I cannot grant that at this time. Trump was desperate because Pence would not do his bidding and never tried the stop the mob even when they were chanting Hang Pence. "Fight like hell" is a commonly used phrase, just as, "I'm going to kill that guy.", which are not typically intended to be taken literally. I am certain that there are many examples of politicians of all stripes who have used the former. Except in the court of TDS opinion, this not indictable.
