

Scott O

But BT, that ruins the arc of the story.
Bobby and Jiggy and the Dem candidates were SO hoping it would be part of the NATIONAL EMERGENCY!!!
Of course it's still all Trump's fault if you would just insert your head into an area up between your legs, you'd see!

Bill Tozer

And what go Wal-Mart shoppers smell like? They smell like hillbillies. Trump supporters, you know. Gawd, who would go to a Wal-Mart? Trump supporters, you can smell them for miles.

Bill Tozer

Scott @ 8:43.

“Contrary to the media narrative currently boiling over, this shooter was not a Trump fan. In fact, he hated Trump, hated Republicans, was an avowed leftist, used antifa style language in his posts, and loved Elizabeth Warren [and a Bernie fan!]

“This all leaves very little question about who Betts really was. He was absolutely a far leftist. He was not a white supremacist and hated religious people. He repeated antifa, as well as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez talking points on his social media. He was a global warming enthusiast and an avowed socialist. Every piece of evidence we have points to his radicalization coming via the left, not the right.”
Boy, Scott, he really hated Christians as well and a Bernie fan to boot. One of those global warming radicals. And just this evening @ 6:58 I posted these words from VDH:

“Nonetheless, the current climate is becoming scary. Those who brag of wanting to violently attack the president should worry about where their boasts will finally lead if any of the thousands of James Hodgkinsons in America take such threats seriously and act upon them.”

Yep, no doubt we won’t be hearing about the Dayton shooter from the The Enemy of the Truth in the lamestream fakenews media no more. Crickets.

Bill Tozer

Do you know what BOTH shooters have in common? They both done got their melons filled with that Mean Green Eco Machine Stuff. Really got them pissed off.

The Wal-Mart Manifesto.

The American lifestyle affords our citizens an incredible quality of life. However, our lifestyle is
destroying the environment of our country. The decimation of the environment is creating a massive
burden for future generations. Corporations are heaing the destruction of our environment by
shamelessly over harvesting resources. This has been
a problem for decades. For example, this
phenomenon is brilliantly portrayed in the decades
old classic “The Lorax”. Water sheds around the
country, especially in agricultural areas, are being depleted. Fresh water is being polluted from farming
and oil drilling operations. Consumer culture is creating thousands of tons of unnecessary plastic waste
and electronic waste, and recycling to help slow this down is almost non-existent. Urban sprawl create
Is inefficient cities which unnecessarily destroys millions of acres of land. We even use god knows how
many trees worth of paper towels just wipe water of
off our hands. Everything I have seen and heard in my
short life has led me to believe that the average A
merican isn’t willing to change their lifestyle, even if
the changes only cause a slight inconvenience. The
government is unwilling to tackle these issues
beyond empty promises since they are owned by corporations. Corporations that also like immigration
because more people means a bigger market for their
products. I just want to say that I love the people
of this country, but god damn most of y’all are just too stubborn to change your lifestyle. So the next
logical step is to decrease the number of people in
America using resources. If we can get rid of enough
people, then our way of life can become more sustainable.

Well Well. That gives me more ammo to send jiggy's way.
Where is half/jigger anyway?
See? I'm onto something. Time to disarm Proggys.
What's a Proggy doing with a 100 round magazine in the first place?
Better add "Do you vote Democrat?" on gun background check forms. Right above "Do you use Marijuana?"

Scott O

There's a good essay from NR on the 'manifesto' ban.
You don't need to see these things - just believe what the 'experts' tell you.
Twitter leads the way in blocking reality -
"Last March, John Lott, head of the Crime Prevention Research Center and author of the book More Guns, Less Crime, sent out this tweet trying to debunk claims that the Christchurch shooter was a right-winger.

New Zealand killer’s manifesto says that he did attack to get more gun control/gun bans in New Zealand and the US, Killer was a socialist, environmentalist who hated capitalists and trade.

After this post, Twitter blocked Lott’s Twitter account without explanation."

Well, of course - we can't have double un-fun facts floating around for the public to see.

Bill Tozer

Well, Mr. Walt. Look at it from the Modern Progressive POV. They dodged a bullet. Blew Baltimore right off the front pages and took the heat off them. Progressives never cared about Baltimore or her citizens away. Just imagine we could have done with 16 billion from HUD in 2018 in community redevelopment grants and another 1.8 billion this year alone. Heck, Baltimore isn’t that big.. They don’t care about. Altimore or her black citizens.

