‘No Enemies’

Chartist poet Charles Mackay (1814-1889) wrote a poem he titled ‘No Enemies’, which appeared in an anthology of works celebrating and honoring social protest in 19^th century Great Britain, much like the protests that come so naturally to both sides in today’s polarized America.
