Because of the standards needed to be a lethal killing machine weeds all others out in the process. Even though several women have enrolled in the Navy Seals training, no woman has yet to become a Seal. Neither has the majority of males who give it their best. The weeding out process. The bar is too high to be a prepared lethal forces against an enemy.

To follow along with the work equity insane folks, the NBA should have only 13% of black men on the roster. That would be equal to the black population’s representation. But, the NBA has a disproportionality number of blacks on each team comprising a majority of players. Why, why, why? Because to play at the NBA level, the processes itself weeds out the good and only takes the best.

The old joke is what do you call a doctor who fail the medical exam three times before getting his/her license? A: Doctor. The standards have been lowered for lawyers, public school teachers, editors, journalists, scientists and across the board....as mentioned endlessly.

If you don’t have the ‘right stuff’, you still the job. Counting on the men and woman to be the best lethal fighting weapon on the planet to defend us has been compromised. The Army has had trouble filling its recruitment goals because young men are too fat and unfit. So, lower the standards.

It is worth noting that the First Amendment creates a high legal hurdle for government-enforced censorship, as the broadcaster must “[know] the information is false and will cause substantial ‘public harm’ if aired.” Furthermore, “the public harm: must begin immediately and cause direct and actual damage to property or the health or safety of the general public; or divert law enforcement or public health and safety authorities from their duties.” (Emphasis added).

This comes as congressional Democrats are mounting a pressure campaign to force the FCC into “content-based censorship” over the sale of a Miami, Florida, radio station to a conservative broadcaster.