Or think of it this way: Last week, the left denounced Trump for reaching a deal with Guatemala that declares the country a "safe" location for asylum seekers. Guatemala, they said, has too much crime and too many gangs to be considered safe; making people stay there is a human rights violation. And yet, Baltimore's murder rate is double that of Guatemala. In almost any way a city can be a disaster, Baltimore qualifies. More than 22% of the city lives in poverty. Almost 65% of children grow up in single-parent households. The schools are a catastrophe. In 2017, one-third of Baltimore's high schools had zero students proficient in math. That's right. In 13 of Baltimore's 39 high schools, not a single student -- not one -- was proficient in math. You'd think that would be a national scandal. Bernie Sanders visited Baltimore a few years ago, and to his credit, he was shocked: "Anyone who took the walk that we took around this neighborhood would not think you're in a wealthy nation. You would think that you were in a Third World country."

Looks like Bernie must be a white supremacist. Actually, he's just an old-fashioned liberal. That's how Democrats used to think; if they saw misery and urban decay, they wanted to fix it. Modern progressives are different. Progressivism isn't about helping the people beneath you; it's about establishing your moral superiority. Democrats support the status quo in Baltimore. It doesn't bother them. That's not surprising. They created modern Baltimore. The city hasn't had a Republican mayor in more than 50 years. Things really began to fall apart after the 2015 riots. The Obama administration imposed a consent decree on the city's police department that radically restricted its ability to protect citizens. Not surprisingly, crime exploded. Cummings, by the way, praised that consent decree. He's very much part of the problem.”

Keep the heat on, Mr. Trump

“Last time I checked, leading a great metropolitan area, with a majority of citizens who are people of color, into death and despair and poverty is the racist attack on that city. Calling it out, demanding change and discussing how the people of that city deserve better, is the height of leadership.

“While some Democratic leaders insist it’s America’s 400 years of racism that’s responsible for the condition of inner cities, it is instead a systemic addiction to power and money that is ravaging Democratic-run metropolises and continues unabated because the Democratic Party doesn’t actually care about people’s lives, simply seeing them as fodder in their political wars.”

Do you know real racism is??? Real racism is seeing your fellow citizens in need and doing nothing to help.

Bill Tozer

Aha! Never let a good crisis go to waste. The plot thickens. Urgency! Urgency!

“How many more people have to DIE violent deaths at racist hands before impeaching the president for inciting white nationalist terrorism and violence is taken as seriously as impeaching him for obstructing justice? The real national emergency is Donald J. Trump's terrorism," Tribe tweeted on Sunday morning.

"I'm actually prepared to take executive action to put in place rules that improve this situation," she told the Examiner. "I also have as part of my background and experience working on this issue, when I was attorney general [of California], and we put resources into allowing law enforcement to actually knock on the doors of people who were on two lists — a list where they had been found by a court to be a danger to themselves and others."

She (Kamala) continued, "They were on a list where they were precluded and prohibited from owning a gun because of a conviction that prohibited that ownership. Those lists were combined and then we sent law enforcement out to take those guns, because, listen, we have to deal with this on all levels, but we have to do this with a sense of urgency."

White Supremacy Terrorism advocated by Trump. Impeach the mo fro now and take the guns as well. Killing two birds that Leftinistas hate the most with one stone. Sweet. They are almost as big of shameless opportunists as Hillary and Bill. That’s a high bar to meet.

Scott O

BT - 10:36 Yeah, let's make a 'list'. The trouble is - how many of these shooters had a previous conviction? Almost none. The Parkland FL shooter was someone they had ample evidence of being a danger, but the local Dem Sheriff just let him slide. Maybe the list will have to be 'expanded' a bit to include anyone who publicly points out facts embarrassing to the authorities?
Like the 'no-fly' list? Your name just suddenly appears on the list and God help you figure out why or how to get it off the list.
Was it Buttle or Tuttle?

Scott O

You can't make this up -

Jig Wiggly

Beam him up.
Scotty can parse the manifest in the third person to establish his own meaning. It was a trifle more complex than Scotty would lead you to believe.

