Chris quickly pivots to how the press operations work when Biden's on the road and explains how it's normal and there's no 'conspiracy'. How press operations work has nothing to do with the issue at hand, but when reality sucks, a diversion is necessary. Also notice in the questioning of Blinken that Blinken refuses to even acknowledge that Biden is being cut off.