"Twitter blocked Lott’s Twitter account without explanation." Bull crap: Here is Twitter's explanation, you may not like the explanation but don't pretend they didn't give one:

“We don't comment on individual accounts for privacy and security reasons, but for background, it's against our policies to share content that glorifies violence on Twitter, including directly linking to that information. Additionally, we enforce the Twitter Rules impartially for all users, regardless of their background or political affiliation.”"

Anders Breivik and Donald Trump were the shooter's inspirations.

"The author cites Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik and others as an inspiration. He says he supports U.S. president Donald Trump as "a symbol of renewed white identity and common purpose", but not as "a policy maker and leader""

Bill Tozer

Scott @ 10:04 pm

Take away line:

“This is not to minimize the racist white-supremacist views expressed by either killer, but merely to merely they don’t neatly fit into a Right-–Left paradigm. But that’s not a message many people want to hear.”

‘They don’t neatly fit into a Right-Left paradigm.’ Bingo. Then, what are they? Non political new breed? What box to they fit in? Square pegs to put in round holes. A Green Preservationist? Green Segregationist? Mixed brew? Politics is downstream of culture?

Thought of this quote from an old forgotten article. Permanent social discontent now reshaping......David Duke and Bernie ‘supping out of the same pot.’

“ Caddell saw that Perot’s success was not a unique situation but rather a sign of permanent social discontent now reshaping the traditional political system. He said that David Duke and Vermont’s Bernie Sanders — one the head of the KKK and the other a Jewish socialist, both with rising profiles in national politics — were “supping out of the same pot.”

Yeah….this is about the only thing I agree with Frisch about on these matters….this is not a free speech issue. Of course it's hypocritical….they very rarely jihadi cheerleaders…. but that's their decision.

This for instance is just a lie; "Additionally, we enforce the Twitter Rules impartially for all users, regardless of their background or political affiliation.” it's why people are developing alternative platforms to the "in the tank for progressivism" Twitter™.

Just a little memory refresher: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oc4y0GOtbhI

Let us not forget these historical moments.

….they very rarely jihadi cheerleaders….

….they very rarely silence jihadi cheerleaders.

Paul Emery

This just surfaced:

"Three months before one of the deadliest public mass shootings in U.S. history, allegedly driven in part by white nationalism, President Trump asked a Florida audience how to stop migrants from crossing into the United States.

“How do you stop these people? You can’t, there’s —” Trump said, cutting himself off as a rally attendee yelled back, “Shoot them.”

Trump paused and smirked, before responding, “That’s only in the Panhandle can you get away with that statement.” The crowd cheered for nearly 10 seconds before Trump continued."

Scott O

from Jiggy - "Bull crap: Here is Twitter's explanation, you may not like the explanation but don't pretend they didn't give one:"
I didn't 'pretend' anything. At the time it was written, they hadn't given one to my knowledge. After it went viral, they had to come up with a stupid lie.
Say - speaking of 'pretending' - here's one from Jiggy:
"My travels take me hither and yon and unfortunately that includes the homophobic, right wing religious frothing at mouth Republican controlled Jacksonville that is in a state of ruin."
We're still waiting for proof about these frothing at the mouth folks in a city in 'ruin'.
Looks like Jiggy is the one with bull crap.
No proof, just makes it up as he goes.

Scott O

Paul 10:53 - it was a joke. I know you'll claim it wasn't but it was.
The shooter said he had his mind made up about the illegals before Trump was even pres. And there's no evidence that the shooter even heard this remark.
The bottom line is that when a lefty Dem becomes pres, we'll have even more of this type of violence. It started long before Trump and it will get worse because the underlying reasons for these nutters will still be there.

Posted by: Paul Emery | 05 August 2019 at 10:53 AM

Punch you realize that somebody yelling something from the audience followed by a joke to diffuse the moment is going to change any minds on either side…..?

You do understand that…..don't you?

Posted by: Paul Emery | 05 August 2019 at 10:53 AM

You also understand that upwards of a million illegal immigrants a year pouring across the borders is causing stress in a certain "segment" of the population?

Paul Emery

Only the Circle of Jerks on this blog and Trump would consider a response of "shoot them" to be funny which is the essence of what a "joke" is. Fish do you think this exchange was funny?

Scott O

fish - ".this is not a free speech issue."
Not here, not yet. It is in many other so-called 'free' countries. How long before the US decides to 'honor' the other countries' internet restrictions?
We're hanging on by a thread to our Constitutional Rights. The situation is getting worse, not better.
